-------------------------------
- 1,864 sq.kms. of uranium prospective ground held under granted exploration leases. An additional 1,914 sq.kms. under application
- 100% ownership of the Crocker Well Uranium Field incorporating six deposits over 4 sq.kms.
(Inferred JORC compliant resource of 12.5MT @ 0.5kg/tonne (0.05%) U3O8)
- Estimated mining costs of US$2.47/lb U3O8 and processing costs of US$12.79/lb U3O8 for Crocker Well. Approximately US$120million capital cost required to establish a mining and processing operation.
- 100% ownership of the Mt Victoria Uranium Deposit
(Inferred JORC compliant resource of 250,000 tonnes @ 1.6kg/tonne (0.16%) U3O8)
- Very high grade surface samples (up to 21kgs/tonne U3O8) from newly discovered Becaroo Prospect
- 20 additional known primary uranium prospects within granted tenements yet to be explored
- Potential for Palaeochannel Uranium Deposits
- Potential for unconformity related Uranium Deposits - Drilling planned for 2006
With the granting of EL 3278 in November, 2004 PepinNini Minerals inherited an extensive amount of data relating to uranium exploration conducted by the SA Mines Department and private companies within the Olary Domain between 1951 and 1978. Approximately 1,000 boreholes were drilled to assess the Crocker Well Uranium Field and Mt Victoria Deposit located in the west of the tenement. Seven shafts were sunk to obtain bulk samples for metallurgical tests. The Crocker Well Deposit was one of nine Australian uranium deposits that went through a full feasibility study for development in the 1970/80s. It remains the most prospective `hard-rock' uranium prospect in the Olary district of the Curnamona Province with areas of extensive shallow cover over prospective zones yet to be investigated. Numerous additional outcropping prospects easily identified from radiometric data also require investigation by drilling to determine the extent of mineralisation already recognised. High grades ranging up to 2.1% U3O8 have been reported for surface samples collected from outcropping nearby prospects.
In the Crocker Well area uranium occurs primarily as thorian brannerite mineralisation as a disseminated accessory mineral or in fractures, breccias or quartz veins in sodic plagioclase rich granitoids and gneisses. Uranium in the form of davidite occurs in the east of the deposit. A JORC compliant Inferred Resource totalling 12.5 million tonnes grading 0.5kg/t U3O8 has been estimated for six deposits within a 4 sq. kms. area using a cut off grade of 300ppm.
A JORC compliant Inferred Resource of 250,000 tonnes grading 1.6kg/t U3O8 has been estimated for the Mt Victoria mine located approximately 7 kilometres to the north of the Crocker Well Uranium Field. Davidite is the principal form of uranium mineralisation found at Mt Victoria.
A scoping study for the potential development of the currently defined JORC compliant resource was completed in March, 2006. The principal outcomes of the scoping study were:
*
Identification of a mining and process concept to produce U3O8.
*
Estimated mining and processing costs totaling US$15.26/lb U3O8 would underpin an economically robust operation once established. Current U3O8 price is US$40.50/lb.
*
Capital cost to establish processing plant, mining contractor, waste disposal, water supply and rehabilitation could be as much as A$160million.
*
Additional resources of mineable uranium ore will be required from extensions of the current resource or from prospects nearby to justify the estimated capital costs.
*
A period of fifteen months would be necessary to complete the permitting and statutory requirements to commence a mining and processing operation.
*
An increase in the price of U3O8, a reduction of capital costs, an improvement in overall recovery rates and the definition of additional resources to extend the mine life are all achievable objectives and will all have a significant beneficial effect on the future development of the project.
The Company intends to proceed with a Feasibility Study to include:
*
Upgrading approximately 70% of the currently defined Inferred Resource to Measured or Indicated status
*
Defining sufficient additional resources to justify the capital costs required to establish the mining and processing operations.
*
Metallurgical tests to improve the overall recovery rate from the uranium ore.
*
Investigating the potential of obtaining a local water supply.
*
Refinement of geological, mining and processing models.
*
Detailed financial analysis and cash flow models
----------------------------
Um es kurz zusammen zu fassen:
1. Es ist sehr viel Uran ist vorhanden

Presenter: Norman Kennedy – Managing Director
Market Capitalisation: $20m
Cash Estimate: $1.4m
Key Projects:
- Crocker Well 100% (SA)
- Mt Victoria 100% (SA)
JORC Resource: 14.7m lb, grading 0.053%
o Crocker Well project:
× Shallow (maximum 60m deep) open-pittable
resource.
× Scoping study completed – estimated mining
cost of $2.50/t ore and processing cost of
$12.93/t ore.
× Remote location (Figure 2) - site needs power,
water etc and therefore a high capital cost of
$160m.
o Mt Victoria is a vein deposit – high grade but deep -
will require underground mining techniques at
perhaps 5x the cost of Crocker Well.
o Underground mining of uranium deposits offers
unique challenges in terms of mine ventilation.
Open pit-able resources are advantageous.
o Very low projected operating cost of US$15/lb.
o Project needs significantly more resources to justify

PepinNini Mineral Signs Uranium MOU with SinoSteel To Include Base Metal Prospects in Sth Australia
PepinNini and SinoSteel
Adelaide, Dec 11, 2006 (ACN Newswire) - In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 8 th September, 2006, Sinosteel Corporation has paid A$1million and extended the exclusivity period for a further two months to complete due diligence and allow legal documentation to be finalised and approvals to be obtained from the Chinese and Australian Governments for the proposed joint venture to develop Crocker Well and other uranium deposits and explore for base metal prospects in the Curnamona Province of South Australia.
A drilling program is planned to commence in early 2007 to upgrade the existing Inferred JORC compliant uranium resource at Crocker Well and Mt Victoria as well as investigate potential additional resources at nearby prospects.
During October PepinNini (ASX: PNN) undertook a reconnaissance survey of 10 regional airborne radiometric anomalies in the vicinity of Crocker Well as located on the attached plan. Detailed scintillometer surveys and geological mapping were completed over each prospect and 87 surface rock chip samples have been submitted to a laboratory for analysis. Representative rock types were collected as well as mineralised samples. Assay results will be announced when received and verified.

Schöne GEschichte haben wir hier! Bisschen Cash habe ich auch noch... --> Werde mich hier mal einkaufen.
-------------------------------------------------
Sinosteel Corporation (Sinosteel) and PepinNini Minerals Limited (PepinNini) have signed in
Beijing a legally binding Investment CoOperation Agreement (Agreement) in accordance with the
non-binding Memorandum of Understanding executed last September. The Agreement reinforces
both parties intention to establish a strategic alliance for the joint participation and co-operation in
the possible development and operation of the Crocker Well and Mt Victoria Uranium Deposits
and other commodities in the Curnamona Province of South Australia. It also facilitates an
application to the Chinese Government for approval of the alliance.
Under the Agreement Sinosteel Corporation will pay a non refundable A$1million for an
exclusivity period of 60 days expiring on 7th April, 2007 to obtain approvals from the Chinese and
Australian Governments and for both parties to finalise an unincorporated joint venture to
manage the project. If required Sinosteel can extend the exclusivity period for two additional
periods of 30 days each by payment of an additional A$500,000 for each additional period. If
Government approvals are not received or joint venture documentation not finalised by the end of
120 days the non-refundable payments will be converted into PepinNini shares to be issued to
Sinosteel at A$2.00 per share and the Agreement will be terminated. Previously paid exclusivity
payments will be converted to PepinNini shares in accordance with the MOU announced 13th
September 2006.
The terms of the acquisition remain the same as previously negotiated under the Memorandum of
Understanding signed Sept 2006. Subject to obtaining Government approvals and the finalisation
of an unincorporated exploration joint venture, Sinosteel will pay PepinNini A$28.5 million for a
60% stake in the Curnamona Province project and tenements. In addition Sinosteel will
contribute A$5 million expenditure towards drilling and preparation of a Bankable Feasibility
Study on the Uranium resource and A$6 million expenditure on exploration for commodities other
than uranium over a two year period within the project tenements. To allow exploration and the
commencement of a Bankable Feasibilty Study to proceed without delay any expenditure
incurred by PepinNini on the Project during the period of exclusivity will be reimbursed from the
A$5 million expenditure commitment for Uranium.

AUD p.a. in 2 Jahren wahrscheinlich.
