Die MK liegt aktuell bei 53 Mio $CAN (Kurs 3,20 CAN$).

bei 100 Mio Pfund Uran im Boden (nach NI 43-101), wäre ein mögliches Kursziel (bis Herbst 2006) 23-24 CAN$.

      Hallo,

Thank you for your inquiry about Nova Uranium. Finally, after the removal of maple trees and road building, the drill rig has been mobilized. We expect the drilling to commence sometime this week. The drilling is planned on the A and B Zones of the Nova Showing. The first three core results will be assayed within three weeks of the start of drilling. From then on, the results will be sent to the assay lab in groups of five. We expect that, weather permitting, the 30 holes will be completed in approximately six weeks. The holes will be to a depth of 100 metres.

The Nova showing has an historic 77 million lb, on surface deposit on the A Zone, which was delineated with a maximum depth of 180 feet. The deposit is open at depth and along strike. The B Zone has similar surface geology as evidenced by air and ground surveys, grab and channel sampling. This represents an opportunity for an expansion of any resource that is confirmed on the A Zone. As we gain a better understanding of grade value from the drilling about to commence, the exploration team will focus on bringing additional rigs to the Nova Showing, in order to bring the full zone into 43-101 compliance by autumn. This spring, the Nova will also be conducting intermediate stage work on a number of these other showings, such as the Tom Dick.

If one calculates market capitalization divided by “pounds in the ground” Nova trades at a discount relative to its peers. Geographically, Nova is more focused. Nova Uranium has one continuous land position with significant previous work that has identified 21 Uranium showings. Historic resources on the Nova Showing compare favorably to our peers who have like volumes of pounds in the ground, but on various properties. Should Nova confirm economic grades, we believe that the market will respond very positively.

I will keep you apprised of developments, including a confirmation once drilling starts. If there is any further information I can provide or should you have any questions, please contact me directly. Once again thank you for your consideration.

      Drilling Underway at NOVA `B`
      3/20/2006

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Mar 20, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) --
Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) is pleased to announce that drilling is in progress on the Nova "B" showing in the initial phase of Nova`s Mont Laurier area drill program.

The initial drill program will test limited portions of the Nova "A" and "B" zones with 25 to 30 large diameter HQ drillholes. Historical estimates for the Nova "A" zone by Bomet Mines in 1979, based on core and rotary air blast drilling together with shallow bulk sampling, estimate that it contains 77 million pounds of U3O8 in 32.36 million tons of material grading 2.4 lb/ton (0.12%) U3O8 (1). No historical resource calculations are available for the Nova "B" zone.

Nova`s target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage deposit with good access and infrastructure in the mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec,Canada.

      ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD

Donald G. Moore, CEO, President and Director

(1)Mr. Michael Moore, PGeo is the qualified person who has reviewed the technical information contained in this news release on behalf of the Company. Calculations of Uranium resources at Nova "A" Zone are historical in nature, predate and are non-compliant with NI 43-101. Nova is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or reserves. Nova has not undertaken any independent investigation of the resource estimate nor has it independently analyzed the results of the previous exploration work in order to verify the resources, and therefore the historical estimates should not be relied upon. However, Nova believes that these historical estimates provide a conceptual indication of the potential of the occurrence and are relevant to ongoing exploration.

      also zurücklegen und abwarten

      viele Grüsse an alle Investierten

      1000m x 1000m x 150m = 150.000.000 m³

      150.000.000 m³ x 2,8 (Dichte) = 420.000.000 t

bei einem Durchschnittlichen Urangehalt von 1 lb/t

      420.000.000 lbs Uran

bei einem Durchschnittlichen Urangehalt von 2 lb/t

      840.000.000 lbs Uran

We caught up with Don Moore today and I guess the
news on Nova Uranium is one of those good news/bad news
stories. Looks like the drilling so far on the Nova B zone
has gone very well as Moore suggests they are currently
drilling on holes 12 and 13 meaning very shortly they will be
finished work on the Nova B zone and heading over to the
Nova A. That’s the good news.
The bad news is that they’ve had problems. Weeks ago,
it was a huge blanket of snow that slowed everything down
to a crawl and delayed them by weeks. Now, while they are
up and drilling it looks like they are having trouble with
saws and people qualified to work on the core. It looks like
the first person they had, injured himself off the job and it
took a while to hire a second qualified skilled person and
when he came on staff, they found out the saws weren’t of
      the needed variety.
Now that they are up and running and a second set of
saws should be operational shortly to help catch up, this all
means that they are still two and a half weeks behind schedule.
For those of us who have hopes fostered by the Coffin
Brothers talk of a potential $10.00 stock here, delays cause
nervousness. Moore fully expects to have the results of the
first three holes, out in about two and a half weeks
      time...something we’ve heard before.
We ask veteran market observer, Moore, what he thinks
of the last couple of days in the market...is this the start of a
correction or heaven forbid something worse? “I don’t think
so” Moore says, “I think it’s more of a little bit of a year end
blues. Some are selling for tax reasons, some are facing
year end at their brokers”. He doesn’t think it’s anything
significant. If anything, he suggests there is another run in
      the gold stocks coming.

Nova Uranium Corporation: Update on Nova B Zone Drilling & Exploration Plans
      4/13/2006

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Apr 13, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --
Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) is pleased to update the ongoing Phase One Nova Showing drill program at its Mont Laurier Uranium Property. The Phase One drill program is currently testing limited portions of the Nova "A" and "B" Zones with a planned 30 vertical, large diameter HQ drill holes. To date, a total of 992 metres of core have been drilled in nine holes on the Nova "B" Zone. An additional three holes are planned for the "B" Zone, followed immediately by initial drill testing of the Nova "A" Zone with 18 holes. Core sampling of the first nine holes has been slower than anticipated because of a combination of logistical, technical and personnel issues. Nova has recently doubled both the size of its field geological staff and its core cutting capacity in order to provide a more rapid pace of results. To date only samples from the first hole have been logged, cut and submitted to the laboratory for analyses. Nova has not received any analytical results from this first hole.

Nova is also pleased to announce that it has completed a detailed compilation of its extensive Mont Laurier Uranium Property's large historical data set. Nova plans to commence its summer field season program before the end of May. The program will focus on follow up of the additional known 20 surface uranium showings on the property and investigation of airborne radiometric and ground geochemical anomalies with a goal of preparing additional high priority targets for drill testing by late summer.

Priority targets selected include the following: Tom Dick North and South, JRB-4 Group, Rabbit, No.1 and No.1 Extension, No.2, H-5 Zone, and the Seneca Group. Nova anticipates identifying additional priority targets as the field season progresses.

      Tom Dick North and South

The Tom Dick showings are located about seven kilometres southwest of the Nova Showing and are underlain by two discreet airborne radiometric equivalent uranium highs. These highs cover an area of about 500m x 200m and 600m x 250m for the North and South Zones respectively. Historical surface sampling in the Tom Dick area reports uranium oxide values averaging about 1 to 3 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.05% to 0.15%), with local high grade highs up to 19 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.95%). Historical drilling at the Tom Dick includes some 105 narrow diameter drill holes; 22 on the North Zone and 83 on the South Zone. No analytical data is available for the South Zone drilling, but five surface bulk samples collected averaged 1.43 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.07%). Some select highlights of the North Zone drilling include 11.9m of 0.72 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.04%), 14.3m of 0.87 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.04%) and 2.0m of 0.93 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.05%).

      JRB-4 Group

The JRB-4 Group is roughly ten kilometres northeast of the Nova Showing and is comprised of six established showings, two of which are considered high priority. These include the 'New' and 'Lac Lafargue' showings. The JRB-4 Group of showings is underlain by a number of discreet and semi-continuous airborne radiometric equivalent uranium highs, covering a rough area of 1 x 3 kilometres. None of the showings reports any historical drilling. Historical surface sampling of a bulldozed trench at the New Showing reports uranium oxide values ranging 0.68 to 5.8 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.03 to 0.29%), averaging 3.78 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.19%). Samples were collected from a westerly trending white pegmatite body with an exposed width of 15 to 35 metres and an exposed strike length of about 300 metres. The Lac Lafargue showing is unique among other property showings, since uranium mineralization may be located in sediment hosted skarns. Three surface rock samples collected from small rock exposures in the Lac Lafargue area contain unusually high grade uranium oxide values of 14.56, 16.44 and 22.78 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.73, 0.82 and 1.14%).

      Rabbit

The newly discovered Rabbit Showing is about 2.4 kilometres northwest of the Nova Showing and is outside the limits of Nova's detailed airborne radiometric survey completed last year. Nova discovered the showing during its November 2005 exploration program. Nine grab/channel samples were collected from a shallow west dipping radioactive biotite paragneiss and two high values of 2.51 and 1.21 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.13 and 0.06%) were obtained together with seven other results below 0.5 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.03%).

      No.1 and No.1 Extension, No.2, H-5 Zone (Mekoos Group)

On the western side of the Mekoos Group, only two kilometres southwest of the Nova Showing, are four high priority showings; the No.1 and No.1 Extension, No.2 and H-52 zones. The area is underlain by a broad airborne radiometric equivalent uranium high, covering an estimated area of one square kilometre. More than 200 RC and/or diamond drill holes have been drilled in these zones. Many of supporting drill logs available report wide zones of radioactivity. No analytical data is available for these drill holes.

      Seneca Group

The Seneca Group of showings are about 13.5 kilometres south of the Nova Showing, they are part of a series of northeast trending airborne radiometric equivalent uranium highs, covering an estimated area of 250m x 1,200m. Reports indicate that the dominant radioactive lithology is a shallow west dipping northeast trending white pegmatite. Eight rock samples collected in 1978 from a bulldozed trench on the "A" Zone averaged 2.82 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.14%). Historical drilling at the Seneca Group includes 31 narrow diameter drill holes; 28 on the "A" Zone and 3 on the "B" Zone. Some select drilling highlights include 2.13m of 0.95 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.05%) and 9.6m of 1.17 pounds U3O8 per ton (0.06%).

      Post Time: 4/27/2006 16:27

Spoke to IR and he said they have first core results in "preliminary" form - but that they aren't releasing anything until they have first four or five done - which is likely going to be in the next week or two.
He also said that the geiger counter readings on the most recent core samples (14 so far I think) are getting hits right to the end of the core (however deep - 100 metres at least) - but that they're going to have to wait to get confirmation from the lab because there are also other metals that can make the geiger counter register that way.

Also - they're likely going to make another press release tomorrow, or next week.

In any event - thought I'd share that update with you all.

Und aus dem Pescod-Letter heute abend !

Meanwhile, Nova Uranium is probably going to exemplify what is going to
happen to a lot of uranium players. Once again, delays. First there were two
to three weeks of unbelievably heavy snow that wouldn’t allow drilling equipment
and crews on site on their Mount Laurier property in Quebec. Then
they finally get drilling and find the people and skills needed aren’t around.
They have to search and have a two week delay to find trades people that
      can cut the core.
Now, while Don Moore tells us that they are currently drilling the 15th hole
and should be starting the 16th (finishing Nova B and starting on Nova A).
The new delay that is going to plague the uranium business is that assay
labs have such a back up, that just when Nova is going to have the results is
still open to debate. Moore is hoping that it will be within two weeks...but
      that’s a line you’ve heard before.
It has been decades since anyone has cared to drill and hunt for uranium
projects because there was little market for the goods. Everyone was refining
old nuclear weapons and uranium prices were but a pittance.
Now the reverse is true and try and find labs that can tell you if you’ve got
some uranium in your core. There aren’t that many and those that can, have
      huge line ups.
Meanwhile, we’ve gone from four or five uranium explorers to around 250
and I guess one could expect waits for almost all of them when they finally
      do get working.

      5/1/2006

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 1, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --
Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) is pleased to update the ongoing Phase One Nova Showing drill program at its Mont Laurier Uranium Property. The Phase One drill program is currently testing limited portions of the Nova "A" and "B" zones with a planned 30 vertical, large diameter HQ drill holes. To date, a total of 2,015 metres of core have been drilled in 18 holes. Drill testing of the northeast portion of the Nova "B" Zone is complete. Core sampling of the first five holes drilled on the B Zone is complete and samples have been forwarded to the laboratory for analyses. Nova has received only partial analytical results from the first hole. Drilling of the "A" Zone has commenced with five of 17 holes now complete.

Nova intends to release drill results from the Nova Showing drilling in 3 to 5 hole batches. The first set of analytical data from holes 1 to 3 (possibly 4) are expected for the second week of May. After this first release of Phase One Nova Showing drill results, shareholders can expect a steady stream of data into late June or early July.

As stated in a previous news release Nova has recently doubled both the size of its field geological staff and its core cutting capacity in order to provide a more rapid pace of results. However, the current time lag between sample delivery to the laboratory and receipt of results is estimated at three to four weeks. This time lag will likely grow to greater than 4 weeks as summer approaches.

Mr. Michael Moore, PGeo. is the qualified person who has reviewed the technical information contained in this news release on behalf of the Company.

Nova's primary target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage uranium deposit with good access and infrastructure in the mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec, Canada.

Re: News Release - Tuesday, May 23, 2006
NOVA Confirms Uranium at Mont Laurier
      =======================================================================

Nova Uranium is pleased to report that the first five drillholes on the
Nova "B" Zone on its Mont Laurier property have confirmed the presence
of uranium mineralization. The Phase One drill program is currently
testing limited portions of the Nova "A" and "B" Zones with large
diameter HQ drill holes. To date, a total of 3,038 metres of core have
been drilled in 27 vertical holes. Historical estimates for the Nova
"A" zone by Bomet Mines in 1979, based on core and rotary air blast
drilling together with shallow bulk sampling, estimate that it contains
77 million pounds of U3O8 in 32.36 million tons of material grading 2.4
      lb/ton (0.12%) U3O8 *. No historical resource calculations are
available for the Nova "B" zone.

Core logging and sampling of the first nine of thirteen holes drilled
on the Nova "B" Zone and holes 15 through 18 on the Nova "A" Zone is
complete. Samples from these holes have been forwarded to the
laboratory for analyses. The first complete set of analytical results
for an individual hole was received on May 12th, after which Nova has
received an irregular stream of analytical results for the first five
holes drilled on the Nova "B" Zone. Drilling of the Nova "A" Zone
continues with fourteen holes now complete. No analytical results have
been received to date from the Nova "A" Zone drilling.

The first five vertical holes on B Zone were drilled to depths ranging
from 102 to 108 metres. Core samples were collected over the full
length of each hole, except for a short 25-metre section in hole
NV06-01. The following analytical results are highlights from the first
four holes, individual values range from nil to 3.16 lbs/ton (0.16%)
      U3O8.
      --------------------------------------------------------------------
Hole Zone From To Core Width U308
(metres) (metres) (metres) lbs/ton (%) Host Rock
      --------------------------------------------------------------------
      NV06-01 B 0.45 2.62 2.17 1.49 (0.075) White Pegmatite
      NV06-02 B 88.96 91.82 2.86 0.63 (0.032) White Pegmatite
      B 100.34 102.00 1.66 0.67 (0.034) White Pegmatite
      NV06-03 B 28.65 29.65 1.00 0.99 (0.050) White Pegmatite
      B 82.54 83.16 0.62 0.56 (0.028) White Pegmatite
      NV06-04 B 97.62 98.48 0.86 0.92 (0.043) White Pegmatite
      --------------------------------------------------------------------

Hole NV06-05 contains only weakly anomalous uranium values. Hole
NV06-01 was collared in mineralization and hole NV06-02 ended in
mineralization so the full thickness of mineralization in these two
holes is not known. All rocks observed in core are very strongly
metamorphosed and dip 10 to 35 degrees to the northwest. Combined
scintillometer and analytical results from these first five holes
indicates that disseminated uranium mineralization generally occurs in
grey-white pegmatites. To date, drill logs indicate that these
pegmatite bodies can be up to 32 metres thick.

The 13 drillholes on Nova "B" Zone test only about 15% of the
radiometric anomaly associated with the Nova "B" Zone. Further work on
the Nova "B" Zone will be considered on completion of the current
      program.

Nova has compared the analytical results for these five holes with
geophysical scintillometer readings (measured in 'counts per second')
collected from the core and now is confident that scintillometer
readings can be used to better focus detailed geological logging and
analytical sampling. In future only above background portions of core
will be sampled and not the entire hole. The time taken to obtain
results from both the field and the laboratory is therefore expected to
      decrease significantly in future.

Importantly, Nova has collected and examined the scintillometer
readings for drill holes 1 to 10 (Nova "B" Zone) and 15 to 20 (Nova "A"
Zone) and based on the comparison of analytical results and
scintillometer readings from the first five holes, Nova offers the
following information on the eleven holes for which scintillometer
readings are available but no analytical results are available. In the
Nova "B" Zone scintillometer readings collected from hole six report
low to locally strong counts per second over the initial 34 metres
while holes seven to ten report generally low values.

In the Nova "A" Zone scintillometer readings collected from holes
sixteen to nineteen report moderate to locally very strong counts per
second over widths varying from one to twenty-six metres. Hole eighteen
stands out as the most noteworthy hole to date, where an interval of
about 26 metres long (starting from surface) reports high counts per
second. Scintillometer readings collected from holes fifteen and twenty
report generally low values. Nova strongly cautions that scintillometer
readings are only a rough guide as to the general tenor of uranium
mineralization and are in no way a substitute for actual analytical
      data.

Based on results to date Nova has increased the number of holes drilled
on the Nova "A" Zone. An additional six holes will be drilled north of
      the previously planned drilling.

Nova has received final maps for the combined property-wide
Terraquest-Sanders airborne radiometric surveys. These combined
geophysical surveys have successfully confirmed the location of surface
uranium showings reported in historical documents and have also
identified a number of new target areas. This new map will soon be
available for viewing on the Nova website. Nova plans to use the new
radiometric maps in combination with the detailed compilation of its
extensive Mont Laurier Uranium Property's historical data set to focus
on the follow up of the additional known 20 surface uranium showings on
the property and to investigate airborne radiometric and ground
geochemical anomalies. The goal is to prepare additional high priority
targets for drill testing by early fall.

As mentioned in an earlier news release, the near-term priority targets
include the following: Tom Dick North and South, JRB-4 Group, Rabbit,
No.1 and No. 1 Extension, No.2, H-5 Zone, and the Seneca Group. Nova
anticipates identifying additional priority targets as the field season
progresses. Nova plans to commence its summer field season program by
      the middle of June.

Nova's primary target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit
bulk tonnage uranium deposit with good access and infrastructure in the
mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec, Canada.

*Mr. Michael Moore, PGeo is the qualified person who has reviewed the
technical information contained in this news release on behalf of the
Company. Calculations of Uranium resources at Nova "A" Zone are
historical in nature, predate and are non-compliant with NI 43-101.
Nova is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral
resources or reserves. Nova has not undertaken any independent
investigation of the resource estimate nor has it independently
analyzed the results of the previous exploration work in order to
verify the resources, and therefore the historical estimates should not
be relied upon. However, Nova believes that these historical estimates
provide a conceptual indication of the potential of the occurrence and
      are relevant to ongoing exploration.

Core samples were collected under the supervision of Mr. Hillar
Pintson,P.Geo. HQ diameter core was cut in half and the samples shipped
to SGS Canada Inc. in Toronto Ontario with the remaining half retained
for reference. SGS is an ISO 9002 registered laboratory. The samples
were prepared for analysis by fine crushing (75% passing a 2mm screen),
then a 250 gram split was pulverized (85% passing a 75 micron screen),
finally a 0.3 gram split was subjected to a high temperature four acid
near total digestion. A 50-element ICP spectrometry analyses was
conducted on the digested solution. All coarse rejects and sample pulps
are currently stored at the SGS facilities.

      Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 05.12.2006 (20) days ago, when the stock price was 3.5000. Since then NUC has fallen -36.29% .

BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick with a lower open and a higher close. The buying price is the previous close ( 1.8500 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

Patience pays off. The market wavered a bit but finally confirmed the recent bullish formation. The dose of the previous day was not enough for a BUY-IF confirmation but today it is. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion. The market is now ready for a bullish move.

We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.

If you bought, continue to hold this stock until the confirmation of the next SELL-IF signal. You are on safe grounds as long as the future prices continue to trade above the benchmark price. What to do if you did not buy? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for buying in the following sessions.

The market is currently cold for short-sellers. Avoid any short sales and cover the short positions immediately if there are any.

      Candlestick Analysis
      Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
      Long White Candlestick

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.

First Drill Results From Nova 'A' Zone

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 20, 2006) - Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) is pleased to report that drillhole NV06-18 has intersected 1.96 lbs/ton (0.098%) U3O8 over a vertical interval of 23.38 metres in the Nova "A" Zone. The intersect was from a depth of 4.72 to 28.10 metres in a, large diameter, HQ core drillhole and included a 1.5 metre interval containing very fine-grained pitchblende grading 16.78 lbs/ton (0.839%) U3O8. The overall 23.38 metre intercept comprises a 8.72 metre pegmatite intercept from 4.72 to 13.44 metres averaging 1.65 lbs/ton (0.083%) U3O8, a 7.21 metre interval of paragneisses from 13.44 to 20.65 averaging only 0.04 lbs/ton (0.002%) U3O8 and a further 7.45 metre pegmatite interval averaging 4.17 lbs/ton (0.209%) U3O8 . This latter intercept contains the highest grade section encountered so far at Nova "A", a 0.5 metre section assaying 27.36 lbs/ton (1.368%) U3O8.

As previously disclosed, all rocks observed in core are very strongly metamorphosed and dip 5 to 35 degrees northward. Updated combined scintillometer and analytical results continues to indicate that uranium mineralization generally occurs in grey-white pegmatites up to 32 metres in vertical extent.

      NOVA "A" ZONE RESULTS

The analytical results shown below are highlights from the first four holes (15 to 18) on the Nova "A" Zone; individual values range from nil to 27.36 lbs/ton (1.368%) U3O8. Of the drillholes examined in detail to date NV06-18 is unique in that it contains a 1.5 metre interval of exceptionally high radioactivity with trace amounts of very fine-grained pitchblende observed in drillcore over this interval.

Nova has collected and examined the scintillometer readings (measured in 'counts per second') for drill holes 15 to 29 and 35 to 37 in the Nova "A" Zone. Detailed scintillometer readings have not yet been completed for holes 30 to 34 and 38 and 39. Based on the comparison of analytical results and scintillometer readings from the holes completed to date, Nova offers the following information on the 14 "A" Zone holes for which scintillometer readings are available but no analytical results are available.

Scintillometer readings collected from holes 19, 21, 23, 26, 35 and 37 report moderate to locally strong counts per second over widths varying from one to twenty-one metres. Scintillometer readings collected from holes 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29 and 36 report generally low values. Nova strongly cautions that scintillometer readings are only a rough guide as to the general tenor of uranium mineralization and are in no way a substitute for actual analytical data.

      NOVA "B" ZONE RESULTS

The following analytical results are highlights from the first nine Nova "B" Zone holes, drillholes 1 to 5 inclusive were previously reported and are included here for completeness. Individual values range from nil to 3.16 lbs/ton (0.16%) U3O8. Hole 01 was collared in mineralization and hole 02 ended in mineralization so the full thickness of mineralization in these two holes is not known.

Nova has collected and examined the scintillometer readings (measured in 'counts per second') for drill holes 1 to 10 on the Nova "B" Zone and based on the comparison of analytical results and scintillometer readings from the holes completed to date, Nova offers the following information on the hole NV06-10 for which scintillometer readings are available but no analytical results are available.

In the Nova "B" Zone scintillometer readings collected from hole 10 reports low counts per second. Holes 11 to 14 have not yet been examined in detail; preliminary data suggests that the uranium mineralization concentrations are likely low. Nova strongly cautions that scintillometer readings are only a rough guide as to the general tenor of uranium mineralization and are in no way a substitute for actual analytical data.

The Phase One drill program of the Nova Showing, on Nova's Mont Laurier property, is now complete. This drill program was designed to test limited portions of the Nova "A" and "B" Zones with large diameter HQ drill holes. A total of 4,270 metres of core have been drilled in 39 vertical holes. A total of 14 holes (NV06-01 to 14) have been drilled on the Nova "B" Zone and 25 holes (NV06-15 to 39) on the Nova "A" Zone. All holes were vertical with depths ranging from 72 to 174 metres. Half core samples were collected over the full length of holes 1 to 4 and over select radioactive intervals in the other holes. Core logging and sampling of holes 1 to 9, 15 to 28 and 35 are complete. Nova has received the analytical results for holes 1 to 9 (Nova "B" Zone) and holes 15 to 18 (Nova "A" Zone). Core logging and sampling from the Nova "A" and "B" Zone holes continues, with a total of 15 holes remaining to be completed.

Nova's primary target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage uranium deposit with good access and infrastructure in the mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec, Canada.

      Nova Uranium Discovers New Mineralization

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jul 24, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --

Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) reports the discovery of a large uranium bearing near-vertical pegmatite dyke (Dyke 18) in the Nova 'A' zone. This previously unrecognized type of uranium bearing occurrence was discovered through follow up of Nova drillhole 18, the most significant drillhole to date on the property. Field crews will begin trenching and sampling this newly discovered Dyke 18 within a week. Drilling of a minimum of 10 inclined drillholes on this new discovery will begin in early September once the trenching, sampling and prospecting has been completed.

The full extent of Dyke 18 is not yet known but, based on prospecting and detailed ground radiometric work the dyke is a minimum of 500 metres in length and varies from 2 to 20 metres in width. Results from the trenching and sampling will further define the size and orientation of Dyke 18.

Previously reported drill core assays from Nova hole 18 indicated 23.38 metres (true width unknown) of 1.96 pounds per ton (0.098%) U3O8 including 7.45 metres of 4.17 pounds per ton (0.209%) U3O8. The 7.45 metre section contained pitchblende, a form of uranium mineralization not previously noted in the historical records of the 'A' zone. Nova drillhole 18 was collared in Dyke 18, which appears to be younger than and crosscut all other rocks in the immediate area.

The Phase 1 Nova drill program was oriented to explore uranium occurrences in flat-lying sill-like pegmatites. These flat-lying occurrences were previously discovered and partially explored by vertical drillholes in the 1970's. Vertical mineralized zones, such as dykes, are easily missed by vertical holes and if cut by vertical holes are easily misinterpreted.

Nova's Phase 2 exploration program will target the discovery and evaluation of both flat-lying and the newly discovered near-vertical uranium mineralization.

A large number of analyses relating to Nova's Phase 1 drill program remain outstanding with the last core logging and sampling to be completed in the next few weeks.

The Mount Laurier property, with its excellent geographical location, is vast in both size and potential covering an area of 228 square kilometers with over 20 known uranium showings. This sizable district was once the focus of approximately 13 different companies, each with their own exploration programs pre-1978. Nova Uranium has a 100% interest in a claim package covering the majority of the potential of the entire area.

      Dyke 18 Readied for Drilling
      =======================================================================

Nova Uranium is pleased to report that trenching has begun on the newly
discovered uranium-bearing Dyke 18 on its extensive Mont Laurier
property. This previously unrecognized type of uranium occurrence was
discovered through follow up of Nova's drillhole 18, the most
significant drillhole to date on the property. Hole 18 which
encountered values of 1.96 pounds per ton (0.098%) U3O8 over a core
length of 23.38 metres (true width unknown) including 7.45 metres of
4.17 pounds per ton (0.209%) U3O8. The 7.45 metre section contained
pitchblende, a form of uranium mineralization not previously noted in
the historical records of the 'A' zone.

Dyke 18 has now been largely prospected in detail and a close spaced
ground radiometric survey has been completed. In addition to the Main
Dyke 18 at least 2 subsidiary dykes have been found nearby. The total
count radiometric anomaly associated with the main Dyke 18 is about 500
metres long and 50 metres wide.

Nova's Phase One drill program, based on historical data, consisted of
39 vertical holes totaling 4270 metres targeted at uranium-bearing
flat-lying sills. Three of these holes (1, 18 and 38) encountered
significant uranium over reasonable widths ranging from 1.96 pounds per
ton (0.098%) U3O8 over 23.38 metres (hole 18) to 0.52 pounds per ton
(0.026%) U3O8 over 7.0 metres (hole 38). Fifteen of the holes
(2,3,8,16,17,19-23,31,32,35,37 and 39) showed moderate uranium values
over moderate widths ranging from 0.99 pounds per ton (0.050%) U3O8
over 8.0 metres (hole 16) to 0.23 pounds per ton (0.011%) U3O8 over
      0.85 metres (hole 39). The remaining 21 holes (4-7, 9-15, 24-30, 33,34
and 36) contained low amounts of uranium over narrow widths ranging
from 0.46 pounds per ton (0.023%) U3O8 over 1.62 metres (hole 30) to
      0.21 pounds per ton (0.011%) U3O8 over 0.6 metres (hole 24).

The discovery of near-vertical Dyke 18 has opened up new exploration
opportunities for Nova. In addition to exploring flat-lying targets
Nova will also be targeting vertical dykes, a new approach to
exploration in the area. Nova is looking forward to Phase Two drilling
which will consist of a minimum of 10 inclined drillholes on the new
Dyke 18 discovery beginning in early September.

      Mr. Donald Moore reports

      NOVA URANIUM INTERSECTS A 12.54 METRE SECTION OF 0.90 LBS/TON U3O8

Nova Uranium Corp.'s phase III drilling has started on its Mont Laurier property in Quebec.

The start of phase III comes after a month-long break from drilling that coincided with the holiday season. This allowed Nova to receive and analyze data from phase II. Nova is drilling targets generated during its regional work program completed late December, 2006, as well as assessing historical work on the property. Nova plans to drill a minimum of 15 holes during phase III.

The focus of phase III drilling will include the Tom Dick South, the No. 1 and the North Bear zones. The Tom Dick South zone has developed into a priority target and is a geologically exciting component of the property that Nova has not yet drilled. Planned drilling for the Tom Dick South zone will test numerous radioactive surface trenches and historical showings defined by both Mont Laurier Uranium Mines in the 1970s and more recently by Nova. Historical reports indicate Mont Laurier Uranium Mines collected five surface bulk samples from the Tom Dick South zone, which contained a reported average of 1.36 pounds per ton U3O8 (0.068 per cent).

Drilling in the North Bear zone during phase III will target a possible enriched feeder zone and will follow up on positive results from phase II in this zone that includes an intersection of 12.54 metres of 0.90 pound per ton U308.

With an ample treasury, a large 228-square-kilometre land package containing widespread uranium mineralization, and an experienced geological team, Nova is in excellent position to begin this aggressive phase of drilling in Mont Laurier.

      Phase II results

From October to early December, 2006, Nova drilled a total 2,371 metres in 26 inclined holes, with depths ranging from 62 to 150 metres. A total of 12 holes were drilled on the Dike 18 complex, three holes on the North Bear zone, five holes on Anomaly 13, three holes on Anomaly 12 and three holes in the South B zone. Nova has received results for 20 of these 26 holes: holes 40 to 59.

(i)Core length intervals are not true widths.
      (ii)NSV indicates no significant values.

A total of 12 holes were drilled at semi-regular intervals along the 750-metre east-west trending strike length of the Dike 18 complex, testing both the main Dike 18 zone as well as subsidiary parallel dykes. The holes explored areas of high radioactivity associated with white pegmatite rocks identified in surface trenches and by phase I drilling. Results of the combined surface trenching and phase II drill campaign shows that the individual pegmatite dike widths can be up to 15 metres wide and commonly have a near-vertical orientation; while complex zones of sill-dike intersections are very difficult to interpret. Phase II drilling analytical results received to date reveal that uranium oxide contents are generally erratic, varying from subanomalous to local intradike highs of 3.3 pounds per ton (0.165 per cent) U3O8 over 0.6 metre.

Holes NV06-40 to 42 were drilled in the immediate vicinity of vertical hole NV06-18, which as previously reported, contained a vertical interval of 1.96 pounds per ton (0.098 per cent) U3O8 over 23.28 metres, including a high-grade interval of 16.78 pounds per ton (0.839 per cent) U308 over 1.5 metres. Holes 40 and 41 cut through the high-grade interval from opposing orientations, while hole 42 cut Dike 18 approximately 70 metres downdip from surface. To the east and the west of NV06-18 uranium concentrations are highly variable and appear to decrease both in width and in grade.

North Bear zone results (NV06-52 to 54)

The North Bear zone is located approximately 350 metres south of the Dike 18 complex and includes a cluster of surface radioactive anomalies over a minimum area of approximately 300 metres by 150 metres. These anomalies are associated with a complex mix of east-west trending fine-grained granites and white pegmatite dikes and sills. The limits of the surface anomalies are unknown, since they are masked by overburden to the south and east.

The phase III drill program will follow up the significant North Bear zone intercept of a 12.54-metre section of 0.90 pound per ton (0.045 per cent) U308 (hole NV06-53).

Vertical drill hole NV06-06 (phase I drilling), located just on the north-central edge of the zone, intercepted a 33-metre-long interval of mixed radioactive granite and pegmatite rocks (starting from the top of the hole; true width is unknown). Samples collected from hole 6 reported moderate uranium values, including 8.79 metres of 0.31 pound per ton (0.016 per cent) U308. During phase II drilling, three southerly trending holes were drilled at a dip of minus 50 degrees to test the subsurface trace of the North Bear zone anomaly. Holes 52 and 53 are located about 70 metres east of NV06-06, while hole 54 is located about 100 m north-northwest of NV06-06. In phase III of the drill program, an additional four inclined holes are planned for the South zone, targeting a postulated enriched feeder zone.

The accompanying table is a compilation of select highlight uranium intercepts within the North Bear zone. The true width of the stated core intervals is unknown.

Anomalies 12 and 13 plus South B zone

A total of five holes were drilled on Anomaly 13 (NV06-55 to 59) and three holes on Anomaly 12 (NV06-60 to 62). Three holes were drilled in the South B zone (NV06-63 to 65), which is about one kilometre southwest of the Dike 18 complex. For all three of these anomalies, drilling tested the surface radioactivity anomalies associated with outcropping granites and pegmatite sills and dikes. Nova has received results for samples collected from Anomaly 13 drill core. Hole 58 yielded a highlight result of 2.75 m of 0.54 pound per ton U3O8, while all other Anomaly 13 holes reported subanomalous uranium values. Analytical data for the remaining phase II drill holes, 60 to 65, have not been received.

Michael Moore, PGeo, is the qualified person who has reviewed the technical information contained in this news release on behalf of the company.

Core samples were collected under the supervision of Richard Dufour, PEng. HQ diameter core was cut in half and the samples shipped to either SRC GeoAnalytical (Saskatoon, Sask.) or Acme Labs (Vancouver, B.C.), with the remaining half retained for reference. SGS is an ISO 9002 registered laboratory. Acme is an ISO 9001:2000 accredited laboratory. Samples from holes 40 to 47 were sent to SRC, all other samples were forwarded to Acme. The samples were prepared for analysis by fine crushing (75 per cent passing a two-millimetre screen), then a 250-gram split was pulverized (85 per cent passing a 75-micron screen). SRC subjected a 0.125-gram split to a high-temperature tri-acid near-total digestion; Acme subjected a 0.25-gram split to a high-temperature four-acid very-near-total digestion. ICP spectrometry analyses were conducted on the digested solutions. All coarse rejects and sample pulps are currently stored at the SRC and Acme facilities.

[200/News Release] NUC V NOVA URANIUM CORP MAR 28 2007 10:43 AM Zone 1 Yields
      41.81 Metres of 0.51 lbs/ton U308 Including 5.32 Metres of 1.61 lbs/ton U308
--->@NEWS RELEASE NOVA URANIUM CORP ("NUC-V")
      - Zone 1 Yields 41.81 Metres of 0.51 lbs/ton U308
      - Including 5.32 Metres of 1.61 lbs/ton U308

Nova Uranium is pleased to report initial results from Phase III of the
company's ongoing drill program in Mont Laurier, Quebec. The results
include an intersection of 41.81 metres of 0.51 lbs / ton U308 within which
is a higher grade section of 5.32 metres of 1.61 lbs / ton U308.

"With the price of Uranium currently at a multi-year high of over
ninety US dollars per pound wide surface intersections grading half a pound
per ton are very exciting. Even more so when they are obtained in a very
accessible and mining-friendly area in Southern Canada," said Don Moore,
Chairman of Nova. He continued, "Nova's Mont Laurier project is clearly in
a uranium-rich area and our hard work over the last year is beginning to
pay off. We take our hats off to our exploration group; especially the
Quebec-based field crews and we look forward to more exciting results."

Phase III of Nova's ongoing drill program started in January 2007. This
drilling is testing uranium targets generated during last year's regional
work program and is also assessing historical showings on the property
including Zone 1, North Bear and the Tom Dick North and South Zones. A
total of 28 holes have been drilled to date totalling 2,450 metres in both
inclined and vertical holes, with depths ranging from 48 to 129 metres; 2
holes were drilled on the South B Zone, 7 holes on the North Bear Zone, 13
holes on the Tom Dick Zones, and 6 holes on Zone 1. Nova has received
analytical results for 15 of these 28 holes. No analytical results are yet
available from the Tom Dick Zones.

      Zone 1 Results (NV07-75 to 81)

The historical Zone 1 anomaly is about 2.5 kilometres southwest of the
Dyke 18 Complex and is marked by a strong circular airborne uranium anomaly
about 400 metres in diameter. The limits of this uranium anomaly are
unknown since the geophysical signatures are masked by soil and swamp,
particularly to the north and west. Nova's 2006 field work revealed that
the uranium-enriched white pegmatite sill rocks are hosted within a mix of
diorite and metasediments, which have a dominant orientation of east to
west trending with a shallow north dip. Nova has so far drilled six holes
on the Zone 1 showing. Only a small area of about 65 by 60 metres has been
drill-tested. The most northerly holes, 75 and 76, were collared on the far
north limit of the test area and were drilled at a dip of 45 degrees south.
Analyses from samples collected from these holes yielded moderately
anomalous uranium values over widths up to 4.68 metres. Interestingly, the
vertical holes (77 to 80) drilled in the central and south portions of the
test area yielded more consistent and notable uranium concentrations over
significant widths. Hole 78, drilled in the centre of the test area,
yielded values of 41.81 metres of 0.51 lbs/t U3O8, including intervals of
      15.96 metres of 0.74 lbs/t U3O8 and 5.32 metres of 1.61 lbs/t U3O8.
Additional Phase III drillholes are planned to test both the dip and strike
extensions of the Zone 1 uranium mineralization identified in holes 77 to
      80.

Hole 81 is about 200m east of the main surface expression of the Zone 1
anomaly and was drilled to the south at a dip of 45 degrees. The hole
tested outcropping radioactive pegmatites discovered during the 2006
      regional exploration.

      North Bear (NV07-67 to 73)

The North Bear Zone is about 350 metres south of the Dyke 18 Complex
and includes a cluster of surface radioactive anomalies over an area of at
least 300 metres by 150 metres. These anomalies are associated with a
complex mix of east-west trending fine grained granites and white pegmatite
dykes and sills. Seven southward trending holes were drilled at a dip of 45
degrees during the Phase III program. The holes tested the strike extension
(200 meters to the east and the west) of hole NV06-53, which Nova
previously reported containing the significant intercept of 12.54 metres of
0.90 lbs/ton. Nova has received analytical results for all North Bear drill
holes. Results show that the pegmatite-hosted uranium mineralization in the
North Bear Zone is locally strong but appears to be of limited extent.

      South B (NV06-63 to 65 and NV07-66 & 74)

The South B Zone is located about one kilometre southwest of the Dyke
18 Complex. Drilling tested surface radioactivity anomalies associated with
outcropping granites and pegmatite sills and dykes. A total of 5 holes have
been drilled in the South B Zone; three Phase II drill holes NV06-63 to 65
and two Phase III drill holes NV07-66 and 74. Nova has received all
laboratory results for all of the holes, except NV07-74. Hole 66 yielded a
      highlight result of 4.83 metres of 0.89 lbs/t U308, including 3.24 metres
      of 1.19 lbs/t U308. Holes 63 to 65 reported weak to sub-anomalous uranium
values. The drill log for hole 74 indicates that it contains a single
narrow interval, of less then one metre, of moderately radioactive
      mineralization.

      Anomaly 12 (Phase II: NV06-60 to 62)

In December 2006 a total of three holes were drilled on Anomaly 12
(NV06-60 to 62). All holes were drilled at a dip of -45 degrees, with
depths ranging from 61 to 83 metres. No significant Uranium values were
      encountered.

Tom Dick Zones (TD07-01 to 13)

The Tom Dick Zones are located close to the central-west border of the
Mont Laurier property and includes numerous radioactive surface trenches
and historical showings defined by both Mont Laurier Uranium Mines in the
1970's and more recently by Nova. The Tom Dick North anomaly is located
about 1.0 kilometres north of the South Zone and includes a number of
historically significant drill holes. Nova has drilled four holes in this
area, TD07-01 to 04. A total of nine holes have been drilled in the Tom
Dick South Zone (TD07-05 to 13) testing both historical and newly defined
radioactive zones. Historical reports indicate Mont Laurier Uranium Mines
collected five surface bulk samples from the Tom Dick South Zone, which
contained a reported average of 1.36 lbs/t U3O8. Nova has not yet received
any analytical data from the Tom Dick Zones drill holes.

Nova's summer plans are to continue follow-up ground exploration of
priority radioactivity anomalies. Work will include geological mapping and
prospecting, trenching and detailed geophysical surveys with drilling to
      follow as required.

Nova Makes Significant Acquisition in Otish Basin Uranium Camp

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nova Uranium is pleased to report a significant land acquisition in the highly prospective Otish Mountain uranium exploration camp in north central Quebec. This large acquisition of land involves a purchase and sale agreement to acquire an undivided 100% right, title, and interest in 6 uranium exploration properties totalling 150 claims (48 claims are pending) covering 7,973.84 hectares (19,703.1 acres). The proposed acquisition is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance and to certain terms and conditions being met by the vendor. Four of the six claim blocks (totalling 5,850 hectares) are within the Otish sedimentary basin in close proximity to the well known Strateco Resources Matoush uranium discovery.

The Otish Mountain basin area is considered by many to be comparable to the Athabasca Basin of Northern Saskatchewan, which is the world's most prolific and high grade unconformity-associated mining camp. The Otish uranium exploration area is currently the focus of intense exploration activity, including the world's largest uranium producer Cameco. In its April 10th, 2007 News Release, Strateco Resources reported drill results on its Otish property of 40 lbs/ton uranium oxide (2.00%) over 16 metres including 80 lbs/ton (4.02%) U308 over 3.55 metres.

Don Moore, CEO of Nova states, "We are very pleased that our hard work in Quebec during the past two years has been rewarded today with this significant land acquisition in one of the hottest uranium exploration districts in the world right now. This is a large package that totals more than 19,000 acres of highly prospective uranium exploration property and it is a testament to Nova's work in Quebec during the past two years that we were able to put this transaction together. Prospectors and landholders in Quebec have followed our ongoing exploration program in Mont Laurier and see that when we undertake exploration, we work hard and aren't afraid to drill a lot of holes and work aggressively. The reputation of Nova Uranium as a serious exploration company helped us identify and acquire this very large land package."

The vendor, Mr. L. Marcotte of Dubuission, Quebec will receive up to 225,000 shares of Nova and a cash payment of $40,000 upon the completion of this transaction.

Nova Uranium has an ongoing exploration program in Mont Laurier, Quebec and is now formulating an exploration program for the company's newly acquired 7,974 hectares (19,703 acres) land package in the Otish Basin Uranium Camp.

Nova Uranium acquires Pom-Pom in Quebec

      2007-09-18 13:41 ET - News Release

      Mr. Donald Moore reports

NOVA ACQUISITION: POM-POM, JAMES BAY AREA QUEBEC

Nova Uranium Corp. has acquired claims, 100 per cent owned by Nova, strategically located within an emerging and highly prospective district in Northern Quebec. This property is located within the paleoplacer James Bay uranium district that hosts the 10.1-million-pound Apple deposit recently acquired by Strateco Resources.

The Pom-Pom project is located on the east side of James Bay, Que., approximately 900 kilometres north of Montreal. The project consists of four claim blocks totalling 142 claims covering 9,151 hectares (22,612 acres) of land, with the centre of the claim group being only about 50 kilometres east of the paved James Bay highway. Three of the four claim blocks cover historical uranium showings while two of these claim blocks are completely surrounded by the staking activity recently announced by Strateco (Virginia Mines).

Uranium mineralization in the Strateco Apple deposit is found in quartz pebble conglomerates, which is reported to be similar to the paleoplacer uranium deposits found at Elliott Lake, Ont., and Witswatersrand, South Africa. In 1974, International Nickel Company of Canada Ltd. (Inco) performed a non-43-101-compliant resource estimate on a one-kilometre portion of the Apple deposit; calculating 9,365,000 tons grading 0.054 per cent uranium oxide (U3O8) or 1.08 pounds per ton for a total of 10.1 million pounds (Quebec government assessment report file GM 57894). The western claim block recently staked by Nova covers geologically favourable terrain which is on a regional trend from the Apple deposit. Nova is currently completing a full assessment of the claim groups to facilitate the development of an exploration program for the property.
