Rushing Generator Orders as Demand Increases Due to Hurricane Wilma

COOPER CITY, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 27, 2005 -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) (China Direct), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that its headquarters were not damaged from Hurricane Wilma but electricity is currently out and expected to be back within the next few days. South Florida currently has three million customers without power including all China Direct employees. Demand for the large generators will now be strong for the future as South Florida has for the first time experienced a power outage in one third of the state, an unprecedented event. Businesses such as gas stations, banks and Supermarkets and others will consider generators in order to support the public during any type of disaster that interrupts the power supply. Individuals will now consider installing a backup power supply in preparation for next year`s hurricane season, just seven months away and expected to be as active as this year.

China Direct is pressuring its China factories to rush production of its first orders and UL submission is expected on November 18th and UL approval is anticipated to be January 24th with the first shipment one week after UL approval. The company will receive its opening Letter of Credit from Complete Power Solutions (CPS), its exclusive generator supplier in the region, as soon as the banks open in South Florida. CPS has received hundreds of calls from individuals for installations over the past two days and the company believes demand will continue for many years as people consider a generator as an investment in their home and peace of mind.

China Direct`s subsidiary handling generator sales, China Pathfinder, will focus sales for the next 12 months on generators and roof tiles as the company believes these two items to be in highest demand and lowest supply and most importantly can be imported from China for less.

Generators Leave China by Air to Hurricane Wilma Victims

COOPER CITY, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 28, 2005 -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) (China Direct), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that its headquarters is operational and the company spent much of yesterday taking orders for small portable generators which left China today and will arrive in three days. The company is flying 20 generators tomorrow and has another 160 generators available to ship by next Monday. The generators are being sold on a first come, first serve basis with a credit card payment. Generators can be ordered at 954-252-3440 and the company will continue to fly the product in as long as there is a demand. Currently 1.75 million people are still without electricity in South Florida and some homes and businesses may have to wait three to four weeks to get power restored.


Hurricane Wilma has created a huge demand for small generator sales for a quick fix but once power is restored throughout South Florida the company`s long term objective will be selling large units which can power an entire home. Because of the numerous hurricanes in South Florida over the past two years, demand for self sufficient power is at an all time high. China Direct is both supplying and selling generators for their distributor in the region and is currently manufacturing and applying for the first UL approved Chinese 25KW to 50KW generators with over $7,000,000 in current backorders for delivery upon UL approval over the next 12 months.
