lasst euch mal nicht hier rausschütteln, am ende des jahres seit ihr wieder dicke da, haben im moment nur zu wenig interesse, selbst im amiland nur geringe umsätze,
aber die firma wird kommen und das kursziel von 0,80 €
werden wir sehen, ist dies erreicht brechen wir noch weiter aus, wie gesagt zur zeit wenig interesse

Da scheinen einige die Geduld verloren zu haben.
Jetzt scheint aber endlich wieder etwas Volumen bei steigenden Kursen reinzukommen.

Bald dürfte Besserung in Sicht sein:




Im Moment beherrschen noch die beiden parallel verlaufenden langfristigen Abwärtstrendlinien das Chartbild. Sollte die erste in den nächsten Tagen gebreakt werden, könnten der Kurs sehr schnell bis zur zweiten hochlaufen, die bei etwa 0,40 USD verläuft, was mehr als eine Verdoppelung vom aktuellen Wert bedeuten würde.





Trotz der schwarzen Kerze ohne Dochte (sehr bearish) am Mittwoch, hat die äußerst starke Widerstandszone bei 17 USCent gehalten. Der Aufwärtstrend bleibt somit intakt. Die überverkaufte Situation und die anziehenden Kurse heute, lassen auf eine sehr erfolgreiche Woche für Empire hoffen.

aber auch hier kann ich nur sagen, wenn ausbruch kommt, dann bei 0,30$ wieder raus und abwarten, oder eingraben und

da kann auch hier nur die devise heißen sammeln so lange die dinger billig sind, aber nur vermutung, habe mich noch nicht so richtig intensiv damit beschäftigt, nur mal alles so überflogen was hier so geht und ums nicht zu vergessen
mir mal 30k ins depot gelegt, mal sehen was daraus wird, bin aber nächste woche nicht da, wird bestimmt eh nicht viel passieren...

Licence doubt over deadline

The investment of more than 200 Tasmanians in mining company Great South Land Minerals hangs in the balance until the end of the month.
GSLM, which has long claimed to be on the verge of drilling for oil and gas in Tasmania, yesterday said it would not meet a key State Government deadline.
The company now faces having its exploration licence cancelled.
GSLM toured Tasmania in 2002-03 holding public forums to attract shareholders. More than 200 signed up, buying shares believed to total up to $5 million.
The company was granted a four-year Tasmanian exploration licence in October 2004 on the condition it spent $4.8 million within the first year.
The money was not spent and last November the State Government gave GSLM until January 31 to meet the condition or its licence would be cancelled.
In Hobart yesterday, company secretary Nicole Chesterman said “we have not performed any on-ground operations”.
Ms Chesterman said figures on the exploration spent to date were not available but it was less than $4.8 million.
She confirmed that GSLM had written to Resources Minister Bryan Green asking for his understanding. They had “more or less” asked for an extension of the deadline.
Empire Energy chairman Keith Laing held a press conference in Hobart yesterday to showcase GSLM’s 2006 exploration plans. GSLM is owned by Empire Energy.
Mr Laing did not mention that GSLM faced having its licence cancelled but when questioned afterwards he said: “I’m concerned that the State Government will act quickly. I hope they don’t close the book on us.”
Mr Green said he had received correspondence from GSLM seeking a meeting, which he was considering.

The board of Empire Energy Corporation International ("Empire") (OTCBB: EEGC) is pleased to announce that it has secured approximately $3.4M USD ($4.7M AUD) in a funding transaction which in total may result in funding up to $5.4M USD ($7.5M AUD) with funds managed by RAB Capital plc ("RAB Capital"). RAB Capital is an investment management company with $3.2 billion of assets under management and is a leading European investor in the natural resources sector. The transaction was negotiated by Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited in London.

The funding package comprises approximately $1.9M USD ($2.6M AUD) equity investment in 17,100,000 shares of Class A Common Stock at $0.11 USD per share, $1.5M USD ($2.1M AUD) of 6% convertible debenture due March 14, 2008, convertible at $0.15 USD per share, a warrant over 8,550,000 shares of Common Stock exercisable at $0.13 USD per share and a warrant over 5,000,000 shares of Common Stock exercisable at $0.18 USD per share. Proceeds from the exercise of the warrants could generate up to approximately $2.0M USD, increasing the total funding to approximately $5.4M USD ($7.5M AUD).

Empire intends to use the funds to progress a number of its existing natural resource projects in Tasmania and for general corporate purposes. Malcolm Bendall, Empire President and CEO, stated, "We are pleased to have RAB Capital as an institutional shareholder of Empire to support the execution of our natural resource projects and to allow us to advance our business plans."
