Nun mal nicht so schnell. Intraday war zwar beunruhigend, aber SK mit 0,0028$ weiterhin am Widerstand. Wird aber ganz schön beansprucht.

Sollte sie zum Widerstand mutieren, würde dies die Lage aus charttechnischer Sicht signifikant verschlechtern.

36,207 $ Umsatz. Fehlen ja nur noch 4.963.793$ um die Umsatzerwartungen des letzten Jahres gerecht zu werden.
Da ist wohl ein All-Time-Low gerechtfertigt? So langsam helfen nur noch Wunder. Ich frage mich echt, was dort den ganzen Tag gemacht wird, wenn nur so ein minimaler Umsatz generiert wird.
Hoffentlich nutzen sie die zeit sinnvoll und sitzen an einem neuen Buisness-Plan. Sollten einfach Versicherungen verkaufen...das klappt immer...

speed, distance monitoring, and other vehicle behavior variables to our
customers. The TransTRAK system is built around a simple, cost-effective

software tracking system, and wireless and mapping components, can be customized

trade show. We intend to increase our marketing budget, as funding permits, to
enhance our image and brand name in the markets we serve.
In August 2005, we signed a Consulting Agreement with a group of marketing
specialists. Pursuant to the Agreement, the consultants are to provide marketing
guidance and develop a marketing infrastructure for our company and our flagship
product, TransTRAK. The consultants have developed new marketing materials and a
PowerPoint presentation for potential customers to see. The consultants opened
an office in Miami Beach, Florida. We pay the consultants in stock rather than
cash to preserve our capital for other uses.
In January 2006, we renewed the marketing and infrastructure consulting
contract. The consultants' primary focus during the six month renewal period
will be a continued emphasis on marketing as well as providing assistance in
other areas of the company such as identifying acquisition targets, improvement
in our website and other advisory functions.
Growth by Acquisition.
Our strategy includes the attainment of a portion of our growth through
the acquisition of companies, products and services that will compliment our
current business model. We know that a successful acquisition depends on our
ability to effectively identify suitable candidates, complete the transaction
with the least amount of disruption to both business entities, and manage
post-closing issues such as the integration into our corporate structure.
Integration issues are complex, time consuming and expensive and, without proper
planning and implementation, could significantly disrupt our business, result in
the loss of key business and/or personnel from the acquired company, and
increase legal liabilities.
Traurige Wahrheit:
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
At March 31, 2006 and December 31, 2005, our current liabilities exceeded
current assets by $453,619 and $651,208, respectively. The decrease in excess
liabilities resulted from the payment of $53,000 of accrued liabilities as well
as the retirement of $151,000 convertible debentures. We generated a cash flow
deficit from operations of $157,686 and $368,617 for the three months ended
March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively. Cash flow deficits from operating
activities for the three months ended March 31, 2006 and 2006 were directly
attributable to our not having a significant amount of revenues from operations.
The fact that the cash flow deficit decreased in the first quarter of 2006
compared to the first quarter of 2005 is reflective of our efforts to control
our expenses. It should be noted that the operating cash deficit decreased by
$210,951 or 57% in 2006 over the same period in 2005. We generated $162,000 and
$407,356 of cash from financing activities during the three months ended March
31, 2006 and 2006. In addition, as of March 31, 2006, we sold $25,000 of
preferred stock.
GOING CONCERN OPINION
We have limited capital resources and require additional funding to
sustain our operations, accomplish our growth objectives and market our planned
products and services. Our continued existence is dependent upon several
factors, including completion of TransTRAK, our ability to attain a substantial
base of subscribers to our web based mobile asset management system and to raise
additional capital. We may not successful in our efforts to generate operating
cash flows through the execution of our business plan or that we will be able to
raise the capital we need to sustain our operations. As a result, our
independent certified public accountants have stated in their report included in
our December 31, 2005 Form 10-KSB, that we are dependent upon management's
ability to develop profitable operations. This factor, among others, raises
substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.

..an der OTC sind auch viele Briefkastenfirmen, die nebst einer Homepage gar nichts betreiben...

Eigentlich sollte man denken, dass viele LKW Besitzer in den USA Interesse an dem Produkt hätten. Den Amis ist der Spritpreis noch zu niedrig, um volle Kostenkontrolle über Routingsysteme zu bekommen. Wird sich bald ändern und Planet sollte dann endlich den Pusch bekommen. Diese ganze Zockermafia, die hier seit Monaten den Kurs runter prügelt, wird zwar am meisten davon provitieren, obwohl mir bei dem Gedanken der Hals platzt, aber somit gibt es dann in der Aktie kein halten mehr...der Bogen ist mitlerweile so überspannt, das der mit so einer Wucht zurück schnappen wird, da kommt dann keiner mehr unter 0,006+ rein.....also ich vermute es schwer, das es dann so eine typische, ausgebombte, 400% Aktie wird, innerhalb von paar Stunden und dann fettes rauf und runter 5x am Tag mit fetter richtung gegen Norden..... oft genug erlebt und dann werden sich viele in den Allerwertesten beißen, die nicht ausgehalten haben....aber auch das ist dann wie immer und wird recht amüsant, den plötzlich sind dann wieder so ca. 30 Leute hier und alle haben Millionen an Stücke dann zum Tiefstpreis eingekauft, oder natürlich am Vortag sich schon geholt und sind dann die fetten Börsn-Haie, die es uns altinvestierten dann mal wieder fett gezeigt haben, wie man richtig handelt....
Na ja, auch Unterhaltung muß sein und dafür werden die dann schon reichlich sorgen und "WIR" haben dann keine Sorgen mehr !

Ich stimme dir zu 100% zu. Der Kurs wurde nicht die ganze Zeit umsonst so gedrückt. Wir stehen kurz vor einer gewaltigen Explosion und dann werden die Sogenannten Experten, die von einer Pleitefirma reden, die Tränen in den Augen haben.

The franchise locations in Fraser, Michigan, Ft. Myers, Florida, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Greenville, Wisconsin represent a total vehicle opportunity of 57 trucks. PlanetTRAKS is also conducting needs assessments, ROI evaluations and demos with several other franchise locations at this time.
PlanetTRAKS was granted ''Preferred Vendor'' status prior to the TMT annual convention in April 2006. Since the convention, many of the TMT franchise operators have expressed interest in utilizing TransTRAK and are conducting serious in-depth analysis of the cost/benefit reality associated to GPS vehicle monitoring.
Earlier this morning, the company announced that they have received their third signed contract, for 15 units, secured by R&R Sales Group under their recently signed agent agreement with PlanetTRAKS.
The newest contract for 15 units brings the total sales for R&R to 55 units since the inception of their agreement on May 9, 2006.
PlanetLink's Treasurer, Mary Hitt, stated, "The progress of the R&R sales team coupled with our in house sales has been phenomenal for the month of May. From a financial perspective, the strategies that we have been implementing have been bringing unprecedented results and sales to the table. As other programs in the works begin to produce sales, we expect to hit the profitable stage."
M. Dewey Bain, President of PlanetLink, stated, "We are pleased to see that our strategy of acquiring sales teams versus in-house sales teams, has taken off with a running start. R&R, our first sales team, has exceeded the sales production numbers that we expected. Based upon our success, we will be seeking to acquire more sales teams over the upcoming months.
