Der Hype bei Paramount hat mich auf diesen Wert gebracht. Beim sog. Flagschiff von Paramount, der San Miguel-Liegenschaft, ist Paramount ein Jount Venture mit American Stellar Energy eingegangen. Diese Vereinbarung sichert Paramount 70% der erwirtschafteten Gewinne zu und dem anderen Unternehmen 30%. Da der Grund für die Kursexplosion bei Paramount diese Liegenschaft ist, war es naheliegend, sich American Stellar anzusehen. Nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil mir bei Paramount das Rückschlagpotential erheblich erscheint, und ich den Zugriff bisher nicht gewagt habe.

Ich hatte nun erhofft, dort meine Chance zu bekommen: und tatsächlich dieses Untenehmen ist mit nur 5,9 Mio amerik. Dollars bewertet, obwohl es neben San Miguel noch weitere viel versprechende Projekte verfolgt. Wenn es nun eine ähnliche Bewertung wie Paramount erhält, müsste sich der Wert allein aufgrund der 30% Gewinnbeteiligung bei der San Miguel Liegenschaft verdreifachen (bei einem Vergleich mit Palmarejo verdreisigfachen).
Das geniale am Deal mit Paramount ist, dass Paramount die Kosten trägt und der Partner nur kassiert (im Wesentlichen).

Habe mich auf jedenfalls nun reichlich mit Aktien dieses amerikanischen Nobodys eingedeckt. Da die bisher noch kein Geld für Promotion ausgegeben haben, ist der Wert noch unentdeckt und auch deshalb so gering bewertet. Also für „Paramountnachläufer“ die Gelegenheit.

Wenn die anfangen die PR-Maschine anzuwerfen, sehe ich hier excellente Chancen.

Vom Amiboard, wieso man mit AMRS mehr verdienen könnte wie mit PARAMOUNT!

I post the following on pgdp board. There is great value here and someone needs to notify amrs mgmt that they need more exposure for their stock. Everyone who owns amrs should be posting this comparison to other gold company message boards here and on raging bull to attract more attention as there may be massive gains to be made on little amrs.


; PGDP at $2 with 30 million shares outstanding = $60 million market value.

; They can "earn" up to 70% of the San Miguel property which is attracting all the attention and excitment because of earlier results and huge values of Palmajero and Gammon. They other property are good but this one hold the big potential.

; If San Miguel property worth $60 million and PGDP own 70%, it would give PGDP a value of $42 million for this property and another $18 million for lower profile properties.

;; AMRS at $0.07 with approx. 65 million shares outstanding = $4.5 million value

;; If San Miguel worth the same $60 million and AMRS own 30%, it would mean AMRS be worth at least $18 million - 400% higher than 0.07

Let us assume PGDP has discovery by spring and valuation of San Miguel jump, consider the underlying values if the property is worth;

$100 million - PGDP 70% is worth $2.30/share and AMRS 30% is worth $0.46/share

$200 million - pGDP 70% is $4.60 or a gain of 100% from here
$200 million - AMRS 30% is $0.92 or a gain of 1200% !!!!!!!!

AMRS calculated using a property valuation of $200 million times 30% = $60 million divided by 65 million share outstanding = $0.92 per share

If there is Big discovery on San Miguel this year, guess where the biggest gains will come from ?

PGDP is very good company BUT people may be missing out an even bigger opportunity that is right under their nose because PGDP is getting all the promotion in Germany. At some point even they will wake up but right now i don`t think they know about amrs or know how to trade it. Someone should tell the amrs people to also list on frankfurt and that stock will go crazy.

Hallo Tölzer!

Konnte am Montag nochmals um 0,14 nachkaufen. Bin von diesem Investment sehr überzeugt, obgleich ich auch weiß welch Risiko ein Explorer bedeutet. Aber die "Holdingkonstruktion", die AMRS darstellt, sollte doch auch etwas Sicherheit bieten. Allein von Paramount wird dieses Jahr 3,5 Mio $ in die Kasse von AMRS fließen. Vielleicht wird das mein erster Verzehnfacher.

Konnte zu AMVS nicht viel in Erfahrung bringen, außer, daß das alte Geschäftmodell nicht funktionierte und man sich nun mit Gold beschäftigen will. Das allein ist mir zu wenig um hier zu investieren. Die haben offenbar keine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Auch konnte ich keine Informationen zu Management und Kapitalausstattung bekommen. Für mich eine "black box".

Entwickelt sich ja prächtig das Schätzchen. 100% in 1 Woche ist nicht schlecht.

Ein wirklich faszinierender Wert!! Folgende Punkte sollten zur Bewertung herangezogen werden:

AMRS hat ein gewaltiges Portfolio an Liegenschaften mit:
- La Currita : 100%-Besitz, 4 Minen, bestehende aktive Mühle mit 1,3 Mio $ Einnahmen pro Jahr!!!
- La Millionare: AMRS hat die Option auf 60% des Ertrags
- San Miguel: AMRS besitz 75% der Liegenschaft. Ein Joint Venture mit Paramount sichert die Finanzierung des Projekts zu sehr günstigen Bedingungen für AMRS. San Miguel zeigen sehr hohe Mineralisierungsgrade an Gold und Silber
- La Blanka: Auch hier ein Joint Venture mit Paramount, das AMRS einen Ertragsanteil von 30% sichert.

Beim Vergleich mit Paramount wäre ein Kurs von 2$ gerechtfertigt. Allerdings meinen ja viele, dass auch Paramount unterbewertet ist. Wie schaut es dann erst mit AMRS aus?

Nun ist aktuell, dass AMRS bald auch über OTCBB gehandelt wird. Damit würde die Liquidität in diesem Wert signifikant zunehmen und ein weiterer Kursprung steht bevor. Im Canadischen Board haben einige bei AMRS angerufen, und dort die Auskunft erhalten, dass dies in den nächsten Tagen soweit sei. Also jetzt ist nochmals ein gute Chance rein zu kommen. Unter 0,20 kommt dieser Wert wohl kaum mehr zurück.

Es ist toll, wenn man in diesen Zeiten noch einen Explorer findet, der solches Potential hat und derart unterbewertet ist. Man ist gleichsam von Anfang an dabei. Ich wage gar nicht mir auszumalen, was passiert, wenn die auch nach Frankfurt gehen.

Das sind regelmäßige Quartalsberichte und Jahresbericht. Das fehlt komplett für 2005. Das wird also noch was dauern. Um in Deutschland gelistet zu werden ist OTCBB erforderlich. Kann also auch erst dann erfolgen.
Sehe ich aber auch nicht also so negativ an. Jetzt kann man noch in aller Ruhe in USA zugreifen.

Die neue Meldung ist auch klasse. Wie wirkt sich das aus wenn Para die Option auf 70% einlöst?
Was ist besser für AMRS?

CHICAGO, IL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 2, 2006 -- American Stellar Energy, Inc. (Other OTC:AMRS.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 30% interest in the Santa Cruz mining concession which is located adjacent to their San Miguel project in the Sierra Madre Gold-Silver belt, Mexico.

Bill Reed, Manager of exploration in Mexico commented, "The Santa Cruz concession is a very key addition to our San Miguel holdings. An alteration zone is obvious on the concession and I believe the structures that host the silver and gold mineralization on the San Miguel claims continue onto this concession. In particular, the San Jose zone is open to the NNE in the direction of Santa Cruz."

The Santa Cruz mining concession is located adjacent to and east of American Stellar Energy`s El Carmen concession at San Miguel, SW Chihuahua and approximately 1000 meters north of the San Jose silver prospect (100 meters by 250 meters, averaging 225 g/t Ag ) , where the Company continues with an ongoing exploration program.

At Santa Cruz, old mine workings were developed on a NW striking quartz vein that dips 75 degrees to the NE. A 1997 report by the Fomento Minero, a Federal Mexican agency, reports an average vein width of 0.80 meters with an average grade of 0.80 grams per tonne gold and 880 grams per tonne silver. There is some indication that the wall rock on either side of the quartz vein may also contain lower grade silver mineralization. Thin soil cover and vegetation mask the surface in the area of the old mine workings, and outcrops are limited. Trenching and drilling will be required to substantiate silver and gold mineralization in the wall rocks and to locate other veins.

The Santa Cruz concession will be part of the joint venture agreement Paramount signed with Amermin S.A. de CV, a subsidiary of American Stellar Energy Inc., where Paramount can acquire a 70% interest in the San Miguel project.

ATH zum Wochenende. Das war eine feine Woche. Glückwunsch die letzte Woche noch für 0,1$ rein sind. Es ist noch ein weiter Weg bis zur fairen Bewertung. Ich glaube hier wird die Performance von PARA noch übertroffen. Jede gute Meldung von Para wird hier doppelt verarbeitet.

American Stellar Energy Adds Significant Gold and Silver Claim to feed ore to the Mill at La Currita
CHICAGO, February 8, 2006 (MARKETWIRE) – (Other OTC: AMRS.PK) American Stellar Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 100% interest in the La Estrella mining concession, totaling 59 Hectares, which is located the Sierra Madre Gold-Silver belt, Mexico. The La Estrella concession is a very key addition and will be associated with American Stellar Energy’s La Currita Groupings, which includes a 150 tpd Floatation Mill. The La Estrella concession will be purchased over 30 months for a total purchase price of $400,000.

A total of 3,335 Metric Tons was outlined in 2000 by the “Fideicomiso Para La Exploracion Minera De Chihuahua” to a projected depth of 200 meters. The mineralized vein varies between 0.15 and 1.8 meters and averages 0.53 meters in width over in known strike length of 175 meters underground. The average grade of this zone is 8.06 grams per metric ton gold and 715 grams per metric ton silver. The vein strikes N10-40W and can be traced on the surface for approximately 100 meters and occupies a fault zone between tertiary andesitic flows and agglomerates intercalated with sandstone and conglomerate, and a premineral acidic dike. The shaft and underground working are known to extend to an approximate depth of 100 meters, although only the upper 60 meters were accessible at the time of this study as the lower 40 meters had been backfilled with waste. Metallurgical tests indicate that approximately 90% recovery is possible using flotation.
