SAN DIEGO, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CyberTel Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBCL - News) announced today that its subsidiary, HBLN Services, Inc. has entered into a partnership with Terra Communications, Inc. of Atlanta, GA. Terra Communications, Inc. provides RF and microwave network consultation, engineering and installation for telecommunications companies throughout the United States.

The agreement will leverage HBLN Services' network engineering and wireless broadband expertise by combining it with the extensive telecommunications and microwave expertise of the TerraCom team.
