Little-Known Gold Producer Trading at One Times Cash Flow

      By David J. DesLauriers
      27 Apr 2006 at 06:29 PM EDT

TORONTO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Gold-Ore Resources [TSXv:GOZ], which closed Thursday at 49 cents, is a development play that has flown under almost everyone’s radar.

The company meets all of the relevant criteria for a superb junior company – great management, project with excellent upside, generating cash flow, presently unknown and therefore undervalued by the market.

      Management

Gold-Ore is run by Bob Wasylyshyn and Glen Dickson. Mr. Wasylyshyn has discovered a couple of million plus ounce mines over 23 year career, while Mr. Dickson is well-known for his role in the discovery of two million ounce plus mines in Nunavut, when he ran Cumberland Resources [TSX:CLG].

These guys are as solid, accomplished, experienced and honest as you can get, and both have great reputations in the business. It should also be pointed out that this is management’s only vehicle (aside from directorships of course), and both gentleman therefore dedicate their time and focus to Gold-Ore alone. Management owns 15% of the company.

      Project

The company’s flagship project is the Bjorkdal gold mine located in Sweden, 30 kilometres (along paved highway) northwest of the city of Skelleftea and 750 kilometres north of Stockholm.

Bjorkdal currently produces 25,000 ounces of gold per year by the processing of low-grade stockpiles, at a cost of about $400 per ounce.

It should be noted that Bjorkdal is a past producer of nearly 1 million ounces of gold with recovery rates of around 90%, and infrastructure includes a fully operational 1.3 million tonne/year plant which was built in 1988 and has been well maintained. The plant consists of a coarse crusher, a rod and ball mill, a gold gravity concentration circuit and a flotation circuit for gold bearing pyrite.

The current resource on the property in all categories is 1 million ounces of gold at a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t, and over 800,000 ounces at a cut off of 1 g/t.

Convert the Resource, Grow the Production

Gold-Ore is fully cashed up and has embarked on an aggressive exploration campaign to develop the northern extension of the open pit by underground drifting/drilling. The goal of the program is to expand the measured and indicated resource categories of the deposit, and it will be followed-up by a Phase 2 program and a feasibility study for open pit mining.

The company is testing an area previously drilled by widely spaced holes, which is sufficiently large to host 500,000 to 1,000,000 ounces of gold.

The Gold-Ore press release linked here explains the specifics of the program. In summary though, GOZ will follow up some tunneling and bulk sampling with 8,000 metres of drilling, which is scheduled to begin within the next month.

The beauty of this is that the exploration almost pays for itself, as bulk samples from the tunneling program will be fed through the mill. If all goes well, Gold-Ore believes that they “have the opportunity to complete a comparatively simple feasibility study with a goal to achieve production at 75,000 ounces of gold annually as quickly as the first quarter of 2007.”

This is staggering considering the valuation of the company at present.

      Cash Flow

Gold-Ore currently has 50 million shares outstanding, and no need to dilute further as the current low-grade stockpile production is generating cash, and a good part of the exploration program will be paid for by the bulk sample.

Management believes that it can produce 75,000 ounces per annum, lets say conservatively, starting some time in the first half of 2007, to account for the fact that there are always delays in the mining business.

Taking historical grades, and then discounting them back a little bit, preliminary work indicates that costs would come in at or under $300 per ounce.

This means that at $600 gold, GOZ would generate over $22 million in cash flow on an annualized basis, starting some time in the first half of 2007. This equates to 45 cents per Gold-Ore share! In other words, the company is trading at 1X cash flow.

      Conclusion

What investors who capitalize on this now are betting on is that: Management, who between them have discovered several million plus ounces mines in the past can expand the resource at Bjorkdal, a fully functioning mine currently in production in a safe part of the world which demonstrates a number of exciting new targets, and areas where grades are consistent, but definition drilling is warranted.

That sounds like an excellent bet, and with shares changing hands at 50 cents, or essentially 1X cash flow, investors could well be rewarded with a 10 bagger over the coming year if Gold-Ore executes on its plan, and goes on to trade at the standard 10X cash flow multiple of its gold producing peers.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 29, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. (CA:GOZ) is pleased to report on the latest developments at the Bjorkdal Gold Mine in Sweden. The Company has been active on-site now for the last three months with an aggressive exploration program designed to confirm and expand the current mineral resource. Gold-Ore has entered into an option to purchase the mine and related assets from Minmet plc of Dublin, Ireland (see NR dated Nov. 15, 2005).

      Exploration Progress

Gold-Ore mobilized an exploration team to Bjorkdal in February and physical exploration work commenced in March. The exploration plan is to evaluate the gold-bearing quartz vein systems on the north side of the open pit. This will be accomplished through a series of underground tunnels that will provide access for diamond drilling.

A 5 metre high by 5 metre wide horizontal ramp was started on March 20 in the deepest part of the open pit and it has now advanced 160 metres. The ramp crosscuts the gold-bearing quartz vein systems and will be approximately 350 metres long. Underground diamond drilling will be conducted from stations in drive headings extending out perpendicular from the ramp. The first drive is 96 metres long and is ready for drilling which is expected to start within the next two weeks. The second drive, 70 metres further along the ramp, has advanced 50 metres.

Gold is recovered from the rock removed from the tunnels by processing bulk campaigns through the Bjorkdal plant. The first three campaigns yielded the following results.

      Campaign Tonnes Gold Recovered
      Processed Kilograms Ounces
      --------------------------------------------------
      Ramp 1 6,227 1.66 53
      Ramp 2 7,658 5.32 171
      Drive 1 8,593 15.12 486
      --------- --------- ------
      Totals 22,478 22.10 710

The revenue generated from these campaigns is approximately US$427,000. This estimate is based on a spot gold price of USD$650 per ounce net of refining costs and will vary with settlement date. The revenue will be credited to the exploration budget thereby off setting expenditures.

      Gold Production from Stockpiles

Plant feed comes from surface stockpiles that were placed around the open pit during mining operations in 1980's and 1990's. At least two or three more years of stockpile material are available at current gold prices.

During the period January 1 to April 30, 2006 the Bjorkdal plant processed 395,000 tonnes of material and produced 5,734 ounces of gold. The plant continues to run efficiently and has positive cash flow. It is estimated that gold sales during 2006 will be in the range 17,000 to 20,000 ounces from the stock piles.

Bjorkdal property information is posted on the Company's web site at www.goldoreresources.com Robert S. Wasylyshyn; P. Geo. is the Company's Qualified Person for the Bjorkdal Project.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jun 12, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. (CA:GOZ) is pleased to report that an underground diamond drill program and engineering studies have started at the Bjorkdal Gold Mine in Sweden. Bjorkdal gold production figures for May are also reported.

Exploration work completed clearly demonstrates that the mineralization at Bjorkdal extends north from the open pit and remains open to further expansion. Our objective in this current program is to complete a feasibility study to evaluate gold production at the rate of 75,000 to 100,000 ounces per annum at Bjorkdal.

      Drill Program

A minimum 5,000 metre underground drill program has recently started in the new tunnel network excavated during April and May. Drillcon Core AB of Stockholm has mobilized two underground drills to the site that are capable of drilling NQ core to lengths of 200 metres. Drill stations have been established on 30 metre spacing and holes will be drilled in radial-fan fashion in 360 degree arcs. Patterns of five to seven holes per site will be drilled.

The drill pattern was designed to elevate current inferred resources into measured and indicated categories. A portion of the drilling will be devoted to expansion of the previously reported (Nov. 21, 2005) NI 43-101 compliant resource tabled below.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------

      Engineering Studies

Gold-Ore has engaged a lead mining engineer to initiate engineering studies that will deal with all aspects of re-activating full scale production at the Bjorkdal Mine. The consultant engineer has completed an initial site visit and will return to Bjorkdal later in June. The current studies will compile the required information for a feasibility study to be commissioned upon completion of the exploration program later this year. The feasibility study will address various scenarios including; mining methods, capital cost estimates, operating cost estimates and cash flow models.

      Gold Production in May

During May the Bjorkdal concentrating plant processed a total of 104,603 tonnes of material and produced 72.2 kg of gold or 2,322 ounces of gold. Of the gold produced in May, a total of 25.5 kg or 821 ounces came from the underground excavation - the remainder from stockpiles. During April and May 30.9 kg or 992 ounces of gold was recovered from the underground program and all of this will be sold at spot prices to offset exploration costs. Strategically, this provides for extremely cost effective advanced-stage exploration.

The rock excavated from the exploration tunnel is processed in the plant in campaigns. When sufficient material is available to feed the plant for two or three days, a campaign is run, and allows for an accurate gold grade determination from that area of the deposit. To date, four campaigns were processed and the latest is reported below (see NR dated May 29, 2006 for previous campaigns). Thus far, 27,605 tonnes from underground were processed from 320 metres of tunnel. It is planned to process a total of 72,000 tonnes from 900 metres of tunnel.

      Quality Control Program

A stringent Quality Control Program was implemented in February and includes the insertion of blind blanks, certified standards and duplicates into the sample stream. The drill core is sawed by qualified technicians - one half sent for assay, the other archived on site. All assays are completed by ALS Chemex of Pitea, Sweden and Vancouver, Canada.

Project Update, Bjorkdal Gold Mine, Sweden

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. provides an update on the Bjorkdal Gold Mine in Sweden where the Company has been aggressively exploring since March, 2006. Operating results for gold production for the first 6 months of 2006 are also provided. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase 100% of the project from Minmet plc of Dublin, Ireland (see NR dated Jan. 23, 2006).

The Company's objective in the current program is to complete a feasibility study to evaluate re-activation of mining to produce 75,000 to 100,000 ounces gold per annum.

      Exploration Activities

A USD$4.0 million exploration program commenced in March and is designed to test the northern extension of gold mineralization previously mined in the Bjorkdal open-pit. The program involves the excavation of 900 metres of tunnel and drilling 8,000 metres of diamond drill core.

The tunneling has advanced at a satisfactory rate and is on-track to be completed in early October. Ground conditions have been excellent and the main access ramp is now 325 metres long. Drive tunnels following the Victoria, Bridget and Rebecca Veins total a further 300 metres. This represents 70% completion for the tunneling.

Drilling commenced on June 4th and, to date, 1,900 metres of core has been recovered. Only 23 of an estimated 100 holes have been completed. Two underground diamond drills are on-site and will drill an approximate 8,000 metres of core during this phase. Underground drill stations have been established on 30 metre spacing along the drives and holes are drilled in radial-fan fashion in 360° degree arcs. Patterns of five to seven holes per site are drilled.

      Results

Gold-Ore has now received 2,900 gold assays from ALS Chemex for underground muck and panel samples and diamond core samples. This combined with a further 44,385 tonnes of bulk sample confirms that the mineralization extends from the open pit and passes through the area under evaluation in the Phase I program. The Company will release drill results in early September.

Preliminary observations from drill core and panel sample assays indicate that the gold mineralization is restricted to persistent vein structures and is not disseminated in the host rock. Evaluation of the Phase I results will include investigating both open pit and underground mining methods.

      Bulk Samples

All rock excavated from the underground workings is processed in the plant in order to recover the gold and to assist in grade determination. A total of 44,385 tonnes has been processed and 1,329 ounces of gold have been recovered. To date, gold sales of approximately USD$775,000 (after refinery/smelter charges) have subsidized the exploration program and a further 12,000 tonnes will be processed in August. Gold sales from all of the bulk samples will pay for the majority of the underground development.

The underground rock processed has largely come from the access ramp which cross-cuts the veins and thus incorporates both waste rock and mineralized quartz veins resulting in a lower grade mill-feed.

      Gold Production

Gold production from the Bjorkdal concentrating plant for the first six months of 2006 was 9,900 ounces compared with 10,973 ounces during the same period in 2005. A total of 599,226 tonnes at an average gold grade of 0.60 g/t was processed. The material processed was from the surface stockpiles (93.5%) and from the underground exploration (6.5%).

The operating profit for the first six months was USD$454,000 and has been re-invested into capital expenditures on the project.

      2006-09-20 10:19 ET - News Release

      Mr. Robert Wasylyshyn reports

GOLD-ORE RESOURCES LTD.: DRILLING CONFIRMS EXTENSION OF GOLD MINERALIZATION, BJORKDAL GOLD MINE, SWEDEN

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. is releasing assay results from the initial 34 holes of the phase 1 underground drill program at the Bjorkdal gold mine in Sweden. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase 100 per cent of the project from Minmet PLC of Dublin, Ireland (see Stockwatch news Jan. 23, 2006).

The company initiated a phase 1 program in March, 2006, that includes excavation of 900 metres of tunnels and a minimum 8,000 metres of underground diamond drilling. To date, a total of 780 metres of tunnelling and 3,500 metres of core drilling are complete.

The underground drilling is testing the mineralized zone extending north from the bottom of the open pit. The drill intersections are within 50 metres above and below the level of the access tunnels. The phase 1 program is testing approximately 10 per cent of the prospective target areas at Bjorkdal. Management is pleased with the initial results and the high-grade gold values and widths provide several options for mining methodologies.

      Drill results

Assay results confirm the persistence of significant gold mineralization to the north of the open pit and that the majority of the gold is contained within vein sets. High-grade gold values are associated with near-vertical quartz veins. The drilling is now defining the vein sets along strike and in the vertical dimension.

      Prefeasibility study

A prefeasibility study to address reactivation of the mine is under way by on-site staff and the company's consultant mining engineer. Operating costs for the mill are well understood and are based on the last five years of the mine's financial statements. Capital and operating costs for various mining scenarios are being assembled and will be released when completed.

Gold sales from underground bulk samples

The tunnels excavated provide access for core drilling and were positioned on the projection of the mineralization from the open pit. The rock removed was processed in campaigns at the Bjorkdal mill and resulted in the recovery of 2,000 ounces of gold. The gold was sold at spot prices and, to date, generated $1.15-million (U.S.) which has significantly offset exploration costs.

      Sample protocol

All drill core is logged, photographed and sawn on-site, then transported by company personnel to the ALS Chemex lab in Pitea, Sweden. The half core is crushed and pulverized and a 500-gram split is assayed by an accelerated cyanide leach (bottle roll). This method was selected as the large sample assayed minimizes the nugget effect and provides for a more reliable assay. A rigorous quality-control/quality-assurance program is employed and involves the insertion of blanks, certified standards and field and lab duplicates.

      Mr. Glen Dickson reports

BJORKDAL GOLD MINE - DRILL RESULTS

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. is releasing further results from phase I drilling at the Bjorkdal gold mine in Sweden. The company has now drilled 77 core holes totalling 6,700 metres from the recently excavated 900 metres of underground workings. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase 100 per cent of the gold-producing property from Minmet PLC of Dublin, Ireland.

All drilling completed thus far has been based on 30-metre spacing. In mid-November one drill rig was assigned to infill drilling at 15-metre spacing. Infill drilling will enable a resource calculation that will include measured and indicated resources. This resource calculation will become part of a feasibility study planned for 2007. The phase I program is testing approximately 10 per cent of the prospective target areas at Bjorkdal.

      Future exploration and development plans

Underground diamond drilling will continue with a minimum of two drill rigs for the next four to six months and will involve a blend of wide-spaced and infill drilling along with step-out exploration holes to test the numerous targets. Drill results will continue to be released in a timely manner. Underground exploration and development plans are being designed for 2007 and will be disclosed when finalized.

GOLD-ORE RESOURCES LTD.: BJORKDAL GOLD MINE-DRILL RESULTS

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. is releasing further results from phase I drilling at the Bjorkdal gold mine in Sweden. The company has now drilled 91 core holes totalling 7,950 metres from the underground workings excavated in 2006. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase 100 per cent of the gold-producing property from Minmet PLC of Dublin, Ireland.

      Drill results

During 2006 the company released significant results from holes 2006-01 to 2006-061 and is now releasing holes 2006-062 to 2006-077. The current results continue to define the gold-bearing vein systems and demonstrate that the gold mineralization extends from the open pit toward the north and remains open to expansion.

To date, all drilling reported has been from holes drilled on 30-metre spacing. In mid-November one drill rig was assigned to infill drilling at 15-metre spacing. A total of nine infill holes have been completed and results will be provided shortly. Infill drilling will enable a resource calculation that will become part of a feasibility study planned for 2007. The phase 1 program is testing approximately 10 per cent of the prospective target areas at Bjorkdal.

      Mineralization extended into overlying rocks

A tunnel in the central part of the pit was started in 2005 by Minmet and was extended in 2006 on a continuous gold-bearing vein system. This vein system was followed for a total length of 135 metres and continued beyond the contact of the granodiorite, well into the overlying metavolcanic rocks. This is particularly significant as it confirms the potential to discover significant mineralization outside of the granodiorite, historically the main host of the mineralization. The rock processed from this tunnel produced 807 ounces of gold and generated a net profit of $250,000 (U.S.).

      Future exploration and development plans

Underground diamond drilling will continue with two drill rigs for the next three months and will include a mix of widely spaced and infill drilling along with step-out exploration holes to test the numerous targets at Bjorkdal. Drill results will continue to be released in a timely manner. A test mining/bulk sample program is being designed for a spring implementation and will form the basis of the planned feasibility study.

Gold-Ore Announces a Non-Brokered Private Placement for up to $6,720,000

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $6,720,000.

Up to 12,000,000 units will be offered at $0.56 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $1.00 per share for a period of 18 months from the closing date of the financing.

The Company will pay to arm's length third parties or registered dealers a finders fee of 6% cash and warrants to acquire that number of common shares equal to 5% of the units placed, subject to regulatory approval.

Glen Dickson, Gold-Ore's Chairman states "This financing will allow us to complete the Company's strategy of testing the feasibility of re-activating mining at the Bjorkdal Gold mine in Sweden, and if positive, exercising the option to purchase Bjorkdalsgruvan AB from Minmet plc. Commercial production could commence shortly thereafter and anticipated cash flows generated would be used to intensify exploration of both underground and open pit targets to expand the gold resources proximal to the plant. We are optimistic that with positive results, we can achieve commercial production by the end of 2007 and target full production of 75,000 to 80,000 ounces of gold per year in 2008."

      Phase II Development Program

The Board of Directors of Gold-Ore has approved a $5.3 million budget for an aggressive Phase II work program at Bjorkdal that will involve data collection for a feasibility study coupled with on-lease exploration. Exploration will test both underground and open pit targets on the 43 sq-km property.

      Test Mining/Bulk Sampling

The priority for the Phase II program and the main determinant for the feasibility study is to test the economics of underground mining. This will be accomplished by mining bulk samples from various veins using long-hole stoping techniques at different vertical levels. The bulk samples, projected to be 25,000 to 50,000 tonnes, will be processed by the Bjorkdal plant. The underground mining is anticipated to start in April.

It is anticipated that test mining will generate revenue from gold sales and reduce the cost of the Phase II program. Gold sales from the 2006 Phase I program generated proceeds of approximately USD$1.5 million, thereby reducing expenditures.

      Diamond Drilling

Over the next nine months diamond drilling will continue with a projected 10,000 to 15,000 metres. To date, 8,400 metres in 95 holes has been completed in the Main Tunnel area. Drilling will be expanded to include the Central Tunnel area in the central portion of the open pit. As well, a surface drill rig will test the large gold target that extends 900 metres northeast of the open pit to Storheden, a gold target that has been defined by 68 historic drill holes.

      Additional Tunnel Development

The Phase II program will enable additional tunneling to develop a larger footprint in the main pit area and allow for expansion to the northwest. This area of the pit has numerous historic drill holes that have intersected significant gold values.

      Airborne Geophysical Survey

An airborne geophysical survey will be flown on the Bjorkdal concessions during January. This helicopter-borne survey will cover a minimum 430 line-km at 150-metre line spacing. The on-board AeroTEM II system consists of an EM (electromagnetic) bird capable of testing conductivity and magnetic susceptibility. This survey will test for "Boliden-style" targets associated with heavy sulfide accumulations as well as map stratigraphy with the magnetics. The Boliden deposit is located 12 km to the SW and produced in excess of 4 million ounces of gold at an average grade of 15 grams per tonne.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 7, 2007) - Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GOZ - News) is pleased to provide further results from underground drilling at the Bjorkdal Gold Mine in Sweden. Gold-Ore has now drilled 120 core holes totaling 10,600 metres from the underground workings excavated in 2006. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase 100% of the gold-producing property from Minmet plc of Dublin, Ireland.
      Drill Results

The results in the tables below are separated into wide-spaced and infill drill holes. The area being tested was initially drilled on a systematic basis on sections spaced 30 metres apart. Upon the receipt of extremely positive initial results, the decision to drill infill sections at spacing of 15 metres was made.

These latest drill results continue to demonstrate that the mineralization previously mined in the open pit extends northward and remains open to further expansion. The area tested by the drilling thus far spans 650 metres (across strike of the veins) by 150 metres (along strike of the veins). This entire area hosts a series of continuous gold-bearing veins. Mining methods and capital and operating costs are being compiled. A test mining program will commence during April and will involve the collection of bulk samples from several veins for immediate processing in the Bjorkdal plant. Gold recovered will be sold at the spot price and the revenue will be used to offset exploration costs.

Sample Protocol and Chain of Custody

In order to minimize the effects of the coarse, nugget gold at Bjorkdal, two different preparation techniques are employed on the core at Bjorkdal. The wide-spaced drill holes are logged, photographed and sawed in half. Half of the core is then shipped to ALS Chemex for gold analysis. The infill drill holes are logged and photographed, and then the entire core is shipped to ALS Chemex for gold analysis. Of the 107 drill holes reported on to date, 19 holes (18%) are infill and 88 holes (82%) are wide-spaced.

All drill core is transported by Gold-Ore personnel to the ALS Chemex lab in Pitea, Sweden. The core is crushed and pulverized and a 500 gram split is assayed by an accelerated cyanide leach (bottle roll). This method was selected as the large sample assayed minimizes the nugget effect and provides for a more reliable assay. A rigorous QA/QC program is employed and involves the insertion of blanks, certified standards and field and lab duplicates.

Gold-Ore comes up with internal study of Bjorkdal

      2007-04-03 14:47 ET - News Release

      Mr. Robert Wasylyshyn reports

BJORKDAL GOLD MINE - INTERNAL ENGINEERING STUDY

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. has received the results of an internal study that considers all aspects of a proposed underground mine at the Bjorkdal project, Sweden. The study is based on the known parameters from the current gold production at Bjorkdal and on contracts for an upcoming underground bulk sampling program that will form the basis of a feasibility study planned for later this year. Gold-Ore has the option to purchase 100 per cent of the project from Minmet PLC of Dublin, Ireland.

      Study overview

The study proposes an average production rate of 1,500 tonnes per day sourced from underground. The processing costs are based on plant production records from the last five years. Contract mining costs are derived from a proposal for the test mining phase to commence in May. It is anticipated that long-term contracts or an owner-operator scenario will reduce mining costs. A November, 2005, mineral resource estimate (NI 43-101 compliant) is being validated and expanded by the company's 20,000-metre development drilling program.

Below are the projected operating costs (derived from current operating conditions) in U.S. dollars.

Process cost per tonne (concentrating plant): $9.43

General and administrative cost per tonne: $1.43

Mine and technical services per tonne (drilling, engineering, geology): $5

Contract mining cost per tonne (includes annual development): $24.26

      Haulage cost per tonne: $3

Total cash cost per tonne: $43.12

      Projected production is as follows.

      Concentrating plant throughput (tonnes/day): 1,500

Plant recovery (based on known plant recoveries): 93 per cent

Payable gold (current contracted smelting, refining charges): 92.7 per cent

A gold grade of five grams per tonne has been assumed for the purposes of the study. This grade is consistent with the measured and indicated resources from a November, 2005, mineral resource estimate (NI 43-101 compliant) and with the corporate objective of reactivating mining at Bjorkdal at a rate of 70,000 to 80,000 ounces of gold per year.
Below are acquisition costs in U.S. dollars.

      Acquisition from Minmet: $2-million

Net smelter returns royalty purchase: $1-million

The company has the option to purchase a 100-per-cent interest in Bjorkdal from Minmet for $2-million (U.S.) and four million common shares of Gold-Ore. Minmet will retain a maximum NSR royalty of 1.75 per cent that can be purchased for $1-million.

Project capital cost in U.S. dollars is as follows.

Initial capital investment -- mine (proposed underground development): $4.7-million

Initial capital investment -- plant: $1-million

      Bjorkdal project concentrating plant

The Bjorkdal plant began processing gold ores in 1988 and has treated a total 16.8 million tonnes of material. The rated capacity of the plant is 1.2 million tonnes per year and plant recoveries are well understood and are consistently greater than 90 per cent for head grades in excess of three g/t gold.

The on-site process staff studied several ore processing options including the scenario of treating 700,000 tonnes of material per year. Detailed operating and capital budgets were prepared and reflect additional unit costs related to the proposed reduction in throughput from the current 1.2 million tonnes per year. Capital expenditure estimates include an upgraded plant control system and the addition of a Knelson concentrator to the recovery circuit. These costs are estimated at between $600,000 (U.S.) and $900,000 (U.S.).

All required environmental and operating permits are in place. In 2006 the tailings management facility was expanded and now has capacity for two to four years at the proposed production rate.

      Mining methods and mining costs

The gold-bearing veins at Bjorkdal range from less than one metre to six metres in width and commonly occur as swarms. The veins are vertical and the granodiorite host rock is extremely competent. The proposed mining method is long-hole stoping or blast-hole-open stoping with sublevel spacing of 20 metres. This mining method is used extensively at many gold and base metals mines globally.

Long-hole stoping is a productive, mechanized mining method that allows production from multiple mining faces. It is relatively selective and permits mining widths as narrow as three metres. The underground excavations last year intersected at least eight zones that could be profitably mined using this method, and diamond drilling has intersected numerous other veins with similar dimensions.

Mining costs are based on the conceptual mine design and schedule provided by the company's consultant mining engineer, current quoted contract mining costs, with service and technical costs developed from last year's exploration program.

      Mineral resources

In November 2005, Gold-Ore completed an NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate at Bjorkdal based on the historical drill database. During the 12 months Gold-Ore has completed 1,050 metres of underground excavations, 12,000 metres of underground diamond drilling, and has analyzed 13,000 samples to further define and expand the mineral resource.

NOVEMBER, 2005, MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE -- BJORKDAL PROJECT
      (at 3.5 g/t Au cut-off)

Resources category Tonnes Gold grade (g/t) Ounces gold

      Measured and indicated 386,000 5.02 62,382
      Inferred 1,419,000 5.41 246,842

The work completed by Gold-Ore confirms that the gold-bearing vein structures extend well beyond the limits of the above resource estimate and remain open for expansion. An updated resource estimate will be scheduled for later this year upon completion of the current drilling campaign.

      Project schedule

The company is currently drilling with two underground drills. A surface rig will commence drilling in May to explore along the known trend of the mineralization. Previous drilling at the Storheden zone, 1,100 metres north of the open pit, has demonstrated the presence of Bjorkdal-style gold mineralization over an area 1,200 metres (across trend) by 300 metres (along trend).

The underground mining exploration phase will commence in May and will start with the lengthening of the central tunnel and the establishment of drill stations to facilitate drilling on 30-metre-spaced sections. This will enable the company to effectively double the area under evaluation.

A test mining and bulk sampling program will take place in the main tunnel area immediately upon completion of the central tunnel expansion. The test mining will involve driving an incline from the 205 level, up 20 metres, to the 185 level. Several veins will be stoped or mined by blasting down from the 185 level to the 205 level. The material mined will be batch processed or campaigned through the Bjorkdal plant to enable an accurate grade determination for reconciliation with the grades predicted from the diamond drilling. It is anticipated that 50,000 tonnes of material will be mined in three to six veins.

      Feasibility study

An independent engineering consulting firm has been presented with the terms of reference for a feasibility study anticipated to commence in June for completion during the fourth quarter of 2007. The time required for completion of the feasibility study is relatively short given the project has an operating plant, tailings facility, and all of the known parameters from the last 20 years of mining and processing.

The reader should be cautioned that the company has not completed an independent feasibility study confirming the projected production and there is no certainty the company's plan will be economically viable.

      We seek Safe Harbor.

New Gold-Ore Numbers Confirm Multi-Bagger Potential

      By David J. DesLauriers
      03 Apr 2007 at 09:58 PM GMT-04:00

TORONTO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Your correspondent has twice covered Gold-Ore Resources [TSXv:GOZ] in the past year, and each time the story has improved. GOZ closed today at C$1.02.

Despite a doubling in share price since the first and second commentaries each around the 50 cents mark, we continue to believe that Gold-Ore could deliver multi-bagger returns over the next 12 months as the company enters commercial production at its Bjorkdal mine in Sweden.

Part of the reason is that nobody is on to this compelling story yet - to our knowledge we are the only writer following Gold-Ore, and the institutions have yet to step in meaningfully.

We are of the opinion that this is about to change, and recent aggressive buying and volumes suggest to us that some institutions are now coming into the play. We would expect that brokers and other analysts will also start to catch on, as this is a very attractive story with multiple components.

      A Cash Flow

In a press release “Bjorkdal Gold Mine-Internal Engineering Study” issued today, Gold-Ore gave guidance on where costs will come in for the underground mine envisioned at Bjorkdal which it is believed could achieve production of 75,000 ounces of gold per annum.

Assuming $675 gold, two main factors contribute to our cash flow analysis: grade and potential for share dilution (albeit minimal).

If grade surprises to the downside, and if one also assumes that GOZ will need to raise another $5 million before production, we would see, on a fully diluted cash flow basis, something in the neighborhood of 25 cents of cash flow per share.

If grade surprises on the upside (drill results indicate that the 5 g/t number GOZ is using is too conservative), and if the company can finance the $5 million CAPEX through the exercise of existing warrants at $1, the bulk of which are in very friendly hands, we see cash flow on an outstanding basis as being closer to 45 cents per share.

The reality probably lies somewhere in the middle, which given a standard junior gold production multiple of 10X cash flow would put GOZ at C$3.50 per share within 12 months.

      A Growth Story

Plant capacity at Bjorkdal is in the 3,500 tonne per day range, or more than double that being utilized by the company under the current plan. Vein mining is not an easy business in terms of generating huge tonnage day in and day out, but given the geological patrimony of the area and the geological prowess of management, we believe that Gold-Ore can build enough tonnage to support more working faces.

Therefore there is a probability that say 18 months into production, or some time in 2009, Gold-Ore could decide to embark on an expanded development plan which could see production rise to the 120,000+ ounce per year level, financed totally out of cash flow, and resulting in the added boon of falling unit costs.

So there is a growth story here, which could in fact double the algebraically demonstrable 12-month potential share price of C$3.50, adumbrated above.

      A Reserves Story

As reported in our GOZ story linked in the introduction and published in late August 2006, the size of the target that Gold-Ore is working on, and the potential of the system at depth has led the company to conclude that Bjorkdal has a 2 million - 4 million ounce potential.

Of course that takes time to develop, but if it can be successfully demonstrated, this play goes from a 10-year mine life to much more, and takes on new dimensions. Keep in mind that this a theory developed by a team whose collective resumé boasts the successful discovery of several multi-million ounce deposits, from the grassroots stage.

      Conclusion

In the final analysis, Gold-Ore possesses all of the ingredients that one looks for in a near-term producer. In no particular order these include:

      Infrastructure present and costs already known;
      Almost no country risk;
      Great management team;
      Price will rise because this little known story still has yet to be discovered;
      Miniscule CAPEX relative to similar plays means very little or no dilution between now and cash flow;
      Existing infrastructure means very short time frame to production;
      Levered to the rising gold price environment;
      Cheap on a future cash flow multiple basis;
      Ability to use cash flows to grow production beyond initial target rate;
Potential for multi-million ounce reserves at property.
For these reasons we see GOZ as a minimal downside, multi-bagger situation with a target price of C$3.50 per share within 12 months, and potentially double that within 18-36 months if either the growth story pans out, the reserves story pans out, or the price of gold goes for a run.
