Murgor ist mMn ein sehr interessantes Unternehmen,angesichts der vielen Projekte die man hat denke ich das man hier in den nächsten Jahren schönes Geld verdienen kann.Was mir persönlich fehlt bisher ist ein stetiger Newsflow,aber vielleicht setzt dieser ja bald ein. Murgor acquires remaining 50% interest in the Benoit Property and Pusticamica Gold-Copper deposit, northwestern Quebec

KINGSTON, ON, Jan. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Murgor Resources Inc. (MGR: TSX-V) announced today that it has acquired the remaining 50% interest in the Pusticamica Gold-Copper deposit in northwestern Quebec from Cliffs Chromite Ontario Inc. In an agreement signed on January 13, 2012, Murgor acquired the interest through a one-time cash payment of $50,000. Cliffs Chromite retains a 1% NSR royalty on the property of which Murgor can buy back a 0.5% NSR by paying $500,000 to Cliffs Chromite.

The Pusticamica Deposit is located at the core of the Benoit property, approximately halfway between the Val D'Or and the Chibougamau mining districts, one kilometre SE of the town of Miquelon in northwestern Québec.

Following this agreement, Murgor now owns a 100% interest in the Benoit Property and the Pusticamica Gold-Copper deposit.

"The Benoit Property has been in Murgor's portfolio since 1995 but the split ownership has long been an issue to advance the project," said André Tessier, President and CEO of Murgor Resources.

"The Pusticamica deposit has always been of great importance to Murgor but in order to concentrate at Golden Arrow, the Company is actively seeking a serious exploration partner to advance the project. Now that Murgor has full ownership of Pusticamica, we are expecting to find a suitable partner shortly."

About the Pusticamica Gold-Copper Deposit and Property

The Benoit property consists of 52 mining claims covering 1,361 ha. located in the eastern part of the Archean, Abitibi greenstone belt. The property is underlain by intermediate to mafic volcanic flows and volcaniclastic rocks that are intruded by numerous small granodioritic quartz-phyric plutons. All rock types are crosscut by a number of NE-trending brittle-ductile shear zones which include the mineralized Pusticamica, South Gold and Lakeshore shear zones.

Gold mineralization consists of massive pyrite veinlets with minor chalcopyrite and trace amounts of sphalerite, occurring within the Pusticamica shear zone and South Gold shear zone within a quartz-phyric granodioritic intrusion. The mineralized body is sub-vertical with a strike length of 70 metres and a NS width of 40-50 metres. Alteration consists of silicification, sericitization, chloritization and pyritization (1-5% disseminated pyrite). Prior to the implementation of NI 43-101 regulation, in 1993, Minnova calculated an Inferred resource on the Pusticamica Deposit, of 531,000 tons grading 0.161 oz/ton Au, 0.353 oz/ton Ag and 0.27% Cu within a geological resource of 5.1 Million tons grading 0.055 oz/ton Au. (Although the resources estimation at Pusticamica is believed to be reliable, it was calculated prior to the implementation of National Instrument 43-101. Murgor and its Qualified Persons have not done sufficient work to reclassify the historical estimates as current mineral resources and Murgor is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. More recent estimates or data are not available to Murgor.) Additional drilling is needed to better determine and increase the gold and copper resource at the Benoit property.

Golden Arrow update:, Murgor's drilling at the Golden Arrow continues with two diamond drill rigs, testing the deep extensions of the known mineralized zones. The company is awaiting complete assay results of drill holes to update its drilling results shortly.

KINGSTON, ON, April 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Murgor Resources Inc. (TSXV: MGR) today announced that it has entered into an exploration and option agreement with Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. at its wholly owned Fancamp project located 55 km south of the town of Chibougamau in the province of Québec.

Under the terms of the exploration and option agreement, which remains subject to regulatory approval, Vanstar will have the option to earn an interest of 70% in the Fancamp project by paying $150,000 in cash and issuing 1,000,000 common shares to Murgor over a period of three years, and incurring exploration expenditures aggregating $1,200,000 over four years.

The option agreement also provides that Murgor shall receive, subject to certain conditions, up to 2,000,000 additional common shares of Vanstar, in the event Vanstar discloses gold resource on the Fancamp Property compliant with the standards of National Instrument 43-101. The foregoing additional Vanstar shares would be issued in tranche of up to 200,000 shares for each 250,000 ounces of new gold resources disclosed by Vanstar

Murgor’s Properties

Murgor owns a 100% interests in the Wim and Hudvam deposits, acquired from Hudbay Minerals in 2006.
Until September 12, 2012 Hudbay Minerals holds a right to buy back an interest of up to 65% in both projects, subject to substantial work commitments and cash payments to Murgor.
After September 12, 2012, should Hudbay not exercise its right to buy back, Hudbay’s interest will be reduced to a 2% NSR and Murgor will be free to either mine the deposits or sell the projects.

Kingston, Ontario, March 13, 2014 – Murgor Resources Inc. (MGR: TSX-V) today announced that it has entered into a claims purchase agreement with Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX-V: EAG) and Cliffs Chromite Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris:CLF), to sell Murgor’s remaining interest in the Windfall 29 Claims and 184 Claims Properties located in Québec. Murgor’s interest in the Windfall Properties consists of a 25% ownership in the Windfall 29 Claims Property, covering 948 hectares, and a 50% ownership in the Windfall 184 Claims Property, covering 8,190 hectares. Both properties are located immediately north of Eagle Hill’s Windfall Lake Property.

Under the terms of the claims purchase agreement, the closing of which remains subject to regulatory approval and the satisfaction of certain other customary closing conditions, Eagle Hill will pay $250,000 in cash and issue 9,500,000 common shares of Eagle Hill to Murgor upon closing of the transaction.

Taking into account Eagle Hill’s closing share price on the day of signing, the sale represents a total anticipated cash and stock proceeds to Murgor of $962,500.

In addition, Murgor will retain a 0.5% Net Smelter Return (NSR) Royalty on the Windfall 29 Claims Property and a 1% NSR Royalty on the Windfall 184 Claims Property. Eagle Hill retains the right to buy back the 0.5% NSR Royalty on the Windfall 29 Claims Property for $500,000 and/or the 1% NSR Royalty on the Windfall 184 Claim Property for an additional $500,000 at any time prior to first commercial production........

KINGSTON, ON, April 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Murgor Resources Inc. (TSXV: MGR) announced today that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to sell its net smelter return (NSR) royalties to Gold Royalties Corporation (TSXV: GRO) on five of its gold exploration properties in Quebec, plus an option for a further NSR on one additional gold exploration property in Quebec.

The royalties consist of:

A 1.0% NSR on the Barry-1 property which is not part of the mining concession (subject to a 0.5% buyback provision by Metanor Resources Inc. for $500,000),
A 0.5% NSR on the Barry United property (subject to a 0.25% buyback provision by Metanor Resources Inc. for $250,000),
A 0.5% NSR on the Windfall "29 Claim" Property (subject to a full 0.5% buyback provision by Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. for $500,000),
A 1.0% NSR on the Windfall "184 Claim" property (subject to a full 1.0% buyback provision by Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. for $500,000),
A 1.0% NSR on 299 claims of the Waconichi property (subject to a 0.5% buyback provision by Northern Superior Resources Inc. for $1,000,000).

Consideration for the above five NSR royalty interests will be 328,948 common shares of Gold Royalties at a deemed value of $0.38 per Gold Royalties Share.

In addition to the above five NSR royalty interests, Gold Royalties may, upon certain preconditions, acquire a sixth royalty as part of the transaction, being a 1% NSR on 98 claims of the Benoist Property in Quebec, operated by Cartier Resources Inc. Acquisition of the Benoist NSR is subject to a right of first refusal held by Cartier Resources Inc. In the event that the Benoist NSR is also acquired as part of the transaction then the Share Consideration shall be increased by an additional 197,378 common shares of Gold Royalties at the same deemed value.

Closing of the Acquisition is expected to occur on or before April 30, 2014 and is subject to certain conditions, including execution of a definitive agreement and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
