Sage Global Solutions Acquires Online Mortgage, Inc.
SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sage Global Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGGL) announced today that it has acquired Online Mortgage, Inc. (Online Mortgage or OMI), a privately held California corporation. The acquisition is accounted for as a share purchase and exchange, wherein Sage will pay $20,000 for web development and issue one million of its shares to the owner of OMI in exchange for 100 percent of the outstanding shares of OMI. Online Mortgage will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sage Global.
This acquisition further extends Sage Global's reach into the mortgage services industry, having acquired Express Notary Service, Inc. (ENS), a legal signing agent, earlier this month. "This acquisition will drastically reduce our marketing expenses related to acquiring sales leads for mortgages and document signing," said Henry Davidson, president of Sage Global.
Doug Coulter, founder of Online Mortgage, has accepted the position of chief technology officer of Sage Global. Mr. Coulter has over twenty years experience in the technology arena and has led large scale, advanced development efforts for mission-critical systems. Coulter also founded CTO Consultant, LLC, a technology consulting firm that provided outsourced business system solutions.
Coulter previously served as CTO of Reelplay, an award-winning B2B Portal for film and television and the only entertainment online company on Forbes.com's list of "the 200 most important B2B web sites" in 2000, and as CTO of Netsperanto, where he developed a "Yahoo!-like" portal in six languages. (Pink Sheets:SGGL) announced today that its Express Notary subsidiary has been contracted by Orange Coast Title to provide notary and real-estate closing documentation services for its Nationwide Lenders division in La Mirada, Calif.
"Within the next three months, from this one contractual relationship alone, we expect to grow to an average of 300 to 500 closings per month and $40,000 to $80,000 in monthly gross revenue. This arrangement should add at least $500,000 in annual revenue to Express Notary\'s existing revenue. We are expecting strong year-over-year results for all of our subsidiaries," said Henry Davidson, CEO.
"In just the first month under the agreement our subsidiary generated about 140 signings and gross revenues of approximately $28,000. Genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt erfolgte nach Ansicht der Experten von INVEST INSIDE die kürzlich ausgesprochene Kaufempfehlung für Sage Global Solutions (US-Kürzel: SGGL), einem Unternehmen aus dem Umfeld der Finanzdienstleistungen. In der heute veröffentlichten Meldung der Kalifornier bestätigen sich bereits die positiven Erwartungen der Analysten.
Die Tochtergesellschaft Express Notary hat einen Großauftrag an Land gezogen, der mehr als eine Million Dollar pro Jahr an Umsatz für das noch junge Unternehmen bringen wird. Vor fünf Monaten gekauft, entwickelt sich das Geschäft prächtig. Die Zahl der Aufträge steigt wöchentlich. Richtig Fahrt in das Geschäft wird trotz der bereits erfreulichen Entwicklung aber mit dem nun gemeldeten Großauftrag kommen, den man von Orange Coast Title erhalten hat und der zum Jahresumsatz zwischen einer halben und einer Million Dollar beitragen soll. Nun erwartet man, die Zahl der Abschlussaufträge innerhalb von 90 Tagen zu verdoppeln. Entsprechend stark dürfte die Ergebnisentwicklung der Tochtergesellschaft verlaufen, die sich damit bereits jetzt als Top-Investment von Sage Global Solutions zeigt. Kein Wunder also, dass CEO Henry Davidson bereits ankündigt, dass die Unternehmenstöchter im Jahresvergleich starke Resultate werden ausweisen können. Im Klartext: Auch die anderen Sparten des Unternehmens laufen prächtig.
Um Express Notary herum wird nun weiterhin an einem Konzern gearbeitet, der im Immobiliengeschäft extrem stark aufgestellt ist. Neben den drei bisherigen Standbeinen stehen weitere Akquisitionen auf dem Programm, die die Wertschöpfungskette erweitern sollen. Unter anderem sind dies ein Immobilienmaklerunternehmen sowie ein Kreditgeber. Es bewahrheitet sich damit, dass Sage Global Solutions nun in eine explosive Wachstumsphase kommt, von der der Aktienkurs massiv profitieren sollte.
Sollten weitere Akquisitionen hinzukommen, die das Unternehmen auf der Webseite bereits in Aussicht stellt, so würden sich die Aussichten des Unternehmens noch einmal klar verbessern. Dazu kommt, dass das organische Wachstum insbesondere aufgrund der massiven Synergieeffekte im Konzern auch weit über das Jahr 2006 hinaus hoch bleiben wird.
Da auch die Charttechnik einen sehr guten Eindruck macht und das Unternehmen trotz der Kursgewinne der letzten Tage weiterhin unterbewertet ist, macht nach Einschätzung der Experten ein Investment in das Papier Sinn. Mit weiteren sehr guten Nachrichten sei zu rechnen, ist am Markt zu hören. Die dürften dem Kurs, ebenso wie die Meldung über den Großauftrag für Express Notary, weitere Impulse versetzen. Wer bereits drin ist sollte nach Einschätzung der Analysten keine Aktie aus der Hand geben. Wer noch nicht positioniert ist, sollte das aktuelle Kursniveau nach Ansicht der Experten zum Kauf nutzen.
