"Megabuy" lautet das Rating von "The Stockster" bezüglich Infinium Labs Inc.

Angesichts des Kursziels von 50 Cents mehr als verständlich. Der Kurs befindet sich nämlich gerade mal bei knapp oberhalb von 3 Cents.

Lt. "The Stockster" soll Infinium Labs ihr altes 52 Wochen Hoch von 44 Cent übertreffen und auf 50 Cent klettern.

Was macht die Company überhaupt?
Die Informationen stehen auf der Website des Unternehmens. Die "Phantom-Serie" umfasst einen Game Receiver, TV, einen Breitband-Anschluss und das Lapboard. Bei der "Phantom-Serie" handelt es sich um ein Multi-Media Gerät, welches für die verschiedensten Anwendungen, Kinofilme, Online-Games geeignet ist. Besonders gut finde ich die "try and buy"-Idee von Infinium. Hier kann man sich online ein Game raussuchen und es sogar probespielen. Versäumt es nicht, die Website zu besuchen. Echt professionell gemacht. Dort wird auch das Produkt genau beschrieben. Die Website ist Pflicht!

Angeblich wird durch die Produktion der "Phantom-Serie" ein neuer Player in der PS3 und Xbox-Liga und auch ein neuer technischer Standart geschaffen. So soll das Phantom einen sehr schnellen Rechenfluss garantieren. Mit der "Phantom Serie" soll man auf alle Medien zugreifen können. So soll man damit Games und auch Kino-Filme online zugespielt bekommen. Im sogenannten "Try and Buy"-Verfahren, soll man entscheiden können, ob man das vorgestellte und angetestete Spiel nun überspielt bekommen möchte, oder nicht. Der Phantom Receiver soll angeblich die gleiche Technologie des Mitsubishi Diamond TV haben. Hiermit können HD Signale, Voice/Movies/Internet über Satellit übertragen werde.

Was könnte den Kurs jetzt so antreiben, dass der Titel jetzt vor einer völligen Neubewertung stehen soll?

Es gibt eine handvoll interessanter Meldungen, die ich hier nicht schreiben will, da es sich um Gerüchte und Spekulationen handelt. ( www.ragingbull.com ) Die verschiedenen Postings, auch wenn es sehr viele waren (fast 500), sind nicht als Quelle geeignet. Sicherlich auch mal interessant zu lesen. Ich will mich aber nicht an dieser Gerüchte-Diskussion beteiligen.

Fakt ist auf jeden Fall, dass Infinium Labs mit der Phantom-Reihe in den hart umkämpften Multi-Milliarden Dollar Markt der Online-Game Branche eintreten möchte. Meiner Meinung nach, genügt für einen Kursschub die Einführung der "Phantom-Serie". Wenn sich das Produkt bewährt und durchsetzt und auch noch nennenswerte Marktanteile sichert, sind natürlich ganz andere Kursziele möglich.

Soweit ich nachlesen konnte, wurde der Verkauf für Ende 2005 geplant und war in diesem Zeitfenster nicht durchführbar. Die Finanzierung für die Fertigung steht. Das wurde am 26.01.2006 vermeldet. http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060126/phth013.html?.v=44

Als recht solide Info ist zu vermelden, dass Infinium Labs bereits einen Award für die beste Hardware nominiert wurde!! (Link und Quellenangabe unten). Angeblich arbeitet Infinium Labs mit Sun Microsystems zusammen.

Welche Informationen der "The Stockster" für das Kursziel besitzt hat er nicht publiziert. Es liegt jedoch nahe, welches Szenario den o. g. Kursschub auslösen könnte, und zwar die Fertigsstellung der "Phantom-Serie". Nachdem auch die Entwicklung einige Monate länger als geplant dauerte, hat der Kurs sehr gelitten. Sobald der Verkauf der "Phantom-Serie" losgeht, könnte ein o. g. Kurs-Szenario eintreten. Ich denke, dass niemand genau sagen kann, ob Infinium dann wirklich 50 Cent pro Aktie kostet.

Würde das Kursziel eintreffen könnte man sage und schreibe fast 2000 % Gewinne einfahren. Das klingt als Utopie. Sieht man sich aber den Chart an, so ist dieses Kursziel wohl keine Utopie mehr. Der erste Schritt wurde am Freitag gemacht. Soviel Handel war noch nie bei IFLB. Fast 100 Millionen Aktien wurden umgesetzt. Und dies bei einer Kurssteigerung von fast 70 %.



Ich denke, falls das Kursziel nicht erreicht werden sollte und der Kurs nur 500 % steigt dürften wir auch zufrieden sein. Ich für meinen Teil wäre es zumindest und bin mit einer "Spielgeld"-Position dabei.

ClickableOil Reports Revenue Boost and Increase in Gallons Sold for December

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y., Jan 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Clickable Enterprises, Inc. Aber ich finde es sollte zu denken geben wenn herr Roberts bereits am 23.02.06 (also am Tag vor dem Anstieg) 978.403 eigene Shares VERKAUFT hat. Er sollte recht nahe an Zahlen und entwicklung dran sein, wieso sollte er seine shares für 0.02 USD (also 0.016 EUR) verkaufen, wenn sie Eurer Meinung nach 0.06 wert sind????????????

Die Info kann jeder in Bloomberg nachlesen, somit habt Ihr auch die Quelle der Info. Was Ihr draus macht ist Eure Sache. Ichpersönlich denke das das Papier keine 0.03 EUR wert ist, aber auch hier zeigen sich Visionen wie zu Neuen Markt Zeiten.

Für uns nicht. Mit Sicherheit, und davon kann man wirklich 100%tig ausgehen, haben die Investoren, welche die 5 Mio. auf den Tisch gelegt haben, genaue Infos über den exacten Entwicklungsstand erhalten.

Die haben 5 Mio. locker gemacht, um das Projekt durchzuziehen.

Ich hab jetzt auch eine Postion eröffnet und werde nicht verkaufen. Jetzt auf den Kurs zu schauen, wäre fatal. Wenn die Meldung mit dem Verkauf kommt, haben wir ALLE richtig fett Kohle gemacht.

Nehmen wir an die wäre bei 10 Cent. Ich würde auch da nicht verkaufen, weil ich nur auf eines spekuliere. Auf die Phantom-Serie. Dann gehts ab. Seitdem es die Firma gibt, is deren einzige Berechtigung das große Projekt.

Fazit: Liegen lassen. Es handelt sich nur noch um ein kurzes Zeitfenster. Wir können hier alle richtig Kohle machen. Daher ist ein Verkauf VOR der Meldung alles andere als sinnvoll.

Das "Phantom" der Spielekonsolen

Die aus dem Hause "Infinium Labs" stammende Konsole stand anfangs unter keinem guten Stern. Als nämlich die Phantom-Konsole angekündigt worden ist, wollte kein Mensch an die Ernsthaftigkeit dieses Projektes glauben. Nachdem sich aber herausstellte, dass das Projekt durchaus Hand und Fuß hat, bekam Infinium Labs auch schon die ersten Probleme. So wurde der Entwickler von einem ehemaligen Mitarbeiter auf sein Gehalt verklagt. Außerdem wurden die Leute von Infinium Labs von einem Zulieferer (Digital Interactive Systems) wegen Vertragsbruch vor den Kadi geschleppt. Nun, da diese Probleme scheinbar geklärt wurden, gelangen immer mehr Informationen an die Öffentlichkeit. So wurde heute zum Beispiel das fertige Design der Konsole und des dazugehörigen Gamepads (eine Mischung aus Maus und Tastatur) vorgestellt. Außerdem sind auch technische Details bekannt geworden. In der Phantom-Konsole sind zu finden: ein AthlonTM XP 2500+, eine GeForce FX 5700 Ultra-Grafikkarte mit nForce 2-Chipsatz, eine 40 GB-Festplatte und 256 MB RAM (mehr Infos auf www.phantom.net).

Besonders interessant an der kommenden Konsole ist die Versorgung mit Spielen, sowie der Preis des Gerätes. Um an die Phantom zu kommen wird man zwei Möglichkeiten haben:
1. Man geht in den Laden, zahlt 199€ (offizieller Startpreis) und nimmt die Konsole mit nach Hause.
– oder aber –
2. Man schließt einen Leihvertrag über 2 Jahre ab und zahlt lediglich 29 Dollar.

Im ersten Moment scheint die Leih-Variante die Bessere zu sein, da eine Konsole nach 2 Jahren ja sowieso zum alten Eisen gehört. Für Langzeitbenutzer einer Konsole kann sich aber die Kauf-Varitane mehr rentieren. Das hängt unteranderem mit dem neuartigen System der Versorgung mit neuer Spielesoftware zusammen.
Anders als man es bis jetzt gewohnt ist, wird man bei der Phantom-Konsole auf eine Software-Bibliothek zurückgreifen können, die alle Kunden mit brandneuen Titeln oder Klassikern zufriedenstellen soll. So kann man sich online Spiele runterladen und diese mit einem speziell angelegten Konto kaufen. Und hier kommt auch der Vorteil der Kauf-Variante zu tragen. Wer die Phantom-Konsole 2 Jahre lang benutzt und weiterhin Spiele bezieht, dem werden nach Ablauf von 2 Jahren seine 199 Dollar auf sein Konto gutgeschrieben.

Neither Roberts, nor Bachus and certainly not Koler knows diddly-squat about technology. Ty was the man. Now he has wised up and moved on. I can`t blame him since the last year he has had absolutely nothing to do with R&D shut down. Any discussion about revival of the Phantom can now cease since there isn`t even a technology department any longer.

Ich finde die amerikanischen Boards werden kritisch gegenüber diesem Wert. Mir ist das Geld zu schade, aber, ich werde die Geschichte genau weiter verfolgen. Die Idee mit dem Verleih, Geld zurück nach 2 Jahren und online Spiele und Filme runterladen ist auf jeden Fall super, finde ich.

Das sieht doch heute alles gar nicht schlecht aus Aktuell 0,015
im Bid USA. Hätte eigentlich noch mit einer stärkeren Reaktion gerechnet, wo sie doch tatsächlich noch das filing zustande gekriegt haben. Trotzdem müsste es in nächster Zeit noch ne kräftige Bewegung nach oben geben, Kurse um 0,03 sind möglich. Langfristig ist das Ding übrigens Schrott (lest mal das filing), but who cares...

Aus der PC-basierten Spielekonsole Phantom ist zwar nichts geworden, die zugehörige Maus-Tastatur-Kombination soll aber wie bereits angekündigt für PC-Spieler auf den Markt kommen. Infinium Labs bekräftige dies nun in einer Art "Wir leben noch"-Pressemitteilung - und plant weiterhin, PC-Herstellern seinen ursprünglich für die PC-Konsole entwickelten Phantom Game Service anzubieten.


Glaubt man Greg Koler, der seit Januar 2006 CEO des Unternehmens ist, wird Infinium Labs bald mit der Produktion und Vermarktung des "Phantom Lapboard" starten. Die Prototypen des für Spieler gedachten Eingabegeräts - eine Tastatur mit darunter befindlicher Mausunterlage - sollen spätestens ab Juli 2006 zur Verfügung stehen. Das Produkt werde dann ab Oktober 2006 vom Eingabegeräte-Hersteller Itron Technology in den USA verkauft, verspricht Koler.

Auch mit internationalen Partnern will Infinium Labs bereits in Verhandlung stehen, um den Verkauf und die Vermarktung nicht nur in den USA sondern auch in Europa vorzubereiten. Über die eigene Website will Infinium Labs das Phantom Lapboard auch selbst vertreiben, und zwar an Händler sowie Endkunden. Bereits angekündigt aber noch nicht umgesetzt wurde eine geplante Umbenennung von Infinium Labs zu Phantom Entertainment.

Während die Pläne für das Phantom Lapboard schon sehr konkret klingen, aber in Anbetracht der vielen nicht erfüllten Versprechen der Phantom-Konsole seitens Golem.de noch skeptisch betrachtet werden, klingen die Pläne für den Phantom Game Service gewohnt schwammig. Über diesen Dienst sollen später PC-Spiele kostenpflichtig zum Download angeboten werden können.

Da sich Infinium Labs Zeit gelassen hat, scheinen andere Unternehmen hier mittlerweile deutlich besser positioniert. Immerhin liefern sie schon längst Spiele als Bezahldownload aus oder erhalten gar Rückendeckung durch Windows MCE in Kombination mit Intels Viiv. Das hindert Infinium Labs aber nicht daran, weiter vom ersten On-Demand-Game-Service für die Lieferung ins Wohnzimmer zu reden, obwohl noch nichts offiziell gestartet wurde. Konkrete Partner und einen voraussichtlichen Start-Termin nennt das Unternehmen weiterhin nicht - es ist nur die Rede von "gut etablierten Herstellern von PCs und digitalen Heimunterhaltungs-Zentralen".

If all goes as planned, this will be our final report on Infinium Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: IFLB). Not that we have lost interest in the Company. Far from it. Infinium remains intriguing – if only for its prolonged failure to deliver the goods, in this case a unique entertainment system called, ironically, The Phantom. The Phantom has yet to materialize, but the Company seems determined to invoke its elusive image. On May 26, 2006, Infinium filed a preliminary proxy statement disclosing plans to change the Company’s name to Phantom Entertainment, Inc. The Company says that the new name will better reflect its “long-term growth strategy” – but the choice is remarkably reminiscent of a disappointing past.

The change of name is unlikely to help observers forget the Company’s empty promises or its failure to deliver a viable product and revenues. Nor is it likely to distance the Company from the taint of an alleged scheme to manipulate Infinium’s shares. Earlier this month, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged the Company’s founder, Chairman and former CEO, Timothy Roberts, with participating in a pump and dump scheme that sought to inflate the value of Infinium stock by promising imminent delivery of the Phantom gaming system. Du wirst Dich noch umkucken... Infinium hat seine große Zeit noch vor sich. Der große Traum, sich mit den großen Konsole-Herstellern messen zu können ist ausgeträumt.

Der Verhandlungsspielraum für Infinium sah sicherlicher nicht gut aus. Die wollen sicherlich das Geld im vorraus sehen bevor Sie die Bänder in Gang bringen für Infinium.

Shareholders also approved an increase in the company's authorized shares of common stock from 600,000,000 to 1,200,000,000 and appointment of Webb & Company, P.A. as independent auditors.

Ratification of the proposals took place at a Special Shareholders Meeting on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at the Tampa Airport Marriott in Tampa, Florida. The record date established by the directors for shareholders eligible to vote was May 25, 2006.

As of the record date, 546,981,173 shares of common stock were outstanding, each share being entitled to vote on each proposal. The results reported a total of 438,259,460 shares voted with 431,970,439 shares in favor of the name change, 388,073,883 shares in favor of the common shares increase, and 427,761,764 shares in favor of the auditors' appointment.

GC 2006 With Record Attendance of 183,000 Visitors and More Than 2,600 Journalists Staged Global Sales and Marketing Event for Phantom(R) Lapboard
SEATTLE, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Phantom Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PHEI) today provided an operations update.

The Phantom Lapboard was viewed by thousands of consumers, retailers, distributors and consumer electronic followers at the recent Game Conference (GC 2006) in Leipzig, Germany.

'The Game Conference was a highly successful event for the Phantom Lapboard,' noted Greg Koler, President and CEO of Phantom Entertainment. 'We received overwhelming positive response to the Lapboard with all of our dealers and distributors. Moreover, we managed to do business firsthand with the main decision-makers in distribution, business and individual sales channels. We made great headway by being at this event.

'We were delighted that both consumers and industry media focused a great deal of interest in the Phantom Lapboard and that so many took the time to try our lapboard,' Koler said.

GC 2006 closed with a record total attendance of 183,000 visitors and more than 2,600 journalists from 38 countries, serving as a global sales and marketing event for the Phantom Lapboard.

The Company is continuing to work closely with its contract manufacturer, Itron Technology Inc., to meet manufacturing production schedules for shipping Phantom Lapboards to consumers in November.

The Company successfully launched its new website and online stores as scheduled on August 15th and is taking orders for the Phantom Lapboard.

The Company is nearing an agreement with a software development firm to move forward with further development of The Phantom Game Service. The Company intends to modify the Phantom Game Service software to run as client software on personal computers operating Windows XP and Windows XP Media center operating systems.

The Phantom Lapboard is a combination wireless keyboard, laser mouse and hard surface that enables users to work or play games from any comfortable setting.
