Sieht interessant aus. Bin Mal mit 15000 dabei. Das letzte Mal als ich dabei war hatte ich auch 15.000...allerdings standen wir da noch bei 50 Cent...Oracle war für mich immer ein gutes Omen. Habe bisher nur Gewinne gemacht. Denke, dass bald wieder mit Pump & Dump zu rechnen ist. Zielzone sind ca. 25 Cent. Dafür gebe ich Oracle Zeit bis Oktober.

ORACLE ENERGY COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Oracle Energy Corp. has completed a private placement further to Stockwatch news May 25, 2007. A total of 2.8 million units were issued at a price of 25 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. The warrant is exercisable for a two-year period at a price of 30 cents in the first year and at a price of 40 cents in the second year. Proceeds from this private placement will be used to finance Oracle Energy's share of costs for the re-entry of the Jonnell Zamora No. 1 well in Zapata county, Texas, and for general working capital purposes.

The units issued from this private placement have a hold period from trading as follows: 2,755,000 until Nov. 8, 2007; and 45,000 until Nov. 18, 2007.

Canaccord Capital Corp. received a finder's fee of $52,625 in cash and 210,500 agent's warrants on same terms as the private placement, and Lisa Bowie received $2,500 in cash.

Die beiden Analysen sind nahezu identisch und zu 99% vom gleichen Autor.

Mal eine Frage an die Experten hier im Forum. In den Analysen steht:

Rumänien:
"Anfängliche Tests der Quellen zeigten Fliessraten von
1230 Kubikfuß Gas pro Tag (1230 mcf/d) sowie 23 Barrel an
Kondensat-Flüssigkeiten, die ebenfalls verkauft werden können."

Texas:
"Die Quelle konnte nach den Ergebnissen von 1961 Raten
von bis zu 4 Mio. Kubikfuß Gas pro Tag (4 mmcfg/d) fließen."

Was würde das denn für eine Cashflow bei den aktuellen Preisen generieren?

Börsenticker aus München (aktiencheck.de AG) - Nach Ansicht der Experten von "BetaFaktor" eignet sich die Aktie von ORACLE ENERGY (ISIN CA68400T1093/ WKN A0F52J) für spekulativ orientierte Anleger.

Noch sei das kanadische Unternehmen ein Erdöl- und Gas-Explorer. Aber etliche Liegenschaften in Texas, Rumänien und Italien seien inzwischen soweit gediehen, dass evtl. noch in diesem Jahr nach den Probebohrungen die ersten echten Förderungen aufgenommen würden. Dabei müsse das Unternehmen eher wie eine Art Beteiligungsgesellschaft im Erdöl- und Gas-Bereich betrachtet werden. Bei allen Liegenschaften halte man Minderheitsbeteiligungen, um das Risiko zu streuen.

Die breite Streuung der Beteiligungen habe ihren Charme - aber freilich auch ihre Risiken. Eine Beteiligung im afrikanischen Jemen habe sich vergangenen Herbst als bei weitem nicht so ergiebig wie erhofft herausgestellt. Der Kurs habe sich daraufhin innerhalb von Tagen halbiert und tendiere auch jetzt noch in dieser Range. Der Kurs verharre auch deshalb noch in der Nähe der Jahrestiefs, weil die Produktionsaufnahme in Rumänien ebenfalls länger dauere als zunächst erwartet.

Mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von 7 Mio. EUR sei der Wert für seinen augenblicklichen Explorer-Status fair gepreist. Aber sollte nur eine der Quellen in Rumänien, Italien oder Texas wie erwartet zu sprudeln beginnen, sei hier deutlich mehr drin. Eine Rückkehr zu den Jahreshochs bei rund 0,40 EUR wäre problemlos machbar.

Nach Ansicht der Experten von "BetaFaktor" können risikobereite Spekulanten bei der Oracle Energy Aktie mitspielen.

Bin seit kurzer Zeit wieder investiert.
Bisher habe ich Oracle Energy mehrmals als Position getradet und bin immer gut damit gefahren.
Ich denke, der Bohrbeginn in Italien sollte nächste Woche bekannt gegeben werden, hier erwarten uns maximal 18 bcf Gas, das könnte Oracle einen zusätzlichen Schub von 0,30 Euro geben, bei einem Erfolg.

Zu hoffen ist auch, das mit dem Geld aus der letzten Kapitalerhöhung die letzten noch zu bohrenden Meter in Texas erledigt werden können und die nötigen Aktionen zur Produktionsaufnahme dort voranschreiten.

News aus Rumänien sind ebenfalls überfällig und wie mir Oracle auf Nachfrage bestätigte seien alle Projekte aktiv in Arbeit und demnächst auch weitere News wert.

Oracle war als Trading Position bisher immer gut für die ein oder anderen Prozente, denke das diesmal ein paar mehr als die üblichen ca 20% sein werden.

Bin deshalb diesmal doppelt so stark eingestiegen, als üblich.

Ich denke auch, daß der Gaspreis in den nächsten Wochen/Monate wieder anziehen wird. Oracle ist ja inzwischen fast zu 100% ein Gasplay, der Crash der anderen klassischen Gasplayer in letzter Zeit ist relatv spurlos an Oracle vorbei gegangen - IMHO ein Zeichen, das die 0,16 - 0,18 Euro ein stabiler Boden sind, von dem es gut nach oben gehen kann.

Arrone – 1 Well Spudded in Italy

August 6, 2007, Oracle Energy Corp. (“Oracle”)-(TSX.V(O2E-Frankfurt) announces that it has been notified by Ascent Resources plc (UK) that it has commenced the drilling of the Arrone-1 gas exploration well in the 358 square kilometre Fiume Arrone Exploration Permit in Central Italy. The well, which is targeting gas prospective basal sands, is 25 kilometres west of Rome and 11 kilometres north-north-west of Rome’s Fiumincino International airport. Arrone-1 is the first well on the permit and the partners in the well are Oracle Energy Corp. (20%), Italmin Exploration of Italy (14%), JKX of the UK (10%), and Ascent Resources Italia as the operator with a 56% working interest.
The Arrone-1 well spudded on Saturday, August 4th and the conductor casing is now set at 55 metres. It is planned to drill to a depth of 1,000 metres which is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete. Two wells have previously been drilled in the area of the permit, one of which, the Roma-2 well, drilled in 1955 reported gas shows.
Oracle Energy Corp is an international company engaged in the development and exploration of oil and gas. Oracle Energy has a 20% interest in the Fiume Arrone Permit, Italy. Das Bohrloch, das auf potenzielle gashaltige Sande abzielt, liegt 25 Kilometer westlich von Rom und 11 Kilometer nordnordwestlich des internationalen Flughafens Fiumincino bei Rom. Arrone-1 ist das erste Bohrloch auf dem Bohrlizenz-Areal; die an dem Bohrloch beteiligten Partner sind Oracle Energy Corp. Das Bohrloch Arrone-1 wurde am Samstag, dem 4. August begonnen; die Bohrlochverschalung befindet sich jetzt bei 55 Meter. The Civic Alliance for Democracy claims the Natural Resources Secretariat is supporting these projects “without considering the environmental impacts” on the peoples.

The coalition, where the main municipal authorities participate, warned about the damages that extractive mining will cause in the aquifer layers of the region, that supplies nearly 370 communities and over a hundred thousand people.

Ich denke hier gibt es bald einen Satz nach vorne. Rumänien soll spätestens Anfang Oktober angeschlossen werden und Texas ist auch auf dem Weg.
Über Honduras mache ich mir noch keine Gedanken. Erstmal muss jetzt Cash in die Kasse. Nach 1,5 Jahren warten auf Rumänien wird es auch Zeit.

hab mal ne mail an oracle geschrieben, als antwort kam das Carpathian Energy gerade dabei ist die gas-quelle an die produktion anzuschließen und eine tägliche förderquote von min. 1.3 mcfg zu erwarten ist..
und dann sollte auch noch was zu der beteiligung an den 6 öl-feldern kommen..

Die Oracle Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: OCL) (PINK SHEETS: OECPF)
(FRANKFURT:O2E) ("Oracle") gibt bekannt, dass sie von Ascent Resources PLC
(GB) benachrichtigt wurde, dass die Bohrung des Arrone-1-Bohrlochs innerhalb
der Fiume Arrone-Explorationslizenz westlich von Rom abgeschlossen wurde.

Das Arrone-1-Bohrloch wurde bis zu einer Tiefe von 894 Metern gebohrt. Es
durchdrang die prognostizierte Diskordanz des unteren Pliozäns in einer
Tiefe von ca. 820 Metern und setzte sich in den Miozänabschnitt fort. Trotz
starken Gasaustritts während der Bohrung, der eine 20 %-ige Erhöhung des
Bohrschlammgewichts erforderte, zeigten die Bohrberichte, dass der
Pliozänbereich nur feine Sande mit geringer Porosität besaß, so dass eine
kommerzielle Produktion an dieser Stelle nicht möglich ist. Die Partner bei
diesem Projekt, Oracle Energy (20 %), Italmin Exploration (14 %), JKX Italia
(10 %) und Ascent Resources Italia (56 % und Betreiber; eine
hundertprozentige Tochter von Ascent), haben daher vereinbart, das Bohrloch
zu verschließen und stillzulegen.

Oracle Energy Corp ist eine internationale Gesellschaft im Bereich
Erschließung und Exploration von Öl und Gas. Das Unternehmen hält außerdem

Highlights Fall 2007

Texas

Re-entry operations are near completion on the Jonnell Zamora #1 well. It was drilled in 1961 and flowed at rates of 4mmcfg/d. The well was never commercially produced due to it being a gas discovery, and no market existed in 1961 to transport dry gas. There is room for up to 8 wells on the 640 acres. There also exists further potential from at least one additional gas zone at deeper levels. Oracle recently increased its interest to 45.84% from 18.75% in the Jonnell Zamora 1 and expects to soon re-commence drilling to finish the well.



ROMANIA

As of April 10 2007, Oracle has been notified by project operator Carpathian Energy that the National Gas Regulation Authority of Romania has issued the final approval of the permit to produce gas and hydrocarbons from Well No. 3 at Nadlac Field in western Romania. All planned work programs may now commence.


Initial tests on the first work over well [#3] in the Nadlac field indicated gas and fluid produced at the following rates: 27/64-inch choke: 1,230 mcfd and 23 bcd (barrels of condensate per day) and 15/64-inch choke: 673 mcfd and 10 bcd.


Also at Nadlac, an oil zone has been identified. Geological data indicates an oil column at least 71 feet thick and field wide encompassing an area at least 860 acres. Production tests at deeper levels indicate the oil column could be significant. Next workover at Nadlac will include running a Schlumberger RST Log to further evaluate the oil and gas zones behind pipe in the wellbore.



A trailer-mounted 3500 Wilson drilling rig (capable of drilling 5000 feet), purchased by operator Carpathian Energy and scheduled to land in Romania in the fourth quarter 2007 and will be mobilized first to the Cozieni field to drill 2 new gas wells and then to the Bordei Verde Vest oil field to drill 14 new wells in 2007/8.

ORACLE ENERGY UPDATES OPERATIONS IN ZAPATA COUNTY, TEXAS

Site preparations for the re-entry of Oracle Energy Corp.'s Jonnell Zamora No. 1 well are under way. At present, the operator of the project, Pan-American Production Co., is constructing fencing and installing cattle guards in preparation for the rig to be moved on-site. Because of delays concerning the securing of drilling equipment, Pan-American has notified Oracle that it is electing to commence operations with a well service rig to set required cement plugs, test casing and to pull the existing 7-5/8ths casing. These operations will prepare the well for the larger rig which will undertake the sidetrack.

The Jonnell Gas Co. Zamora No. 1 was drilled in April of 1961 and was completed as a gas well from the first Hinnant sand. The top 10 feet of the first Hinnant sand was perforated and flowed at rates up to four million cubic feet of gas per day (mmcfg/d). The well was never commercially produced because it was a dry gas discovery and no market existed in 1961 to transport dry gas.

Previous re-entry operations had succeeded in reaching a depth of approximately 7,800 feet with approximately 26 feet remaining until the first objective is reached, specifically the first Hinnant sand. Upcoming work includes a sidetrack for the well targeting the first Hinnant sand. The second Hinnant sand is also an objective. The proposed total depth for the sidetrack is 8,450 feet. Oracle has a 45.84-per-cent interest in the Jonnell Zamora No. 1 well and an 18.75-per-cent interest in any additional wells to be drilled on the 640-acre oil and gas lease situated in Zapata County, Texas.

announces that it has been updated by the operator, Pan American Production Company (“Pan-American”), on the status of the re-entry of the Jonnell Zamora #1 well. After extensive review of the last two weeks of operations on the Jonnell-Zamora #1 wellbore it has been determined that there are multiple “leaks/splits” in the 9 5/8” casing. These “splits” were probably the result of attempts to “cutoff” and pull the 9 5/8” casing in 1962. These “splits” appeared to have opened up and began leaking as a result of the previous 2 ½ months of re-entry operations. Presently there is no assurance that any of the “leaks” can be eliminated.
Due to the cost and risks associated with an attempt to eliminate the casing leaks, operations to complete in the 1st Hinnant sands are now halted. However, it is proposed by Pan-American that the upper Queen City Formation in the Jonnell-Zamora wellbore be evaluated to possibly consider a shallow completion attempt targeting these upper zones. A decision should be made on whether to proceed with the Queen City completion within the next two weeks. Oracle Energy has been advised by Pan-American that the Queen City Sandstone formation is an upper Wilcox sand group that is a prolific producer in the Lopeno Gas Field located approximately 3.5 miles to the southwest of the Jonnell-Zamora well. Total Queen City production in the Lopeno Field exceeds 30 BCF. Typical initial flow rates average 1 – 1.2 mmcfg/d per well. The average depth of the Queen City sands in the prospect area is 2500 – 3500 feet.
Plans are also now being formulated to drill a new, vertical offset well targeting the 1st and 2nd
Hinnant sands. The Jonnell Gas Company Zamora #1 was drilled in April of 1961 and was completed as a gas well from the 1st Hinnant sand. Nach einer umfangreichen und sorgfältigen Untersuchung der letzten beiden Wochen des Betriebs des Jonnell-Zamora-1-Bohrlochs wurde festgestellt, dass das 9 5/8"-Bohrrohr mehrere “Lecks/Risse” aufweist. Diese “Risse” gehen wahrscheinlich darauf zurück, dass 1962 versucht wurde, das Bohrloch zu schließen und die 9 5/8"-Verrohrung heraufzuziehen. Es scheint, dass diese “Risse” durch die vorangegangenen 2 ½ Monate des Wiederaufschlussbetriebs entstanden sind und zu lecken begonnen haben. Derzeit gibt es keine Sicherheit, dass diese "Risse" behoben werden können.

Aufgrund der mit dem Versuch, die Lecks in der Verrohrung zu beheben, verbundenen Kosten und Risiken wurden die Arbeiten am 1. Hinnant Sand gestoppt. Pan-American hat jedoch vorgeschlagen, die obere Queen City-Formation im Jonnell-Zamora-Bohrloch darauf zu untersuchen, ob ein Förderbohrloch für diese oberen Zonen in geringer Tiefe fertig gestellt werden kann. Innerhalb der nächsten zwei Wochen fällt die Entscheidung, ob die Queen City-Bohrung fortgesetzt wird. Oracle Energy wurde von Pan-American unterrichtet, dass es sich bei der Queen City-Sandsteinformation um eine obere Sandgruppe von Wilcox handelt, einem förderstarken Produzenten im Lopeno-Gasfeld, das ca. 5,5 km südwestlich des Jonnell-Zamora-Bohrlochs liegt. Die Queen City-Gesamtproduktion im Lopeno-Feld übersteigt 30 BCF (Millionen Kubikfuß). Die normalen Anfangsfördermengen liegen durchschnittlich bei 1 - 1,2 mmcfg/d (Millionen metrischer Kubikfuß pro Tag) pro Bohrloch. Die Durchschnittstiefe des Queen City-Sandsteins im Prospektionsgebiet liegt bei 760 – 1050 m.

Es werden gerade Pläne zur Bohrung neuer, vertikal gerichteter Bohrungen am 1. und 2. Hinnant Sand erstellt. Die Jonnell Gas Company Zamora 1 wurde im April 1961 gebohrt und als Gasbohrloch vom 1. Hinnant Sand fertig gestellt. Die ersten 3 m des 1. Hinnant Sand wurden perforiert, und die Förder-menge betrug bis zu 4 mmcfg/d. Das Bohrloch ging nie in die kommerzielle Produktion, da es sich um eine Trockengasentdeckung handelt und 1961 kein Markt für den Transport von Trockengas existierte.

Oracle Energy besitzt eine 45,84 %-ige Beteiligung am Jonnell-Zamora-1-Bohrloch und eine Beteiligung von 18,75 % an allen weiteren Bohrlöchern, die in dem 259 ha umfassenden Gebiet der Öl- und Gasliegenschaft im texanischen Zapata County (USA) gebohrt werden.

The proposed new well will be located approximately 1000 feet from the existing Jonnell- Zamora #1. Because of the close proximity of the new well to the Jonnell-Zamora #1 wellbore the Queen City section is to be evaluated by electric logs, sidewall cores and possible formation testing of the new well. This new information will enable better selectivity to determine which Queen City reservoir may be economically viable in any future re-completion attempt at the Jonnell-Zamora #1. The Queen City Sandstone formation is an upper Wilcox sand group that is a prolific producer in the Lopeno Gas Field located approximately 3.5 miles to the southwest of the Jonnell-Zamora #1 well.
The Jonnell Gas Company Zamora #1 was drilled in April of 1961 and was completed as a gas well from the 1st Hinnant sand. The top 10' of the 1st Hinnant Sand was perforated, and flowed at rates up to 4 mmcfg/d. The well was never commercially produced due to being a dry gas discovery, and no market existed in 1961 to transport dry gas.
Oracle Energy has a 45.84% interest in the Jonnell-Zamora #1 well and an 18.75% interest in any additional wells to be drilled on the 640 acres oil and gas lease situated in Zapata County, Texas.

ankündigungen immer wieder, dazu kurz werbung schalten und dann keine infos mehr.

rumänien müsste seit langer zeit laufen, schaut euch die news an vor 1 jahr und länger her, und es wird nicht gesagt, warum es nie was geworden ist.

mein tip: finger weg, es gibt genug andere firmen, die m.m. nach seriöser sind.

Oracle has an 18.75% interest in 640 acres located in Zapata County.
Re entry drilling for gas is now underway. The Jonnell Zamora #1 well flowed at rates up to 4 mmcfg/d in 1961. As no market or pipeline existed at that time the well was never commercially produced. 640 acres has a potential of up to 8 wells.There also exists further commercial potential from at least one additional gas zone at deeper level.
Pan American has also notified Oracle Energy that the drilling of a new well to a depth of 8500 feet to test the Hinnant sands will be proposed in January 2008, with an anticipated drill date in February, 2008.

Canadian and Japanese firms are interested in exploring for petroleum in the Caribbean off the Honduran coast starting next year, officials said Wednesday.

Presidential adviser Nelson Avila told reporters that the Canadian firm Oracle Energy is interested in starting exploration at that time.

He added that he met with representatives of the Canadian firm in Tegucigalpa on Tuesday to speak about the matter.

Meanwhile, a mission of experts from Japan is scheduled to arrive in Honduras on Dec. 17 to analyze the possibility of starting petroleum exploration in the La Mosquitia region in eastern Honduras, as well as in the Caribbean on the border with Nicaragua.

Regarding the Canadian multinational, its adviser Fredy Matute said that the firm would be prepared to invest some $60 million in the project.

If there are no complications or setbacks, next year the company could be producing some 18,000 barrels of crude per day in the region, Matute said, although so far no firm is yet doing any exploration.

The Japanese would be trying to follow up on several recent studies that discussed the existence of potential crude deposits off the Honduran coast.

Deputy Energy Minister Valerio Gutierrez said exploration with new technology would be initiated if the existence of crude oil in profitable quantities can be confirmed, and that could be done by mid-2008.

On Sept. 3, 1999, three Russian geologists confirmed in Tegucigalpa that Honduras has an "immense quantity" of petroleum reserves.

U.S. firms have been talking about that possibility in Honduras since the 1940s.

Some U.S. companies drilled a few wells in the 1970s and '80s but they always said that the quantity of crude they found was not sufficient to make its extraction profitable. EFE

announces it has been notified by Ventum Energy LP ("Ventum") of Houston, Texas that drilling operations on the Jonnell- Zamora #2 well in Zapata County, Texas are scheduled for mid-March 2008.

Ventum Energy LP is the operating partner with a 52.28% interest. Ventum Energy LP, an Old World Industries Inc. company, is an independent exploration and production company based in Houston, Texas with interests in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. Ventum Energy's operation entity, Ventum Oil and Gas LP will conduct the drilling operations of the new well.

The proposed new well will be located approximately 150 feet from the existing Jonnell-Zamora # 1 well and will be drilled to a depth of 8400 feet to test the 1st and 2nd Hinnant formations.

The Jonnell Gas Company Zamora #1 was drilled in April of 1961 and was completed as a gas well from the 1st Hinnant sand. Ich hab in der Vergangenheit fast immer Geld mit OCL gemacht, nur leider das letzte mal nicht, als unter anderem die Probleme mit der Bohrung in Texas auftauchten.
Jetzt soll ja nächsten Monat dort neben dem kaputten alten Bohrloch aus den 60er Jahren, das man nicht aktivieren konnte, ein neues gebohrt werden.
Rumänien ist eine Never Ending Story, seit Jahren ist alles bereit, um den Gashahn aufzudrehen. Aber nichts passiert.
Ebenso mit der Rig, die auch schon seit Jahren dort in kürze die weiteren Felder bohren soll.
Das ist ärgerlich und schafft nicht mehr Vertrauen.
Honduras könnte interessant werden, Japaner und Russen sind dort auch dabei erste Lizenzen zu erwerben.
Aber wie will Oracle das bezahlen? Riecht nach einem PP, das bald kommen wird. Wenn sie eine Lizenz in Honduras bekommen, dazu einen schnellen Erfolg in Texas haben, sowie endlich in Rumänien wieder aktiv werden mit Produktionsstart und weiteren Bohrungen, dann sollte der Kurs schon gut anziehen. Das wäre dann der Zeitpunkt für eine Kapitalerhöhung.
Ich denke, Nasim denkt in diese Richtung. Das zeigt auch die verstärkte PR in letzter Zeit. Ist eventuell ein guter Zeitpunkt auf den Zug jetzt aufzuspringen und den geplanten Runup bis zum PP mitzunehmen.
Damit das klappt, muß allerdings aus den bestehenden Aktivitäten in Texas, Rumänien und Honduras möglichst viel gutes an News in den nächsten 2-3 Monaten kommen.

Hab mir den Bericht mal angesehen.
Im Hintergrund wird wohl gegessen.
Hoffentlich mussten wir diese Speisung nicht bezahlen!
Möglicherweise ne Kaffee-Fahrt auf Kosten unserer O2E!
So dicht wie die Tapete Tapete hinter Nasim zu sein scheint,
ist der Veransaltungsraum recht klein.
Jedenfalls werden all die Ladenhüter nochmal aufgewärmt und
wärmstens empfohlen.
Die ganze Bude - O2E- macht auf mich den Eindruck, das die Vorreiter gerade soviel Erfolg vorweisen, wie sie brauchen um Ihre Gehälter zahlen zu können und neue PP's durchzudrücken. Alle Jahre wieder werden die gleichen Projekte vorgestellt. nddddddamit man glubhaft klingt, werden plausibel klingende Begründungen für Verzögerungen und diverse Neue Vorhaben vorgetragen.
Wenn da mal nicht irgendwann der Schaustellerverband dahinterkommt!

Wer genehmigt eigentlich deren Gehälter? Wir sind ja wohl bei den Hauptversammlungen nicht dabei!

The Jonnell Gas Company Zamora #1 was drilled in April of 1961 and was completed as a gas well from the 1st Hinnant sand. The top 10 feet of the 1st Hinnant sand was perforated and flowed at rates up to 4 mmcfg/d. The well was never commercially produced due to being a dry gas discovery. In 1961, no market existed to transport dry gas.

Oracle Energy has an 18.75% interest on the 640 acres oil and gas lease in Zapata County, Texas.

Oracle Energy has a diversified portfolio of oil and gas interests in Romania, the USA and Italy.

Die Vermutung, das in Kürze eine Reihe guter News anstehen, verdichtet sich immer mehr.
Ich bin auf jeden Fall mal wieder positioniert, es sollten in den nächsten Monaten einige Prozente zu machen sein.

Pro Einheit nur 1/2 Warrant und das zu $0.225 ist schon mutig.
Dazu gibts übrigens eine 4-Monatige Lockperiode.
Die Aussichten müssen also ganz gut sein, wenn man mit solchen Konditionen Investoren locken kann.

Laut Oracle soll die Bohrung in Texas in den nächsten Tagen erfolgen, eine zweite Bohrung dort auch direkt danach.
Start der Produktion 6 Wochen nach der Bohrung, wenn alles glatt läuft.
Rumänien soll auch noch dieses Quartal in Produktion gehen, danach werden die 4 geplanten Brunnen im Cozienzi Feld im nächsten Quartal gebohrt.
News über die Explorationslizenz in Honduras soll auch in kürze folgen.

Pulver hab ich plaziert, jetzt muß Nasim nur noch die Lunte zünden.

Oracle Energy (OCL.V) has announced that it has been notified by the majority interest project operator,
Ventum Oil & Gas LLC, that drilling operations on the J. Vela #1 well began on April 15, 2008. This
announcement should be considered very positive news since the Texas drilling operation is a significant
near-term share price determinant. Given that preliminary drilling results should be available sometime in
May, favorable results should have a positive impact on near-term share price.
Ventum Energy has an experienced team of geologists and engineers with significant experience in the
oil and gas exploration industry. Ventum’s parent company, Old World Industries, is a privately owned
company with additional interests in the chemical and consumer products industries.
Oracle Energy owns an 18.75% interest in the 640-acre Zapata County oil and gas lease. Ventum
Energy, the project operator, holds a majority interest (52.28%) in the lease. The property has the
potential for up to eight wells.
• Private Placement
On April 2, 2008 Oracle Energy announced that it would enter into a private placement of up to 5 million
units at a price of C$0.15 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one half of a warrant with each
warrant being convertible into a single share for up to one year from the placement closing date at a price
of C$0.225. Proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the upcoming Texas drilling operation and
for general working capital purposes. The offering also has an acceleration provision whereby if the share
price exceeds C$0.50 for 10 consecutive trading days, unit holders must convert their warrants within 30
days.
In addition to the financing of current drilling operations the offering should be considered in a positive
light from a market sentiment standpoint. The share offer price of C$0.15 is slightly higher than the
current market price (C$0.14 per share) and the C$0.225 warrant conversion rate is 61% above the
current market price with that conversion price required to be reached in the relatively short time frame of
one year. Purchasers of this unit package appear to be quite confident of both drilling success and shortterm
share price appreciation.
• Honduras Operations
Oracle Energy, through a subsidiary, Oracle Energy Honduras SA, has established an office staffed
with full time company representatives, in Honduras. According to a December 13, 2007 news release,
Oracle Energy plans to acquire property for purposes of oil and gas exploration based on geologic and
remote sensing studies that were completed over a 14-month period. The studies indicate potentially
significant oil and gas deposits located at reasonable drilling depths.
While it’s not possible to estimate the long-term potential of this effort in quantitative terms at this time
based on available information this development should definitely be viewed as positive. This type of
exploration activity is really why potential investors consider placing a bet with the company through
share purchase and is the essence of the company’s strategy of being a diversified pure play oil and
gas exploration company.

Du meinst sicherlich den Gaspreis.
Der hat sich ja auch sehr gut entwickelt in den letzten Monaten:



Nimmt man die Ergebnisse des Zamora#1 (4 Million Kubikfuß/Tag) als Basis, ergibt sich schönes Geld für Oracle:

4mmcf/d * 0,1875 = 750000 cf/d für Oracle
Bei $11 pro 1000 cf wären das dann $8250 pro Tag.
Oder $247500 pro Monat brutto.

Und da ist ja noch Platz für 7 weitere Brunnen.

Hmm, +27% auf $0,235 in Kanada.
Nasim muß nur die guten News nur weiter nach und nach kommen lassen, dann kann er bald die Warrants bei $0,50 einfordern.

Heute wurde mit Art Green ein neuer COO vorgestellt.
Mit führenden Positionen bei Exxon Mobil und Hess ist das schon ein ziemliches Kaliber. Solche Leute werden im Moment hoch gehandelt in der Industrie. Schwierig zu bekommen, irgendwie kam mir bei seiner Vita sofort "Honduras" in den Sinn ...

Sieht gut aus, soll einer sagen man könne mit Oracle keine Kohle machen ...

Nadlac #3 Well To Be Put On Line

May 13, 2008, Oracle Energy Corp. ("Oracle Energy") (OCL-TSX.V)(O2E-Frankfurt) announces it has been notified by Carpathian Energy Companie Petroliera ("Carpathian") that it has finalized the purchase from Petrom, S.A. of the Nadlac-Turnu pipeline in western Romania. The pipeline runs from Nadlac field to the national gas transmission line network and is 6 5/8 inches in diameter and 33 kilometers in length.

This purchase will enable the company to produce the gas from the No. 3 well in Nadlac field. The line had previously been used to transport gas from Nadlac field, but had been shut in since the field ceased production before Carpathian acquired the concession. The line also has the extra capacity to transport gas from additional wells expected to be put on line in the field.

Transgaz, the national gas transmission line operator, is testing the line for Carpathian and installing new surface equipment and meters.

The No. 3 well is presently shut in, with shut in tubing pressure of 2,100 psi. The well was officially tested by Transgaz in December, 2007 at a flow rate of 28,600 cubic meters gas per day or 1,009,866 cubic feet of gas per day. The present gas price in Romania is USD$5.50 per thousand cubic feet (MCF).

Carpathian has already obtained all permits to produce and sell the gas and associated condensate from the No. 3 well. The Company expects to begin producing the well within the next 45-60 days.

Oracle Energy Corp. holds a 20% participating interest in the Nadlac field as well as five other oil and gas concessions in Romania with Carpathian as the operator.

ich finde den news flow der letzten wochen überragend.. nun müsste die bohrung J. Vela #1 Zapata County, Texas bald vollendet sein. und die nachrichten werden weiter plätschern.

momentan also sehr gute aussichten.

mein kursziel liegt bei 45 cent in den nächsten drei monaten.

Das zweite PP hat nur leider den guten Lauf arg zurückgeworfen.
Hat mich schon ziemlich geärgert, aber ich denke es wird weiter gehen, wenn das PP durch ist.
Es sind immerhin $848.000, die hier eingesammelt werden.
Zu den News aus Texas: Der Operator empfiehlt einen Fertigstellungsplan. Mit anderen Worten, der Brunnen geht in Produktion. Es wird noch ein Frac gemacht und anschliessend werden die Produktionsparameter getestet.
Das sollte alles recht einfach sein, die Pipeline ist ja nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Rumänien sollte etwa in derselben Zeit in Produktion gehen, danach stehen weitere Bohrungen an. Sowohl in Rumänien, als auch in Texas.
Schön wäre auch die Bekanntgabe einer Explorationslizenz in Honduras.
Insgesamt scheint es so, als wenn die ewigen Verzögerungen bei den Projekten endlich vorbei sind und der positive Newsflow nun konstant bleibt.
Da sehe ich auch ein Potenzial von $0,45-0,50 in den nächsten Monaten.

Die 600.000 Aktien gingen von Canaccord an Canaccord. Könnte also die erste Hälfte der angekündigten 1,22 Millionen Aktien sein, die da Management verkaufen will, um das Geld gleich wieder in Oracle zu investieren:

Leider gibt es in Texas beim Projekt in Zapata County eine Verzögerung.
Ventum hat ein kleines Problem mit den Behörden.
Ihr P-5 Status ist abgelaufen, deshalb wurde die Bohrerlaubnis für den Frac noch nicht erteilt. Es handelt sich um einen directional drill, der zudem zusätzlich auf eine vierte Gaszone (Lopeno consolidated) abziehlt.
Das mit dem P-5 ist eigentlich kein Problem, man muß in Texas von Zeit zu Zeit den Nachweis erbringen, das man finanziell und technisch in der Lage ist, solche Projekte zu bohren.
Ist ja bei Ventum kein Thema, steht ja ein großer Konzern dahinter.
Aber ärgerlich schon, die Bürokratenmühlen mahlen langsam.

Oracle Energy announces gas sales from the J. Vela # 1 well

August 13, 2008, Oracle Energy Corp ( "Oracle Energy") (OCL-TSX.V)(O2E-Frankfurt) announces that it has been notified by Ventum that the J. Vela #1 well is now on stream and is currently producing to sales at approximately 500 MSCFD. This will hold 80 acres of the 640 acre lease. Oracle Energy has decided that other near term opportunities are more attractive than drilling a second well and accordingly has relinquished its interest in the remainder of the lease. Oracle Energy holds an 18.75% working interest in the J. Vela # 1 well.

At Chitsey (Smackover) Field Unit the re-entry operations to re-establish oil production are actively underway. The project involves the secondary recovery or "water flood" of the field which had primary production of approximately 1,000,000 barrels of oil. Oracle Energy holds a 20% working interest in the Chitsey Field Unit.

Oracle Energy has changed its near term focus from high cost, high risk projects to lower risk projects with good economics. Oracle's intent is to build a broad portfolio of properties providing a solid production and cash flow base for future growth.

Ja schau an, das Ding lebt noch. News aus Rumänien und Honduras ist endgültig tot:

November 5, 2008, Oracle Energy Corp ("Oracle Energy") Oracle Energy has received an update from Carpathian Energy Companie Petroliera SRL ("Carpathian") the operator of six properties in Romania in which Oracle holds interests from 15% to 20%. Carpathian's update deals with two of the six properties.

Carpathian has just received the finalized "Nadlac Technical Project" report from Gazproect-Brasov S.A., a Romanian engineering firm. This was an additional requirement before the remaining work on the hookup of the pipeline at Nadlac field could be completed. That work is now scheduled to commence on November 15, 2008. If there are no further procedural delays, the No. 3 well at Nadlac should be put on production on or about the end of the year.

The No. 3 well remains shut in, with shut in tubing pressure of 2,156 psi. The well was officially tested by Transgaz in December, 2007 at a flow rate of 28,600 cubic meters gas per day or 1,009,866 cubic feet of gas per day. The present gas price in Romania is USD$5.75 per thousand cubic feet (MCF).

Carpathian recently re-entered and attempted re-completion in the No. 244 well at Cozieni field. A 30 meter thick sand at 956 meters deep was identified as potentially productive. This sand is in addition to the identified gas reservoirs at 500 to 600 meters. The sand was perforated over a 15 meter interval and tested. The well flowed at a rate of 115,000 cubic feet of gas per day. An acid stimulation was attempted to increase the gas flow rate. A casing cement failure prevented completion of the stimulation. A decision will be made as to whether attempting to repair the casing cement or drilling a new well to produce this sand would be more economical.

In August, 2008, Carpathian began the permitting process to drill 2 new wells in the Cozieni field. The permits should be finalized and the wells commenced in the first quarter of 2009. The permit for one of these wells will be modified to drill to 1,000 meters deep instead of 650 meters deep in order to be able to produce the additional gas sand at 956 meters.

Oracle Energy has completed its review of the concession in Honduras for which an application had been made. Oracle Energy has decided that the project does not fit the company's near term strategy due to business reason's, including the long approval time to get the license, and has withdrawn the application. The company is actively reviewing oil and gas opportunities for potential acquisition.

Von 80 Cent auf 3 Cent abgestürzt: verkaufen zur rechten Zeit ist anscheinend eine recht schwierige Kunst. Aber ohne sie zu beherrschen, verliert man an der Börse nur. Wer nicht verkaufen kann, sollte eigentlich die Finger von der Börse lassen.....

The remaining work required prior to production is the completion of 400 meters of pipeline and a metering station at the point where the pipeline from the Nadlac treating station ties into the main transmission line. Carpathian employees were in the process of issuing tender documents to complete this work and they now estimate sales from the number 3 well by June of this year

Nabucco Transit-Länder unterzeichnen Regierungsabkommen

ANKARA, Türkei - Österreich, Ungarn, Rumänien, Bulgarien und die Türkei haben eine zwischenstaatliche Vereinbarung über die Nabucco-Projekt unterzeichnet. Die Vereinbarung sichert den gleichen rechtlichen Bedingungen für die Gas-Transit über den gesamten Nabucco-Pipeline-System und legt Verkehr Tarifmethoden und Regeln für den Netzzugang

Nach Angaben der Länder wird das neue Abkommen einen stabilen rechtlichen Rahmen für die nächsten 50 Jahre. Das IGA legt einen Standard-Tarif Methodik, die für 25 Jahre gelten nach dem Pipeline-Betrieb beginnt, und garantiert einen gleichberechtigten Zugang für alle Marktteilnehmer.

Das Projekt wird uns mit der Fertigstellung eines Projekts Support-Vereinbarung mit detaillierten technischen Planung und Sozial-und Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungen zu bewegen. Parallel dazu wird das Nabucco-Konsortium startet Verhandlungen mit Banken und verfolgen die Vermarktung der Transportkapazitäten in der Open Season-Prozesses.

Die Pipeline wird den Zugang zu neuen Bezugsquellen für Gas für die europäischen Kunden und den Wettbewerb innerhalb der internationalen Gasmärkte, sagen die Länder. Es wird für mehr als 3.300 km (2.051 Meilen) von der Türkei über Bulgarien, Rumänien und Ungarn zu fahren nach Wien, in der Nähe der Gas-Hub Baumgarten. Derzeit gehören die Pipeline Aktionäre OMV Gas & Power, MOL, Transgaz, Bulgarisch Energy Holding, BOTAS und RWE. Die geplante Kapazität der Endausbaustufe wird 31 Milliarden Kubikmeter.

Seid den letzten Monaten steigt der Kurs in Kanada langsam aber kontinuierlich an und das Volumen wird auch immer höher.
Das können nicht alles Zocker sein, ich denke mal das jemand mehr weiß und sich eindeckt.
Es kommt bestimmt bald eine Meldung zu Rumänien.

Oracle Energy farms out two Romanian blocks to Amromco Energy

August 31, 2009 - Oracle Energy Corp. ("Oracle") (OCL-TSX.V)(O2E-Frankfurt) announces that both Oracle and Carpathian Energy Companie Petroliera SRL ("Carpathian"), its joint venture partner in its Romanian concessions, have entered into a farmout agreement with Amromco Energy LLC ("Amromco") on the Nadlac and Bordei Verde Vest blocks.

Subject to the terms of the agreement, Oracle and Carpathian agree to assign to Amromco 67.5% of their collective rights under the concession contract. Carpathian would reduce its interest from 80% to 26% and Oracle would reduce its interest from 20% to 6.5%. In exchange Amromco shall pay 90% of the costs of the work program planned for both Blocks that includes a 3-D seismic program and drilling two wells.

In addition Amromco shall assume and pay Oracle and Carpathian's share of joint account costs previously incurred by Carpathian and Oracle in connection with the drilling and completion of Nadlac existing well No. 3. Amromco will become the operator of the Borde Verde Vest and Nadlac blocks.

Amromco Energy LLC is a privately-held independent exploration and production company based in Houston, Texas with offices in Bucharest and Ploiesti, Romania. The company is the operator of 33 exploration and production concessions in Romania and is the largest private oil and gas company operating in Romania.

1. Where is Oracle Energy headed at this time, and where are your efforts focused?
We are currently focused on facilitating the next stage of our farmout agreement with Amromco Energy, the largest private oil and gas company operating in Romania. This agreement on the Nadlac and Bordei Verde Vest blocks consists of Amromco agreeing to pay 90 percent of the costs of a work program contemplated on the two blocks that includes a 3-D seismic program and drilling two wells. We are pleased to report that we are progressing and Amromco is formulating the work program for these two oil and gas concessions.
2. Why farmout the two Romanian concessions?
Amromco is the first private company in the post World War II era to produce natural gas in Romania and now operates 31 producing oil and gas fields in that country. Oracle’s concessions in Romania are on previously producing fields and with Amromco’s resources and technical expertise, in-country personnel, and local connections we are on track to bring these assets back into production. With Amromco as operators, we are in a position to explore what we believe is the upside potential on these assets using modern exploration methods with a view to moving them into production and generating cash flow.
3. What is the next step in moving the farmout agreement forward?
Amromco has filed necessary documentation with the N.A.M.R. – the National Agency for Mineral Resources in Romania – for the novation of all respective interests under the farmout agreement. Once the registration of our Romanian assets is confirmed under the new agreement, Amromco can begin to move the work programs forward.
4. What are you hoping the 3-D seismic program will confirm?
The previous reserve reports for the two blocks are based on historical information and to a certain extent represent antiquated oil well data. The 3-D seismic program is intended to re-evaluate the size and extent of the resource, as well as assist in the selection of optimum drilling locations for the Borde Verde Vest oil field. The new 3-D seismic data should also confirm and expand on the findings of the previously filed 51-101 independent oil and gas technical report on the two concessions.
5. What is the status of Oracle Energy’s annual oil and gas reserve disclosure filings?
Oracle Energy filed Forms 51-101 F1, F2 & F3 (Statement of Reserves Data and other Oil and Gas information) on SEDAR December 17, 2009. Oracle Energy is now compliant in its filings and the cease trade order against Oracle has been revoked by the British Columbia Securities Commission. Trading in Oracle’s securities will resume January 5, 2010.

The resolution for the consolidation of the issued and outstanding common shares of Oracle, as described in Oracle's information circular, was approved by the shareholders. Implementation of the consolidation remains subject to the final approval of the directors of Oracle.

We seek Safe Harbor.

The Stock is not dead we will be raising money for a new project after the rollback is completed. I will keep you posted as developments occur.

ORACLE ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES TSX VENTURE APPROVAL FOR AND TECHNICAL REPORT ON PORTUGAL CONCESSION
Vancouver, British Columbia, July 8, 2013 — Oracle Energy Corp. (“the Company” or “Oracle Energy”, or "Oracle") (TSX.V: OEC) (Frankfurt: O2E) is pleased to announce the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the contract between Government of Portugal and Oracle for Petroleum Exploration, Development and Production Rights in the Barreiro Concession Area (the “Property”) granted Feb 1, 2013. The Property covers an area of approximately 211,275 acres (855 sq. km) in Portugal’s southern Lusitanian Basin.

The contract, essentially a government concession to explore for oil & gas, provides for an initial exploration period of 8 years. The work program includes a first year commitment of €78,000 for Geological & Geophysical studies and a second year commitment of €234,000 for airborne gravity and magnetic data acquisition, seismic reprocessing, and geologic interpretation.

The Exchange has also accepted for filing the Agreement dated November 17, 2011 between Oracle and Mohave Oil and Gas Corp (“Mohave”), whereby Mohave will provide Oracle advice in selecting and obtaining a concession from the Portuguese government. Under the agreement, if Oracle is awarded such a concession, Mohave will have a three year option to obtain a maximum working interest of 25% in the concession, subject to approval of the government of Portugal. Mohave has earned this option regarding the Barreiro Concession.

An NI 43-101 Technical Report dealing with the Company’s Barreiro oil and gas concession has also been accepted by the TSX-V. The report, by Chapman Petroleum Engineering Ltd., deals with two of the three areas of oil & gas potential expected to be present in the property; the Triassic Pre-salt, and a Liassic (Lower Jurassic) unconventional resource play. A Jurassic reef play, which Oracle expects to be present in the concession, was not considered in the report due to lack of data at this time.

The report indicates best estimate prospective resources in the Silves formation of 34,690 MMscf with a net present value before income tax, discounted at 10%, before risk, of $95.7 91.6 million. The report also indicates best estimate prospective resources in the Lias formation of 237,668 MMscf. No economic analysis was performed on the Lias due to the early stage and large infrastructure needed to fully develop these considerable resources.

The reservoir of the Triassic Silves Fm. consists of continental fluvial and alluvial clastics, with similarities to many producing areas including the giant Hassi R’Mel gas field in Algeria and Sarir, the largest oil field in Libya, as well as many North Sea fields. A close analogy to the Lias play is the Ayoluengo field in the early Jurassic of the Basque-Cantabrian Basin in Northern Spain.

Oracle’s Chairman Nasim Tyab remarked that “the Barreiro property provides a strong initial exploration asset for the Company and is expected to contribute to Oracle’s growth.”
