Es existiert zwar bereits ein OMOG-Thread, möchte aber trotzdem nochmals auf das große Potenzial dieser Aktie hinweisen.

Nach PGPM (+ ca. 800 % innerhalb von 2 Tagen) könnte OMOG der nächste "Ölrenner" werden.

Wie man am Chart (Volumen) ersehen kann, herrscht momentan großes Kaufinteresse an OMOG.

Der Kurs schloß dazu noch auf Tageshoch! (0,0105)

Die charttechnische Hürde von 0,01 wurde noch kurz vor Handelsschluß geknackt und macht somit den Weg frei für weitere zwei-bis dreistellige Gewinne.

Bei der momentanen Öl-Euphorie dürften keine Zweifel an einem Hype bestehen.

0,02 dürften noch diese Woche erreichbar sein.

Hier ist es nochmal schön zu sehen. Das Volumen bei OMOG stieg kurz vor Handelsschluß nochmal heftig und zog den Kurs oberhalb der Centmarke.

ich habe schon etwas länger hier einen Thread dazu eröffnet.

Bei diesem Wert ist vor allem eines grandios. Es steht eine Gerichtsnetscheidung an, denn das alte Management hat sich vor ihrem Abbgang an Omda bereichert und aht Ölfekder in andere Firmen geschleust...

Es geht um viele Millionen.

Das Management ist toll. DEr CEO hat sich damals in die Firma eingekauft...

und er gibt alles, dass sein BABY löäuft und wieder das zurückbekomt, dass gestohlen wurde!!!

Ich bin schon lange investiert und kann nur jedem dasselbe...darf ich aber nicht...ist also keine Kaufempfehlung!!!

(OMOG) announced today that it has approved and now filed a 4th amended pleading adding Black Dragon Resources (Black Dragon) as a defendant to its initial suit filed on March 29th 2005 seeking the declaratory judgment in the district court of Harris County, Texas, 215 Judicial District. The case was originally titled: OMDA OIL AND GAS, INC., OMDA OIL AND GAS MANAGEMENT, INC. AND OMDA OIL AND GAS SERVICES, INC. PLAINTIFFS vs. JOE LANZA, MORGAN WILBURN, III, AND RICHARD I MICHAEL, TRUSTEE OF "007 TRUST", MONTE ANDERSON, TOM NEELY AND DAVID TAYLOR, DEFENDANTS.

OMDA has been actively pursuing a settlement in the case since its initial mediation hearing was held on March 15th 2006. During these discussions, most issues not directly involving Black Dragon, were successfully resolved. It has now become apparent; however, that Black Dragon and its CEO Rick Michaels, along with other defendants related to the Black Dragon company, have been directly involved in the conspiracy of fraudulent conversion involving hundreds of oil and gas wells in Louisiana that rightfully belong to OMDA Oil & Gas, Inc. Although legal counsel for OMDA OIL & GAS, INC. is highly optimistic that the global settlement, which covers all parties and aspects, will come to a quick resolution, they now believe it to be a prudent and wise decision to add Black Dragon as an additional defendant in the unlikely event that trial becomes required.

OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC: OMOG) announced today that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Consumer Direct of America (OTC BB: CSUA) to sell its interest in a 1,116 Acre Fredericksburg Prospect located in Panola County, TX. Under this agreement, CSUA would acquire up to 90% of OMDA's 75% Working Interest (which translates into 56.25% of the net revenue interest) of the Panola Field Prospect. CSUA will pay OMDA Oil & Gas, Inc. one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in cash and the equivalent of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) of registered common stock for this interest. Both parties expect the agreement to be finalized promptly.

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/15/06


OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC: OMOG), is pleased to announce it has entered into final negotiations with KY-Tenn Oil Inc. (KTO) to participate in a three well drilling program.

KTO has proposed drilling three 2100 ft. wells to test the Chattanooga shale formation. This active field has other potential formations producing in the Monteagle and Fort Payne zones. Upon completing the drilling and the logging of the wells, the primary target will be the Chattanooga Shale. The proposed completion of the shale will include a "sand frac" of the formation. KTO has had good results with this type of "frac" with the Chattanooga shale in an offset well. The geology of the area indicates the shale should be encountered in all three wells.

Concerning the sale of oil and gas, there are companies in place and available to purchase the hydrocarbons. Somerset Refineries is looking to purchase the oil and Citizens Gas Utility District has the gas gathering system in place to purchase the natural gas.

die habe ich auch alle gelesen, mein bauch sagt jau klase sache ..aber mein hirn will noch niicht so ganz...denke mal es kommt viel auf das urteil an im gerichtsprozess, aber wann kommt das und in wie weit hat diese bericht vom 28.04 auswirkung auf die kurse?????
