      Junior-Mineralexplorer entdeckt potentielle Weltklasseressource!

Newmac Discovers Red Bed Mineralization at Chilanko

      October 29, 2007

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NER) has completed a diamond drilling program on the Chilanko property located 170 kilometres west of the city of Williams Lake, B.C. A drill is now being moved to the company's Crazy Fox tungsten-molybdenum project, which is located 20 kilometres north-northwest of the village of Little Fort in Southern British Columbia, near Kamloops.

On the Chilanko property a number of strong induced polarization targets where tested by 8 diamond drill holes. These targets were found by the completion of 37 line kilometres of IP survey in February of this year. The survey resulted in the discovery of a very strong induced polarization response over an area varying from 500 metres to 1,000 metres in width and extending for 3,500 metres along the long axis. Two of the holes completed in this program have intersected mineralization over a length of 200 m that is being described as consistent with that of a red bed copper style of mineralization. Native Copper, Chalcocite, and Bornite have all been identified in these two diamond drill holes. Assay results for these two holes will be available by around the end of November. These initial visual results have led to the Company staking additional claims to the east, which now brings the size of the property to 62,850 acres (25,435 hectares) or 254 square Km. The company is very encouraged about these early developments, as the property is relatively unexplored. These new-staked claims follow the controlling fault structure for 25 km.

A volcanogenic-sedimentary red bed can be described as occurring where the overlying clastic sediments are “oxidized” and have caused copper sulphides to precipitate from fluids which have been derived from an adjacent “reduced” sequence. The most common ore horizons are fragmentary and porous amygdular layers, flow- top breccias, and faults in the basalts and overlying carbonates containing deposits formed in the Proterozoic, Triassic, Jurassic or Tertiary ages along a continental rift. Copper distribution is regulated by the host rock permeability. Copper sulphide minerals -- including chalcocite, digenite, djurleite, covellite, bornite and chalcopyritecan be disseminated through the host rock, or can fill vesicles in volcanic rocks.

The drill program on the Crazy Fox property will consist of 12 diamond drill holes (2,000 metres) targeting molybdenum and tungsten mineralization. These holes will explore potential new areas and also expand areas of know mineralization. To date mineralization from surface to depths of 300 m have been encountered over an area of 450m x 750m . This mineralized area to date has been tested by a total of 38 diamond drill holes totalling approximately 8,000m (28000 ft) . within these limits there is potential for a deposit size in the order of 275,000,000 tonnes to 300,000,000 tonnes. Limits of the mineralization have not been reached and the deposit is considered 'open' to the North, West and South. As the limits of mineralization are probed and better understood, this potential may increase substantially. This potential quantity and grade are conceptual in nature because there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral resource.

The first diamond drill hole in this program will be a deepening of hole 07-34, which was collard to test data suggesting proximity to mineralization underlying the thrust, the mineralization in this hole is getting better to depth and the drill hole will need to be deepened with a different drill. This hole demonstrates the extent and potential for more mineralization to the southwest and shows that mineralization is strong in this area and that our modelling of the lower thrust sheet is consistent so far with what we see in the upper thrust sheet..

Over 500 Meters Of A Brand New Molybdenum Mineralized Zone Discovered At Crazy Fox
      November 14, 2007

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NER) is pleased to announce that drilling in the south western region of the Crazy Fox deposit, outlined by 38 drill holes completed during 2006 and the spring of 2007, has penetrated the low angle fault which previously indicated the lower limits of the deposit .

The new drilling has intersected a long interval of molybdenum mineralized intrusive. Hole CF07-41, the second hole of the current program initiated in early October of this year, was designed by W. A. Howell, P.Geo and David J. Bridge, P.Geo to test the hypothesis that the lower limits to mineralization was a thrust fault and that a drill hole in the south western portion of the known deposit might intersect the lower plate of the thrust within intrusive rock, and that additional mineralized intrusive might occur beneath this fault and extend for an unknown distance to the west and southwest.

Hole CF07-41 drilled westerly at -70˚. The hole was commenced on October 27 and encountered the thrust fault between 388.1 and 393.2 meters. In addition to increasing molybdenum and tungsten mineralization approaching the thrust fault, the hole penetrated mineralized intrusive immediately below the thrust. The mineralization can be described as both disseminated and stockwork in style, with molybdenite and wolframite occurring as disseminated blebs and streaks and in the selvages of centimeter scale quartz veinlets and smaller fractures trending in several orientations. Occasional veinlets of massive molybdenite up to several centimeters in width have also been noted. In general the mineralization is greater in CF07-41 compared to previous holes drilled on the Crazy Fox property.

Hole CF07-41 is currently (November 13th) at a depth of 791.8 m in continuously mineralized intrusive below the thrust fault. The company plans to continue (subject to drilling conditions) to a depth of 1200 meters.

A number of photographs of the mineralization encountered have been posted to the company's website www.newmacresources.com

The Crazy Fox molybdenum project is located 20 km northwest of the village of Little Fort BC. Molybdenum as been reported and has been the subject of exploration on the Crazy Fox property since 1928, but with renewed effort since the location of high-grade boulders in 2005. One of these boulders, which are up to 50 kg, was sampled in 2006 and returned an analysis of 7.26% Molybdenum and 1.524 grans per tonne Rhenium, Highlighting the potential of the Crazy Fox Deposit.

To date all the known mineralization was found in a cut off portion of the upper part of an intrusive body within and above the basal thrust fault. The lower or main intrusive body was postulated, but never found before drill hole CF07-41. To date work on the upper part of the intrusive body has encountered mineralization from surface to depths of 300 m, over an area of 450m x 750m . This mineralized area to date has been tested by a total of 38 diamond drill holes totalling approximately 8,000m (28,000 ft). Within these limits there is potential for a deposit size in the order of 275,000,000 tonnes to 300,000,000 tonnes. Limits of the mineralization have not been reached and the deposit is considered 'open' to the North, West and South.

I am having a hard time trying to wrap my brain around the potential here in terms of shareprice translation. In a nutshell, we've got two projects with assays coming back. One has moly and tungsten over a 500m intercept, with visible giant streams and gobs of both. And a copper project with visible copper and a 200m intercept. And we've less than 20 million outstanding shares with a microscopic market cap. We could hit 5 bucks :cool: a shares and still not even have a $100 million dollar market cap. And visible mineralization of that size over THOSE types of intercepts is probably going to come back with some pretty impressive assays.
I don't know about you, but I'm picking up more on Monday morning. And then I'm going to double-tie my shoelaces so I don't get my socks blown off when the news finally comes out.

I did talk to David , we should expect results from Chilanko at the end of this month .

We will get results on Crazy fox early in the new year, furthermore the drillers are going to continue working on theses properties.

Both Crazy Fox and Chilanko have huge potential and the shares out is a plus!!

The geologists narrowed down some good holes to date!Looking forward to some more good holes!!

Good times are here for NER I would say.

      Gute news, neue Molybden Funde:)

Press Release Source: Newmac Resources Inc.

      Newmac Resources Inc.:

Over 635 Meters (2083 Feet) of a Brand New Molybdenum Mineralized Zone Discovered at Crazy Fox
Wednesday November 28, 12:43 pm ET

PORT MOODY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2007) - Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER - News; FRANKFURT:N3M - News) is pleased to update progress in the drilling of the south western region of the Crazy Fox deposit. The current drilling (hole CF 07-41) has penetrated the low angle fault at approximately 390 m (1280 feet) which previously indicated the lower limits of the deposit. The hole has penetrated mineralized intrusive rocks below the fault to a depth of approximately 1021 m (3349 feet).

The new drilling has intersected a long interval of molybdenite mineralized intrusive. Hole CF 07-41, the second hole of the current program initiated in early October of this year, was designed by David J. Bridge, P.Geo. and W. A. Howell, P.Geo to test the hypothesis that the lower limits to mineralization was a thrust fault and that a drill hole in the south western portion of the known deposit might intersect the lower plate of the thrust within intrusive rock, and that additional mineralized intrusive might occur beneath this fault and extend for an unknown distance to the west and southwest.

Hole CF 07-41 drilled westerly at -70 degrees. In general, the mineralization is greater in CF 07-41 compared to previous holes drilled on the Crazy Fox property.

Hole CF 07-41 was drilled to a depth of 1021 m (3349 feet) in continuously mineralized intrusive below the thrust fault. The company planned to continue drilling this hole to 1,250 m but drilling conditions in the hole prevented continuation.

A new hole, CF 07-42 has been collared east of CF 07-41 and is being drilled westerly at -60 degrees on section with Hole CF 07-41. This hole will cross hole CF 07-41 at or above the thrust fault and will penetrate the intrusion at a shallower angle above and west of Hole CF 07-41.

A number of photographs of the mineralization encountered have been posted to the company's website: www.newmacresources.com.

The Crazy Fox molybdenum project is located 20 km northwest of the village of Little Fort BC. Molybdenum as been reported and has been the subject of exploration on the Crazy Fox property since 1928, but with renewed effort since the location of high-grade boulders in 2005. One of these boulders, which are up to 50 kg, was sampled in 2006 and returned an analysis of 7.26% Molybdenum and 1.524 grams per tonne Rhenium, Highlighting the potential of the Crazy Fox Deposit.

To date all the known mineralization was found in a cut off portion of the upper part of an intrusive body within and above a basal thrust fault. The lower or main intrusive body was postulated, but never found before drill hole CF 07-41. To date, work on the upper part of the intrusive body has encountered mineralization from surface to depths of 300 m, over an area of 450 m x 750 m. This mineralized area to date has been tested by a total of 38 diamond drill holes totalling approximately 8,000 m (28,000 ft).

Technical content of this news has been reviewed by W. A. Howell, P.Geo, a qualified person within the definitions of National Instrument 43-101.

Respectfully submitted ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD

      David Hjerpe, President

      Shares Issued 19,058,457
      Last Close 12/4/2007 $0.59
      Wednesday December 05 2007 - News Release

      Mr. David Hjerpe reports

      FLOW-THROUGH AND NON-FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Newmac Resources Inc. has negotiated, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, a private placement of up to $1-million with certain placees. This placement is in addition to the previously announced private placement of up to $2.5-million (see the company's Nov. 27, 2007, news release in Stockwatch).

These funds will be raised by the company issuing:

      * One million flow-through (FT) units at a price of 75 cents per FT unit, each FT unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one-half of a non-transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share, exercisable for a period of one year from the date of issuance at a price of $1 per share;
      * 416,667 non-flow-through (NFT) units at a price of 60 cents per NFT unit, each NFT unit consisting of one non-flow-through common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share, exercisable for a period of one year from the date of issuance at a price of 80 cents per share.

Proceeds from the FT unit private placement will be used to explore the company's properties located in British Columbia. This exploration work will qualify as Canadian exploration expense for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), which will then be renounced by the company to the placees.

The remaining proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. A finder's fee will be paid on a portion of the proceeds of this private placement with the same terms as the finder's fee for the Nov. 27, 2007, private placement.

When you release your assay results, tell us how much Rhenium is in your core samples, OK? How much Rhenium was in the samples above the thrust fault? Any with the W?? Fill us in please... At $8000 per kilogram last August, this could really help your economics!

High volume on up days, low volume on down days. Textbook. And just the way we want it.
No worries here, this is a nice little overdue pullback. We've traded over 40% of the float in the past month, so support has been solid all the way up. Anticipation of something big is obviously in the works, as the shareprice held up nicely during the warrant selling. And with under 20 million outstanding shares and a market cap that is closer to $15 million, there is a LOT of room to run, even if this hits several dollars.

Mkt. Cap. 4,1 Mio CAD :):)

      Was meint Ihr dazu? "

Highgrade Copper-Gold Assays Received from First Samples at Bluff Project October 31, 2006

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NER) is pleased to announce that it has received assay results from a number of samples collected at the Bluff property, located 175 kilometers west of the community of Williams Lake, BC. Thirty-one (31) select grab samples were collected and assayed from the area of the new mineralized showings, which cluster within an area of approximately 900 by 600 metres. Copper values range from 83 parts per million to 5.46% with 18 samples exceeding 2000 parts per million. Gold values range form 5 parts per billion to 8.75 grams per tonne (8750 parts per billion) with 6 exceeding 100 parts per billion. Two samples returned high molybdenum values of 1271 and 2971 parts per million respectively (0.13% Mo and 0.30% Mo). Silver values range form 0.2 parts per million to 39.4 grams per tonne (39.4 parts per million) with 2 exceeding 10 parts per million. Mineralization at the Bluff occurrence consists of strong malachite and azurite stained subvolcanic rocks accompanied with pervasive tourmaline alteration. These rocks are not believed to have previously known or sampled and are only accessible by crossing private hay fields owned by the vendors.

Newmac Resources Inc.: Partial Assays Received 98 Metres Grading 0.33% Mos2 Intersected

PORT MOODY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 7, 2008) - Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER)(FRANKFURT:N3M) is pleased to announce partial assays from diamond drill hole CF07-41, drilled on the southwestern region of the Crazy Fox property located in south-central British Columbia one hundred kilometers north of the City of Kamloops.

Hole CF07-41 penetrated a low angle (thrust) fault at approximately 390 m (1280 feet) which previously, and further to the north, had formed the lower limit to molybdenum-tungsten mineralization. Below this fault CF07-41 encountered mineralized intrusive rocks to the bottom of the hole at a depth of 1021m (3349 feet). Results of the partial analysis now received are as follows:

      -----------------------------------------------------------------Hole From To Width MoS2 Mo W07-41 (m) (m) (m) (%) (%) (%)-----------------------------------------------------------------Intercept 494.7 748.7 254.0 0.22 0.13 0.010-----------------------------------------------------------------Including 546.7 748.7 202.0 0.26 0.16 0.011-----------------------------------------------------------------Including 650.7 748.7 98.0 0.33 0.20 0.011-----------------------------------------------------------------Including 668.7 740.7 72.0 0.37 0.23 0.011-----------------------------------------------------------------Including 682.7 722.7 40.0 0.47 0.28 0.011-----------------------------------------------------------------Including 708.7 722.7 14.0 0.96 0.58 0.005-----------------------------------------------------------------

Hole CF 07-41 was designed to test the hypothesis that the lower limits to mineralization was a thrust fault and that a drill hole in the south western portion of the known mineralized body would intersect mineralized intrusive rock in the lower plate of the thrust extending the prospective area of molybdenum-tungsten mineralization for an unknown distance to the west, south and to depth.

Hole CF 07-41 was drilled westerly at -70 degrees. The hole was commenced on October 27 and encountered the thrust fault between 388.1 and 393.2 meters and was completed on November 25. The mineralization encountered can be described as both disseminated and stockwork in style, with molybdenite and wolframite occurring as disseminated blebs and streaks and in the selvages of centimeter scale quartz veinlets and smaller fractures trending in several orientations. Occasional veinlets of massive molybdenite up to several centimeters in width have also been noted.

Please note the hole ended in mineralization at a depth of 1,021 m and that the results reported in this release are partial and will be recalculated upon receipt of the remaining analysis.

Two additional holes were attempted in December, CF 07-42 was collared east of CF 07-41 and was drilled westerly at -60 degrees on section with Hole CF 07-41, this hole was lost due to ground caving at 257.9 m, before reaching the thrust fault and the prospective lower plate to the fault. CF 07-43 was subsequently collared east of CF 07-41 and was also drilled westerly at -60 degrees. Hole CF 07-43 flattened substantially to an angle of approximately -43 degrees eventually piercing the thrust fault at a depth of 510.4 (approximately 120 m south west of where CF04-41 pierced the fault). CF04-43 encountered 29.6 m of molybdenum mineralization similar to CF04-41 before the hole was again lost due to ground caving.

Assays were performed by Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of Vancouver, B.C., a certified facility, using ICP-mass spectrometry methods (results have not yet been received for 537 metres of hole CF07-41; from 189 to 454 m and from 749 to 1021 m).

Newmac is preparing for an aggressive drill program, which will commence in January 2008. More details will be released as they become available.

A number of photographs of the mineralization encountered have been posted to the company's website: www.newmacresources.com.

Technical content of this news has been reviewed by W. A. Howell, PGeo, a qualified person within the definitions of National Instrument 43-101.

      Respectfully submitted

      ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD

Bei Stockhouse rechnete man mit ~ 10 cad

I am beginning to think smart money bought during Nov.- Dec. while stock ran from 40 to 1.30. Given the excellent assay results and a negative movement in the stock I believe the results may have already been priced in @ $1.30. If so, then it may be a while before this moves again.
Can't believe a company with 30 million shares OS and a market cap of 35 million cannot move higher with results as phenominal as those released by Newmac yesterday. A positive move should have begun by now. IMO.

Newmac Resources Inc.: Additional Assays Received 150 Metres Grading 0.29% MoS2 Intersected

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jan 10, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER)(FRANKFURT:N3M) is pleased to announce that it has now received all assays from diamond drill hole CF07-41, drilled on the southwestern region of the Crazy Fox property located in south-central British Columbia one hundred kilometers north of the City of Kamloops.

Hole CF07-41 penetrated a low angle (thrust) fault at approximately 390 m (1280 feet) which elsewhere, forms the lower limit to molybdenum-tungsten mineralization. Below this fault, CF07-41 encountered mineralized intrusive rocks to the bottom of the hole at a depth of 1021m (3349 feet). Complete results for the hole are as follows:

      Hole From To Interval Interval MoS2 Mo W07-41 (m) (m) (m) (ft) (%) (%) (%)Intercept 400.7 830.7 430 1410 0.17 0.10 0.01Including 646.7 796.7 150 492 0.29 0.18 0.01Including 708.7 756.7 48 157 0.48 0.29 0.01Including 708.7 722.7 14 46 0.96 0.58 0.01
Hole CF07-41 was designed to test the hypothesis that the lower limits to mineralization was a thrust fault and that a drill hole in the south western portion of the known mineralized body would intersect mineralized intrusive rock in the lower plate of the thrust extending the prospective area of molybdenum-tungsten mineralization for an unknown distance to the west, south and to depth.

Assays were performed by Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of Vancouver, B.C., a certified facility, using a phosphoric acid leach with ICP-ES spectrometry methods.

Newmac is preparing for an aggressive drill program, which will commence around January 15, 2008. More details on this program will be released, as they become available.

A number of photographs of the mineralization encountered have been posted to the company's website: www.newmacresources.com.

Technical content of this news has been reviewed by W. A. Howell, PGeo, a qualified person within the definitions of National Instrument 43-101.

Bam, your suspicion was right on the money. It is confirmed that the majority of the outstanding warrants with the company have been exercised providing the company with additional funds for the 2008 drilling program. With the recent PP proceeds I suspect we are approaching 5 million bucks in the bank now. The TSX info below was updated as of last friday. Not sure what the share count was before but I believe judging from the Newmac webpage that a large number of warrants have been exercised already. In fact about 6.6 million from PP plus all warrants and options up to February 12 2008 gives a total of 27.2 million shares. We should begin to see share price firm up as sellers today were thinning.
Bottom line is this company still has a very low float count and the accumulated volumes over the past 50 days means most investors have held thier shares.

das ist aber seeeeehr interessant !!!!:):):)

The reported realistic Case-4 shows an NPV of $1.6bn.
If Teck Cominco take up their option to JV 75% then the valuation to Copper Fox shareholders is approx $400m which is 10 times :D:D:D:D the current Market Capitalisation. This is Canada's largest Copper/Gold deposit and is by no means an insignificant valuation.

Added to this is the fact that Teck Com must pay Copper Fox 4 times it's expenditure on the project to the date of Back-in. This increases the value to CF shareholders above 10 times by reducing it's capital costs.

CANADIAN MINING PERSPECTIVE: A whirlwind ride on the moly-go-round
      By Marilyn Scales Jan. 20/08

Like the gold price, the price of molybdenum has been rising for the last five years, and quite nicely, too. The price has quadrupled to the $40/lb range. That has would-be moly producers scouring Canada for minable deposits, mostly in British Columbia but also in Newfoundland. Here is a quick look at some of the exploration results that have come to our attention over the past two weeks.

Vancouver-based BARD VENTURES is drilling at the Lone Pine property 15 km northwest of Houston, B.C. Separate holes recently intersected a 152-metre section averaging 0.053% Mo (0.097% MoS2), an 85-metre section at 0.058% Mo (0.097% MoS2), and 357 metres that assayed 0.045% Mo (0.075% MoS2). www.BardVentures.com

Even better grades have been cut by COLUMBIA YUKON EXPLORATION of West Vancouver at its Storie property just south of the former town of Cassiar, B.C. The longest intersection was 237 metres at 0.106% Mo (0.1777% MoS2). The company has plans to drill another 40,000 metres in 2008. www.ColumbiaYukon.com

The Northern Dancer project belonging to LARGO RESOURCES of Toronto is being called one of the largest known tungsten-molybdenum porphyries in the world. The project lies on the British Columbia-Yukon border. Eight recent holes all returned good grades over wide widths, says the company. The best moly assay was 0.15% Mo over 68.8 metres in hole 79. www.LargoResources.com

NEW CANTECH VENTURES of Vancouver is conducting environmental and engineering studies on its Lucky Ship moly project near Houston, B.C. Metallurgical testing of samples is also underway. New Cantech hopes to develop a 10,000-t/d open pit mine and mill. See the May 2, 2007, press release at www.NewCantech.com.

One hundred kilometres north of Kamloops, B.C., Vancouver's NEWMAC RESOURCES' latest hole assayed 0.10% :) Mo (0.17% MoS2) over an interval of 430 metres, including a 46-metre interval of 0.58% Mo :):):) (0.96% MoS2). The mineralization encountered was both disseminated and stockwork in style, with molybdenite and wolframite occurring as disseminated blebs and streaks, and in the selvages of quartz veinlets and smaller fractures trending in several orientations. Occasional veinlets of massive molybdenite up to several centimetres in width have also been noted, according to the company. www.NewmacResources.com

Here is news from a copper-molybdenum property near Matachewan, Ont. PACIFIC COMOX RESOURCES of Toronto reports that drilling at Ryan Lake has intersected 10 metres of 1.2% Cu and 0.26% Mo. The best result was 1.3% Cu and 0.253% Mo over 14 metres. The property is home to an operating barite mill and other infrastructure that the company would like to use to restart copper-moly production. www.PacificComox.com

Vancouver-based PLAYFAIR MINING is busy on the opposite side of the country, at its Granite Lake project in central Newfoundland. The discovery hole cut 167.1 metres grading 0.033% Mo (0.054% MoS2) near surface. Within that length is an intersection of 58.5 metres that assayed 0.050% Mo (0.083% MoS2). Playfair had been examining the tungsten potential of Granite Lake when the moly find was made, and will now seek both metals. www.PlayfairMining.com

PROPHECY RESOURCE CORP. of Vancouver has been testing its Okeover copper-moly property 25 km north of Powell River, B.C. An inferred resource of 86.8 million tonnes grading 0.31% Cu and 0.0014% MoS2 has been made for the North Lake zone. The recent drill program tested the South breccia zone to the south. The company reported that the North Lake zone is open to the east, west and at depth. In addition, molybdenum grades appear to increase to the east. www.ProphecyResources.com

TENAJON RESOURCES of Vancouver is finding encouraging molybdenum assays at both its Ajax property 14 km north of Alice Arm, B.C., and its Moly Brook property at Grey River on the south cost of Newfoundland. At Ajax, core recently assayed as high as 0.075% Mo (0.125% MoS2) over 121.5 metres. At Moly Brook, three holes intersected 378.3 metres of 0.078% Mo (0.130% MoS2), 285.5 metres of 0.074% Mo (0.123% MoS2), and 274.0 metres of 0.085% Mo (0.142% MoS2). Having a choice of moly projects to work on must be nice. www.Tenajon.com

Vancouver-based TERRANE METALS reports 0.063% Mo over 422.2 metres from its Berg property 84 km southwest of Houston, B.C. The same intersection assayed 0.28% Cu. The property has an historic resource of 238.0 million tonnes grading 0.4% Cu and 0.031% Mo (0.052% MoS2). www.TerraneMetals.com

Indicated resources at the Red Bird moly project of Calgary's TORCH RIVER RESOURCES have more than doubled in the last year to 88.2 million tonnes grading 0.061% Mo. There is also an inferred resource of 63.4 million tonnes grading 0.055% Mo. The deposit, located 105 km north of Bella Coola, B.C., has a nice bonus of known rhenium and copper mineralization, too.

Canada has its share of would-be molybdenum producers, but if they were all to come on-stream at the same time the moly price might fall.

Newmac Resources Inc.: Drilling Commences With Two Diamond Drills First Round 2008

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jan 28, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER)(FRANKFURT:N3M) is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced at the Crazy Fox Molybdenum Project, which is ideally located 100 km North of Kamloops, British Columbia.

This initial program will use two diamond drills to drill from up to 14 currently permitted sites. Both drills are now on the property. The first drill is drilling diamond drill hole CF08-44 at -75 degrees to the west from a collar point 126 m to the west of CF07-41. The second drill is located 445 meters to the west of CF07-41, and will be drilled to the east at -85 degrees.

Hole CF07-41, Reported previously penetrated a low angle thrust fault at approximately 390 m (1280 feet) and encountered mineralized intrusive rocks to the bottom of the hole at a depth of 1021m (3349 feet). Summary results for the hole are as follows:

Hole CF 07-41 intersected mineralized intrusive rock in the lower plate of a thrust fault extending the prospective area of molybdenum-tungsten mineralization for an unknown distance to the north, west, south and to depth.

Core from CF04-41 will be displayed at a "core shack" display on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, at the Cordilleran Roundup to be held at the Bayshore Resort and Marina in Vancouver British Columbia.

Assays were performed by Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of Vancouver, B.C., a certified facility, using a phosphoric acid leach with ICP-ES spectrometry methods.

The little known price for Moly is now $37. I heard this from an analyst on BNN on the weekend.
Infrastructure requirements growing steady all over the world plus NA starting to replace aging bridges etc. Demand for moly is growing fast and the price is reflective of that fact.

schon in etwa 1 Monate sollten weitere Bohrresultate kommen
die Bockhouse Board sind eher positiv.

the company continues to find not just good grades but excellent high grade over very big intercepts below the fault. the discovery does have a caveat in terms of its depth as i have mentioned in much earlier posts. but this will be greatly negated so long as company continues to expand the discovery area, as they have done with the latest results. equally important is to note that consistently low to medium-low grades of moly and even better tungsten exists over wide intercepts above the fault. two of the holes were done to delineate the contours of the discovery, not holes where they could have confidently drilled through more of the mineralization zone. 2 drills continue apace.

lastly: i am posting almost exclusively on forums.smallcaps.ca and on live chat on that site. all are welcome there.

High Grade Molybdenum Mineralization Now Extended Over 250 m Drilling Continues With Two Diamond Drills

      VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 24, 2008) -

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER) is pleased to announce that drilling continues with two diamond drills on the Crazy Fox Molybdenum Project, which is favourably located 100 km North of Kamloops, British Columbia.

Assays have been received for holes CF08-49 and CF08-51. The company is particularly encouraged by hole CF08-51, which collared 305 m west of hole CF07-41 and drilled at 135 degrees azimuth at -80 degrees. Hole CF08-51 curved to the south as it was drilled, this resulted in the hole not crossing the entire projected mineralized zone, and the hole went out of mineralization as it went to depth.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

With the successful location of high grade mineralization in hole CF08-51. Roughly 250 m of high grade mineralization has been intersected along strike from CF08-51 to CF08-41.

The mineralization encountered can be described as mainly stockwork in style with minor dissemination. Molybdenite and wolframite occurring as disseminated blebs and streaks and in the selvages of centimeter scale quartz veinlets and smaller fractures trending in several orientations. Occasional veinlets of massive molybdenite up to several centimeters in width have been previously noted.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Including 414 554 40 131 0.07 0.04 0.02
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

CF08-49 was drilled at -75 degrees at an azimuth of 50 degrees from a collar located 300 m northwest from the collar of CF07-41 (see plan map on website). This hole went through molybdenum mineralization, and exited the lower half of the intrusion at 590 m. The hole encountered molybdenum and tungsten mineralization, but to a lesser degree than encountered in CF08-51, CF07-41 and CF 08-47.

Drill hole CF08-50 was lost before reaching the thrust fault.

The company is currently drilling with two diamond drills, with the goal of extending know mineralization and exploring new areas of high potential.

Hole CF07-41, (Reported previously) penetrated a low angle thrust fault at approximately 390 m (1280 feet) and encountered mineralized intrusive rocks to the bottom of the hole at a depth of 1021 m (3349 feet). Summary results for the hole are as follows:

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hole From To Interval Interval MoS2 Mo W
      CF07-41 (m) (m) (m) (ft) (%) (%) (%)
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Including 708.7 722.7 14 46 0.96 0.58 0.01
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

CF08-47 was collared 350 m west of hole CF07-41 (March 31, 2008 news release, incorrectly stated this as east of hole CF07-41, when in fact it is west) and drilled to the east at -80 degrees. Hole CF08-47 curved to the south as it was drilled, and CF07-41 curved to the north, therefore the two mineralized intersections are between 90 m to 150 m apart (Reported previously).

Newmac Resources Inc.: Camp Acquired Drilling Continues With Two Diamond Drills

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Apr 29, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER)(FRANKFURT:N3M) is pleased to announce that drilling continues with two diamond drills on the Crazy Fox Molybdenum Project, located 100 km North of Kamloops, British Columbia. In an effort to establish a permanent camp on the property, so as to be able to operate year round and efficiently deploy various crews on the property, Newmac is pleased to announce the purchase of a fishing lodge on the company's mineral property.

Newmac has entered into an agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary, whereby the numbered company has purchased a fishing camp lease located on Tuloon Lake. The camp is ideally located right on Newmac's Crazy Fox property and consists of 9 cabins, a lodge, a workshop, and other facilities. The camp can currently accommodate up to 30 people, and has ample room for expansion. The company has negotiated a purchase price of $835,000, which the company believes is fair market value, and will allow Newmac to explore the Crazy Fox property year round. Drilling and exploration of the property will hereafter be conducted in a more efficient manner, and the cost of operating the camp should be significantly cheaper than the company's current accommodations, located one and a half hours from the property.

      Can you believe;

NER has 5 assays of .1% MO and greater over widths of 300 to 400m each

36 additional holes all with tungsten and moly above the fault

      Cash in the bank,

      A million dollar base camp,

      Two drills turning,

      logging roads built for access

and the market affords a measly 8 million market capitalization.

These prices will not last for long.

Yesterday I was reviewing the Newmac Website and noticed a number of updates. The most interesting was the end March financials stating the company has 8+ million on hand. The 2nd interesting point was the share structure counts have been updated. The book value of Newmac is basically 8 million as per cash on hand. The share price equates to a 9 million value thus giving 1 million value to the Moly find.

This is a pretty safe buy at these prices IMO.

Newmac Resources Inc.: High Grade Molybdenum Mineralization Now Extends Over 400 m-Drilling Continues

      Geophysical Survey Started

      VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 8, 2008) -

Newmac Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NER)(FRANKFURT:N3M) is pleased to announce that drilling continues on the Crazy Fox Molybdenum Project, favourably located 100 km North of Kamloops, British Columbia. A detailed geophysical (magnetometer) survey is currently underway, it is hoped that it will help to determine areas of additional mineralization.

The goal of the current drilling is to extend known mineralization and explore new areas of high potential.

Assays have now been received from hole CF08-52 and CF08-55.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hole From To Interval Interval MoS2 Mo W
      CF08-52 (m) (m) (m) (ft) (%) (%) (%)
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Including 872 924 52 171 0.17 0.10 0.005
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

CF08-52 was collared 430 m south of hole CF07-41 and drilled on 315 degrees azimuth at -75 degrees. Hole CF08-52 curved to the north as it was drilled and did not penetrate the projected zone of higher grade mineralization The hole intersected several high grade intersections, up to 0.33% Mo over 2 m. These intersections have been interpreted as an indicator of the 'strength' of the mineralizing system and may indicate the proximity of the projected high grade zone to the west.

CF08-55 was collared 500 m south west of hole CF07-41 and drilled on 90 degrees azimuth at -75 degrees. The hole intersected several high grade intersections, up to 0.36% Mo over 2 m.

The discovery of high grade mineralization in hole CF 08-52 and CF 08-55, extends the known higher grade mineral zone roughly 400 m along strike from CF 08-55 to CF08-41.

Samples from hole CF 08-56 are in the lab for assay, and will be released as they are received.

CF08-57 is currently being drilled. Results will be released as they are received.

      Including 708.7 722.7 14 46 0.96 0.58 0.01
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

CF08-47 was collared 350 m west of hole CF07-41 and drilled to the east at -80 degrees. Hole CF08-47 curved to the south as it was drilled, and CF07-41 curved to the north, therefore the two mineralized intersections are between 90 m to 150 m apart (Reported previously).

Assays were performed by Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of Vancouver, B.C., a certified facility, using a phosphoric acid leach with ICP-ES spectrometry methods.

A 60 km detailed geophysical (magnetometer) survey has commenced on the Crazy Fox Project. Preliminary studies and modeling suggests that the company might be able to discriminate between areas underlain at depth (in our case, below the thrust fault) by volcanic rocks and areas underlain by Intrusive rocks, which would aid in the company's mapping of the lower half of the intrusion.

Moly supply deficits will grow in 2009 & 2010.....

      2008 MOLYBDENUM UPDATE
CPM says global molybdenum supply deficits will grow in 2009 and 2010

In its latest molybdenum market study, CPM says tight credit market s and other developments have caused molybdenum’s forward supply curve to shift over the past year.

      RENO, NV -

Commodities research firm CPM Group says financing for molybdenum mining projects "has become an uphill battle for some of the new primary and by-product producers."

Meanwhile, the delays in bring new primary moly or copper/moly mining projects on line have exacerbated the moly supply deficits forecast for 2009 and 2010, according to CPM's study, The Sustainability of Recent Molybdenum Prices, 2008.

The report asserts that supply deficits are expected to be larger over the next two years, followed by slightly larger surpluses from 2011 through 2014.

Meanwhile, CPM says the price outlook for molybdenum going forward "has become moderately more bullish than previously projected. The upward revision in the expected prices for molybdenum is partially supported by climbing capital expenditures, the sharp increase in diesel prices, higher electricity prices in China, and loftier freight charges."

"These higher production costs-combined with robust demand in the energy industry, narrow inventory levels, and expectations that molybdenum supplies will not exceed demand on a sustained basis are expected to boost the floor prices of molybdenum," according to a news release issued by CPM Wednesday.

"The deeper deficit in 2008 and 2010 should help underpin molybdenum prices at higher levels over that period. However, prices are expected to decline in 2011 as the market transitions back into a surplus," the news release said. "Demand for molybdenum, during the recovery in global economic growth, may be amplified by molybdenum's price correction. "

In the release, CPM noted that moly demand has increased at a "robust rate" over the past five years.

"Demand is not only growing in the principal end uses of molybdenum, but in newer industries that are seeking to utilize molybdenum's significant alloying properties," according to CPM.
