man versucht ganz einfach die zittrigen anleger in panik zu versetzen, um
damit sie ihre anteile loswerden wollen und zu jedem kurs verkaufen.

DAS IST EIN TRICK! NICHT DRAUF REINFALLEN!

diese abfindungsangebote gibt es angeblich auch bei firmen wie zb
yahoo, aber da werden sie von den banken zwecks anlegersicherung zu-
rückgehalten.

also: sehen wir`s wie es ist: da versucht einfach jemand auf allen wegen
golden power aktien zu bekommen. wenn das kein gutes zeichen ist...

Ich setzte Euch mal einen Thread von PCCW hier herein, die Ihr sonst immer lesen solltet, denn Golden Power gehört zu 20% diesem Verein!!!

Die Handelaussetzung wurde auf der einen Seite durch die Umbenennung in Hikari Tsushin ... LTD. und auf der anderen durch den Verkauf der 20% Beteiligung von PCCW beantragt. Weitere habe ich noch nicht erfahren.


PCCW steigt ins Indische Kabelfernsehngeschäft ein
Das ist der erste Schritt auf dem Weg in den Indischen Markt

PCCW hat heute morgen gemeldet das sie mit Hikari Tsushin über einen Verkauf ihrer 20% Beteiligung an Golden Power ver
andeln das entspricht einem Betrag von 745 Mil HKD.
In etwa den gleichen Betrag nämlich 778 Mil HKD brauchen sie um bei Stracon India einzusteigen.

Weiter unten habe ich noch eine Meldung über die Zusammenarbeit von PCCW - Hikari Tsushin und Softbank Investment China (Cheung Wah) sie hört sich sehr intressant an.

(Infocast News) Yasumitsu Shigeta, President and CEO of Hikari Tsushin, responded to Softbank`s attack that the company has a good and friendly relationship with Softbank and understand each other very well. For the moment, they succeed in investing in several projects.

Being asked about the opinion that the attack is due to the familar business pattern between Hikari Tsushin and Softbank, Shigeta said that many companies adopt such business model is no special. It is not only Hikari Tsushin that imitates. Meanwhile, he said that the company has a good relation with PCCW (1186) Chairman Richard Li.

He added that Cheung Wah (0648) and Golden Power (0603) will invest in Asian internet companies as to their future development.

es handelt sich nicht um trickbetrug, sondern um das hochoffizielle angebot von hikari an die restlichen aktionäre den freefloat zum gleichen preis wie die mehrheitsbeteiligung zu übernehmen

dieser plan besteht seit der übernahme von gp durch hikari



nach und nach trennt sich die spreu vom weizen

ob zockeronline die sache richtig deutet oder nicht, können wir nicht beurteilen:

sie warnen ja nur uns kleinanleger, nicht in panik auszubrechen, weil uns jemand ein zehntel des derzeitigen börsenkurses als abfindung anbietet. darauf einzusteigen würde große verluste mit sich bringen.

also: zu sagen: o gott, ich nehm noch schnell die 0,11euro, sonst ist alles weg!!!
ist falsch.

und nichts anderes hat zo gesagt ...

naja, ich verteidige sie ein bisschen, weil ich bisher mit zo NUR positive erfahrungen gemacht habe und recht viel von ihnen halte!

hab golden power bei comdirect gekauft. bisher hab ich noch nix bekommen wegen einem umtausch oder verkauf. wem geht das genauso oder wer ist bei comdirect und hat schon etwas bekommen?

3/28/00 - Announcement & Resumption Of Trading
Clarification on the increase in the price and the trading volume of the
shares in Golden Power International Holdings Limited on 23rd March, 2000.
Save as disclosed in this announcement, the Company is not aware of any
reason for such increase.

The change of the Company`s name has been approved on 13th March, 2000 and
the certificate of incorporation on change of name was issued by the
Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 16th March, 2000. Trading of the
Company`s shares under the new name of "Hikari Tsushin International
Limited" on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will take effect from
31st March, 2000.

Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange was suspended
at the request of the Company with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 24th March,
2000 pending this announcement. Application has been made by the Company
for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company with effect
from 10:00 a.m. on 28th March, 2000.

The directors of Golden Power International Holdings Limited (the
"Company") have noted the increase in share price of the Company and the
trading volume of the Company on 23rd March, 2000. The directors of the
Company wish to inform shareholders of the Company that it is in the
process of forming subsidiaries to establish Asian Pacific operations
(excluding those in Japan) for certain internet, internet-related,
telecommunication and telecommunication-related businesses of Hikari
Tsushin, Inc. The establishment of these subsidiaries is for the
exploitation within the Asian Pacific (excluding Japan) of the know-how
and experience of Hikari Tsushin, Inc. in Japanese based internet and
telecommunication technologies and services. The Company has commenced
preliminary discussions with certain potential strategic partners
regarding the formation of these subsidiaries. No specific projects
and/or investment amount have been discussed at this stage. Such
discussions may or may not lead to agreements with these potential
strategic partners. In addition, the Company is presently considering
various investment projects which, if materialised, would represent an
investment amount of some US$30 million (subject to the finalisation of
the terms of such investments). Further announcements will be made as and
when necessary.

As stated in the composite offer document of the Company dated 13th March,
2000, the intention on the Group will be to expand the business of the
Group and to conduct a range of internet, internet related, mobile phone,
mobile phone-related activities. The directors of the Company consider
that there are various forms of such activities and could include
establishing a mobile phone distribution network, developing internet
business-to-business e-Commerce business and building a wireless internet
operation.

The directors of the Company wish to inform the shareholders of the
Company that the change of the Company`s name from Golden Power
International Holdings Limited to Hikari Tsushin International Limited has
been approved on 13th March, 2000 and the certificate of incorporation on
change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 16th
March, 2000. The Company will make necessary filings with the Registrar
of Companies in Hong Kong regarding the change of name. The existing
shares may be exchanged free of charge for new certificates under the new
company name from 3rd April, 2000 to 22nd May, 2000. The existing share
certificates of the Company in the name of Golden Power International
Holdings Limited will continue to be effective documents of title
for trading and settlement of the issued shares in the Company. Trading
of the Company`s shares under the new name of "Hikari Tsushin
International Limited" on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the
"Stock Exchange") will take effect from 31st March, 2000.

Save as disclosed herein, the directors of the Company wish to state that
they are not aware of any reasons for such increase in the price and the
trading volume and there are presently no negotiations or agreements
relating to intended acquisitions or realisations by the Company which are
discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement and neither the
board of directors aware of any matter discloseable under the general
obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or
may be of a price-sensitive nature.

Shareholders and investors of the Company are urged to exercise extreme
caution in trading in the shares in the Company.

Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange was suspended
at the request of the Company with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 24th March,
2000 pending this announcement. Application has been made by the Company
for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company with effect
from 10:00 a.m. on 28th March, 2000.
