Lisbon - A source from Banco Comercial Português (BCP) said today that Banco Comercial Português will launch a takeover to GREAT WEST GOLD INC.
Banco Comercial Português (BCP), will notifie next monday the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it was willing to waive the condition of a 75% minimum acceptance level to which its public offer for the acquisition of GREAT WEST GOLD INC shares was subject, taking into consideration that the response received will be sufficient to develop the business project pursued through the takeover bid.
Banco Comercial Português (BCP) will launch a takeover bid for GREAT WEST GOLD INC with the payment of $0.05 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer, this initial offer could reach the limit of price of $0.055 USD for each share of the company.

Glauben kann man in der Kirche! Ist doch alles nur ein Glückspiel. Auch wenn das Angebot nicht abgegeben wird, dann wird der Kurs trotzdem noch kräftig anziehen. Alleine die Gerüchte sorgen schon für Käuferdruck.

Mit Consors ist eine solche Arbitrage also möglich!

PS: Für mich ist die Übernahmegeschichte eine saubere Verarschung, die schon mit der Meldung über den angeblich bevorstehenden Short-Squeeze vorbereitet wurde. Könnte mir sonst nicht vorstellen, warum das Ask nicht stärker leergekauft ist. Die Insider dieser Story hätten sich doch längst eingedeckt und das mit mehr Nachdruck.

Great West Gold (OTC: GWGO) had a news release this afternoon which was entitled "Great West Gold, Inc. - Takeover Bid." The company goes on to say how it was alerted to another press release on the Telecentro News Service which reads as follows, "A source from Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP) said today: "that Banco Comercial Portugues will launch a takeover to GREAT WEST GOLD INC. Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP), will notify next Monday the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV)... will launch a takeover bid for GREAT WEST GOLD INC with the payment of $0.05 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer." The company then writes it has not been informed of such a bid for Great West Gold, Inc. and is investigating the validity of this information. Why bring such attention when the news release from Telecentro News Service is clearly a hoax? Is management delusional in believing that Great West, a mere sub-penny stock with billions of shares outstanding, would be taken over for billions of dollars? A simple "investigation" via a Google search would have turned up countless entries with identical takeover press releases, all turning out to be false. Therefore the question to be asked is, did management issue a statement on this purely because there was a chance to capitalize on market interest in its stock?
