quelle nr.2 geht heute online, 3,4 und 5 werden gebohrt, wir brauchen nachrichten mit stichhaltigen daten, dzt. ausgegebene aktien 304 Mio.

Accordingly, Hydroslotter Corporation is endeavoring to link the Grimes source to commercial pipelines by April 1st, 2006. Please be advised that the flow rates for the initial Grimes well will be announced shortly hereafter.

I have heard of no problem in Grimes.
I am awaiting a P.R as promised to pass on to all shareholders.


2. Do you have the current outstanding shares and float?

3. Are the placement shares issued at .02 free trading now and if so do you believe they are being sold into the market?

I believe that some restricted shares should be coming due soon, then they would have to go through proper channels and process to free trade, I will look into how many may be free trading. I believe as as shareholder you can call a transfer agency and inquire as well.

I did email Hydroslotter and here is Skip's reply.

We completed the "Grimes #2" (as you refer to it) in March and put it online last month. I would suggest you call Biogenerics for further details. I am aware that Biogenerics has not released any news on the well yet, but I assure you that the results were positive. Also, please understand that Hydroslotter Corporation does its best to release information as quickly as possible to Biogenerics but has no control over how quickly information is released by them.

Biogenerics Outlines Acquisition Program

TYLER, Texas, May 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Other OTC:BIGN.PK - News) announces it has entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase the assets, operations and all oil/gas leases from an East Texas operator and drilling company which has been in the oil industry for over 30 years. The agreement is expected to be signed within 72 hours.
After proper due diligence is performed, Biogenerics will have three options available regarding this transaction:


1) The company can purchase the assets, operations, personnel,
existing mineral leases and existing 250 producing wells
in the East Texas Oil Field.
2) Biogenerics can elect to invest with this company in
150 re-work wells in the East Texas Oil Field.
3) The company can also elect to invest collectively in 12
wells to be drilled in West Texas. This company currently
employs 70 people, has its own rework rigs and drilling
rig, plus several years of experience in oil field
operations and management.

Biogenerics management is gearing up to purchase the entire operations of this company, which includes the wells mentioned in options (2) and (3). If the company's due diligence proves this transaction to be viable, then the result will be that Biogenerics has purchased proven reserves of 10.4 million bbls of oil which has historically graded out at the 42 gravity level, plus the opportunity to prove up and own another 15 million bbls of oil reserves. The daily production of existing wells in the East Texas Oil Field being acquired is estimated at 275 bbls/day. This will be a major step for the company and will place it as a major operator in the oil industry in the State of Texas and surrounding areas.

The company anticipates this deal should close within the next 120 days. Financing for the transaction is being researched with commitments for financing being obtained from three lending and investment sources.

Newly-elected CEO James Lancaster was instrumental in bringing this opportunity to the company. He stated, ``My first direction for the company was to place it into a position to be a major player in the oil industry and to supply it with the tools and personnel to do so. This opportunity, if realized, will do just that. Not only will it provide us with a well known name in the industry as an operating company, but the experienced personnel that come with this transaction will add to our ability to be a major player in the oil industry.''

The current owner of the company being purchased has agreed that if this transaction closes, he will become a member of the Board of Directors of Biogenerics for a period of two years in order to help guide the company in its quest to be a major oil industry company. ``We welcome this opportunity and hopefully will find in our due diligence procedures that Biogenerics can take advantage of.'' Lancaster further stated that ``Management is looking at other lease and investment opportunities at this time. These include a 600 acre lease in Texas, 6 gas wells in West Texas, 110 acre lease in East Texas and other opportunities as they present themselves.''

Further, 125 well sites to rework and capitalize the oil production from in the existing field, and equally important, a fully operating exploration/drilling company with a highly regarded reputation in the industry in Texas which will allow the company to do its own drilling, rework and management of wells.''

Lancaster continued, ``This is the foundation stone being laid for the Company to gather and amass substantial holdings in the oil/gas industry. Today, it is difficult to get a drilling company to perform new well services in less than nine months. This acquisition gives our Company the ability to do its own drilling procedures without reliance upon any other party. That is a definite plus in this industry today.''

The Letter of Intent requires the Company to clear its due diligence on the purchase within 30 days from the above date, enter into final agreements and close the transaction within 60 days of today's date. The Company has already held meetings with its lenders and investment firms and expects it will complete the financing of this acquisition within the time frame of the Letter of Intent. Lancaster concluded by saying, ``Even though my 30 years of business experience was not totally in the oil industry, the contacts I have made in the East Texas oil industry have made this opportunity available to the Company. Hopefully, we will see this transaction come to fruition and the results of the positive cash flow from this operation will impact the Company's financial reporting by the last quarter of this calendar year.''

Interesting Observation concerning One Year Chart Posted on the Top of the BIGN I-hub chat board start page........

The steep one month selloff from .25 to .02 took place exactly during the time frame when BIGN announced the start of Hydroslotting activities @ the Grimes,Ca. Natural Gas Wells recompletion site.

IMO either the market did not believe that Hydroslotting would produce profitable revenues,or someone knew the opposite and dumped more shares than the market could absorb leading to the downward spike. So they could begin buying back tons of shares on the cheap.

It took months before the initial Grimes well results were released publicly,and months more before the results of the second well were made public.

We now know just how Massive the flows from Hydroslotted wells in Grimes are,amd how quickly BIGN receives their ROI [return on investment].

Shouldn't it follow that the SP return to the top of the cup?i.e. .25??

And this is not to mention all of the other positive developments.

TYLER, Texas, Jun 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announced today that its 50% owned subsidiary, WW Oil and Gas, has authorized management to issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the purchase of 1,000 acres of oil/gas lease land. The lease land will include 48 producing gas wells generating 1,200 mcf/day of gas averaging 25 bbls/oil per day in condensate quality.

interessante meinung aus dem i-hub board:

no dilution this early. bign has yet to even run yet. IMO. what is happening is this. A few large holders 700K, 1.5M, 2.5M all in under .03 are selling for 45%, 50% etc. Since we went up hige last week and ended the week in the .06's profit taking is unavoidable. The inbalance between buyers and sellers will be over once these large sellers get out. Then we deal with the newbies selling for a loss, flippers, day traders, momo traders, etc.

Monday the dividend will be paid out and we should get news soon regarding the intent on why we received Tyche shares. I'm hearing only good things and what I heard so far is this, Tyche is applying for a NASDAQ SC listing. BIGN will reverse merge into Tyche along with the newly aquired Texas company. Tyche will aggressively complete 5-6 wells per month at Grimes until 120 are in production to maintain cash flow and debt-based financing for all the deals recently announced. The Tyche share structure ultimately for determine how many shares of Tyche we will finally have. The restricted shares are restricted for 290 more days. Each BIGN shareholder will then receive 1 unrestricted share of Tyche for every 5 BIGN shares held upon conversion. The new company will have approximetly 130M shares outstanding when it starts trading on the NASDAQ. Current BIGN holders own 40M of those shares. Two private placements at .16 per share are in the work totaling 40M shares to provide the company with 6M in cash and equivalants, respectively.

This is all speculation. IMO. But lets just say a little mouse squeaked into my ear.

Name Change of Company -- The Company anticipates changing its operational name in order to identify the Company more readily with the oil/gas industry. The Board projects this name change to occur during the first quarter of 2007. Authorized and Outstanding Common Shares of the Company -- As of the above date, the Company has approx. 376,500,000 outstanding shares of common stock and has authorized shares of common stock approved by the State of Nevada in the amount of 800,000,000. This increase in authorized shares was made in order to have shares available for the Company's future business needs which may include, but not be limited to, Joint Ventures, Asset Purchases, Management Compensation and any other necessary business transactions the Company's Board of Directors feels is necessary to carry on the Company's business.

East Texas Oil Field -- The Company has obtained in principal, a funding commitment to conclude this transaction, which is subject to and contingent upon the funder performing a satisfactory site and field inspection of the East Texas Oil Field. In addition, the Company will receive a cash position of $4 million for further investment in the oil and gas industry via ``Farm-outs'' and direct working interest investments.

In summary, if concluded this joint venture transaction will place over $17 million of economic asset value into BIGN with no debt and a joint venture association with the operating company of the East Texas Oil Field for future business associations.

While the primary focus is completing the East Texas Oil Field Joint Venture transaction, the Board of Directors is also giving careful consideration to the following issues:

-- Restructuring the business agreements with Joint Venture partner Hydroslotter Corp., the NC-02 technology and considering alternative well renewal technologies to better serve the companies future requirements both technically and economically.

-- Expansion of current operations in New Mexico and Oklahoma as the company may determine to be viable.

-- Continued re-organizing of the virtual I.R Department providing more accessibility to company business activity while maintaining an open line of communication to shareholders.

Add this $17 million to a lowballed approximation of a yearly $3 million pure profit from Grimes (and not including any other monies from any of our other joint ventures like wwng, etc. ) and we have about a $20 million dollar asset value for BIGN!!!

Right now we have a market cap of about $5 million (.0135 pps x 376,500,000 o/s).

Do the math...we should be trading AT LEAST 4 TIMES the current pps value and then that would only be at book value (the lowballed net asset value of this company)!!!

Currently, I think we should be trading between 10-20 cents!!!
I think Arch came up with a current pps of 17 cents...I Agree!

Now onto your question. In every JV deal, some companies get more, some get less. Royal Pet has assumed the East Texas operations because they paid for them. They got that part of the deal for flipping the funds. The other parts of the deal were LA, Arkansas and West Texas. West Texas and Arkansas we have not got details on yet so I'm unsure how those assets are divided. It looks like we got 100% of LA. Just like Tyche/Hydroslotter get 60% and BIGN gets 40%, just like WW Oil and Gas gets 50% and BIGN gets 50%. The East Texas asset produces double the amount of oil each month and has more land assets and wells to rework but this deal is not too shabby for BIGN. If we were going to gain the East Texas asset it would have came with heavy dilution to existing common shares, most like preferred shares would have been issued for any free cash flow, warrents, it would have been a very toxic deal. Lanaster is concerned about common shares because he gets some when the deal closes, he does not want heavy dilution either. He is looking out for us, this guy is a top notch dude. Rome is not built overnight. BIGN will soon be in a position to gain assets like East Texas, just not right now. The PR failed to elaborate on the details of East Texas and if BIGN will participate in the reworking or drilling of existing/new wells. If we are, I'm sure collectively will we benefit in some of the cash flow from the wells, we just do not own the assets. Similar to Grimes, we do not own Grimes, we lease the sites.

Now, with the deal closing by year end, we'll have 17M in assets, no debt on our balance sheet plus 1.8M in free cash flow from oil sales from the LA field. Depending on whether or not Grimes 3-4 are done and producing similar to Ophelia lets assume they are and that PR will come shortly because remember, this is the board, not Lancaster that runs Grimes. Lancaster is not involved in Grimes. From the (5) wells we have live 1-Charring Cross, 4-Grimes, we have approx. 4500-4900mcfd of gas being sold. BIGN's annual share of this revenue after ROI is 4-5M. Collectively right now we have almost 6M per year or 500K per month in free cash flow.

Tyche is starting an (8) well program in Oklahoma. WW Oil and Gas has two wells live now in Tubbs and is starting a (28) well program. The two wells from Tubbs are bringing in 100 bopd each which equates to 150K per month in BIGN's pocket. Tubbs is expected to achieve 2 additional wells per month for the next 15-20 months. Do the math, but right now we have 650K per month in free cash flow or 7.8M per year in free cash flow. BIGN's current operational costs for the Tyler office and staff run about 800K per year, so let's say 1M per year. Divide 6.8M profit / 375M shares and I come to .018 EPS. At the normal 10X multiple for Oil and Gas stocks I come to .18 cents per share with 375M shares outstanding. This multiple does not factor in the growth potential we have to produce triple that revenue in 2007 due to Grimes and Tubbs alone, let alone the other projects or JV's that will be announced in 2007. Just the 28 wells in Tubbs alone, assume 20 of them are good producers 100 bopd (which is low, but average), this brings in another 1.5M in cash flow or .004 cent per share EPS which adds another 4 cents to our share price assuming the 10X multiple.

Notice the mention of pink sheet classification meeting highest standard in 2007. Read the news on pinksheets.com regarding this elective categorization for comapnies. This means we must produce audited quaterly and annual financials, exhibit a true business, and report everything to the SEC. Once this is acheived, this factor alone tells the investors in pinks this is a formal, honest company trying to emerge to a higher market. This is worth a premium just like SLJB went up to .20 cents based on the "promise" of audited financials from the CEO. A promise is one thing, promises can be broken evident by SLJB's failure to disclose them if they even exist. People lost 75% of their money on that stock in two days. Ouch.

Now you asked me about East Texas and the fact we did not get it. So what, we got other parts of the deal and remember I'm sure we will be involved in the reworking on wells in East Texas, Arkansas and West Texas that were announced on 8/31.

We have Tubbs and New Mexico with WWNG, we have Oklahoma and Charring Cross with Tyche getting 40% from those deals. We own 37% of Tyche plus get 40% of revenues from projects. With WWNG, we don't own any of this company but get 50% of revenues from projects associated with WW Oil and Gas.

Now assume the company gets 4M in cash early next January and the stock price is sitting at .05-.06 cents per share. The company could right then, right there spend 2M dollars on an immediate buyback put 40M shares of common stock on their balance sheet. Remember this money is cash, not the money being generated from free cash flow from projects. We are getting 4M in cash from this deal. Now with free cash flow still at 6.8M / 335M shares = .0202 EPS at 10X multiple = .205 cents per share. The company can just use the revenues from Tubbs each year to add .004 cents per share to our EPS without touching the 6.8M in cash flow we currently have from LA, the two wells at Tubbs and Grimes + Charring Cross.

All I can say is Lancaster has us started in the right direction.
We just need to close this deal by year end, get our name change, start executing with Tubbs, get a report on Grimes and this stock is simply an easy 20X bagger from here in the next 90 days. Hold it longer who knows. Remember the pink sheet classification will add a premium as well to our share price as will more wells at Grimes, Charring Cross or any new deals on the horizon.

Was just wondering if anyone would answer the phone right before the long weekend.
Mrs.Lancaster answered the phone,and I'm expecting a return call from Gary Watkins...

And just had a 20+ minute conversation with Gary.
Summary follows

2.James Lancaster only gets paid if and when he delivers.

East Texas Joint Venture Transaction: The Board of Directors is happy to announce that the East Texas Oil Field Joint Venture Transaction is still proceeding. The delay is due to the fact that currently, the transaction has now escalated to involve 2,714 acres of leases, over 300 wells with production projected to be over 15,000 bbls/oil/month within the first six months of the expected conclusion. Part of this transaction will include future well sites for offset drilling production on the current leases involving the Lower Stringer and Main Woodbine/Ashe Stringer zones.

Steps have been taken to complete initial field due diligence and obtain commitments from key employees for continued services. Currently, the Joint Venture Participants are working diligently to conclude the clearing of titles on all leases including all necessary State of Texas operator requirements. Management is examining and observing active well operations to determine future production capacities. In conjunction with this, an existing active well, which was producing 3 bbls/oil/day, was re-completed at the lower pay zone and is now producing over 45 bbls/day, increasing production by over 1,200 bbls/oil/month. This test of increased production capacity verified the Joint Venture Participant's projections in its financial model. The Company expects that this transaction will reach a viable conclusion within the first quarter of this calendar year. Management continues to pursue this transaction as its number one priority.

Hydroslotter/Grimes: Biogenerics Limited continues to build on its business relationship with Hydroslotter Corp. There have been some challenges with well No. 2 (Ophelia). Hydroslotter confirms the issues are unrelated to the Hydroslotting technology. It is expected Ophelia will return to its normal flow rates once the issues are resolved. Andreotti No. 1 is still producing at its normal flow rates. Biogenerics looks forward to a continued working relationship with Hydroslotter as opportunities continue to present themselves.

TYLER, Texas, Feb. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Other OTC:BIGN.PK - News) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Tyche Energy Inc. has acquired the rights to Hydroslotter technology in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Ontario Canada. Biogenerics has been assured that Tyche Energy will supply hydroslotting services to its asset base as requested in the above areas mentioned.
Currently Biogenerics has Hydroslotter operating in Grimes, California. Although there have been delays with the wells, the issues causing the delays are unrelated to Hydroslotter technology. The Company is eager to expand its use of the technology with its relationship with Tyche Energy, applying the technology in states where management is in place and familiar with the conditions

TYLER, Texas, March 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Other OTC:BIGN.PK - News) (GR9G) announced that the Company has retained legal counsel to guide and direct it in regards to the recent issue of the Ten Day Suspension of Trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC'').

It is anticipated that the company's stock will become trading again on March 22nd. At this time, the Company is taking all measures to become a fully compliant, fully reporting company under 10SB rules and regulations of the SEC, along with complying with the requirements of Guide 2 of the Industry Guidelines for oil and gas companies. It is a long detailed process expected to take several months to complete.

As announced in previous press releases, the company will take advice from its legal counsel, the changing of the Company's Name, CUSIP number, trading symbol and trading market at this time to become a fully reporting company.
