Dear Keith,

I have been a shareholder of Amerix for some time and am currently holding (quadrillionen )shares. I have been buying since September last year during the low down because I was and am convinced of the excellent work you and your colleagues are doing and will not sell because Amerix has a bright future IMHO backed by strong results.

This background given your press release of today has left me a bit puzzled as share promotion in Europe (meaning Germany) has IMHO not been a successful experience for Amerix overall.

I would like to ask:

- Are there special reasons to promote Amerix at the moment?
- Why in Europe and not Canada?
- What is the reasoning for choosing SC Studer Consulting, a company not renowned for share promotion?

Brokers and company members decided on how best to raise money based on drilling results and potential. A Priv. Placement is needed desperately. Ballpark calcs.... start the run between accounts with incentives for the workers to pump their clients. Possible release coming to jack-up the price further to about 55 cents, hopefully. Guess what the warrant holders are going to do?
Then a private placement @ 35 to 40 cents per share( in place?) plus the half warrant incentive to buy at 75 cents... you get the drill. (IN more ways than one!!!)
Since the key results are coming in, according to the company, within (about?) a month, why wait around? Wait for the big volume increase and sell along with the insiders. Buy back in Sept./ Oct. for Limao if you think it will have good results.
How far off am I? We'll know in a month or less! Best of luck. I'm through regurgitating the crap I've been fed over the last year and apparently so has someone I know. Again, best of luck all. A jump is coming!!! How greedy are you? Will you miss the next ARU? LOL. Maybe!?

High gold prices and low overhead make reprocessing an attractive activity for miners
BALTIMORE, MD - With gold production in South Africa currently at an 84-year low, mining firms working in the region are scrambling to do everything in their power to boost production and add to their bottom line...even reprocessing mountains of waste material.

Last week, the South African Chamber of Mines reported that gold production fell by 7.5% in 2006, taking it to its lowest level since the great mining strike of 1922!

Gold production in South Africa totaled only 275.1194 tons last year...significantly lower than the 297.3116 tons produced in 2005.

The Chamber of Mines, which represents about 85% of South Africa's production, attributed the drop in production to the lower gold grades that were being mined. Despite a 1.5% increase in the amount of total ore processed, the chamber reported a 9.3% decrease in the average grade mined...hence the decrease in production.

In the fourth quarter of 2006 alone, South Africa's gold production fell by 3.1% quarter-on-quarter to 75.0871 tons, while on a year-on-year basis this figure was 9.3% lower than the last quarter of 2005.

To help combat the decline in production, many mining firms are seriously looking to reprocess waste material.

One Man's Mining Waste is Another Man's Gold

It's certainly not pretty...

...but this tailings pond (owned by Rochester Resources Ltd. (TSX: V.RCT, BullBoards), a company that I visited in Mexico earlier this month) contains roughly 0.6 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 30 g/t silver. And this waste material can be reprocessed at any time. At present, however, Rochester will be focused on processing the ore they're mining from their property in Nayarit, Mexico, which has an average grade of about 14 g/t gold-equivalent.

Nonetheless, reprocessing mining waste can be done. And with gold prices at $660 an ounce and signaling higher, there's a fresh impetus to extract these small amounts of gold in crushed, processed ore that has been discarded.

Truth is, reprocessing mining waste is nothing new. The first wave of waste reprocessing in South Africa took off in the 1980s after a spike in the gold price, but twenty-five years ago companies targeted older sand dumps that had grades of up to 1.5 g/t.

Once those dumps were exhausted, reprocessing tapered off. When newer mills were able to grind ore into finer particles, this increased gold extraction and therefore left much less metal in more modern liquid waste dams.

But now some modern waste dumps in South Africa that contain tiny amounts of gold have become economically viable after local gold prices nearly doubled over the past two years.

Digging into the mountains of waste is especially attractive in South Africa, the world's biggest gold producer, where firms have to dig deeper and deeper to tap fresh deposits.

Bernard Swanepoel, Chief Executive of Harmony Gold Mining Company Ltd. (NYSE: HMY, BullBoards), the fifth largest gold producer in the world, recently commented on reprocessing mining waste saying, "It's really like building a brand new gold mine but for a fraction of the cost. This is the one place where the gold price makes a real fundamental difference to a project because of the short lead time."

You see: burrowing several miles below the surface to build a new underground mine can take as much as 10, or even 15 years. But setting up a processing plant for waste dumps can be done in two. Plus there's no expensive, time-consuming exploratory work that needs to be done.

The reprocessing trend has swept up both junior producers and the big players.

Harmony is in the midst of pre-feasibility studies for a project that will cost roughly $165 million and would reprocess between 1.5 and 3 million tons a month. The company aims to produce 400,000 to 450,000 ounces of gold per year from waste starting as early as 2010.

Reprocessing also makes up a key profit segment of some smaller players, such as DRDGOLD Ltd. (NASDAQ: DROOY, BullBoards), whose surface operations are its most profitable activities. The company's Crown tailings operation made a cash operating profit of $6.38 million in the quarter to end December.

Many current projects are targeting gold values in the 0.2 to 0.4 g/t range, which is tiny compared to underground grades in South Africa that can be as high as 10 g/t. But with costs low, the margins can be very high.

Many of these projects rely on a rosy outlook for gold prices for the next several years. But if gold prices climb as high as $1,000 an ounce, these projects would certainly work well.

Aber PSchwammerl hat Recht: Das wichtigste ist dass der Handel in Canada stattfindet. Es wird sehr viel gekauft. Eigentlich wollte ich bei 0,30 EUR wieder raus aber jetzt bin ich irgendwie davon überzeugt dass Amerix wahrscheinlich weiter steigen wird. Die Ergebnise der letzten Woche waren wohl der Startschuss.

Aus einem längerem email-Verkehr mit einem kanadischen stockhouse-Poster habe ich folgende Aussagen ziehen können:
- ein Broker ist bei Amerix sehr interessiert (hat sich heute gezeigt)
- bis 0,55 CAD könnte es erstmal gehen
- danach hängt alles von den Ergebnissen der austehenden Löcher ab
- Gewinnmitnahmen vor dem Sommer wären wohl eine gute Idee
- danach wieder einsteigen, wenn KE durch und man auf Limao-Ergebnisse setzt.

Interessante mail meines kanadischen Posters: Laut seines Kontaktes sind die austehenden Ergebnisse anscheinend, und dies bitte mit aller Vorsicht betrachten, sehr gut.

Seine Formulierung ist sogar "nicht verkaufen, die Ergebnisse seien "big" und würden in anderthalb Wochen oder sogar früher kommen".

Ich weiss, wie problematisch solche Informationen seien können, daher mit Vorsicht und Abstand betrachten und DIES IST KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG.

Management's Discussion and Analysis : The Vila Porto Rico Property contains 670 square kilometres of mining rights (100% APM), located in the Tapajos District, one of the largest gold producing provinces in Brazil. VPR contains extensive hydraulic mining areas, placer mining operations, and mine shafts, from which garimpeiros have produced an estimated +2 million ounces since 1958. Gold mineralization occurs within the N-S trending Ouro Roxo fault zone, which is 1-2 kilometres wide, and has been traced along a strike length of more than 25 kilometres. Gold mineralization is present in a variety of structures, but the best gold values have been found within faults, shears, and brecciated zones that dip moderately to the east at - 40 degrees to -50 degrees. The mineralized structures contain variable amounts of sulfides, and quartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite-gold veins, below the saprolite zone which extends to a depth of approximately 50 metres. The Ouro Roxo Project is exploring a 3.5 kilometre long segment of this structural zone. The Company and SRK Consultants prepared a NI 43-101 Assessment Report which identified an inferred gold resource of 1.336 Mt @ 5.8 g/t for 250,000 oz Au. This resource was based on 27 drill holes from two small areas at Ouro Roxo North and Ouro Roxo South, which are separated by more than two kilometres of strike length.

The drill results released here provide further evidence that the gold mineralization hosted in the N-S Ouro Roxo fault zone is likely to extend between the two resources identified at Ouro Roxo North and Ouro Roxo South, a distance of more than 2.5 kilometres. The initial gold resource that was calculated by SRK Consultants, was based on 27 drill holes. The Company has now increased the number of drill holes that may be considered in calculating a revised resource. With these results a new resource estimate will be prepared. The Company anticipates a modest increase in the resource; however, more importantly, the drilling to date has demonstrated the continuity of gold mineralization, over a sizeable area, indicating the potential to host a significant gold deposit. A great deal of additional drilling will be necessary to establish the distribution, size, grade and economics of the gold system. Additional drilling is now being planned in the areas both north and south of Ouro Roxo Medio in order to determine if the gold mineralization is continuous. A drill contract has been secured to commence additional core drilling by July 1st, 2007.

Sample intervals were calculated using a minimum 1 metre sample width, and a 1 gram per tonne low-grade cut-off. One interval of internal or adjacent dilution was allowed, below cut-off values. Drill core chemical analyses were performed by SGS Lakefield/Geosol of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, an ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9002 certified assayer.

Ich halte Amerix weiterhin für einen seriösen Explorer. Es wurde bis jetzt sehr wenig Geld für Aktienwerbung ausgegeben auch das Management hält sich zurück… Allerdings stell ich mir trotzdem die Frage wie es weitergeht....

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 25, 2007) - Amerix Precious Metals Corporation ("Amerix") (TSX VENTURE:APM)(FRANKFURT:NJG) today announced the results of its channel sampling program on high-grade gold veins at the Ouro Roxo mining prospect which returned values of up to 475 g/t.

The Company has undertaken a comprehensive survey examining and analyzing garimpeiro underground workings at Ouro Roxo North, South, and Medio located within the Vila Porto Rico Exploration License in the Tapajos Gold Province in Brazil. The underground workings provide an unequalled opportunity for the Corporation to evaluate the character, orientation, thickness, and gold content of high-grade oxidized gold-bearing sulfide veins within the weathered host rocks.

Nineteen garimpeiro shafts - all of the actively mined shafts at Ouro Roxo North - were surveyed and sampled. This survey demonstrates the presence of numerous, near-surface, high-grade zones, some of which were not recognized in previous drilling campaigns. The high-grade zones mined and processed for gold by the garimpeiros range up to a metre in thickness and the grades of these zones range from 7 to 475 g/t. The assays for these 19 sets of channel samples are listed in the table below and the locations are shown on the map attached to this release.

The survey program was carried out to:

(a) accurately locate each shaft;

(b) describe and photograph each mineralized zone;

(c) determine the orientation and thickness of each mineralized zone;

(d) collect channel samples across each zone, including overlying and underlying zones that the garimpeiros discard as waste; and,

(e) conduct chemical analyses of the sampled intervals to determine the grade of each zone.

This press release presents the results of samples collected from Ouro Roxo North. A similar program is being conducted in the shafts of Ouro Roxo South and Ouro Roxo Medio (the area in between Ouro Roxo North and South) and those results and an analysis of orientation data will be reported in the future.

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 07/12/07 -- Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: APM)(FRANKFURT: NJG) announced today that it has negotiated a brokered private placement with Coniston Investment Corp. ("Coniston") of up to 14,000,000 units of the Corporation at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to Cdn$3,500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Corporation and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each full warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Corporation at a price of $0.35 at any time prior to the date that is twelve months from the date of the closing of the Private Placement, provided that, after four months and one day, the Corporation may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants if the closing price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange exceeds $0.45 for ten (10) consecutive trading days.

The Corporation intends to use the proceeds of the Private Placement for exploration work on its Brazilian properties and for general corporate purposes.

Enttäuschender Kursverlauf, ohne Frage.

Amerix hat grundsätzliche Probleme, die auf den Kurs drücken: Kapitalbedarf, Verwässerung/hohe Zahl Optionen, keine durchschlagenden Ergebnisse. Der plötzliche Abgang von Laskowski trug nicht eben zur Vertrauensbildung bei. Auf der Habenseite: Es liegt Gold im Boden und das Gebiet ist groß, genügend Potenzial wäre vorhanden.

Ich warte noch Ergebnisse von Limao ab und entscheide dann, ob ich dabei bleibe.

Die 0,23 CAD sind ein größerer Widerstand in Can, darüber nächstes Ziel 0,27 CAD dann ca. 0,33 CAD ... mal schauen. Goldpreis spielt momentan mehr als mit.

Amerix Precious Metals Corporation ("Amerix")(TSX VENTURE: APM)(FRANKFURT: NJG) today announced the signing of two new drilling contracts - one with-Geologica e Sondagens Ltda. (GEOSOL), Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and the other with Kluane International Drilling, Inc. These new contracts allow for up to 5000 metres of core drilling over the next six months and are a continuation of the drilling program at the Ouro Roxo deposit on the Vila Porto Rico Property within the Tapajos District, Brazil. Drilling by GEOSOL commenced in early September and drilling by Kluane is scheduled to commence during the last week in September.

This phase of the Ouro Roxo drilling program is designed to quantify resources in the sparsely drilled intermediate zone between Ouro Roxo North and Ouro Roxo South, expanding upon the 69 drill-hole program that was completed previously at the Ouro Roxo Deposit. Eighteen of the 69 holes were drilled during the first quarter of 2007. Existing drill holes demonstrate the continuity of a gold-mineralized zone for more than three kilometres from the Ouro Roxo North zone to the Ouro Roxo South zone through a relatively unexplored middle zone. Recent geologic mapping on the northern end of Ouro Roxo North has discovered the continuation of the gold mineralized zone in outcrop and free gold was observed in a few exposures. Therefore, the drilling program will explore northward to determine the extent and nature of this area of high prospectivity. Drill cores will be continually assayed on 1-meter intervals. At the same time, the geology, structure, mineral content, and assay results will be compiled to complete a three-dimensional deposit model for the Ouro Roxo mineralized zone in order to better understand and define the deposit.

Management's Discussion and Analysis : Vila Porto Rico Property (VPR) is located in the Tapajos District, one of the largest gold-producing provinces in Brazil. Amerix owns 100% of the mining rights in respect of the 670 square kilometres comprising the VPR property. VPR contains extensive hydraulic mining areas, placer mining operations, and mine shafts, from which garimpeiros have produced an unconfirmed amount of gold (reported to be in excess of 2 million ounces) since 1958. Gold mineralization took place within the N-S trending Ouro Roxo fault zone, which is 1-2 kilometres wide, and has been traced along a strike length of more than 25 kilometres. Gold is present in a variety of structures, but the best gold values have been found within faults, shears, and brecciated zones that dip moderately to the east at 40 degrees to 50 degrees. The mineralized structures contain variable amounts of sulfides, and quartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite-gold veins, below the saprolite zone that extends to a depth of approximately 50 metres. The Ouro Roxo Project includes exploring a 3.5-kilometre-long segment of this structural zone. A total of 69 angle core holes have been drilled at Ouro Roxo; the results of assays for these holes have been previously reported.

QA/QC: GEOSOL is a well-established drilling company with offices in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Kluane is a well-established drilling company with offices in Vancouver, Canada. The drilling operations will be undertaken by both companies under the direct guidance and supervision of Amerix geologists and management. Cores will be drilled at 50 degrees to 70 degrees angles at HQ or NQ diameter for up to 100 metres after which diameter NQ or BQ will be used to total depths that generally will be 150-200 metres. The new contracts allow for up to 5000 metres of core drilling over the next six months.

(Nur nützt das gar nichts. Da wirst Du wohl mit wesentlich geringeren VK-Kursen zufrieden sein müssen bei diesen Monster-Umsätzen.) Ich werde heute ohne Amerix ins Wochenende gehen. Am Volumenchart.Blaue Balken heißt Ask Kauf.Rote Balken ins bid geschmissen.Wenn keine roten Balken sind kann man davon ausgehen das der Verkaufsdruck weg ist und die ganze Sache drehen wird.

Die letzte Woche in Can ist auch ziemlich verwirrend, außerdem hat Amerix eine ruhmlose Geschichte von steilen Anstiegen mit ebensolchen Fällen: ich kann also jeden verstehen, der hier nicht zu teuer einsteigen will. Zudem liegt Amerix weit unter dem Radar und ist zudem noch ein verfrickter Wert, nuff said

Ich spekuliere mal, woran es liegen könnte:

- Brokerkäufe: Mein Brieffreund in Can meinte, dass sein Broker wieder kaufen würde. Zu welchem Zweck, keine Ahnung.
- BE von den Tailings OR oder Limao.

Ich hoffe nur, dass das kein Trick ist, um noch eine KE zu platzieren

Hier mal ein Beitrag von easyon von Stockhouse. Zwar nichts wirklich erhellendes, aber ein bisschen mehr Spekulation.

About a year ago Newmont was supposedly looking around. Turned out that Amerix got Keith Laskowski ex. of Newmont who only lasted about 3 months before leaving????

This recent one involves Barrick... maybe APM is getting a Barrick secretary this time? Hope he/she lasts longer.

A positive is that APM is showing strength when one hole wonders are flying on VSE. Gotta love the Venture. 99%?? failure rate of junior explorers but money can still be made with some dexterity, insight, and luck.

The most recent drilling (start of Sept.) results should be available at the earliest by early Nov. Going by past Amerix releases they won't be announced until Jan.-Feb. 2008. HOWEVER, APM has other results from awhile back that should be forthcoming. Who knows, maybe it has been in talks with others. Hopefully this time APM will deliver something significant to keep up the price. Temper the greed??

("Kluane") is now drilling at the Ouro Roxo deposit on Amerix's Vila Porto Rico Property ("VPR") in the Tapajos District, Brazil. Kluane has completed 623.6 metres of drilling in four holes within the northern extension of the Ouro Roxo deposits. Geologica e Sondagens Ltda. ("GEOSOL") commenced work in early September and has completed 647.5 metres of drilling in five holes. This season's Ouro Roxo program comprises up to 5,000 metres of drilling of which 1,271 metres is complete. The program is fully funded.

Geologic mapping along trend to the north of Ouro Roxo reveals an extension of the north-south shear zone for some 2 km to the Pacu River across older inactive garimpeiro excavations which contain mineralized veins of similar character, composition, and orientation to those in Ouro Roxo. Additional geologic mapping has identified a parallel north-trending gold-mineralized shear zone approximately 1.5 km to the west of the major Ouro Roxo zone.

More than 25 new drill sites are planned and pads have been cleared. The drilling program is designed to explore the northward extension of Ouro Roxo North towards the Pacu River and the sparsely drilled intermediate zone between Ouro Roxo North and Ouro Roxo South. In addition, the newly discovered mineralized shear zone 1.5 km west of the major Ouro Roxo zone will be drilled. The existing 69 drill holes have demonstrated the continuity of a gold-mineralized zone for more than 3 km from the Ouro Roxo North zone to the Ouro Roxo South zone through a relatively unexplored middle zone. It is anticipated that as drilling continues the main Ouro Roxo mineralized zone will extend another 2 km to the north for a total length of at least 5.5 km and the presence of at least one parallel mineralized shear zone to the west of the main zone will be established.

Management's Discussion and Analysis: The VPR Property is located in the Tapajos District, one of the largest gold-producing provinces in Brazil. Amerix owns 100% of the mining rights within the 670 km2 comprising the VPR property. Gold-rich zones are found within the one to 2 km wide, N-S trending Ouro Roxo fault zone. This fault zone has been traced along a strike length of more than 25 km. The Ouro Roxo mineralized zone occurs in the southern part of the major shear zone. Gold is present in a variety of structures throughout the property, but the best gold values at Ouro Roxo have been found within faults, shears, and brecciated zones that dip moderately to the east at 40 degrees to 50 degrees. The mineralized structures contain variable amounts of sulfides, and quartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite-gold veins, below a saprolite zone that extends to a depth of 50 metres or more. The Ouro Roxo Project includes exploring a 5.5-km-long segment of this structural zone. A total of 69 angle core holes have been drilled at Ouro Roxo; the results of assays for these holes have been previously reported.

QA/QC: The drilling operations are being conducted by GEOSOL and Kluane under the direct guidance and supervision of Amerix geologists and management. Both companies are well-established and have worked with Amerix in the past. Cores are being drilled at 50 degrees to 70 degrees angles at HQ or NQ diameter for up to 100 metres in depth after which diameter NQ or BQ will be used to depths that generally will be in the range 150 to 200 metres. Local geologic mapping and regional reconnaissance geologic mapping are being conducted in concert with the drilling program. All cores are split and described at the Amerix camps near the drill sites. Assays are being conducted at SGS Geosol Laboratorios Ltda.

So ab 0,42 - 0,425 CAD kann man von einem Ausbruch sprechen. Momentan hält in Can einfach einer gegen. Evtl. will er den Anstieg nur deckeln oder es werden halt Stücke getauscht. Auf jeden Fall sind die Indikatoren mehr als positiv.

wie sieht es charttechnisch aus? Gibt es irgendwelche Gaps zu schliessen?
Ich persönlich bin zu 0,19 rein und hab schon mehrere grössere Anstiege mitgemacht. Anschliessend ist Amerix immer wieder zurückgekommen. Das möchte ich diesmal vermeiden. Allerding möchte ich auch nicht alles zu den aktuellen Kursen verkaufen. Wo seht ihr einen geeigneten Stop?

Jetzt hat doch jemand (oder mehrere) in FFM anscheinend die Nerven verloren Mal sehen, wie sich der Kurs heute in Can entwickelt -> weiter festgenagelt an der 0,50 CAD oder bröckelnd...

Der Kurs klebt immer noch an der knappen 0,50 CAD bei vergleichsweise geringen Umsätzen. Meiner Meinung nach sieht das nicht nach Abladen, aber nach Manipulation aus. Zu welchem Zweck lässt sich trefflich spekulieren. Wie auch immer, ich habe diese Tage aus Bauchgefühl in Can nachgeladen (zu einem Bruchteil eines Tagesumsatzes) und setze damit "alles auf schwarz" Ob ich damit auf ein "Pump&Dump" hereingefallen bin, die nächsten Wochen werden es zeigen.

Von Amerix sind übrigens noch News zu erwarten:
- OR Medio BE
- OR Norte BE
- ggf. Limao

Carumbe scheint sang- und klanglos verschwunden zu sein...

Insgesamt sehr verwirrend...

Amerix Precious Metals Corporation ("Amerix") (TSX VENTURE: APM)(FRANKFURT: NJG) is pleased to announce that the closing price of the common shares of Amerix on the TSX Venture Exchange has been greater than $0.45 per share over a period of ten consecutive trading days and accordingly, Amerix has elected to accelerate the expiry of the warrants (the "Warrants") originally issued on April 7, 2006 and as subsequently amended as announced in a press release dated March 26, 2007.

Holders may exercise the Warrants before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on December 13, 2007 by completing the subscription form attached as schedule A to the certificates representing the Warrants, surrendering the certificates representing the Warrants and paying an amount equal to the purchase price of the number of common shares subscribed for, all in accordance with the terms of the Warrants.

There are currently 3,000,000 Warrants outstanding and if all the Warrants are exercised, Amerix will receive proceeds of $1,200,000.

Amerix notes that the 7,545,000 warrants to purchase common shares of Amerix issued as part of the private placement of units of Amerix which closed on August 8, 2007 (the "Private Placement") are also subject to accelerated expiry if, after December 9, 2007, the closing price of the common shares of Amerix on the TSX Venture Exchange is greater than $0.45 per common share for ten consecutive trading days. Each such warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Amerix at a price of $0.35 at any time until August 8, 2008. In connection with the Private Placement, Coniston Investment Corp. ("Coniston") received a broker warrant (the "Broker Warrant") exercisable for 1,483,000 units (individually a "Broker Unit") of Amerix. Each Broker Unit is exercisable for one common share of Amerix and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant an "Underlying Warrant") at a price of $0.25 per Broker Unit until August 8, 2008. The Underlying Warrants are subject to the same terms as the warrants issued in connection with the Private Placement, including the acceleration provisions.

Amerix Reports 10.2 Grams/Ton Over 10.7 Metres at Ouro Roxo

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Dec 13, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Amerix Precious Metals Corporation ("Amerix") (TSX VENTURE:APM)(FRANKFURT:NJG) today reported that Kluane International Drilling, Inc. ("Kluane") and Geologica e Sondagens Ltda. ("GEOSOL") have drilled 28 new holes for a total of more than 4500 metres of core at the Ouro Roxo deposit on Amerix's Vila Porto Rico Property ("VPR") in the Tapaj?s District, Brazil. This drilling program commenced in early September as reported in the Amerix's press releases of October 1 and October 24, 2007; each company has been contracted to drill 3000 metres of core. This program is expanding upon the 69 drill-hole program that was completed previously at the Ouro Roxo Deposit. In total over 11,000 metres of core has been drilled at the Ouro Roxo project by Amerix; an additional 5,000 metres of core was previously drilled by RTZ. The drilling program will be paused over the holiday break, but will begin again in January. Funding for the drilling was raised through a brokered private placement which closed on August 9, 2007 and raised gross proceeds of approximately $3,750,000. Amerix also is pleased to announce that initial assay results for eight complete holes from the Ouro Roxo North ("ORN") zone have been received from SGS Geosol Laboratorios Ltda located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Gold values in hole AORN64 ranged as high as 10.2 grams/ton ("g/t") over 10.7 metres (including two zones within this interval of 17.2 g/t over 3.05 metres and 14.1 g/t over 4 metres). Visible gold is present in some of these analyzed cores as well as other ORN cores that await assay. Significantly, the drilling, assaying, and visual description of the cores from ORN also show that gold mineralization extends at least 600 metres farther north than known before this new drilling program and is open-ended to the north.

The drilling program is designed to explore the northward extension of ORN towards the PacA- River and the sparsely drilled intermediate zone between ORN and Ouro Roxo South. The 69 drill holes drilled to date have demonstrated the continuity of a gold-mineralized zone for more than three kilometres from the ORN zone to the Ouro Roxo South zone through a relatively unexplored middle zone. It is anticipated that as drilling continues the main Ouro Roxo mineralized zone will extend another two kilometres to the north for a total length of at least 5.5 kilometres.

Management's Discussion and Analysis: The following table shows mineralized zones in five of eight analyzed cores from ORN that contain zones with 1.0 g/t gold or greater. A single sample in hole AORN62 yielded 26.3 g/t gold over 1.0 meter. In hole AORN64, from 135.0 to 145.7 metres, the average grade is 10.2 g/t over this 10.7 -m wide interval; however, within this interval there are two zones of 17.2 g/t over 3.05 metres and 14.1 g/t over four metres separated by a two metres wide zone of lower grade. As a group these results are highly encouraging for Amerix's exploration effort. Throughout these five cores are numerous less than 1 g/t zones of thicknesses ranging from 1 to 12 metres. In hole AORN56, a core with many narrow high-grade zones had a total depth of only 127.8 metres due to loss of circulation when the drill encountered a garimpeiro tunnel that had been drifted along a very high-grade zone that obviously was unsampled by Amerix's core.

Three holes, AORN52, 53, and 54 produced low gold analyses. The location of these holes with respect to a mapped surface structure places them west of a right-lateral-sense fault zone. Subsequent analysis indicates that these holes were drilled in the footwall of the gold-mineralized zone. The following table summarizes the results of five of the eight analyzed cores.

QA/QC: The drilling operations are being conducted by GEOSOL and Kluane under the direct guidance and supervision of Amerix geologists and management. Both companies are well-established and have worked with Amerix in the past. Cores are being drilled at 50 degrees to 70 degrees angles at HQ or NQ diameter for up to 100 metres in depth after which diameter NQ or BQ is used to depths that generally will be in the range 150 to 250 metres. Local geologic mapping and regional reconnaissance geologic mapping are being conducted in concert with the drilling program. All cores are split and described at the Amerix camps near the drill sites. Assays are being conducted at SGS Geosol Laboratorios Ltda. These assays are multi-element analyses that include both gold and silver determinations among the suite of 38 analyzed elements.

About the Vila Porto Rico (VPR) Property: The VPR Property is located in the Tapajos District, one of the largest gold-producing provinces in Brazil. Amerix owns 100% of the mining rights within the 670 km2 comprising the VPR property. Gold-rich zones are found within the one to two kilometres wide, N-S trending Ouro Roxo fault zone. This fault zone has been traced along a strike length of more than 25 kilometres. The Ouro Roxo mineralized zone occurs in the southern part of this major shear zone. Gold is present in a variety of structures throughout the property, but the best gold values at Ouro Roxo have been found within faults, shears, and brecciated zones that dip moderately to the east at 40degrees to 50degrees. Versteh einer den Kurs, wer will, ich halte die Ergebnisse erstmal für gut und schau sie mir übers WE genauer an.

So, habe mir die Ergebnisse genauer angeschaut. Leider sind die Löcher ab 51 und deren Winkel nicht auf der OR Target Karte in der Investorenpräsentation vermerkt, so ist es natürlich nicht möglich, die Ergebnisse genau in das bestehende Bild einzufügen.

Die Reihenfolge der Nummerierung ab 52 bis 64 zeigt, dass es Löcher nördlich der bisherigen Kernzone ORN sind.

Leider sind von acht analysierten Bohrkernen insgesamt 5 Fehlschläge, mit entweder gar keinen nennenswerten oder marginalen Intercepts mit maximal 1m@1g/t.

Interessant ist Loch 56 mit insgesamt 7 Intercepts, allerdings hauptsächlich jeweils in 1m Abschnitten, ab Länge 42m bis 117m. Die Grade werden hier zudem generell besser, je tiefer. Dies passt gut mit dem Computermodell der mehrfachen übereinanderliegenden goldführenden Schichten zusammen.

Loch 62 und 64 zeigen z.T. sehr gute Grade >10g/t, aber in größeren Tiefen.

Ohne die Lage der Bohrlöcher genau zu kennen, was eine Einschätzung schwierig macht, lassen die Ergebnisse darauf spekulieren, dass auch oberhalb ORN die bereits identifizierten goldführenden Schichten weitergehen. Ob die Ergebnisse ausreichend sind, um in eine Ressourcenerweiterung einfliessen zu können, mag ich jedoch nicht zu sagen. Was mich zudem ein wenig skeptisch stimmt, sind die höheren Tiefen der guten Grade und die relativ zu gesamten gebohrten Länge relativ geringen Intercepts mit solchen Graden. Also keine grosse Enttäuschung, aber auch kein Grund, in Euphorie auszubrechen, der Kurs spiegelt das auch gut wieder.

Amerix Announces That Drilling Resumes at Ouro Roxo and Grants Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jan 23, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Amerix Precious Metal Corporation ("Amerix" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APM)(FRANKFURT: NJG) announces that core drilling has resumed at the Ouro Roxo deposit on Amerix's Vila Porto Rico Property in the Tapajos District, Brazil. This is the post-holiday resumption of the Company's new drilling program that commenced in early September as reported in Amerix's press releases dated October 1 and October 25, 2007. The upcoming drilling is being concentrated in the Ouro Roxo North area and will continue to test both the lateral and up dip continuity of the high-grade zones revealed by previous drilling. Amerix will also re-drill at least two holes drilled previously by RTZ for certification purposes.

Jeffrey Reeder, President and CEO of Amerix states: "The results of the new drilling program have been very encouraging extending the Ouro Roxo gold-mineralized zone at least 600 metres further north than the previously known three kilometre long mineralized structure. Mineralization continues to be open to the north towards the Pacu River." Amerix reported in a press release dated December 13, 2007 the assay results for the first eight holes including an intercept of 10.2 g/t Au over 10.7 metres in hole AORN 64. Samples from the additional 18 holes drilled before the holiday break await analysis at SGS Geosol Laboratorios Ltda. in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

At the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Amerix held on Thursday, January 17, 2008, the shareholders of the Company elected the four nominees of management, Jeffrey Reeder, Gregory Liddy, William Whitehead and Luciano Borges, to the board of directors of the Company and approved the new stock option plan of the Company described in the management information circular dated December 17, 2007. Subject to regulatory approval, Amerix has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and employees under the new stock option plan for the purchase of 2,500,000 common shares of the Company for a period of five years at a price of 30 cents per share. The grant of incentive stock options contemplated in the press release dated December 3, 2007 was not completed.

The board of directors of Amerix has appointed Jeffrey Reeder, Gregory Liddy and William Whitehead as members of the audit committee of the board of directors and has appointed Gregory Liddy as chairman of such committee.

Stimmt....das Volumen ist nicht normal. Nur leider geht der Kurs in die falsche Richtung.
Sollte es in absehbarer Zeit doch wieder einen Schub nach oben gehen, dann überlege ich aber ernsthaft über einen Ausstieg nach.
Das war in den letzten Monaten/Jahren schön öfters so, dass der Kurs immer einen gewaltigen Satz nach oben gemacht hat, um dann genauso schnell wieder zurückzukommen.

Mit Sägezahn meinte ich: steiler Anstieg innerhalb von einer Woche und dann wieder Verfall über 2-3 Monate. News, die einen solchen Verlauf rechtfertigen könnten, gibts mal wieder keine. Die BEs zum letzten Jahresende waren nicht berauschend und haben den Kurs nicht längerfristig stützen können. Meine Meinung: Da noch eine erhebliche Anzahl Warrants (laut Stockhouse ein paar Mio Stück) zu 0,30 ausstehen, die im März fällig werden, könnte es wie im November einfach eine Abverkaufsaktion sein.

Amerix Reports the Discovery of New Gold Zones and Refines the Ouro Roxo Gold Resource Model
Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 26, 2008 /FSC/ - Amerix PreciousMetals Corp. (APM - TSX Venture, NJG - FWB), ("Amerix") today reportsadditional results of its recently completed drilling program in theOuro Roxo mining prospect in the Vila Porto Rico (VPR) ExplorationLicenses in the Tapaj?s Gold Province in Brazil. Thirty-eight new holeswere drilled and approximately 5800 metres of core were recovered.Assays have been reported already for eight of these holes (newsrelease of 12/12/2007). New assays are now available for 16 additionalholes; 12 in the Ouro Roxo North gold-bearing zones and 4 in Ouro RoxoMiddle. Highlights from the new drilling results include 4 meters of14.4 g/t gold in hole AORN-60 and 1.1 meters of 37.38 g/t gold within a11.65 meter interval grading 4.28 g/t gold in hole AORN-85.
Including the drilling by RTZ in the late 1990's, Amerix now has 115drill holes over the +3.5-km long Ouro Roxo area for review. As aresult of the extensive database the Company's technical team isworking to re-define the geological model for the area. From this work,it is now believed that the gold mineralization is hosted in numerousen echelon ore zones and/or lenses along the +3.5-km long north-southtrending Ouro Roxo shear zone. Each of the gold zones generally trendsnortheast and dips to the southeast. All of the past drilling wasdirected to the west which is now considered not the optimal drillingdirection. This new model provides a more reasonable structuralinterpretation and greatly enhances the resource potential of the OuroRoxo Gold prospect.
To test this new structural model, seven holes were drilled(AORN-83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88 and 89) in a northwest direction in thearea of extensive surface gold workings. Results from the drillingconfirm multiple gold-bearing zones with values up to 37.38 g/t goldover intervals of 1.1 meters in the 30- to 70-m thick saprolite cover.Several of these drill holes (AORN 83, 84, 87, and 88) did not reachtheir target depth because the drill intersected old garimpeiroworkings and circulation was lost. (It should be understood that basedon earlier results from many garimpeiro workings, these workings weremost likely following very high grade gold veins with grades as high as475g/t as reported in Amerix news release of 25/06/2007.)
Drilling several hundred meters north of above mentioned holesconfirm the existence of more separate high-grade gold zones with theOuro Roxo North area. Drill hole AORN-60 collared almost 400 metersnorth of AORN-85 intersected 4 meters of 14.4g/t gold. Drill holesAORN-56, 62 and 64 located in the same area of AORN-60 may nowrepresent a new high-grade northeast trending gold zone. AORN-64, asreported in the news release of 12/12/2007, has an intercept of 10.2g/t gold over 10.7 meters. Furthermore AORN-68 collared approximately190 meters north of AORN-64 intersected 3 meters of 7.81 g/t gold. Byapplying the new structural interpretation, the mineralized zones inAORN-68 represents another new discovery.
To expedite the quantification of the Ouro Roxo gold resource, aclosely spaced mechanized and hand auger drill program is underway andwill be expanded to encompass much of the VPR area. The initial handauger program will consist of several hundred closely spaced one meterhand auger holes designed to locate and define the surface expressionof the known gold zones. These zones will be followed up by mechanizedauger drilling capable to drill to depths of 30 meters. It is thecompany's intention to include the mechanized auger drill samples inthe overall gold resource at Ouro Roxo. The company believes that handand mechanized auger drilling is most efficient and cost effectiveexploration method in this type of terrain. In addition, a topographicsurvey of the entire VPR area is in progress.

Management's Discussion and Analysis : The Vila Porto Rico Property(VPR) contains 570 square kilometres of mining rights (100% APM),located in the Tapaj?s District, one of the largest gold producingprovinces in Brazil. VPR contains extensive hydraulic mining areas,placer mining operations, and mine shafts, from which garimpeiros haveproduced an estimated +2 million ounces since 1958. Gold occurs withinthe N-S trending Ouro Roxo shear zone, which is 1-2 kilometres wide,and has been traced along a strike length of more than 25 kilometres.Gold-bearing zones are present in a variety of structures, but the bestgold values have been found within faults, shears, and brecciated zonesthat dip moderately to the east and southeast. The Ouro Roxo area is+3.5 kilometre long segment of this structural zone. In 2006 theCompany and SRK Consultants prepared a NI 43-101 Assessment Reportwhich identified an inferred gold resource of 1.336 Mt @ 5.8 g/t for250,000 oz Au. This resource was based on 27 drill holes from two smallareas at Ouro Roxo North and Ouro Roxo South, which are separated bymore than two kilometres of strike length. These two areas have nowbeen enlarged and connected by the 116 drill holes totalling more than17,383 metres and additional auger drilling. This exploration hasdemonstrated that the Ouro Roxo structure is one continuous featurehaving a multitude of gold-bearing ore shoots within the east-dippingshear zone

Ich beobachte den Wert schon ein paar Wochen und habe immer das Gefühl das man da auf was bestimmtes wartet. Ob es jetzt eine Depotaufnahme ist oder doch etwas anderes wird sich zeigen. AMERIX REPORTS HIGH GRADE GOLD RESULTS FROM THE AUGER DRILLING PROGRAM AND FURTHER DIAMOND DRILL RESULTS FROM VILA PORTO RICO, BRAZIL

Amerix Precious Metals Corp. is pleased to report encouraging results from the augering and the recently completed diamond drilling program at its gold mining prospect Vila Porto Rico (VPR), located in the Tapajós gold province, Brazil. Thirty nine (39) mechanized auger holes and an additional 714 one-meter hand-auger holes have been completed. Assays from 22 mechanized auger holes show 11 of the holes intersected oxide gold mineralization ranging from 4 to 15 meters in thickness, including one hole with 15 meters of 14.48 g/t Au and another with 15 meters of 3.67 g/t Au. Complete assays are also now available for 4 diamond drill holes and partial assays are available for 2 diamond drill holes from the drilling program completed in late February 2008.

Mechanized auger holes were drilled in the Ouro Roxo North and South areas. The mechanized auger holes range in depth from 9 to 21 meters. The purpose of the mechanized auger drilling is to define and extend the known surface mineralization both laterally and down dip. Results have confirmed that the mineralization dips and thickens to the east and southeast. The auger program is ongoing and a second auger has been purchased to advance the program. The following table includes significant assays from the mechanized auger drilling.

Detailed grid mapping and geochemical sampling has recently been completed over the Ouro Roxo North and South areas. The recently completed grid work consisted of detail mapping of more than 13,900 meters of grid lines and the collection of the 714 one-meter hand auger samples. Grid lines are spaced at 100 meters with sampling interval of 20 meters. This project is ongoing, and includes collecting of additional one-meter hand auger samples. Results from the program are pending and anomalies will be followed up by further detailed hand auger sampling and mechanized auger drilling.

The following table includes the assays from diamond-drill holes in Ouro Roxo North (AORN) and Middle (AORM) areas. All diamond drill holes were oriented to the west. As noted in the company’s March 25, 2008 news release, new structural interpretation and modeling show that holes drilled prior to AORN-83 may not have been oriented in the optimal drilling direction.

AMERIX REPORTS ADDITIONAL RESULTS FROM AUGER DRILLING PROGRAM FROM VILA PORTO RICO, BRAZIL

Amerix Precious Metals Corp. is pleased to report additional encouraging results from the auger drilling program at its gold mining prospect Vila Porto Rico (VPR), Tapajós gold province, Brazil. To date, 47 mechanized auger holes have been completed. Eleven (11) of the first 22 mechanized auger holes intersected oxide gold mineralization ranging from four to 15 meters in thickness, including one hole with 15 meters of 14.48 grams per tonne (g/t) Au (see company’s news release May 22, 2008). Additional assay results are now available up to auger hole 36. Highlights include 18 meters of 16.61 g/t Au in auger hole FTOR-23 and 11 meters of 6.49 g/t Au in auger hole FTOR-36.

The purpose of the mechanized auger drilling is to define and extend the known surface mineralization both laterally (N-S) and down dip (easterly). Auger holes were drilled up dip (westerly) from known mineralized zones (both at the surface and in the subsurface) and to test the depth and extent of surface gold anomalies. Significant gold assay results from mechanized auger drilling are summarized in the following table:

Detail grid mapping and geochemical sampling completed over both the Ouro Roxo North and South zones have re-defined the extent of the gold mineralization and several new targets have been located. Follow up on the new anomalies will include further mapping and sampling including infill hand auger holes followed by mechanized auger drilling.

Auger drilling operations were conducted under the supervision of Amerix geologists and management. Amerix Precious Metals Executes Letter of Intent with Brazilian Consortium

March 3, 2009

Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX Venture: APM, Frankfurt: NJG) announces that the Company has executed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with a Brazilian Consortium (the “Consortium”) represented by the group that holds the First Carneiro Agreement (the “Agreement”) relating to the area to the south, or the left bank, of the Pacú River and Campina Participações S.A., a Brazilian company with experience and expertise in alluvial mining in deeply weathered terrains.

Under terms of the LOI, the Consortium will acquire 100% of the exploration permits containing the Ouro Roxo deposits with Amerix retaining a 2.5% Gross Royalty on all gold production. In addition, the Consortium will assume all gold option payments under the Agreement, including the default payment of 4.4 kilos of gold (See Company’s news release of Nov. 25, 2008), 10.0 kilos of gold due on July 28, 2009, and 70.0 kilos of gold due on July 28, 2010. At current gold prices, of approximately US$950 per ounce, these option payments of 84.4 kilos of gold equate to approximately Cdn$3,740,000. Should the mineable reserve (in the probable category or better) on this property exceed 2 million ounces, the Consortium also will assume additional payments of 50 kilos of gold for each additional one million ounces of reserve determined.

In addition, the Consortium will pay the annual land taxes of approximately Brazilian Reals $170,000 (~Cdn$92,000) and also will be required to submit the final mining report to the Brazilian National Mining Authority to convert the exploration permits to a mining concession in accordance with Brazilian Mining Law.

The LOI is subject to approval at the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on April 17, 2009, after which the definitive agreement will be executed. The holder of the First Carneiro Agreement reserves the right to place Amerix in default should the transaction not be approved at the Annual Meeting.

Amerix will continue to hold the exploration permits north of the Pacú River. This area contains the prospective Nova Brasilia Gold and Carumbé Gold zones. The Company also will focus on exploring and developing the Limão property.
Jeffrey Reeder, Amerix President and CEO, states, “We are pleased that we reached an agreement with the holders of the First Carneiro Agreement and Campina Participações S.A. whereby a Consortium will be formed to mine gold, starting with exploitation in the alluvials, tailings, and saprolite. AMERIX PRECIOUS METALS ANNOUNCES MOBILIZATION OF CREWS TO LIMAO PROJECT AND COMPLETES SECOND TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Amerix Precious Metals Corp. is mobilizing geologists and technical crews to the Limao project site in the Tapajos gold province in central Brazil. Amerix's initial property evaluation confirmed the presence of high-grade gold mineralization hosted in syeno-granitic intrusive rocks. A total of 11 float samples were taken from sulphide-rich syeno-granitic rocks located in the central pit area with results ranging from 2.37 grams per tonne gold to 106.6 grams per tonne gold. The average grade of the 11 samples was 38.5 grams per tonne gold or 1.12 ounces per ton gold (see Company news release of November 2, 2009).

The exploration program will consist of surface geochemical sampling and mapping. The purpose of the sampling and mapping is to further define the gold zones identified by the Company and the previous operators. Surface geochemical sampling will consist of approximately 2000 one-meter auger holes and a small number of deeper hand auger holes ranging in depth from 5 to 8 metres in areas previously defined as anomalous.

During this initial phase, the Company plans to establish a more permanent camp and infrastructure for later programs. On completion of this initial program the Company plans to review and select priority targets for diamond drilling. The exploration program will take 4 to 5 weeks to complete and results will be released shortly thereafter. All rock and auger samples will be prepared and analyzed by SGS Geosol Laboratories LTDA (a certified laboratory) in Brazil. Jeffrey Reeder, PGeo, is a qualified person as defined in National Policy 43-101, and is responsible for designing the exploration program and responsible for all technical information contained in this news release.

Further to the Company's press releases dated March 16, 2010 and March 23, 2010, the Company announces that it has completed the second tranche of a $660,000 best-efforts non-brokered, private placement financing (the "Offering"). The Offering consists of up to 11,000,000 Units at a price of $0.06 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one Amerix common share and one-half common share purchase warrant, with each whole common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Amerix common share at a price of $0.10. The warrants will expire twenty-four months from the date of issue unless the closing price of the common shares has been $0.25 or higher for ten consecutive trading days anytime after the date of issue, in which case the warrants will expire thirty (30) days after notice announcing an earlier expiry date. The Offering also includes a provision for a finders' fee payable at a rate of up to 8% of gross proceeds from Unit sales and Unit-purchase options ("broker warrants") at a rate of up to 10% of the number of Units sold. The securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used to continue to fund the Company's exploration projects in Brazil and for general working capital purposes. Amerix Precious Metals Corp. has completed the third and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $48,000. As previously announced in Stockwatch on March 23, 2010, the first tranche of the offering raised gross proceeds of $475,200 and on April 12, 2010, the second tranche raised gross proceeds of $52,800. Total gross proceeds from the offering are $576,000.

In total, for all three tranches, the offering consisted of 9,600,000 Units at a price of $0.06 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one Amerix common share and one-half common share purchase warrant, with each whole common share purchase warrant (the "Warrant") entitling the holder to purchase one Amerix common share at a price of $0.10. The Warrants will expire twenty-four months from the date of issue unless the closing price of the common shares has been $0.25 or higher for ten consecutive trading days anytime after the date of issue, in which case the Warrants will expire thirty (30) days after notice announcing an earlier expiry date. The Offering also included a provision for a finders' fee payable at a rate of up to 8% of gross proceeds from Unit sales and Unit-purchase options ("broker warrants") at a rate of up to 10% of the number of Units sold. Amerix Precious Metals Corp. has completed the first phase of exploration on the Limao project in the Tapajos gold province in central Brazil. Amerix's initial exploration phase consisted of detailed geochemical sampling and surface mapping to define the gold zones identified by the Company and the previous operators. Previous sampling by the Company returned encouraging results. Eleven samples taken from sulphide-rich syeno-granitic rocks located in the central pit area with results ranging from 2.37 grams per tonne gold to 106.6 grams per tonne gold. The average grade of the samples was 38.5 grams per tonne gold or 1.12 ounces per ton gold (see Company news release of November 2, 2009).

The initial phase of the 2010 exploration program comprised of 1,664 one-meter auger holes and 42 deeper auger holes ranging from 2 to 4.8 meter depths. The deep auger holes were completed to further define drill targets near the old workings in the pit area. The Company also located several old garimpero workings outside the pit area. The most significant workings are located 1.5 kilometres from the pit area. Sixty-four rock samples were also collected during this initial phase.

The Company is currently establishing a more permanent camp and widening the airstrip for later programs. The Company expects to announce the initial results within the next couple of weeks. All rock and auger samples are being prepared by Acme Laboratories in Itaituba and analyzed by Acme Laboratories in Vancouver. Jeffrey Reeder, P.Geo, is a qualified person as defined in National Policy 43-101, and is responsible for designing the exploration program and responsible for all technical information contained in this news release.

FIRST PHASE EXPLORATION RESULTS ON THE LIMAO PROJECT IN THE TAPAJOS GOLD PROVINCE IN CENTRAL BRAZIL

Amerix Precious Metals Corp. is providing an update on the first phase of exploration results on the Limao project in the Tapajos gold province in central Brazil. The initial exploration phase consisted of detailed geochemical sampling in three grid areas: the Central, North and South grids. The purpose of the program was to establish north-to-south grid lines for sampling control in order to reconfirm the locations of the gold-in-soil anomalies defined by previous operators. Since mid-2009, a total of 1,841 one-metre auger holes were completed on a line spacing of 100 metres and samples were taken along cut lines at 20-metre intervals. A total of 81 rock samples were taken throughout the property.

The initial 2009 exploration focus was to confirm gold anomalies in the pit area, or Central grid, where 11 grab samples from sulphide-rich syeno-granitic rocks assayed results ranging from 2.37 grams per tonne gold to 106.6 grams per tonne gold with an average grade of 38.5 grams per tonne gold or 1.12 ounces per ton gold (see company news in Stockwatch on Nov. 2, 2009). The 2010 exploration program extended the Central grid and covers an area of 1.12 square kilometres. Several hundred one-metre auger holes defined a strong east-to-west anomaly measuring 1,300 metres long. The pit area is located 200 metres north of the gold-in-soil anomaly.

As noted in earlier news in Stockwatch, historical diamond drill holes drilled under the open pit in the Central grid returned promising results, such as 47 grams per tonne gold over 13 metres and 18.7 grams per tonne gold over 6.8 metres. The field crew was able locate old drill core in the area and confirmed that the drilling intersected syenite porphyry rocks. One sample was taken from split mineralized syenite porphyry core and returned 34.77 grams gold per tonne.

Two additional grids were established north and south of the Central grid. The North grid covers an area 1.62 square kilometres and several gold-in-soil anomalies were defined. The most notable anomaly covers an area of 300 by 200 metres located approximately 400 metres north-northwest of the open pit area. The Southern grid covers an area of 0.45 square kilometre and a well-defined 200-by-200-metre gold anomaly was defined. Surface sample results returned high gold and visible gold was observed in quartz veins in this area. Mineralization on the Southern grid area appears to have a different style compared with the open pit area located 1.5 kilometres to the north. Gold mineralization occurs in quartz veins hosted in granitic rocks.

The company is currently establishing a more permanent camp and widening the airstrip for later programs. Wie viele Warrants zu welchem Ave würden dann noch übrig bleiben? Genau, erhelich weniger und zu einem Ave von rund $ 0,09. Weniger als 1 Mio. davon zum Strike von CAD 0,06.

Wenn ich bei APM etwas zu sagen hätte, dann würde ich alles tun, den Kurs bis einschließlich 22.07.2010 nicht über CAD 0,05 ziehen zu lassen, denn die andersfalls wahrscheinlich folgende Dilution für kleines Geld könnte ich damit vermeiden...

Amerix - APM on the TSX-V: First Coverage

I am very impressed with Amerix as an investment and respect both its conservative and speculative nature for a whole host of reasons. I have done extensive DD on this company and to my mind they should enjoy both extremely strong earnings - and terrific speculative market upside. Here are a few very salient points:

- APM closed at a 5 cent bid today and has good historic volume.

- APM's market cap is a mere $6 million.

- APM has an NSR (Net Smelter Royalty) on the Ouro Roxo mine in Brazil that some experts say could be worth north of $20 million dollars over the life of the mine. By year four, APM expects to be conservatively earning $200k a month.

- APM's 100%-owned Limao Gold Property in Brazil has high grade historic intercepts of 47 g/t of gold over 13 m and samples have returned values of up to 107 g/t of gold.

- On June 28th, APM announced a new gold zone, as visible gold was discovered 1.5 km south of the old drilling.

- The goal of APM is to target a 1 million-plus ounce resource, focusing on high-grade.

- The Management and BOD are of exceptional ability.

- IMHO, APM will be financing and drilling quite shortly - and I believe they have the expertise to make the most target-wise from the drill results to date.

Limao Gold Property Brazilian Comparables

APM has historic intercepts of 47 g/t of Au over 13 m. With that in mind, Jeff Reeder, the President, is definitely going after high grade gold - ie. it will be a lot cheaper to build a mine and to mine.

The comparables below, excepting for part of Magellan Minerals Ltd., are all low-grade. They show why APM is such a good investment:

- The Cuiu Cuiu Project of Magellan Minerals Ltd, 25 km to the South of APM, is another Tapajos Gold Region of Brazil play. Magellan (MNM on TSX-V) has a market cap of almost $100 million. Magellan hasn't put a resource out yet, but seem to be drilling between 1-2 g/t of Au on Ciui Ciui.

Magellan's Coringa Property appears to be their high grade project - ie. they've put out a resource of 350,000 ounces at 10 g/t Au. Initial capital expeditures are about $26.4 million. (When you compare this to the huge cost of low-grade operations, you see why having high-grade can be so much more economic.)

- Eldorado (ELD on TSX) acquired Brazauro Resources (BZO on TSX-V) for $122 million, which is located 40 km away from APM. The resource estimate is 1.89 million ounces at 1.14 g/t Au. There is a $240 million capital expenditures estimate for the mine, which
is to be paid back in 6.5 years.

- Brazilian Gold Corporation (BGC on the TSX-V) has over a $35 mil mkt cap. They have 800,000 ounces of gold grading 1.2 g/t of Au. The property is the Sao Jorge.

- Belo Sun Mining Corp (BSX on the TSX-V) has a marketkt cap of $58 million. Their 43-101 resource appears to be 2 million ounces below a gram of gold, at about 0.8 g/t of Au. Capital cost for the mine is $295 million and the payback is 4.7 years.

- Amarillo Gold Corp (AGC on the TSX-V) has a market cap of $35 million. They have greater than 1 million ounces averaging 1.5 gt of gold on the Mara Rosa Project. They also have the interesting Lavras Do Sul property.

Management

CEO & President, Director: Jeff Reeder, is also President of another company I really like, Duran Ventures (DRV n the TSX-V), a Peruvian play. Reeder has been doing a great job fundamentally on both companies. He speaks Spanish, has been in South America for years and has found some very significant properties over his career. As well as being an excellent geologist, he is very sound on the public end - and enjoys the confidence of both Bay Street and Howe Street.

CFO & Director: Dan Hamilton, was CFO of Crystallex and is also the CFO of Duran Ventures.

Note: Besides the two people above, Duran and APM do not have parallel BOD's. This I find a good idea, as it preserves BOD independence.

Director: Dan Noone is currently the VP Exploration of Guyana Goldfields, which enjoys an $800 million plus market cap. Before this, he was President and CEO of Absolut Resources Corp until its amalgamation with Aquiline Resources in 2008. From then until late 2009 he was VP of Aquiline's Peruvian operations until their buy-out by Pan American Silver in late 2009 for $626 million.

Director: Luciano Borges is about as plugged into the mining industry in Brazil as is possible. He has 20 years with the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy in senior posts and has been a player in mining on a South American-wide stage. Definitely he is a valuable asset.

Financing the Drilling

APM clearly has the goods to find financing - and Jeff Reeder has demonstrated with DRV that he has stroke in the market. I expect he will easily raise the funds to drill - and be actually turning down monies.

Mr. Reeder tells MiningMarketWatch how APM.V is going after syenite hosted disseminated gold deposits, intrusive syenitic hosted gold similar to the big gold deposits in Quebec which are associated with these syenite plugs. You couldn’t ask for better rock and the assays confirm APM.V has found what they are looking for. To start APM.V would aim for a high grade near surface open pit mine and for the long term go for a larger high grade disseminated gold deposit typical of West Timmins and Cripple Creek – these are all associated with these alkalik syenitic rocks. Magellan Minerals and Brazauro are going after quartz stock works and fractured granite so they are larger open pit things,

Says Reeder, "these are the things that I think carry the high grade and that’s why I am focusing on this area rather than going after the bigger bulk tonnage, if we can build up with ounce material in the jungle obviously we can have small open pits and eventually an underground mine -- if we can get 300K oz near surface ore body and then maybe 800K oz in the hard rock I think we could start with an operation in the satellite first and then move into the hard rock later".

Conclusion

APM has everything a 5 cent stock with a tiny market cap could wish for. I believe in the future they will easily complete a needed financing and do some very shrewd drilling -making smart use of prior results and sampling. Add in their powerful and market-savvy BOD, and IMHO, the SP won't be down here for long.

A look at the two-year stock chart above shows that Amerix’s shares have been essentially range-bound, between 3 cents and 7 cents. During these two years, the Company has been exploring, assessing, sampling, confirming, and extending its exploration grid. Amerix is focused on two properties in Brazil (see below). It has an option to acquire a 100% interest in one of them (Limão), which explains the substantial due diligence being carried out. Barrick Gold conducted a significant review of Limão and identified several gold anomalies outside of an open pit area that had been mined by local artisans. Since Amerix itself does not have the financial strength to develop its project into a producing mine, its future success will depend, to a large degree, on its ability to find joint-venture partners and to obtain sufficent working capital to conduct its exploration activities.

RECOMMENDATION

We are maintaining our Recommendation of Amerix Precious Metals Corporation as a Speculative Buy for longer-term risk-tolerant investors. Our 12-month Target Price is $0.23 (see page 2, and our Valuation, page 7)...

Hier befinden wir uns ebenfalls - fast unbemerkt - in der Hauptantriebswelle 3.
Die Unterwelle I könnte dabei im Bereich um 13 Cent abgeschlossen werden. Dann folgt die Welle II, die ggf. um 8 Cent ihr Ende finden könnte. Dann geht erst richtig die Post ab und wir werden Kurse über 20 Cent sehen können!

Die Zählung der Welle 1 und 2 war eine kleine Herausforderung für mich!!....."







Ich besitze diese Aktie in meinem Depot und werde kein Stück aus der Hand geben!
Ein eher längerfristiges Invest.

Schaut doch mal in meinem Thread vorbei, wenn ihr auch andere Werte mit Hilfe der EW beurteilen möchtet!

Steve Brunelle has been appointed to the board of directors of Amerix Precious Metals Corp., and Ryan Grywul has joined the company as vice-president, corporate development. Mr. Brunelle joined Amerix as president and chief executive officer on Jan. 25, 2011. Mr. Grywul is an exploration geologist, graduating in 2001 from the University of Alberta where he was awarded the Shell Canada scholarship and the Thomas Payne Memorial Prize in economic geology. Mr. Grywul has 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, which includes managing projects ranging from grassroots to advanced exploration. He also has experience in generating projects in Canada and internationally. Sie macht noch Sorgen, denn es ist nochmals wahrscheinlich, dass wir nach unten wegkippen könnten! Warum aber trenne ich mich dann nicht von ihr??


Es haben sich im grossen Chart bislang nur ABC Wellen entwicklt.
Dabei sind die grossen ABC Wellen bereits abgehackt! Nach oben könnten sich ebenso eine grosse ABC Formation entwickeln.
Die könnte bedeuten, dass wir uns nunmehr noch an die Welle B begeben werden.


Bedingung:
MOB 4,5
wird diese Haltemarke gebrochen, sind weiter fallende Kurse wahscheinlich.

Hält jedoch die MOB und die Kurse beginnen wieder zu steigen, dann wäre auch eine Alternative Zählung notwendig - nämlich die Welle A oder 1 ist dann noch nicht abgeschlossen!
Dafür müssten wir jetzt einen Angriff auf die 9 Cent Hürde nehmen und diese sogar mit entsprechendem Umsatz nach oben knacken!!
Wir würden uns dann sofort in die Hauptantriebswelle iii begeben (meine Alternativzählung!)

I’ve stated on the bullboard that the APM financing looks at lot like the Duran bought deal financing – the same brokerage (Canaccord), the same leadership (two shared Directors and a shared CFO) – and it’s a bought deal financing (with IMHO, mostly institutional entities buying). Note: DRV flew from 13 cents to 43.5 cents on tens of millions of buying, much of that by institutions – and they hadn’t drilled yet.

APM , IMHO, has a ridiculously low SP. One should ask oneself how many mining companies are being financed right now – especially with $4 million bought deals. I can tell you with certainty – VERY FEW!

Take a good look at the Report, do your DD and my guess is you’ll be a big fan of APM – especially at these prices. While the summer doldrums have set in for the market, APM is doing the auger drilling and fieldwork needed to advance their drilling chances. IMHO, the fall and future drilling will see a much higher SP.

Amerix Updates Exploration at Limao Gold Project; Drill Target Outlined at South Grid
January 16, 2012 - 08:00:00 AM TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 16, 2012) - Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:APM) ("Amerix" or the "Company") reports that incoming results from its 2011 exploration program have outlined anomalous gold targets defined from geochemical surveys that have been conducted across several grids established on the Company's 10,000 hectare Limao Gold Property, located in the Tapajos District, Para State, Brazil.

Amerix contracted Fugro Aviation of Brazil for an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over its property as reported in News Release NR 2011 - 09. TerraNotes Ltd Geophysics of Toronto provided additional interpretive consultation of the airborne data. New grids, existing grid extensions and infill lines have been completed as a continuation of Amerix's 2009 and 2010 geochemical surveys, as well as over new, prospective areas identified from the airborne geophysical data.

The geochemical grids cover an area of approximately 7.7 square kilometres of the approximate 100 square kilometre Limao property. Grids were primarily sampled using a manual auger to take 1 metre deep samples at 20 metre spacing along the grid lines. Secondary, closer spaced grid lines and sampling was done over areas with anomalous geochemical results. Each grid line was mapped and every sample was geologically logged and then prepared for shipping and analysis. All samples were prepared at Acme Labs preparation facility in Itaituba, Brazil and samples were shipped to Acme's Santiago, Chile Laboratory for fire assay gold analysis. The Company utilizes a QA/QC chain of custody program overseen by its geologists concerning its samples. Over 3,700 samples were taken during the 2011 program covering 4 principal grid areas and the geochemical results are presently being received by the Company in batches. These 4 grids are outlined on the accompanying Figure 1.

Complete results have been received for the South Grid geochemical survey and these are presented in the accompanying Figure 2. The South Grid covers 0.6 square kilometres and was established primarily to cover an area of past, small scale, informal mining. Importantly, the 2011 geochemical survey identified a significant soil anomaly at the South Grid. The anomaly is defined by greater than 20 ppb gold traceable for 350 metres along a 290 degree trend that is coincident with the old workings. Company geologists have identified quartz veining occurring along easterly to westerly oriented, sheared contacts within predominantly granitic host rocks as exposed in a shaft and a cut face at the workings. Rock sampling and geologic mapping in the immediate vicinity of these workings and along the coincident gold geochemical anomaly will continue in the early 2012 exploration program. Amerix anticipates that this target will be developed for drill testing in the upcoming 2012 drill campaign. A second gold in soil anomaly occurs in the east section of this grid area. This anomaly extends for approximately 250 metres in an easterly to westerly direction and is open to the east. Additional geochemical and rock sampling will be undertaken to define the extensions of this target. Several other minor anomalies also occur on the South Grid and may be the subject of further detailed survey work.

Complete results from geochemical analyses for the other three grids are expected later in the first quarter. The Company will provide these results as it prepares for drilling that is anticipated to begin after the rainy season and later in the spring. Amerix Options Concessions Adjacent to Limao Gold Property, Brazil
May 14, 2012 - 08:00:00 AM TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 14, 2012) - Amerix Precious Metals Corporation, (TSX VENTURE:APM)(FRANKFURT:NJGN) ("Amerix" or the "Company"), is pleased to report that it has entered into an agreement ("the Agreement"), whereby Amerix has optioned adjacent exploration properties (2 property groups) immediately to the west of the Company's 100% owned Limao Gold Property ("Limao Property"), located in the Tapajos Gold Province, Para State, Brazil. The Company's geologists believe there is favorable gold exploration potential at these properties, consisting of almost 7000 hectares and located along the Tocantinzinho gold trend of Brazil.

The terms of the Agreement allow for staged payments to the local vendors consisting of cash (Brazilian Reals ("R$") R$1,000,000) and Amerix common shares (650,000 shares) over 4 years followed by success payments of R$500,000 for positive Feasibility Studies at either of the properties.
