MONTREAL, Jun 07, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (TLPE) (Frankfurt: YT3) announced today that as part of a marketing initiatives it has entered into direct marketing agreements with 4 business-to-consumer Telemarketing Firms in the US. The Firms will work closely with TelePlus Wireless, Corp.'s sales team which has identified several market segments to direct their efforts to. TelePlus' mobile brand, Liberty Wireless, has developed a solid customer base among what is commonly referred to in the industry as the "unbanked" segment, currently estimated at around 10% of the US population. These marketing initiatives will specifically target those segments in order to grow Liberty's customer base and generate additional revenue for TelePlus. The Telemarketing firms are anticipated to start ramping up throughout June and July. "With over 250 sales professionals working proactively to promote Liberty Wireless to our target audience, I believe that we are poised to grow our customer base and deliver additional revenue for the Company," said Marius Silvasan, CEO of TelePlus. "One of the reasons why TelePlus purchased certain assets of Liberty Wireless at the end of last year was specifically because the quality brand name is widely known across the unbanked segment as a provider of affordable wireless prepaid service with the flexibility of pay-as-you go and the benefits of postpaid value. We intend to leverage this reputation as we rollout these marketing initiatives," added Silvasan.

Montreal (ots) - TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ OTCBB: TLPE; Frankfurt: YT3) gab letzten Freitag die Ergebnisse des ersten Quartals bekannt. Ein Umsatz von insgesamt USD 6.797.553 wurde erzielt. Dies ist der bisher größte Umsatz in einem einzelnen Quartal. Das EBITDA ist positiv mit einem Betrag von USD 676.102. Das Netto-Einkommen aus fortlaufenden Geschäften beträgt USD 198.502. Nach einer einmaligen Abschreibung von fortlaufenden Geschäften betrug das Netto-Einkommn USD 37.151. Fortlaufende Geschäfte repräsentieren die Auflösung des Einzelhandels im ersten Quartal. Cashflow von fortlaufendem Geschäftsbetrieb ist auch positiv mit USD 296.729 im ersten Quartal.

TelePlus verdoppelt Firmengröße durch Übernahme von Telizon; Einnahmen steigen um 12 Mio. USD, EBITDA um 1,6 Millionen
MONTREAL, 7 April 2005 (PRIMEZONE)- TelePlus Enterprises, (Nachrichten) Inc. (OTCBB:TLPE) (Reuters symbol:TLPE.F) (http://www.teleplus.ca) freut sich heute bekannt geben zu können, dass das Unternehmen einen endgültigen Vertrag zum Erwerb von 100% der Aktien von Telizon Inc. unterzeichnet hat.
Nach Abschluss der Transaktion wird Telizon in TelePlus Connect Corp ("TelePlus Connect") überführt, wodurch die Jahreseinnahmen von TelePlus Connect auf 14,5 Mio USD und das EBITDA (Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen) auf 1,9 Mio. USD steigen werden. Die Transaktion geschieht vorbehaltlich der erfolgreichen Finanzierung für TelePlus. DEM PLAN VORAUS Die erfolgreiche Übernahme von Telizon würde den Geschäftsplan von TelePlus 18 Monate vorantreiben und die Einnahmen auf Jahresbasis auf 30 Mio USD bringen, mit einem jährlichen EBITDA von gut über einer Million USD. Telizon bietet zur Zeit Fernsprechdienste im Orts- und Fernverkehr für über 18 000 Firmen und Haushalte in der kanadischen Provinz Ontario an. Habe doch schon Gestern geschrieben,das was im Busch ist.
Jetzt fehlen noch vernünftige Zahlen und dann geht es Up.
Ist sowieso unverständlich das eine Aktie mit so einen Potenzial
vor sich hin dümpelt,aber wiegesagt lange dauert es nicht mehr.
Alle andere die auf noch tiefere Kurse spekulieren,vergeßt es.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist halt Cornell.
Jetzt fehlen noch vernünftige Zahlen und dann geht es Up.
