Konkrete Zahlen nannte man NOCH nicht. Das fiskale Jahr 2006 endete erst GESTERN!

Die Zahlen des letzten Quartals (drittes Quartal des fiskalen Jahres) zeigten bereits ein extremes Wachstum :

Dieses Wachstum wird jetzt wahrscheinlich sogar noch getoppt!

Randy Fields, CEO von Park City Group selbst sprach von hoher Profitabilität! ...We finished the year very profitably and continue to gain traction in all our key markets...

Auch spricht man von starkem Revenue-Wachstum ...The Company expects to report strong growth in both revenue and net income, and significant improvement over fiscal year 2005 results...

Wie bereits erwähnt wurden noch keine konkreten Zahlen vermeldet. Noch nicht! Aber das kann sich sehr bald ändern...

Ich würde nur in Amerika kaufen wenn ich kaufe

Hier sollte man bedenken das die Aktie bald regesplitet wird um an eine andere Börse zu gelagen Amex oder Nasdaq. Ein konkreter Termin wurde noch nicht genannt.

Ich denke wenn wir so um die 10-20 cent stehen da der reverseSplit 1:50 ist wären wir bei einem Kurs von 10 cent bei 5 Dolllar oder von 20 cent bei 10 Dollar.

In den letzten Q - Zahlen wurder der Gewinn der erzeugt wurde zum Schuldentilgen genommen und so weit ich es mitbekommen habe sind sie jetzt Schuldenfrei.

Der Kurs stieg nicht um 600 %. Massgeblich ist die Heimatbörse! Und da war der Kurs bei 0,064!

Der Frankfurter Makler taxte am Freitag nur falsch. Daher das extreme Kursplus.

Wie bereits erwähnt. Die 600 % stimmen nicht. Die stimmen nur in sofern da der Kurs am Freitag in Frankfurt bei 1 Cent lag. Die Taxe am Freitag war schlichtweg falsch oder besser gesagt ohne Volumen.

Noch hat sich nichts gerührt.

da wird sich aber in dtl jemand gefreut haben, dass er seine 52.500 stücke für 0,07 euro bekommen hat!

das er jetz mal pari ist, brauccht er ein amerikanischen kurs von 0,089 dollar

der oder die arme tut mir wirklich leid!

deshalb calibra21 wirklich bloss mal als anmerkung, da du öfters solche aktien bringst: könntest vielleicht darauf hinweißen, dass man törricht wäre, bei solchen werten ohne stops zu arbeiten!
warum ich dass sage, weils mich am freitag auch erwischt hat, und ich 20% über parikurs amerika gehandelt habe, allerdings bei einem anderen wert!

wenn man in solche werte investiert, sollte man sich schon ein wenig an der börse auskennen. zumindest den parikurs zu us errechnen können.

Ja, vielen Dank. bin meine 40 k zu 0,07 losgeworden. Bin zumindestens mit einem kleinen Gewinn rausgekommen. Reicht vielleicht für ein Abendessen, da ich zu sehr hohen Kursen eingestiegen bin.

Wenn´s weitergehen sollte freue ich mich für alle noch oder neu investierten.

Man sieht, es zahlt sich aus, einfach mal ne Verkaufsorder reinzustellen und dann....etwas Geduld haben.

PARK CITY GROUP SIGNS NEW SOFTWARE AND SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH TESCO LOTUS

Park City Group, Inc. (PCYG) today announced that it has expanded its already robust relationship with Tesco Lotus, the leading consumer goods retailer in Thailand. Built off the success of its Production Planning project, this new agreement adds expanded consulting services through Park City Group's Professional Services Division and broadens the use of Park City Group's technology to include Labor Scheduler, Category Management, Profit Optimization, and Computer Assisted Ordering tools.

These new tools will allow Tesco Lotus to improve field ownership of their production plans and expand their assortment plan execution on a store-by-store basis. Additionally, Computer Assisted Ordering will help Tesco Lotus manage the availability of raw materials in support of their merchandising plans. For store managers, Park City Group's Labor Scheduling tools will optimize the allocation of labor resources thereby improving customer service and sales opportunities.

Revenues Increase 95% Net Income Reaches $1.4 Million


PARK CITY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park City Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PCYG - News) today announced financial results for the 2006 fiscal year ending June 30, 2006. For the full year, the Company reported revenues of $7,085,125 compared to $3,631,812 in 2005, a 95% increase. Net income for the 2006 fiscal year was $1,393,596 versus a loss of ($3,408,037) for the 2005 fiscal year.
Highlights of the year include:

Software license sales increased 656% from $479,615 in 2005 to $3,626,821 in 2006.
ASP revenues increased 74% from $104,367 to $182,083.
Consulting revenues increased 37%, from $735,522 to $1,004,224.
Total liabilities during the year were reduced from $8,772,879 to $3,344,825.
Interest expense declined from $1,178,454 to $884,404.
Stockholder equity increased from a deficit of ($7,702,949) to a surplus of $1,481,638.
Cash and Cash Equivalents increased from $209,670 to $3,517,060.
Over the course of the year, Park City Group added several new clients and customers including marquee food suppliers like Perdue Farms and Monterey Mushrooms, and with tier-one Convenience Store retailers like Circle K, Race Trac and Kwik Trip for new installations. Renewed agreements with long-time customers like Tesco-Lotus, Wawa, Sheetz, The Home Depot, PacSun, Schnucks and Roche Brothers were also added.

Chairman and CEO Randall K. Fields commented, "The 2006 fiscal year was an extraordinary period for Park City Group. In addition to seeing a dramatic swing from a loss in 2005 to a substantial profit in 2006, we spent a great deal of time this year putting in place the foundation we need to support our business plan. As previously reported, a major restructuring of our balance sheet has dramatically reduced the size of our outstanding debt and the reduced annual interest expense will add significantly to net income. We also strengthened our working capital position with a $5 million dollar financing during the fourth quarter. Coupled with the debt restructuring, Park City Group now has a significantly stronger balance sheet to help support our growth expectations. The final piece of our efforts to strengthen our capital structure was a reverse split of the Company's shares in August. We believe the reduced number of shares outstanding will create greater visibility for our earnings per share and thus make our stock more appealing to institutional investors We made strong progress in all of our targeted markets during the year and our success there is continually bolstered by our focus on staying ahead of the technological curve of the industry. The recent announcement of the upgrade of our Fresh Market Manager solution is an example of that effort. We have added some key personnel to our professional staff including positions in marketing, account service, development, data analytics, and accounting. These staff additions are very important to the build up of the infrastructure we will require going forward.

In addition, based on input from our current customers and needs expressed by the market, we also began development of several new products that we expect to be completed in the near future. Ausserdem spricht das Orderbuch eine klare Sprache. Sehr viele Käufer unter 2,65. Verkaufspositionen unter 4,5 Dollar gibt es nur zwei Blöcke. Klar gibt es im Handel immer Veränderungen, aber die Tendenz ist klar ersichtlich. Ich hab mir damals ein paar Stücke ins Depot gelegt.

Nee, nee, nicht traurig sein. Bin auch noch hier. Sehe mit Freuden wie unser Baby Stück für Stück gen Norden steigt. Habe hier bald meinen umgerechneten Einstand erreicht.

Dann stellt sich die Frage:

Drin bleiben? Oder raus gehen?

Mein Gefühl hat mich bei anderen Werten sehr oft verleiten drin zu bleiben, was sich im Nachhinein als falsch erwiesen hat.

Da der Handel sehr dünn ist, bin ich mir hier noch unsicher.

Begreife nicht so recht, warum hier der Handel so niedrig ist. Nur noch zwischen 2 - 4 Tausend am Tag. Da steht bestimmt etwas an.
