Gestern wurde vermeldet, daß Oxford Ventures Fusionspartner Uluru eine Wundgel für Brandwunden entwickeln und die US Army damit ausstatten soll.

Nach erfolgreicher Entwicklung könnte somit OXFV als alleiniger Ausrüster für Wundsalben der US Army auftreten!

Die ersten Kontrakte dürften somit nicht lange auf sich warten lassen und richtig Geld in die Kassen von OXFV spülen!


Die Börse honorierte das mit einem Kursaufschlag von 18 %. Im Intraday konnte zeitweise ein Kurszuwachs von über 40 % verbucht werden.



Der Kurs befindet sich nun oberhalb der wichtigen 5 Zehntelcent-Marke und hat somit bis 0,009 keinen Widerstand mehr vor sich. Alleine bis zu diesem Widerstand besteht eine 50 % Chance! Sollte dieser Widerstand gebrochen werden (Wovon ich felsenfest davon ausgehe) ist der Weg bis 0,014 frei was einem Gewinn von fast 200 % entspricht.

Diese Situation erinnert mich stark an Cintel. Und wo der Kurs nun steht kann jeder selbst nachschauen.

Angeschlossene Krankenhäuser u.s.w. da reden wir um viel höhere Beträge als um den Cent........... Ich denke das nachdem sich die Meldung erst mal bei den Amis rumgesprochen hat das wir ganz schnell in andere Höhen gehen. Die Amis haben doch ine kurze Woche wegen Halloween da sind viele nicht am Handeln weil im Lande unterwegs. Ich sehe heute die letzte Chance nochmal billig nachzulegen. Wir sind ganz am Anfang einer riesen Erfolgsstorry.

Most got in .006+ Which is nice to see. 5 million + in volume went off over .065 in the last half hour, so intead of buying on dips or at lows these people are buying on runs at highs pushing the stock higher. Guten Morgen an die Gemeinde, mal schauen was heute so geht. Auf jeden Fall ist in Berlin die Verkaufsseit fast leer. Insgesamt werden da Aktien nur für 2.300 Euro angeboten. Wie soll es auch anderst sein. Da Oxford erst seit 2 Wochen bei uns gehandelt wird, gibt es halt keine "enttäuschten " die ihre Aktien billig wegwerfen.
Bis jetzt sind doch alle im Grünmen Bereich und nachdem die US Army jetzt die Medikamente von Oxford (urulu) testet kann es ja nur weiter Richtung Norden gehen.

Hoffe nur, dass der Bekanntheitsgrad irgendwie gesteigert werden kann. Die Umsätze in den USA sind superklasse, aber hier kennt ja die Aktie noch kaum einer. Da würde vielleicht eine "Börsenblättchen" helfen. Nachteil wäre allerdings, dass es viele extrem kurzfristig orientierte Anleger/Trader anziehen würde. Nun gut, der Kurs wird eh an der OTC gemacht.

wir sehen heute die klassischen - 5 prozent in amerika bei einem umsatz von nur 5,2 mio. immerhin sind wir schon bei 0,0057 und halten uns stetig im aufwärtstrend. ich denke mal das wir auf jeden fall am ende des tages im plus stehen.....was meint ihr?

Ganz gesunde Entwicklung heute, leicht rückläufige Kurse bei deutlich rückläufigem Umsatz. Ich kann das nur begrüßen, alles andere ist vor allem technisch ungesund. In den USA ist der Wert inzwischen auf einigen Watchlists. Mal abwarten, wann die ersten Empfehlungen kommen und vor allem echte News. Die MK ist superklein, jede griffige Nachricht wird das Teil explodieren lassen. Die Voraussetzungen dafür sind glänzend , also kann ich an Tagen des Durchschnaufens wirklich nichts negatives erkennen .

Haben heute intraday die kurzfristige Unterstützungzone 0.0045/57 getestet, resultierend aus 2 Hochpunkten in den letzten 6 Wochen innerhalb des Aufwärtstrends. Die neue untere Aufwärtstrendlinie verläuft etwas unterhalb der 0.004. Hier könnte es technisch hinlaufen, wenn die 0.0045/47 nicht hält.

Übrigens,
technisch weiterhin alles im Lot . Die Aktie konsolidiert genau auf der Aufwärtstrendlinie, dabei lassen die technischen Indikatoren ordentlich Dampf ab. Ideal, wenn man die Aktie nicht nur einige Tage halten will.

Schade nur , dass in Berlin kaum jemand kauft. Alle laufen immer den Empfehlungen irgendwelcher Börsenblättchen hinterher, wie z.B. heute bei Nannaco, bis zu 95% Kursgewinn zwischen gestern und heute morgen. Nur, warum soll ich gleich ein fast hundertprozentiges Aufgeld akzeptieren, was meinen Erlös auch in ferner Zukunft um genau diesen Betrag schmälert? Zumal sich die Amis an der OTC über in Deutschland derartig provozierte Kursbewegungen nur verwundert die Augen reiben.

Also, ich stimme absolut zu. Bei OXFV ist jetzt einsammeln angesagt. Wenn es später Empfehlungen hagelt, sind andere hektisch, die aber vorher eingesammelt haben, genießen dann bereits die Früchte ihres Mutes .

The objective of the Phase I proposal is to achieve an optimal nanoparticle aggregate wound dressing design based on in vitro and in vivo proof-of-concept experiments. We believe that our relationship with UTSW maximizes the potential for advantages of this technology to be translated into clinical benefits through the design and testing of our technology in appropriate wound healing models. These studies will compare the nanoparticle aggregate system with standard dressings. Commenting on the SBIR award and relationship between UTSW and Uluru, Spencer Brown, PhD, Director of Research, Nancy Lee & Perry Bass Advanced Wound Healing Laboratory in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UTSW states that, "This award provides for the development of a new generation of wound dressings using Uluru`s novel, platform technology. The materials that provide the best care for surgical patients will be identified through an advanced, evidence-based process."

In conjunction with UTSW, ULURU has initiated in vivo studies in a burn-healing model and these data will form the basis for a $1 million fast-track Phase II SBIR Grant proposal to clinically develop and demonstrate the efficacy of a wound dressing. In den nächsten Tagen gehts nach Norden. Die Meldung war sehr gut. Das passiert öfters, dass eine super-Meldung erst zwei oder drei Tage später vom Markt honoriert wird. Woran dieses Phänomen liegt, weiß ich nicht.

Der Wert scheint seinen Boden etwas oberhalb von 0.003 gefunden zu haben. Der Reverse Split ist verarbeitet, die Umsätze sind gering. Der Markt sucht sein Gleichgewicht. Die MK beträgt ca. 1,3 Millionen €. Split hin, Split her, gelingt der Markteintritt, und davon bin ich überzeugt, sind die jetzigen Kurse Startpreise, über die wir in einigen Monaten nur noch ein müdes Lächeln übrig haben werden.

Charttechnisch befinden wir uns an einer entscheidenden Marke. Halten die 0.0027/28 können wir nach einem doppelten Boden ein "W" ausbilden. Hält die Marke nicht, gehts weiter abwärts. Ich finde zwar, dass die fundamentale Situation mit der MK etwa um 1 Millionen Euro nicht zum aktuellen Chart passt, aber der kommende reverse split findet keine Fans. Insofern hoffe ich, dass die Techniker sich für "W" entscheiden.

Zindaclin Licensing Collaborations Extended to Include Italy and Spain

On October 12, 2005, Oxford Ventures, Inc. (the "Registrant") entered in a
Securities Purchase Agreement (the "Securities Purchase Agreement") to issue
secured convertible debentures to Highgate House Funds, Ltd. ("Highgate") and
Prenox, LLC ("Prenox") in an amount of up to $15,000,000 and to issue Highgate
and Prenox warrants for up to 5,000,000 shares of the Registrant`s common stock
for a period of five years with an exercise price of $0.01 (the "Warrants").
Also on October 12, 2005, Oxford issued a $10,000,000 secured convertible
debenture to Prenox and a $3,000,000 secured convertible debenture (together,
the "Debentures") to Highgate as well as the Warrants. The Registrant has used
the majority of the proceeds from the Debentures to extend a loan, described
below, to Uluru Inc. ("Uluru"). The shares underlying the Warrants shall be
included on a registration statement, described below, to be filed by the
Registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In exchange for the
purchase of the Debentures, the Registrant granted Highgate and Prenox a
security interest in all of its assets, including any assets the Registrant
acquires while the Debentures are outstanding, and has agreed to issue shares of

Wie sieht es an der Oxford-Front denn jetzt aus? Die Aktie ist gestern etwas gefallen.
Es soll zu einem Reserve-Split kommen. Wann?
Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Firmen, die im Moment hoch gehandelt werden; z.B. SVXP, scheint durch die Aktienverringerung auch mehr Substanz reinzukommen. Das kann m.E. nur heißen, dass es hier dauerhaft hoch geht.
Bitte andere Meinungen, wenn vorhanden!

Sehr schöner Umsatz an der OTC. Entweder es kommt morgen eine News oder eine Empfehlung mit den entsprechenden Vorkäufen. 16 Millionen Umsatz ist da schon ein Indikator.
