(OTC BB:SLWF.OB - News) subsidiary, Seamless Internet Inc., today announced that TranStar Communications Systems of LaVerne, CA has ordered one hundred Seamless Internet Next Generation Mobile Computing Devices. TranStar is a leader in applying communications and display technology to in-flight aviation applications and has placed an initial order for a variation of the Next Gen Mobile Device specially modified for in-flight computing and entertainment use.

"The Seamless Internet Device is the ideal form factor for future airline entertainment and communications systems," said Dick Bertagna, President of TranStar Communications Systems. "With the recent awards of broadband air-to-ground frequencies the timing for the launch of this device is fortuitous for our purposes of providing passenger access to one of the most advanced and versatile communications and entertainment devices with a richer feature set than anything on the market." Mr. Bertagna and TranStar principles have decades of experience in the aerospace communications industry, including running Hughes Avicom, which was sold to Rockwell International.
Seamless has redesigned the Next Gen Device, which won a Consumer Electronics Show "Best of Innovations" award, as a robust portable business computer measuring only 5" x 4" x 2" and weighing less than 12 ounces that offers a full-fledged computing platform with communications and entertainment functionality and a very functional fold-out mid-sized keyboard with superior tactile and response characteristics.

Gestern Abend noch 11 Mio. in den letzten drei Trades , alles auf das Bid , aber ohne Rückgang. (Wer mag hierzu spekulieren?)

In meinen größeren Beitrag vom 4. Juni 2006 um 7 Uhr 36 - # 33 - diskutierte ich die These, von den gezielt gesetzten Vernebelungskerzen mittels großer Kursausrutscher, die absichtlich von einem großen Investor gesetzt wurden, um den meisten, an dieser Aktie weniger interessierten Teilnehmern den Durchblick zu erschweren. Auf diesem Wege wurde - zusätzlich zu dem eigentlichen Ziel über viele Monate relativ unbemerkt ein großes Aktienpaket zu erwerben - auch mehrmals mittels eines absichtlich hervorgerufenen Kursabfalls von 20 – 50 Prozent eine sogenannte Bereinigung (Auslösen fast aller gesetzten Stopp-loss-order) vorgenommen, - o h n e - Kursexplosion am darauf folgenden Tag – die normalerweise dadurch ausgelöst wird. So argumentierte ich vor 5 Tagen.
Das war bisher der Fall. –
Nun hat sich gestern ein neuer wesentlicher Schritt ereignet.
Eine erneuter 22 Prozent-Kursabfall – aber dieses Mal in aller Offenheit und Öffentlichkeit – denn jetzt sind auch diejenigen von der Partie, die durch den ersten Kursausbruch von plus 18 Prozent erst auf Seamless aufmerksam wurden…. –
Aus all dem bisher Gesagten, ist es nun nicht mehr schwer zu prognostizieren, was heute und in den kommenden Tagen geschehen wird:
- Exakt die gewaltige Kursexplosion – die alle Seamless - Überzeugten sich gewünscht und erhofft haben.
Die heute in Amerika beginnende und in den darauf folgenden Tagen – bis auf 2 bis 3 kleinere kosmetische Korrekturen – sich fortsetzende
Kursexplosion, wird für Diejenigen, die kräftig investiert haben u n d die Kraft haben auch den großen Gewinnzuwachs zu ertragen und auszuhalten - ohne zu frühzeitig zu verkaufen - ein großes Ereignis werden.
Es wird für sie gleichsam Weihnachten, Ostern und Geburtstag zusammenfallen. Kurz: ein unvergesslicher Juni 2006. –
Jeder kennt die Redewendung: „Auch ein blindes Huhn findet `mal ein Korn.“ Nun, diesmal war ich eben bezüglich Seamless „das blinde Huhn“, in aller Bescheidenheit gesagt.
Allen – die mit meiner Argumentation übereinstimmen konnten – wünsche ich den erhofften finanziellen Erfolg.

tja, und zwei Stunden später, also um 19 Uhr sieht es wieder ganz anderst aus. Wenn diese massiven Verkäufe tatsächlich von den Machern von Seamless sind, dann sind das absolut unbedarfte Hunde oder einfach nur Betrüger, die uns alle um unser Geld prellen wollen.Jeder, der von seinem Unternehmen überzeugt ist, tut alles, um an der Börse wenigstens einigermaßen darzustehen und für gute Stimmung sorgen - wo sind die Begründungen für weitere Verkäufe mit massivem Druck auf den Wert?
Hier kommen leider immer nur die gleichen nichts sagenden Meldungen...der Kursverlauf geht an die Nerven....
