US Farms, Inc. to Use BUGS Eco-Friendly Products on Aloe Vera
Tuesday June 24, 6:00 am ET

Natural Soil Additives Increase Plant Health, and Decrease Production Costs

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 24, 2008 -- US Farms, Inc. (OTC BB:USFI.OB - News), a diversified commercial Farming and Nursery company today announced that it has signed a teaming agreement with U.S. Microbics, Inc., (Other OTC:BUGS.PK - News), to field test the BUGS' Bi-Agra(TM) eco-friendly products that have been successfully used for increasing growth rates, improving yields and decreasing production costs. The companies have agreed to work together to fine tune the products for use on Aloe Vera plants as US Farms, Inc. expands its core Aloe Vera Farming and Nursery operations and investigates sustainable organic alternatives.

Yan K. Skwara, CEO of U.S. Farms, Inc., stated, "Consumer demand for all things clean, green and organic, including food and plants, is growing at a rapid clip and we know that microbial products, such as Bi-Agra(TM) should be part of our growing system because they help restore balance to the soil and result in healthier plants for our customers. With our company focus on Aloe Vera and the help of the US Microbics technical staff we hope to decrease our production costs while providing a superior product."

Robert Brehm, CEO of US Microbics, shared his enthusiasm by saying, "I look forward to working with US Farms, Inc. to increase yields and produce healthier Aloe Vera plants using eco-friendly soil additives. The Bi-Agra(TM) product line of naturally occurring micro-organisms and additives has shown extraordinary results over the past twenty years they have been used in the U.S. and Mexico. Many food crops and ornamental plants have already shown dramatic yield improvements in both quantity and weight per acre with a reduction in water usage. These improvements not only yield lower cost production for the grower, but healthier, safer, and more natural food and ornamental plants for the consumer because of the reduction in chemical fertilizers, fungicides and pesticides needed."

      - Organic Mulch Company to complement Microbial Soil Amendments -

CARLSBAD, Calif. – July 23 2008—Robert Brehm, CEO of Green Mountain Development Corp, (Pinksheets: GMND), an incubator of green technology companies, announced today that the company has issued a term sheet for the merger/acquisition of EcoCover California, Inc. (ECI), a startup manufacturing company of organic mulch products manufactured from recycled waste paper for agricultural, landscaping, horticultural and land management use.

Under the terms, GMND would acquire 60% of the outstanding stock of ECI upon raising $2.5MM in funding in a merger/acquisition where ECI would operate as a subsidiary of GMND. The parties are working to close the transaction by October 31, 2008.

Brehm stated, "Originally developed, tested, launched and successfully established in New Zealand, the EcoCover story is now being extended into the global market and an opportunity exists to establish an EcoCover manufacturing facility, fully equipped and commissioned, in the California market territory. Once the initial capital is raised and the first facility has been established, it is our intention to roll out multiple manufacturing facilities across California and beyond. We believe the business model of ECI and its shareholders and employees could be a strong contributing factor to the future success and growth of both ECI and GMND as a combined business entity.”

"I spoke with CEO Bob Brehm a bit ago so here is my update. Let me just preface this by saying that I was very surprised by what he had to say and its important to understand that the DD that was done relating to this being a hurricane play was based on information found from more than 3 years ago:

First off, I asked Mr Brehm if the company currently has any contracts that they are working on. He stated that yes they had a couple of very large contracts at the moment but couldnt go into detail just yet as the information had not been released to the general public.

I asked if the company would be involved in any hurricane cleanup. He said no and that the company had never actually been involved in hurricane cleanup, they offered to donate their services after Katrina hit however Haliburton and Shaw got all of the contracts for cleanup.

I asked if they still provide portable potable drinking water machines and he stated that they were no longer in that business.

He stated that they have indefinitely postponed the corporate restructuring as they felt that it would be too costly to the tune of a quarter of a million dollars to do it. He felt that money would be better spent in growing the company and expanding their current endeavours. He explained that the companies direction is towards renewable energy and organic agriculture and fertilizer. He said that the company took a hit after they lost a large 10 million dollar contract in Mexico which was eight years in the making last June because company requesting the work could not get funding due to foreign policies. He was very excited about the Ecocover acquisition and stated that they were currently in the process of raising $5 million in capital through a campaign that was getting some great press, he said its going very well and that it will be huge for the company to get this completed.

I asked him if he planned on putting out any shareholder updates just so that we could all be on the same page and he said definitely that updates would be coming.

All in all, he was a very nice down to earth guy and he said he was happy to speak with the shareholders. He seemed quite genuine to me in everything he was saying and he was quite excited about the coming developments in the company.

So basically, it wasnt exactly what I wanted to hear, but I liked what I heard anyway, lol. I will also say that when I picked BUGS to invest in I was looking for a hurricane play, the reason though that I chose BUGS over all the other possibilities was that it wasnt just a seasonal stock it was also a good "green" pick and I was intrigued by the technology. I know probably many will be disappointed and I'm sorry that I didnt call the company in the first place and then go from there with the DD so we werent all confused as to what type of play this is. Imo, its still a great play, I'll be keeping my shares, but I wanted to let you all know what I found so you could make educated decisions. GLTUA "

Alles in allem keine guten Aussichten.

KATRINA PR: BUGS Offers Patented Technology to Katrina-Impacted State Agencies

Technology Could Help Clean Up Soil
      and Groundwater Contamination

CARLSBAD, CA (09/13/05) -- U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTCBB:BUGS) today announced its subsidiary, Sub Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (OTCBB:SSWM), has contacted the environmental State agencies for Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi offering to donate the use of its patented water treatment technology, Bio-GAC(TM) (Patent No: US 6,905,603 B2) for the treatment of toxic waste streams such as those caused by Hurricane Katrina.

Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, stated, "These State agencies will be faced with an enormous number of sites requiring cleanup of both surface water and groundwater resources impacted by toxics released during the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Our companies are prepared to help the state agencies by providing this cost-effective, state-of-the-art treatment solution immediately under a royalty free technology license together with discounted engineering technical support and microbial products for use at critical contaminated sites. We will inform our shareholders on any and all interest response received from these State agencies on this treatment technology offer."

Bio-GAC(TM) is a patented water and air vapor waste stream treatment process that uses granular activated charcoal (GAC) as a filtration medium in a specially engineered process container to support live microbial products (bugs) specifically selected to degrade toxic pollutants such as those encountered in the Katrina disaster. The resulting treated effluent can in most cases be safely discharged to rivers, lakes and streams under both Federal and State regulations. The process can be used on a continual basis without replacing the GAC, thereby saving time, money and treating more toxics quickly, a key consideration for cleaning up contaminated water and soil caused by hurricane disasters.

Pemex Oil Requests BUGS Rapid Cleanup Technology ASAP (March 28, 2007)

Bio-Raptor™ to be used on Oil Drilling and Pipeline Sites

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U.S. Microbics announced that its Mexico subsidiary company, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), recently completed its presentation to top Pemex Oil company officials who directed ETI to immediately schedule site visits and submit cost proposals to demonstrate the patented Bio-Raptor™ environmental cleanup technology at one or more oil drilling/pipeline sites in southeast Mexico as a prelude to its possible use throughout Pemex production and pipeline facilities in Mexico.

“Management's Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operation”

The Bio-Raptor™ patented technology is registered as an approved cleanup technology in Mexico with SEMARNAT, a Federal regulatory agency, and has been used previously on a $1.5MM project in Torreon. The ex situ, above-ground, technology treats up to 500 cubic yards/hour of soil contaminated with hydrocarbons such as oil and diesel found at drilling sites and pipeline spills.

Pemex, the Mexico Federal oil company, has experienced many pipeline spills after 15 years of reduced maintenance of Pemex facilities and pipelines, some of which are 40 years old, because high taxes don't allow the company to keep enough of its own profit for investment. The company recently spent $1.5 billion to maintain oil pipelines and has shut down or reduced the use of 7 pipelines considered to be at risk in the southern states of Tabasco and Veracruz. Mexico City-based Pemex plans to double annual spending on maintenance to $3 billion for the next three years using approved cleanup technology like the Bio-Raptor™.

Bruce Beattie, CEO of SSWM stated, “We are very excited to demonstrate our rapid cleanup technology to Pemex and are actively working with them to select one or more appropriate sites of concern. Their commitment to invest significantly in the remediation of existing facilities means we have many projects to choose from and a large backlog of potential future work. The Bio-Raptor™ technology has shown to be very successful in our Torreon project and is especially well suited for Pemex cleanup projects. Upon subsequent award of potential contracts to clean-up sites in the Mexican “oil patch”, ETI will have succeeded in securing work with both energy companies owned by the Federal government of Mexico.”

      Technical Analysis Video for BUGS

No news here, but the momentum is clearly heating up. Smashed through all prior resistance levels, the next resistance could be way up at $0.025! RSI is overbought so potential for pullback is out there, will be interesting if it occurs, if old resistance at $0.0028 can become support on the way down.

Pacific Sands, Inc. Teams With BUGS for Joint Marketing of Environmentally Friendly Products

      RACINE, WI, May 10, 2010 (Marketwire) --

RACINE, WI -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/10 -- Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTCBB: PFSD), a manufacturer of a broad range of environmentally friendly cleaning products, announced that it has signed a teaming agreement with U.S. Microbics (PINKSHEETS: BUGS) to develop joint marketing expansion, distribution and cross licensing opportunities of each company's environmentally friendly products including the Bio-Miracle™, Natural Choices™, and ecocone® product lines. Both companies seek to expand the markets for their own products using each other's distribution networks and marketing expertise.

Pacific Sands president Michael Wynhoff expanded on the new relationship by saying, "We have followed the U.S. Microbics progress over the years and always liked their products and environmental stewardship philosophy. Their Bio-Miracle™ products that enhance plant health using bio-rational fertilizers and microbial growth enhancers while reducing water and chemical fertilizer use, could be a natural addition to our product line and could appeal to our existing customer base. Our goal is to expand each other's revenue through cross licensing and distribution with new and existing customers who care about the planet, their own health and the people around them."

Robert Brehm, CEO of BUGS, commented, "I believe the Pacific Sands products are an ideal fit into newly identified markets being pursued by BUGS. With our everyday life seeming bombarded with cancer causing chemicals and pollutants, it is refreshing to find a company with eco-friendly, safe and effective alternatives for a wide variety of household and commercial cleaning solutions for consumers who care about their family's health and want products that are safe to use around children and contain no chlorine, ammonia, alcohol or solvents. I look forward to expanding the distribution of their retail products to our health conscious data base."

BUGS and Pacific Sands Ready Products for Oil Spill Victims

Carlsbad, CA. – June 18, 2010 – U.S. Microbics (Pinksheets: BUGS), an environmental technology company and Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTCBB: PFSD), a manufacturer of a broad range of environmentally friendly cleaning products, are jointly formulating products that could directly benefit victims of the recent Gulf Oil Spill, one of the worst environmental disasters of our time. The products could soon be available for consumer and commercial use and could be used on marine structures and wildlife contaminated with gooey oil.

Using components of the Pacific Sands Natural Choices™ product line and the oil spill cleanup experience of BUGS management coupled with direct input from industry experts and technologists, the companies hope to introduce one or more products that can help clean up oil spill residue without using additional solvents, dyes, and chemicals that irritate the skin, require special equipment and training to apply or may harm the environment. The developed products would be available to consumers on the www.EcoGeeks.com website and to industrial and commercial clean up users on a BUGS website to be announced.

Robert Brehm, CEO of BUGS commented “The BUGS technology was successfully used on the Santa Barbara oil spill in the late 1960’s and I believe there are cleanup lessons we have learned that are applicable to the Gulf Oil Spill particularly with respect to the use of oil-eating microbes for post capture oil treatment in soil and water. In the past we used surfactants and degreasers with oil spill cleanup operations and the availability of the natural products from Pacific Sands and commercially available microbe products could significantly aid the cleanup process without harmful environmental effects of conventional processes now being used. Our goal is to have simple and effective natural products that can be easily used by the consumer and by commercial cleanup crews.”

Pacific Sands president Michael Wynhoff commented, “We are witnessing a natural disaster which engages entrepreneurial companies like BUGS and Pacific Sands to quickly introduce new products to solve problems created by the event. It doesn’t make sense to me to clean up oil contamination using chemicals that may have a worse effect on the environment. Our Natural Choices™ product line was specifically developed for consumer use and contains effective ingredients which are non-irritating to most users (including wildlife) and are environmentally friendly. We are formulating and testing our products as quickly as possible for deployment into the contaminated region.”

Both companies seek to expand the markets for their own products using each other’s distribution networks and marketing expertise.

Pacific Sands president Michael Wynhoff expanded on the new relationship by saying, “We have followed the U.S. Microbics progress over the years and always liked their products and environmental stewardship philosophy. Their Bio-Miracle(TM) products that enhance plant health using bio-rational fertilizers and microbial growth enhancers while reducing water and chemical fertilizer use, could be a natural addition to our product line and could appeal to our existing customer base. Our goal is to expand each other’s revenue through cross licensing and distribution with new and existing customers who care about the planet, their own health and the people around them.”

Robert Brehm, CEO of BUGS, commented, “I believe the Pacific Sands products are an ideal fit into newly identified markets being pursued by BUGS. With our everyday life seeming bombarded with cancer causing chemicals and pollutants, it is refreshing to find a company with eco-friendly, safe and effective alternatives for a wide variety of household and commercial cleaning solutions for consumers who care about their family’s health and want products that are safe to use around children and contain no chlorine, ammonia, alcohol or solvents. I look forward to expanding the distribution of their retail products to our health conscious data base.”
