Contemporaneously with the closing of the Merger, Gales will acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of privately-held Air Industries Machining Corp. ("AIM") (the "Acquisition"). Gales is a holding company formed to effect the Acquisition. The Merger will result in a change of control of Ashlin, and accordingly, with the exception of Mr. James Brown, who will remain a director, our management and Board of Directors will change as of the closing date.

Trotzdem man erkennt das die nachricht mit deutlichen käufen am 15.11 umherging.
Ich bin mir recht sicher da haben insider gekauft, die wissen mehr.
Wie gesagt ich halte die aktie bei 4-5 mio mkp für angebracht, was vom momentanen stand aus mindestens 500 % kursgewinn wären.

Da haben wir nur noch ein Problem! Nach dem Deal gibt es 55 Millionen Aktien und die MK. entspricht nach heutigen Stand der Dinge ca. 13 Millionen USD.

Ich bin auch immer nach der Suche nach interessanten und guten Firmen. Die mesiten unterbewerteten Firmen bleiben jedoch über Monate oder Jahre hinweg unterbewertet obwohl sie fast keinerlei Mängel oder Risiken aufweisen und genau diese vermehren sich oft schlagartig inerhalb kürzester Zeit ohne jeglichen News. Aber ASHD bürgt momentan noch viel zu viele Risiken. Das Risko ist es einfach nicht Wert sein Geld einzusetzen.
Von massiv eindecken kann man eigentlich auch nicht reden. Heute wurden lediglich 14500 Aktien gehandelt. Nur am Tag der PR wurde die Aktie recht gut gehandelt.

Aber immerhin da scheint wirklich was zu gehen.

es sind so wenige stücke im umlauf, da muss der kurs zwangsläufig steigen.

Das bedeutet wenn mal wirklich richtig volumen aufkommt,gehts ab wie die post.

BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ashlin Development Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ASHN - News; the "Company") announced today that it completed, as of November 30, 2005, its previously announced merger transaction (the "Merger") with Gales Industries Incorporated ("Gales"). The Merger resulted in the Company`s acquisition (the "Acquisition"), through a newly-formed subsidiary, of all of the outstanding capital stock of Air Industries Machining, Corp. ("AIM"), a privately-held company. In return, the Company issued shares of its common stock ("Common Stock") resulting in a change in control of the Company. With the exception of Mr. James A. Brown, who will remain as a director of the Company, the Company`s Board and management changed completely as a result of the Merger.

Following the Merger, the business of AIM constitutes all of the Company`s current operations. Founded in 1969, AIM manufactures aircraft structural parts and assemblies principally for prime defense contractors in the aerospace/defense industry, including Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman and others. For the six months ended June 30, 2005, AIM`s revenue totaled approximately $14.1 million. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2004, AIM`s revenue totaled $24.8 million. Approximately 85% of AIM`s revenues are derived from parts and assemblies directed toward military applications, although direct sales to the military (US and NATO) constitute approximately 8.5% of AIM`s total revenue.
