"I am coming to Germany to try to close the Merkur and GDS deals. I am also going to London to open our IBT London operation. So it will be a good, eventful trip. If there is a group of Axia investors that want to get together while I am in Frankfurt, that could be possible.

I am trying to close the IBT sale by next week. But I am not the one holding things up, I am dealing with another public company and they have been a little slow on their end.

The war has always been a problem. We would have made much more progress had it not been for the fighting and the political complications. However, I also think that this creates even more reason for us to be there. We offer something very good for the country and the people. So we have stayed and are persevering.

As I have said before, I do not want to do a reverse. I am hoping that with the sale of IBT my cash needs in Axia will be less and we can reach profitability sooner. If we lose the bid as I did in MHUS there for a while then it becomes difficult not to think about a reverse. Hopefully we won't have to.

Financials should be out first part of May for 2006 and I hope for the first Q of 2007.

(IBT) by signing a nonbinding Letter of Intent with Motorsports Emporium, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MSEM - News), the proposed purchaser of the subsidiary. MSEM will take over responsibilities set forth in IBT's Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese government to build a panel production plant in the city of Suijiang. MSEM will also have the rights to pursue IBT leads in Central America, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. In return, Axia will receive $1 million in cash, 20 million shares of common stock in MSEM, and royalties on gross sales from the China project for the next three years. The sale is pending due diligence and the execution of a Final Agreement between the Parties.

WADDUWA: Gama Neguma, the village reawakening programme which seeks to elevate infrastructure and all facilities of remote villages has fanned out to many parts of the country.

The move has become a boon to low income families in these villages as it also provides credit and many other benefits to carry out their income generating means smoothly.

Dairy farming is to be popularised under the “Gama Naguma” programme in the remote areas of Kalutara district.

A dairy farming village has been set up at “Pelenda” in Palinda-Nuwara divisional secretariat division among low income group families to upgrade their economy.

Twenty-farmers have been given cows to popularise dairy farming.

The livestock Ministry has allocated Rs. 500,000 to implement the project at grassroot level.

Veterinary Medical Officer S. Dayangani and animal husbandry Instructor G.V. Premalal are in charge of the project.

Meanwhile under the “Gama Neguma” programme People’s Bank Panadura Regional Office has selected Dambara, a village in the Horana electorate to be developed.

The Bank selected a batch of low income families in the village. They were granted credit facilities and five tractors were distributed at very low interest at a special meeting held at Dambara recently.

The Bank expects to provide more credit facilities to these people to improve their living standards. In line with the programme the Horana Lions Club conducted free Ayurvedic Medical Unit and distribution of spectacles.

The total contract value is for 55,102,500 Rupees or approximately $550,000 US Dollars. Building on this contract is set to start in November 2006.

Wenn Du Axia als Glücksspiel betrachtest, O.K., Deine Sache.

Ich habe damals investiert, weil ich die Geschäftsidee nicht schlecht fand (heute übrigens auch noch).
Aber leider wird man hier nur abgezockt!
Das Schlimme ist, Ihr beide wisst dies ganz genau, aber spinnt hier weiter Eure Phantasien.

Ich jammer auch nicht rum, meine Invest´s sind meine Entscheidungen und meine Risiken.
Ich muß nur schmunzeln, wenn hier die 100% oder 200% gefeiert werden.
Glückwunsch an diejenigen, welche Aktien für 0,0001 Dollar gekauft und bei 0,0002 oder 0,003 Dollar verkauft haben. Dann kann man sich über satte Gewinne freuen.

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia will provide funds to construct the "King Abdullah Model City" which comprises 500 houses, two mosques, 30 ft inner road, full equipped hospital, school, community welfare centre and 30 shops. The tsunami affected people in Ampara district will be settled in this model city.

The Saudi Arabian government has undertaken this project on a request by Minister Ferial Ashraff during her visit to Saudi Arabia. After the inauguration of the construction work of this city, the Minister said "Even after two years of the tsunami, we were unable to provide housing facilities for tsunami displaced families. We faced several problems to find a plot to suitable lands of construct houses in the Eastern Province including the Ampara district.

Saudi Arabian Ambassador in Sri Lanka Al Ali who participated in the function said "The Saudi Arabian Government has taken the initiative action to help tsunami disaster victims within a couple of days after the tsunami hit Sri Lanka. Man darf und kann vor allem Jeff nichts glauben! Ich möchte nur einmal daran erinnern, dass er uns vor einem Jahr mit einer Pressemitteilung gelinkt hat, in der er mitteilte, dass Axia den Auftrag zum Bau von 1000 Häusern bekommen hätte! Wie sich ja nachhaltig herausgestellt hat, war das eine fluglahme Ente.

Und so lange wie keine reellen Abschlüsse vorhanden sind, sind alle Meldungen von Jeff mit äußerster Vorsicht zu geniessen!

Alleine schon die Tatsache, dass er einen letter of intent zum Anlass nimmt, eine Pressemeldung herauszugeben, zeigt, wie er den Markt mit solchen Mitteln zu manipulieren sucht. Und er scheint ja immer wieder irgendwelche armen Geldgeber zu finden, die auf 100% hoffen!

Ein letter of intent ist nicht mehr und nicht weniger als eine Absichtserklärung. Dahinter versteckt sich kein Vertrag oder ähnliches! Also äußerstes Vorsicht mit diesen Meldungen!

Ein LOI ist einen Dreck wert! Sorry.

Erst wenn der LOI auch durch eine guarantee abgesichert ist, kann man darüber nachdenken, ob es in der Folge zu einem Vertrag kommt.

Solange AXIA gelistet ist und - das ist AXIA momentan DEFINITIV -

Was mich im allgemeinen wundert, ist dass jemand einfach so Aktien auf den Markt werfen kann. normalerweise wäre es doch nur fair,wenn eine KE angezeigt werden muss. Aber haben die denn überhaupt noch irgendwelche Pflichten? Das ist doch ein Paradebeispiel für Betrug! Ich kann die Zahl der Aktien gar nicht mehr lesen so viele nullen hat die!

(Pinksheets: AXGJ - News), announced today that it has finalized the agreement to sell its subsidiary, International Building Technologies, Inc. (IBT) to Motorsports Emporium, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MSEM - News). MSEM has reorganized as a company dedicated to the manufacture and deployment of the panel technology that Axia has used in its projects worldwide. Comprised of professionals who have been at the forefront of the development of the panel system, MSEM will assume the responsibilities set forth in IBT's Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese government to build a panel production plant in the city of Suijiang. In return, Axia will receive $1 million in cash, 20 million shares of common stock in MSEM, and royalties on gross sales from the China project for the next three years.

The 20 million shares represent nearly 80% of the current issued and outstanding of MSEM. The agreement also states that AXGJ will receive additional training and support from MSEM in the panel technology and will receive assistance in establishing a panel production plant in Sri Lanka. AXGJ will be recognized as a licensed producer and distributor of the panel systems in the Territory of Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Stated Kenneth Yeung, President of MSEM, "At MSEM, we are pleased to have reached agreement and to now be in a position to fully carry out the projects in China. We have a dedicated team which we feel will be able to take this technology to a new level on a world wide scale. ImageUS: Sri Lankan cooperation with the FBI has resulted in arrests of persons charged with material support to terrorist groups and the Lankan Government also cooperates with US efforts to track terrorist financing, the US State Department stated in its annual compilation of Country Reports on Terrorism.

The report said the LTTE has led the way for terrorism in other countries too.
“Many LTTE innovations, such as explosive belts, vests, and bras, the use of female suicide bombers, and waterborne suicide attacks against ships, have been copied by other terrorist groups,” says US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in the latest - 2006 - Country Reports of Terrorism submitted to the US Congress.

In its South and Central Asian section the report said while the Maoists in Nepal signed a peace agreement in contrast the LTTE continued with its terrorist attacks. “In Nepal and Sri Lanka, terrorism carried out by the Maoists and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) posed a severe challenge to those Governments,” the report said.

The report said: “In Sri Lanka, the LTTE continued attacks including targeted assassinations against political and military opponents.”

The Secretary of State told the Congress that, the LTTE financed itself with contributions from the Tamil Diaspora in North America, Europe, and Australia, and by imposing local “taxes” on businesses operating in the areas of Sri Lanka under its control. Using this money, LTTE weapons were purchased on the international black market or captured from the Sri Lankan Army.

Here is the section on Sri Lanka in the 2006 in the Country Reports on Terrorism: South and Central Asia Overview - presented to the United States Congress.

“The 2002 cease-fire between the Sri Lankan government and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, continued to erode amidst numerous violations and escalating military engagement between the LTTE and government security forces.

The Sri Lankan Army remained deployed across the country to fight the insurgency. The paramilitary Special Task Force (STF) police were deployed both in the east and in strategic locations in the west.

The LTTE conducted a campaign of targeted assassinations against political and military opponents.

This included the April assassination attempt of Sri Lanka Army Commander General Sarath Fonseka and the assassination of the Army Third-in-Command; the August 12 assassination of the Government of Sri Lanka’s Secretariat for the Coordination of the Peace Process, Deputy Director Keteshwaran Loganathan; and the December 1 suicide bomber’s attempt on the life of Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, the President’s brother.

The Karuna faction, a dissident faction of the LTTE, conducted its own assassination campaign against the LTTE and pro-LTTE civilians in the east.

Following the assassination of Foreign Minister Kadirgamar in August 2005, the Government enacted Emergency Regulations giving arrest powers to members of the Armed Forces, who were required to turn suspects over to the police within 24 hours.

Individuals arrested under the emergency regulations may be detained for up to one year.

Under these regulations, 148 persons were arrested; most have already been released. A revised Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA), enacted in December, strengthened these powers.

In general, the LTTE did not target U.S. citizens or assets, limiting attacks to Sri Lankan security forces, political figures, civilians, and businesses. However, two suicide bomb attacks on VIP motorcades in Colombo occurred within half a mile of the U.S. embassy on roads frequently travelled by Embassy employees.

Sri Lankan cooperation with the FBI has resulted in arrests of persons charged with material support to terrorist groups. The United States also provided training for relevant Sri Lankan government agencies and the banking sector. The government cooperated with the United States to implement both the Container Security Initiative and the Megaports programme at the port of Colombo.

MHUS hat Zahlen einer Tochterfirma veröffentlicht.
Interessant daran ist, dass die Firma erst im März gekauft wurde und er die Zahlen vom ersten Quartal aufführt, die aber nicht in MHUS einfließen (dürfen).

Dieser Mann ist eine solche Katastrophe.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Unregistered Sale of Equit


ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.

(a) On May 2, 2007, Motorsports Emporium, Inc. ("Motorsports") entered into a Stock Sale and Purchase Agreement with Axia Group, Inc. ("Axia") and International Building Technologies, Inc. ("IBT"), pursuant to which Motorsports acquired 50,000,000 shares of IBT common stock (or approximately 80% of IBT's issued and outstanding common stock) from Axia for consideration consisting of a
(i) $1,000,000 Convertible Note and (ii) 20,000,000 shares of Motorsports common stock.

The $1,000,000 Convertible Note bears interest at the rate of 8% per annum and requires the following principal payments:

(1) $50,000 payable on or before November 1, 2007;
(2) $50,000 payable on or before May 1, 2008;
(3) $900,000 payable on or before May 1, 2010.

Interest is payable on the Convertible Note at maturity on May 1, 2010.

In the event that the principal payments due under the Convertible Note are not timely made, the holder of the Convertible Note may convert all or part of the remaining unpaid principal and accrued interest into Motorsports common stock. In the event of such a conversion, the number of shares to be issued shall be determined by dividing (i) the unpaid principal balance of the Convertible Note plus any accrued interest by (ii) 50% of the average of the lowest three closing bid prices of Motorsports common stock during the 20 trading days immediately preceding any such conversion. Such conversions shall not exceed 4.99% of Motorsports common stock at any one time.

Any shares of Motorsports common stock issued upon conversion of the Convertible Note are entitled to "Piggy Back Registration Rights" in the event of a registration of Motorsports securities made effective during the term of the Convertible Note.

Motorsports' obligation to close the transaction contemplated by the Agreement was also conditioned on the execution and delivery of an Exclusive License Agreement between Motorsports, as Licensor, and Axia, as Licensee.

(b) On May 2, 2007, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Stock Sale and Purchase Agreement, Motorsports and Axia entered into an Exclusive License Agreement, pursuant to which Motorsports granted Axia a transferable, revocable right to use, market, sell and distribute certain technology described in the Exclusive License Agreement in the territory that includes the countries of Sri Lanka on an exclusive basis and in Pakistan and India on a non-exclusive basis. The Exclusive License Agreement has an initial term of two years and is renewable for an additional two year term if certain performance conditions are met.



ITEM 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALE OF EQUITY SECURITIES

As discussed in Item 1.01, above, Motorsports is in the process of issuing 20,000,000 shares of its common stock and executed a $1,000,000 Convertible Note to Axia pursuant to the Agreement.

These shares of common stock and the Convertible Note will be issued pursuant to the exemption from registration afforded under Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Chinese delegation holds talks with Urban Development Minister

COLOMBO: A delegation from the Urban Development Ministry of China met Urban Development and Sacred Area Development Minister Dinesh Gunawardane at the latter's Ministry and discussed the feasibility of implementing urban development programmes in Sri Lanka.

They visited Sri Lanka following an agreement signed by the Urban Development Ministers of China and Sri Lanka during the recent official visit of President Mahinda Rajapaksa to China.

Minister Gunawardane detailed the development projects already commenced and the projects which have been earmarked for commencement by the Urban Development Authority, National Physical Planning Department and REEL Company which is engaged in the construction of urban houses and Community Water Supply and Sanitation Projects which function under the UDSAD Ministry.

The delegation held discussions with the BoI officials. They inspected several development projects being implemented in Kandy and Galle. Ministry Secretary Prof. P.Ramanujam, Minister's Adivisor Prasanna Gunawardane, Additional Secretary Lakshman Perera, Urban Development Authority Director General K.V.Dharma Sri, National Physical Planning Department Director General Lakshman Jayasekara, REEL Company General Manager Dayananda participated.

The Chinese delegaion comprised Yang Finfeng, Liang Xingoqing. Xuyan, Wang Xiaomin, and Xinghua.

Also, soweit ich mich erinnern kann, habe ich dich nie "beschuldigt" oder dir etwas "übel nachgeredet"! Ganz im Gegenteil: als die Sache mit Lidlbroker und alpenkönig war, habe ich mich auf deine Seite gestellt und mir eine Menge Ärger damit eingehandelt. Ich hatte angenommen, dass ich in irgendeiner News entwas überlesen habe. Aber nachdem ich nochmals alles durchforstet habe, konnte ich Aussagen hinsichtlich der Verhältnisses zwischen Axia und MSEM nichts finden und auch keine Angaben dazu, wie der Transfer geschehen soll.

Da ich davon ausgehe, dass JF eh nicht auf meine Mails antwortet, habe ich jetzt meinen Broker und MSEM angeschrieben. Vieleicht bekomme ich ja aus der Richtung Infos.

Weiterhin hätte es ja sein können, dass du als "Großaktionär" bereits angeschrieben worden bist.

tja, ich bin nur "Großaktionär" was die Höhe des investierten Geldes angeht.

aber nicht was die Anzahl der Aktien angeht....
