Ok to say:

This stock is involved in....it is cheap compared to YXZ Pty Ltd
The trend on this stock has been moving up and should be one to watch
This stock is one to watch for the following reasons...
This company`s management is well supported as they did ABC Pty Ltd and that was a success...
The stock looks good in the screen.. more buyers than sellers...
The chart looks good...
This stock was recommended by a D J Carmichael/J B Were/Todds/ etc research report.
The volumes in this stock are up and it might suggest something is happening

Don`t say any of the following as they are "grey":

"Brokers are saying..." or My broker says...(might be too speculative a stock for the general market)
The stock is going to skyrocket...(ramping)
It is going to run from 10c to 40c...(ramping)
Major deal about to be announced...(inside trading)
Rumour of a take-over/deal with Microsoft.. (inside trading)
