Nettel Holdings Provides Update on AVOP Division
AVOP Currently Producing $19,000/Day in Revenues
PORTLAND, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/13/06 -- Nettel Holdings, Inc.
(OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN
727487) provides update on AVOP division.
Advanced Voice Order Processing (AVOP) is very similar to eBay in
that it allows a community of VoIP buyers and sellers to post their
quantities and prices in hopes of making a transaction. AVOP has the
lowest prices in the world for VoIP minutes. Over 1000 carriers have
already signed up to AVOP and 100 of them have started actively using
the system. AVOP is currently averaging $19,000/day in revenues with
average gross profit margins of 8-12%, and management expects
revenues to be in the $25,000-$30,000 range within the next 6 weeks.
In Q1, management expects Nettel Trading, Nettel Telecom, AVOP, and
PhoneZoo to contribute significant revenues to Nettel Holdings. AVOP
is now producing meaningful revenue as outlined above. Plans to spin
off AVOP have started and additional information will be provided as
more are available. In the last week of December, PhoneZoo shipped
100,000 calling cards to a limited amount of US distributors as
stated earlier. Retailers pay PhoneZoo an average of $7.50/card
which is PhoneZoo's revenue with average gross profit of 20%. Some
retailers pay up front, and some pay as they are sold. Management
expects that most retailers will convert to up front payment as they
become more comfortable with PhoneZoo's system. For more information
on AVOP or Phonezoo, please visit our website at http://www.avop.net
or http://www.phonezoo.net.
Mike Nguyen, CEO of Nettel Holdings commented, "I have never been
more excited about my company's future. In the third quarter of 2005,
we were a one-dimensional business, and now we have four business
divisions producing meaningful revenues and profits. With a market
cap of only $5 million, Nettel Holdings is severely undervalued given
our current fundamentals and the growth we see coming in the weeks,
months and years ahead."

Wer selbst schon mal was persönlich angepackt hat
kann es vielleicht besser verstehen.
Anders sieht es aus, wenn alles eine Verarsche wäre,
aber dafür betreiben die meiner Meinung nach zu viel Aufwand.

Nettel Holdings Reports 2005 Financial Results and Forward Guidance
The Company's gross revenue for the year ended December 31, 2005 was $9,617,319 compared to $2,663,125 for the year ended December 31, 2004. Revenues from telecommunication minutes and prepaid calling cards for the year ended December 31, 2005 and 2004 were $9,149,819 and $857,271 respectively. Used equipment sales for the year ended December 31, 2005 and 2004 were $467,500 and $1,805,854, respectively. Although net loss for the year was $1,779,854, the foundation was laid for the development of the Company's major new products, AVOP and Phonezoo.
The progress of AVOP and Phonezoo continued in the first quarter of 2006, with emphasis on the hiring and training of eight employees to handle the operations and sales of each division, and on testing the beta versions of each product. We are confident that each division will be successfully launched in full operational mode in the Second Quarter and that the results will be profitable. More details about each division will be provided in newsletters on the Company's website.
We are very excited at our progress with AVOP and Phonezoo. Through AVOP, we have been handling transactions over the past month. With our technology and equipment, we will have the capacity to process over $300K of transactions per day. We invested many resources in the first quarter on training the sales and administration staff and implementing procedures. We currently have 4 trained staff members that each are managing 12-14 clients per day. As they progress with their skills and experience, they will be able to manage more and we are beginning training for more staff as we continue to increase our sales. With AVOP, we have a designed a technological platform for the wholesale telecom industry that, combined with our ability to keep our costs low, enables us to offer telecom companies a necessary, and economical, service that will help them increase both their revenues and profits. We are extremely excited at our potential and will be posting weekly updates via newsletters.
Phonezoo is ready to shift into gear also. Over the past few months, we have been quietly designing products for the retail markets that are unique and not currently offered by competing companies. For example, we have a card that can be used from the US and also back to the US. We predict it will take competitors at least a year to duplicate our products and have them available for the public. We are introducing products and features that will revolutionize the way calling cards are used and purchased. We have run many test trials over the past couple months with several distributors and retailers, and have created a very efficient smooth operation between all parties. All of the participants of these test trials agree with us believing that this will be the next generation in the prepaid calling card industry. We have initial orders in place for one major market for approximately 3k cards per day, with the denomination of the cards at $10+$20. We will soon expand into more markets and forecast that within 4-6 months we will be processing about 10k cards per day. Our gross profit margins on these Phonezoo products will exceed 25%, and we will begin seeing returns immediately because the distributors will pay us 50% or more in advance. We will be releasing information on each of these products in the Phonezoo newsletter.
With AVOP and Phonezoo, we believe that we have created products and technologies that are cutting edge in the industry and will bring to the company a steep increase in revenue, as well as profits in the immediate future. Through our software engine, Entec, we have the ability to create these products, as well as alter them quickly when improvements are necessary, on an extremely economical basis. In addition, as Vietnam attracts more attention as an even lower cost alternative to China, we expect Entec Software to become a profitable division in itself.

So langsam geht selbst bei mir die Geduld zu Ende. Komischerweise ist der Kurs heute trotzdem schön gestiegen, naja, mir soll's recht sein.
