CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES REPORTS PRE-DRILLING AT YETI GOLD CLAIMS - NORTHERN BC

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. has completed its initial summer work on the Yeti claims area as the company continues the evaluation of the gold and base metal showings on those claims. The company is proceeding with permitting for at least three drill sites to test the main, Comfort and Wolf zones which are along a north-northeast-trending three-kilometre mineralized structural zone within the Stuhini group of volcanics and sediments.

These three zones have returned values of gold and copper in grab samples (up to 74,000 parts per billion (74 grams per tonne) gold and copper values up to 14,340 parts per million (1.4 per cent); over 10,000 ppm copper (greater than 1 per cent) with trace gold; and 487 ppb (0.5 g/t) gold and 3,409 ppm (0.34 per cent) copper respectively) with most of the work being completed on the central main zone. The Comfort zone, of breccia-quartz stockwork and serpentine-talc at the south end of the main zone and similar Wolf zone of quartz-carbonate stockwork bracket the main zone and have been less intensely explored. Quartz carbonate alteration continues to the northeast associated with a porphyritic-diorite dike to a possible fourth drill site area.

This intrusive associated with the fourth drill site area to the north and the reported intrusive just south of the Comfort zone are both believed to be part of the Nightout granodioritic Pluton which is associated with the late Triassic intrusive suite into the Stuhini group and which gave rise to the Galore Creek deposit 42 kilometres to the south.

In the main zone, "ladder veins" occur between two or more north-trending veins up to two metres in width and in conjunction with a strong gossanous carbonate altered zone (the Wolf zone and north drill site area), has shown the veins to be highly enriched in gold. Select grab samples from the main zone returned have returned the highest values to date of 515,000 ppb (14.9 ounces per ton) gold, 697.2 ppm (20 ounces per ton) silver and 27,244 ppm (2.7 per cent) copper.

The company feels that the planned exploration program, which will include site preparation for drilling expected to commence early this fall, will enhance the current knowledge of this extensive area of mineralization.

The association of volcanics, sediments and intrusives is significant as some of the area's largest and most significant deposits exhibit similar traits. The volcanogenic massive sulphide Eskay Creek property, 102 km southeast, includes several deposits of polymetallic sulphide mineralization as both exhalative massive sulphides and discordant veins, transitional between subaerial hot spring Au-Ag deposits and deeper water exhalites and the alkalic porphyry copper-gold deposits within the Galore Creek area are hosted primarily by highly altered potassium-enriched volcanic rocks and pipe-like breccias adjacent to dikes and stocks (intrusives) which have intruded coeval with the Stuhini group rocks.

The assay results reported herein are from earlier assessment files and predate the implementation of National Instrument 43-101 standards.

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. has entered into a private placement for the sale of 10 million units at 11 cents per unit, for a total of $1.1-million. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant of the company. The share purchase warrant will have a two-year term for the purchase of one further common share of the company at an exercise price of 13 cents per share. This private placement will comprise six million flow-through shares and flow-through warrants, and four million non-flow-through shares and non-flow-through warrants.

The maximum allowable finder's fee in shares, cash or a combination of both will be payable.

The proceeds of this private placement will be used for exploration and working capital.

CGW POSTS BOND FOR DRILLING DOLLY VARDEN

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. has posted the bond required for drilling the Dolly Varden claims in Nevada as directed by the Bureau of Land Management.

The company has completed geological mapping and has mobilized a rock sampling crew to the property to follow up on the geologist's recommendations for detailed sampling, prior to drill testing.

At least four, and possibly five phases of porphyry dikes have been identified in a zone, about 250 to 300 feet wide associated with the 3,000-foot-long induced polarization (IP) anomaly, with scattered jasperoid lenses along the flexures, which appear to bisect the zone. This zone of dikes has been traced to the north to the area of the high-grade copper zinc and silver zones. Significantly an east-west shear structure at that point, appears to be associated with the mineralization, the ever-present dikes and a sharp flexure in the IP anomaly which parallels it. The IP anomaly continues to the east, so the identification of the shear structure suggests the zone of mineralization associated with the IP is of a greater extent then initially interpreted.

The proposed drill sites will test the IP anomaly at these various zones of mineralization and dikes. Further drill holes to test this new feature to the west may be warranted.

The rock samplers will be taking samples from some of the identified mineralized zones in a detailed quantified manner to specifically follow up on the grab samples that revealed high values (1,145 parts per million and 347 parts per million silver) at the northern end of the IP zone, as well as where the IP anomaly in the central portion is associated with several mineralized outcrops of copper (2.02 per cent, copper and 3.9 parts per million silver; 0.81 per cent copper, 190 parts per million molybdenum and 16.7 parts per million silver and 3.65 per cent copper 190 parts per million uranium and 1.1 parts per million silver), the jasperoids and the dikes.

This geology is consistent with that of the skarn-type mineralization associated with Battle Mountain's Fortitude gold deposit as a classic eastern Great basin district with base and precious metals associated with upper Paleozoic sediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas, but this recent mapping has also identified affinities to the large porphyry Bingham Canyon copper (gold-molybdenum-silver) deposit approximately 100 miles to the east.

Das ist in der Tat sehr wenig!

Ganz klar das Potential sich kurzfristig zu verdoppeln.

Bei der Aktie kann man sich entspannt zurücklehnen, bisher gab es nur grab samples, sollten die ersten Bohrergebnisse präsentiert werden, dann wird es nichts mehr mit günstigen Aktien von CGW.

The South Dolly Varden Gold and Copper property in the past-producing Dolly Varden district in Elko County, Nevada, have reported excellent values of Copper, Silver, Zinc and Gold in grab samples. The company expects to drill newly identified zones early in the spring of 2006. The region is accessible year-round for exploration work.

The Yeti Claim Group in the Yehinko Gold camp lies within the LIARD Mining Division in the very productive Stikine Terrane of Northwestern British Columbia, Canada. Early sampling has revealed extremely high grades of up to 14.9 ounces of gold per ton. There is a minimum of six alteration zones/quartz vein systems and four separate ore bodies known at the present time.

The Raglan Claims in the Ungava region of Northern Quebec are adjacent to the Falconbridge Raglan Mine and are highly prospective given their proximity.

Der Kurs will nach oben, das Management hat in letzter Zeit kräftig eingekauft, die Zeichen stehen auf UP!

Der Chart sieht echt super aus, sowohl 50 als auch 200 Tages Linie wurde übersprungen, wir befinden uns im Ausbruch.

Ich bin gespannt was die Cans machen, heute wohl nicht mehr alzuviel, aber nächste Woche könnte es durchaus rund gehen.

ja das ist der FireFox-Browser, basierend auf dem alten Mozilla.

Ist nicht so anfällig wie der Internet-Explorer.

Ich habe mir noch ein zusätzliches Theme runtergeladen. Daher das Design

Nur 120 Meilen entfernt von der Liegenschaft CGW´s befindet sich die größte Kupfer / Gold Mine Amerikas (Bingham County in Utah)! Probeuntersuchungen ergaben hohe Kupfer- und Goldvorkommen. Die Liegenschaft enthält 18 Claims die bereits zwischen 1970 und 1980 über 24 Mio. Pfund Kupfer produzierten, damals unter dem Namen Victoria Mine bekannt! Die bisher durchgeführten Untersuchungen ergaben eine hohe Konzentration an Kupfer und Gold in diesem Gebiet. Das Gebiet auf dem jetzt schon feststeht das es hoch mineralisiert ist, erstreckt sich auf ein gigantisches Ausmaß von 3000 Fuß in der Länge und 1000 Fuß in der Breite! Nahe der Oberfläche wurden in diesem Gebiet kupferreiche Gesteine gefunden! Alle bisher vorliegenden Daten deuten darauf hin, dass sich in der Tiefe dieser Liegenschaft große Vorkommen an Kupfer befinden könnten! Ein umfangreiches Bohrprogramm soll hier demnächst starten, um den weiteren Ausmaß der Mineralisierung auf diesem Gebiet festzustellen. Consolidated Gold Win Ventures besitzt schon seit Mitte der 90er mehrere Properties im nördlichen British Columbia, 50 km südlich des Telegraph Creek Abbau Gebietes. Das Gebiet ist stark Gold-, Silber- und Kupferhaltig. Schon in Kürze ist auch hier ein Explorationsprogramm geplant, um die Stärke der Gold- und Kupfermineralisierung genauer festzustellen. Erste Tests sollen entlang einer drei Kilometer langen mineralisierten Zone erfolgen. Gesteinsproben die bereits Ende der 90er hier entnommen wurden, weisen auf eine hohe Gold- und Kupfermineralisierung hin. Fest steht jetzt schon, dass dieses Gebiet 6 einzelne Systeme mit Kupfer- und Goldvenen sowie 4 eigenständige große Erzkörper besitzt. Frühere Bohrproben haben hier Gehalte von bis zu 14,9 Unzen Gold pro Tonne feststellen können! Das Explorationsprogramm enthält außerdem die Vorbereitung auf ein Bohrprogramm, das in Kürze starten soll. Auch bei diesem Projekt können wir uns auf den weiteren positiven Newsflow freuen!



Raglan Platinum Group Metals Claims: (Nickel / Platinum)

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures besitzt 10 Properties im Norden des Ungava Gebietes von Quebec. Die Properties in diesem Gebiet sind bekannt als Raglan und grenzen an die Falconbridge Raglan Mine an, die einer der meist konzentriertesten Funde der Welt aufweist. 1998 startete Falconbridge in diesem Gebiet ein 225 Millionen US-Dollar umfassendes Explorationsprogramm! Das hochmineralisierte Gebiet wurde zwar schon 1950 entdeckt, dann aber nur in den 70ern sporadisch erkundet. Falconbridge verkündete nachgewiesene Reserven von insgesamt
6.69 Millionen Tonnen mit 3.04% Nickel
und
0.81% Kupfer,
und anzunehmende Reserven von 11.42 Million Tonnen mit Gehalten von 2.78% Nickel und 0.78% Kupfer. Diese Region ist dafür bekannt eine der kostengünstigsten Nickelproduktionen zu ermöglichen! Dies hängt zum einen mit der relativ einfachen Fördermöglichkeit zusammen, andererseits aber auch mit den hochgradigen Gehalten die hier schon fast an der Tagesordnung sind! Selbst Anglo American Exploration (Teil des Riesen ANGLO AMERICAN) besitzt in dem Raglan-Gebiet eine relativ große Liegenschaft! Es ist anzunehmen, das die Raglan Claims durch die ansteigenden Edelmetallpreise auch für andere Explorer interessant werden und dadurch die Aussichten für produktive Partnerschaften sowie nicht zuletzt Übernahme-Optionen entstehen werden. CGW plant für dieses Projekt bereits erste geophysische Untersuchungen, die nähere Aufschlüsse über die möglichen Bodenschätze geben werden!



FAZIT: Der jüngste Kursrückgang (Sie sehen das Hoch im Mai) !!! wird für spekulative Anleger ein gefundenes Fressen sein! Denn nun haben Investoren, die begreifen, welche Chancen sich bei CGW anhand der geplanten Aktivitäten verbergen, nochmals die Möglichkeit zu einem Discount-Preis einzusteigen! Nur 120 Meilen entfernt von der Liegenschaft CGW´s befindet sich die größte Kupfer / Gold Mine Amerikas (Bingham County in Utah)! Probeuntersuchungen ergaben hohe Kupfer- und Goldvorkommen. Die Liegenschaft enthält 18 Claims die bereits zwischen 1970 und 1980 über 24 Mio. Pfund Kupfer produzierten, damals unter dem Namen Victoria Mine bekannt! Die bisher durchgeführten Untersuchungen ergaben eine hohe Konzentration an Kupfer und Gold in diesem Gebiet. Das Gebiet auf dem jetzt schon feststeht das es hoch mineralisiert ist, erstreckt sich auf ein gigantisches Ausmaß von 3000 Fuß in der Länge und 1000 Fuß in der Breite! Nahe der Oberfläche wurden in diesem Gebiet kupferreiche Gesteine gefunden! Alle bisher vorliegenden Daten deuten darauf hin, dass sich in der Tiefe dieser Liegenschaft große Vorkommen an Kupfer befinden könnten! Ein umfangreiches Bohrprogramm soll hier demnächst starten, um den weiteren Ausmaß der Mineralisierung auf diesem Gebiet festzustellen. Consolidated Gold Win Ventures besitzt schon seit Mitte der 90er mehrere Properties im nördlichen British Columbia, 50 km südlich des Telegraph Creek Abbau Gebietes. Das Gebiet ist stark Gold-, Silber- und Kupferhaltig. Schon in Kürze ist auch hier ein Explorationsprogramm geplant, um die Stärke der Gold- und Kupfermineralisierung genauer festzustellen. Erste Tests sollen entlang einer drei Kilometer langen mineralisierten Zone erfolgen. Raglan Platinum Group Metals Claims: (Nickel / Platinum)

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures besitzt 10 Properties im Norden des Ungava Gebietes von Quebec. Die Properties in diesem Gebiet sind bekannt als Raglan und grenzen an die Falconbridge Raglan Mine an, die einer der meist konzentriertesten Funde der Welt aufweist. 1998 startete Falconbridge in diesem Gebiet ein 225 Millionen US-Dollar umfassendes Explorationsprogramm! Das hochmineralisierte Gebiet wurde zwar schon 1950 entdeckt, dann aber nur in den 70ern sporadisch erkundet. Falconbridge verkündete nachgewiesene Reserven von insgesamt
6.69 Millionen Tonnen mit 3.04% Nickel

und anzunehmende Reserven von 11.42 Million Tonnen mit Gehalten von 2.78% Nickel und 0.78% Kupfer. Diese Region ist dafür bekannt eine der kostengünstigsten Nickelproduktionen zu ermöglichen! Dies hängt zum einen mit der relativ einfachen Fördermöglichkeit zusammen, andererseits aber auch mit den hochgradigen Gehalten die hier schon fast an der Tagesordnung sind! Selbst Anglo American Exploration (Teil des Riesen ANGLO AMERICAN) besitzt in dem Raglan-Gebiet eine relativ große Liegenschaft! Es ist anzunehmen, das die Raglan Claims durch die ansteigenden Edelmetallpreise auch für andere Explorer interessant werden und dadurch die Aussichten für produktive Partnerschaften sowie nicht zuletzt Übernahme-Optionen entstehen werden. Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. Targeting Potential High Tonnage Gold/Copper Deposit in Nevada

After developing its exciting South Dolly Varden gold/copper claims in Elko County, Nevada over the past three years, Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. (CGW) is now ready to commence drilling to prove up the deposit.

In the past year, CGW has completed geological mapping, done systematic rock sampling, and conducted a 3D Induced Polarization survey.

The recent mapping done by the company in preparation for the upcoming drilling has identified a Quartz Felspar Porphyry (QFP) intrusive associated with the chargeability anomaly and the rock geochemistry anomaly. QFP’s are associated with the Skarn and porphyry copper deposits of the Nevada basin area.

The geology is excellent, with intrusives intruding limestones which create mineralized skarns (as at Battle Mountains Fortitude Deposit) within the same rocks that to the west host the high grade Victoria Copper Mine.

The 3D Induced Polarization (IP) surveying outlined a chargeability zone coincident with the areas of rock mineralization that is at least 3000 feet long and up to 1000 feet wide. Where the IP zone comes to surface, several mineralized outcrops of copper rich mineralization have been found.

All this data provides a strong indication that the property could very well host a large, high-tonnage deposit at depth. With exploration funds in place, CGW is now getting permits in place to drill in five carefully chosen areas. The multi-hole drill program is expected to commence September/October, 2006.

Located in ‘Elephant’ Territory: The South Dolly Varden property is 70 miles north of Ely - one of the Nevada’s most productive copper/gold mining areas. Nevada hosts some of the most prolific gold mines in the USA and is, in fact, the World’s third largest gold producer. The entire region can justifiably be called ‘Elephant’ territory. Just 120 miles from CGW’s property is the US’s biggest deposit copper/gold mine, at Bingham Canyon in neighboring Utah. Even closer, 70 miles away, is another ‘Elephant’ — the Magma Copper Mine.

Rich History: The 16-claim South Dolly Varden property is adjacent to the Victoria mine—which operated in the 1970s and 80s and produced over 24 million pounds of copper— north of the Dolly Varden property, which produced both gold and copper.

Gold/Copper Porphyry System Analogous to Battle Mountain/Carlin Trend: The property is located right at the range front, where the mountains of the range meets the valley basin alluvium. This is the common location of many of the Carlin and Battle Mountain trend type deposits as evidenced by any drive along I – 80 (the Dwight D Eisenhower Memorial Highway) in the area around Battle Mountain (and on to Reno) or along the highways along these trends. The area is recognized as a classic eastern Great Basin district with base and precious metals associated with upper Paleozoic sediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas. Work previously done by Noranda reported significant values of copper (up to 1.3 per cent) and gold (up to 4.27 grams per tonne), in assay grab samples.

The mineralogy is straightforward with copper minerals (chrysocolla, malachite, minor chalcite, and residual chalcopyrite and bornite) in a gangue of typical skarn mineralization. With the gold presence more noticeable at this location, a gold copper porphyry system has been suggested that is analogous to the Battle Mountain, Fortitude-type of gold deposit in east-central Nevada.

This Carlin-type disseminated gold structurally related, sedimentary hosted deposit is associated with the main Carlin Trend and the Battle Mountain Eureka Trend located to the west of the Dolly Varden property. The presence of the polymetallic replacement lead silver gold type deposit at Eureka to the south-west, presents another type of deposit that should be investigated. Associated skarn and epithermal stockwork and veins with the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend should not be overlooked.

About 100 Carlin-type sedimentary rock-hosted gold deposits in the two main trends (Carlin and Battle Mountain Eureka) as well as two smaller clusters in the north (Getchell and Jerritt Canyon which has been hypothesized as being ‘on trend’ with the Dolly Varden property) have placed Nevada and the USA in the forefront of leading gold mining regions around the world.

Geochem surveying have identified zones that cross the property; soil samples of this trend correspond to areas where rock samples have returned high values of (+ 1 to 5%) copper, (+ 1 to 3 %) lead, (up to 20%) zinc and silver (+1100 ppm – grams) and values of gold (2- 4 ppm – grams).

A review of 59 grab rock samples taken outlined several anomalous molybdenum analyses ranging from 100ppm to as high as 1,305 ppm Mo found in one sample associated with the high grade silver sample of 1145 ppm silver (33.57 ounces per tonne) and anomalous values in uranium (three samples had 190, 160 and 130 ppm U) all associated with the high-grade copper and zinc grab samples (up to 9.34 per cent copper and up to 20.2 per cent zinc). The association of minerals requires further investigation but suggests that the source of the mineralization is quite metaliferrous.

Drill program to commence: In anticipation of the upcoming drill program, permitting is currently underway and drill contractors are being contacted. Although drilling can be conducted year round in Nevada, it is more productive to drill when the temperature becomes more tolerable.

Data review and interpretation is ongoing, as CGW geologists finalize the selection of the most favorable sites for drilling. Drilling will commence in September/October.
Exploration Program to Commence at CGW’s Highly Prospective Yeti Gold Property in NW British Columbia

Located in the productive Stikine Terrane in Northwestern British Columbia, Canada, 50 km south of the Telegraph Creek mining area, CGW’s exciting Yeti Gold property will be the focus of further exploration in the coming months. CGW acquired properties in the region in the mid 1990s, the area noted for discoveries like Eskay Creek and many other mines and deposits found within the last 20 years.

Work done in the mid to late 1990’s uncovered significant gold and copper mineralization on the property (74 grams per tonne gold in grab samples in the known veins) that has never been followed up by drilling. Minor geophysical surveying completed during that time suggested an intimate relationship of the anomalies and the rich gold and copper veins.

The Yeti Claim Group claims (CGW acquired an option to earn an interest in 8 units) are located in the Liard Mining Division of British Columbia. A large contiguous land package with multiple copper-gold showings, the property has is a minimum of six alteration zones/quartz vein systems and four separate ore bodies known at the present time. Early sampling has revealed up to 14.9 ounces of gold per ton.

Stikine River Area Reports Over 1 Billion Tonnes of Mineral Reserves. The Stikine River area was first explored for placer gold in the 1860's, and in the latter part of that century an estimated 1800 oz. of gold was removed. Considerable exploration activity then took placed in the early part of the 20th century, resulting in the discoveries of Galore Creek (porphyry copper - gold) deposit, the Schaft Creek deposit (porphyry copper - molybdenum - gold) deposit and the Johnny Mountain deposit. Add to that the more recent discovery at Copper Canyon, and the area has in excess of one billion tonnes of mineral reserves, all in close proximity to the Yeti claims.

Retreat of glaciers continues to expose new tracts of highly prospective ground. The geology is highly prospective for porphyry and massive sulphide deposits, mesothermal and epithermal veins, and skarn mineralization. There has been minimal historic exploration conducted to date and the ongoing retreat of glaciers continues to expose new tracts of highly prospective ground in areas that previously reported mineralization and anomalous stream samples.

The geology shows stuhini volcanics with adjacent felsic intrusives on the Yeti Property - similar to the zones hosting the Galore Creek deposit and the other Stikine River Deposits.

Drill targets have been identified on this gold property and permitting has been initiated. Work will commence shortly before the heavy winter snowfall arrives. CGW Targeting Diamond Prospects in Northwest Territories within Wholly-Owned Claims

CGW is actively engaged in diamond exploration in Canada’s Northwest Territories, within the South Slave craton which hosts all the currently producing Canadian diamond mines.

CGW’s problems with its JV partner in one of these plays is well documented, but the bottom line is that CGW has a 49 per cent interest in the Mud Lake kimberlite, the third diamondiferous kimberlite body discovered to date in the Drybones Bay area, 55 km southeast of Yellowknife.

The knowledge garnered from CGW’s earnest efforts at Mud Lake can only benefit the Company’s continued diamond exploration which is now focused on the 21 claims that it wholly owns: the FC claims, the Moose Claims, the Cleft, JJ and ZZL claims.

Since kimberlites are known to occur in clusters—and the Drybones Bay area has three diamondiferous kimberlites identified in the only three kimberlites found to date in the area—the company’s 21 properties offer a unique opportunity to evaluate the potential of the remaining area.

CGW has developed an exploration model to thoroughly test these zones, and recently engaged Rescan Environmental Services Inc. to expedite permitting and sampling, and a possible drill program next Spring.
CGW’s Raglan Area Nickel/Platinum Property in Quebec Next Door to Falconbridge Mine

CGW has optioned properties in the northern Ungava Peninsula area of Quebec, along strike and in similar geological terrain of the operating Raglan Mine of Falconbridge Inc. Located in the area known as the Raglan— to the southeast, southwest and west of the operating Raglan Mine— the properties cover 2840 acres and sit on 2 out of 3 trends of high grade nickel and copper and platinum. Sporadic exploration prior to 1970's until Falconbridge’s $225 million development in 1998. Initially discovered in the 1950's, the area has only been explored sporadically since the 1970's. However, in 1998, Falconbridge commissioned the development of its Raglan mine at a cost of over $225 million, and is reported to have proven reserves totalling 6.69 million tonnes grading 3.04% nickel and 0.81% copper, and probable reserves of 11.42 million tonnes grading 2.78% nickel and 0.78% copper. The mine boasts one of the richest concentrations of ore in the world, and the lowest nickel production costs.

Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd. (part of the giant Anglo American plc) also has large land holdings in the area. The potential of the area was further demonstrated when Canadian Royalties announced significant nickel and copper, platinum and palladium values on an adjacent belt to the one hosting the Falconbridge deposit.

CWG has completed a preliminary review of the data of the property and is proposing a program of ground geophysics on its anomalous showing that was discovered previously to the west of the Raglan mine.

aber die chancen überwiegen hier ganz klar. ich sehe das downside-potential ziemlich gering!

nach oben hat die aktie dagegen sehr viel mehr potential.

CGW nur 8 Mio. CAD. Das entspricht einem Explorer mit überhaupt keinen Projekten oder sehr schlechten.

Wieso eine Enttäuschung? Es ist doch egal was in den nächsten Tagen und Wochen passiert, die aufmerksamkeit bekommt die Aktie erst, wenn sich fundamental etwas ändert.

Bohrergebnisse wären ein Anfang, sollte CGW es schaffen innerhalb der nächsten 2 Jahre eine Mine zum laufen zu bringen wird es sowieso jedem egal sein, weil die Mine dann einen Kurszuwachs von mindestens 100% p.a. an die treuen Aktionäre liefern wird.

This mapping and the ongoing rock sampling continues to outline the large size of the mineralization and alteration including the identification of the possible presence of electrum (a gold silver mineral) near the area of the high grade silver values. Prospecting has indicated that the mineralization in this area is intimately related to this zone and the Induced Polarization (IP) survey results. This area is slated to be tested by between 2 - 4 drill holes.

The geological mapping has indicated that the eastern area (where significant amounts of copper mineralization are visible) could be underlain by a porphyry intrusive. This area is to be tested by at least 2 drill holes in the upcoming drill program. Mineralization associated with the porphyry dykes, mineralization and the central portion of the IP anomaly was confirmed to be widespread and intense in part. At least 4 - 6 drill holes are being permitted in this area.

In conjunction with the permitting process, several drill companies have been contacted to confirm availability for drilling this fall.

The field crews currently based in the Yukon Territory are preparing to move to the Yeti property. These crews will prepare the 3 - 4 drill sites that are being permitted for drilling once that process is complete. Rescan Environmental Engineering has been engaged to arrange the process.

The yeti property is a copper gold prospect just north of the developing Nova Resources' Galore Creek property that is attracting the interest of majors.

Das South Dolly Varden Projekt, gelegen in Elko County, Nevada (USA), befindet sich noch in einer frühen Phase der Gold- und Kupferexploration. Geologische Karten wurden erstellt, erste viel versprechende Bohrziele wurden ausfindig gemacht, um die genauen Grade der Mineralisierung zu überprüfen. Das hört sich nüchternen an, als es in Wahrheit ist, denn in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft zu den Claims von Consolidated liegen die größten Kupfer- und Goldminen Nordamerikas; in Bingham County im Bundesstaat Utah. In dieser Region wurden in den 70er Jahren etwa 24 Mio. Pfund Kupfer produziert. Das Management von Consolidated verspricht sich so viel von dem Projekt, dass es das South Dolly Varden Projekt, an dem sich Consolidated einen 50prozentigen Anteil mit der Kokanee Placer Ltd. teil, kürzlich um weitere 14 Claims ausgeweitet wurde.

Die Yeti Gold Claims liegen in British Columbia (Kanada), 50 km südlich des Telegraph Creek Abbaugebietes. Frühere Untersuchungen haben in der Region sehr hohe Gold- (bis zu 14,9 Unzen/Tonne) und Kupfergehalte (bis zu 14,34 ppm bzw. 1,4 Prozent) ergeben. Aber auch die Silbergehalte (bis zu 20 Unzen/Tonne Gestein) sind hoch interessant. So interessant, dass Consolidated kürzlich angekündigt hat, hier das Explorationsprogramm noch auszuweiten, um dann möglichst bald erste Testbohrungen zur Verifikation der Metallgehalte anschließen zu lassen.

Die 2840 acres große Raglan Platinum/Nickel Property schließlich liegt im Norden von Quebec (Kanada) in der unmittelbaren geologischen Nähe zur Falconbridge Raglan Mine. Und diese weist weltweit einmalige Erzkonzentrationen auf: Reserven von 6,69 Mio. Tonnen Erz mit 3,04 Prozent Nickel- und 0,81 Prozent Kupfergehalt; so die Angaben von Falconbridge selber. Consolidated steht hier noch ziemlich am Anfang seiner Explorationstätigkeiten und man darf auch hier auf das Fortkommen der Untersuchungen sehr gespannt sein.

Charttechnische Situation

Schon jetzt sehr spannend ist die charttechnische Situation des Wertpapiers von Consolidated:


Nach einem dramatischen Kursanstieg von ca. 0,05 CAD auf 0,25 CAD in der Spitze im Mai 2006 sahen wir einen
ebenso deutlichen Rückgang auf aktuell etwa 0,10 CAD. Ursache für den Rückgang könnte die Tatsache gewesen sein, dass sich Consolidated kürzlich von seinem Joint Venture mit Snowfield im Diamantenprojekt Mud Lake verabschiedet hat. Seitdem hat sich eine Range zwischen 0,09 und 0,15 CAD etabliert.

Noch beeindruckender ist die Range im Frankfurter Handel. Hier war bei eher noch geringen Umsätzen eine Schwankungsbreite zwischen 0,02 und 0,15 Euro in der Spitze innerhalb von nur wenigen Tagen zu beobachten, ohne dass für die Abschläge der Newsflow verantwortlich gemacht werden könnte.



Wir meinen, dass auf dem aktuellen Kursniveau von 0,06 Euro sich ein brandheißer Zock mit 0,10 Euro als kurzfristigem Ziel lohnen könnte. Sollte der Kurs noch auf 0,04 Euro fallen, wäre das die höchst spekulative Gelegenheit, die bestehende Position zu verbilligen und weiterhin kurzfristig auf die 0,10 Euro zu setzten. StopLoss sollte aber gleichzeitig bei 0,04 Euro eingehalten werden.

Ihr Risiko

Die Projekte von Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. liegen alle in sehr aussichtsreichen Explorationsgebieten, befinden sich aber noch in einem sehr frühen Entwicklungsstadium. Zwar wurden durch eine Privatplatzierung 1.1 Mio. $ für weitere Explorationsprogramme in die Kassen gespült, auf der anderen Seite weist der letzte Finanzbericht ein akkumuliertes Defizit von ca. 7,7 Mio. $ bis zum 30. Im Moment noch, da Consolidated zumindest bei den deutschen Anlegern noch relativ unbekannt ist, ist die Aktie sehr volatil und gehört ausschließlich in die Hände von nervenstarken und risikobewussten Zockern. Diesem aber bietet sich nicht nur eine lukrative Handelsspanne, sondern darüber hinaus auch die Chance, an einer möglicherweise erfolgreichen Entwicklung der Projekte auch mittelfristig vom Anfang an dabei zu sein. Bei einer aktuellen MarketCap. von umgerechnet 5,5 Mio. Euro sollte das Abwärtspotential begrenzt sein.

Allein aus kurzfristiger Perspektive sind Kurssprünge bis auf 0,10 Euro durchaus möglich. Hier sehen wir zunächst unser Jahresziel und halten eine StopLoss bei 0,040 Euro für absolut notwendig."

Na, ein StopLoss ist schon nicht unwichtig.

Und davon abgesehen, scheint der Schwerpunkt der heutigen Empfehlung eher auf der "Charttechnik" zu beruhen, da die Projekte noch ziemlich early sind.

So wie ich das verstanden habe, ist es noch zu früh, um wirklich "überzeugt" zu sein von CGW.

Im Moment ist es noch ein Zockerwert.
Ich gebe aber zu, dass sich das sehr schnell ändern kann. UNd weil das so ist, ist der Wert als Zock besonders interessant!

The work covered in this report was largely prospecting in nature. Widespread structurally controlled gold and copper mineralization, hosted in veins, stockworks, and shear zones was found in Stuhini volcanics, over an estimated area 300 m by 600 m. These mineralized zones ranged in size from a few cm. to over one meter.

Sivertz proposed that a north trending regional fault system controlled both the mineralization and the geometry of the intrusive contacts around the various Nightout Plutons. Other faults were noted in the NW, NE, and E directions.

Twenty-five rock, 14 silt, and 5 soil samples were analyzed. Six of the rock samples had copper values greater than 1%, and showed a strong copper - gold correlation. Lead and zinc values were found to be low in this part of the claim group. In the vuggy quartz - carbonate vein systems and shear zones, quartz, carbonates, pyrite, limonite, chlorite, malachite, chalcopyrite, and azurite are common. "

In a paper on the mineralogy of the Gold Quarry mine, Eureka County, Nevada (Jensen et al., 1995), one of the authors (MCJ), noted, "It is the authors' opinion that this specific region of Nevada probably contains the most complex and noteworthy mineralogical occurrences in the entire state." With the official opening of the Meikle (pronounced Meekull) mine little more than one year later, this statement has proven to be true in a remarkable way. Underground development and mining at this new operation have exposed a number of huge vugs containing outstanding crystals of yellow-orange barite that are in a class with the best barite specimens found anywhere in the world. Museum-size clusters of lustrous crystals to more than 15 cm have been collected, and unexplored portions of some vugs may yield even larger examples in the future. Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Inc. (BGMI), the owner/ operator of the property, conducts mining on a two-shifts-per-day, seven-days-a-week schedule for high-grade gold ore, and the mineralized vugs, at least up through the middle of 1997, have been encountered on a fairly regular basis."

Interpretation of new 40Ar/39Ar dates for volcanic rocks and hydrothermal minerals related to gold mineralization and additional isotopic dates throughout the Midas region constrain the timing of volcanic, tectonic, and hydrothermal activity. The Midas hydrothermal system developed following a change from mafic-dominated bimodal volcanism and basin formation to felsic volcanism, folding, and faulting at about 15.6 Ma. From 15.6 to 15.2 Ma, sediments and tuffs were deposited on a relatively impermeable rhyolite flow. During this period, faulting and tilting of the volcanic edifice created pathways for hydrothermal fluids that flowed to the surface forming sinters and hydrothermal breccias. Approximately 200 kyr after the change in volcano-tectonic regime, oblique-slip faulting took place along zones of preexisting weakness, creating dilational zones and additional channelways for mineralizing fluids. At 15.4 Ma, high-grade veins formed in fault zones throughout the region, depositing at least 4 million ounces (Moz) of gold and 40 Moz of silver. The timing of high-grade Au-Ag mineralization is identical to the age of rhyolite intrusions whose source magma chamber likely provided the heat necessary to drive the hydrothermal system. The age of an unaltered tuff that unconformably overlies opalized sediments establishes that tilting of the units and the hydrothermal system had ceased by 15.2 Ma. The temporal and spatial coincidence of rhyolite volcanism, faulting, and high-grade mineralization may reflect the importance of contributions from deeper fluid reservoirs containing magmatic components or highly exchanged meteoric waters."

Work at Dolly Varden continues to find copper mineralization
VANCOUVER, Nov. 7 /CNW/ - Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. (CGW TSX-V,
FRANKFURT - OUH, PINKS - CGWVF) ("Gold Win") reports it has received further
rock sampling results based on its initial geological mapping from its Dolly
Varden Claims in Nevada.
This rock sampling was undertaken to complete a surface profile to help
guide the proposed drill program. Most of the samples taken were grab samples
but in larger quantities (plus 1 kilogram). A thorough analysis is on-going
and will be integrated with the results from the proposed drill program but
some of the highlights of the 84 samples taken are encouraging.
The overall rock cover is limestone with the mineralization and
alteration in the area being postulated as related to a buried source. This is
confirmed by the 3D IP survey conducted this summer which shows a buried zone
about 250-300 feet wide associated with the 3000 foot long chargeability
anomaly between 200-500 feet depth and coming to surface in the north and
south. As well a resistivity anomaly is associated with a known zone of
mineralization, alteration and old mining pits approximately 2000 feet east of
this main zone. The mineralized outcrops are believed to be offshoots of this
mineralization that have made it to the surface.
Most definitively the north-most part of the IP chargeability where it is
suggested to come to surface corresponds to the area of the high grade copper
zinc and silver zones and an east-west shear structure. This area which will
be tested as Drill Area 3A and 3B was found in recent sampling to host not
only copper mineralization, but several gold values in two separate locations
(4.4 grams per tonne; 2.35 grams per tonne; 2.35 grams per tonne and 1.87
grams per tonne) with copper values generally around 1% (highest of 2.59% with
the high gold value) moderate silver values (4-9 grams per tonne) and
molybdenum values (Highest value 268 ppm isolated). Significantly the 3 other
drill areas proposed to test this SSW trending zone have offshoots of
mineralization with similar mineralization (see table below for composite
results from the areas).
As well, the resistivity area to the east (Drill Area 4) also is
mineralized with values of gold (0.481 grams per tonne; 0.187 grams per
tonne), silver (11.7 grams per tonne; 10.9 grams per tonne), copper (1.08%;
1.57%) and molybdenum (672 ppm). In addition, zinc values of 2.87% were found
in the most distal part of this zone (to the east) which conforms to the
zoning model for these types of mineralization.

It will also test the east west shear structure associated with the mineralization, the ever present dykes and a sharp flexure in the IP anomaly.

The middle part of the IP zone where several mineralized outcrops of copper rich mineralization have been found (2.02 %, copper and 3.9 ppm silver; 0.81% copper 190 ppm Molybdenum and 16.7 ppm silver & 3.65% copper, 190 ppm uranium and 1.1 ppm silver) approximately 2000 feet south of the first zone and the area alteration and copper mineralization (two grab samples reported 5.7 and 3.4 ppm silver; 1.32% & 0.535% copper; 129 and 690 ppm molybdenum and 0.193 ppm and 0.134 ppm gold, respectively) on a resistivity high area approximately 2500 feet south east of the first zone will be tested next.

The Quartz Feldspar Porphyry (QFP) intrusive associated with the chargeability anomaly and the rock geochemistry anomaly and its association with the Skarn and porphyry copper potential of the property will be tested in this drilling of the prolific Nevada basin area.

In the past year, CGW has completed geological mapping, done systematic rock sampling, and conducted a 3D Induced Polarization survey. The recent mapping done by the company in preparation for the upcoming drilling has identified a Quartz Feldspar Porphyry (QFP) intrusive associated with the chargeability anomaly and the rock geochemistry anomaly. QFP’s are associated with the Skarn and porphyry copper deposits of the Nevada basin area. The geology is excellent, with intrusives intruding limestones which create mineralized skarns (as at Battle Mountains Fortitude Deposit) within the same rocks that to the west host the high grade Victoria Copper Mine. The 3D Induced Polarization (IP) surveying outlined a chargeability zone coincident with the areas of rock mineralization that is at least 3000 feet long and up to 1000 feet wide. Where the IP zone comes to surface, several mineralized outcrops of copper rich mineralization have been found.

Aber damit steigt die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie bald beginnen.
UNd wenn das so ist und wir die entsprechenden NEws darüber bekommen, könnten sich die ersten Vermutungen über die Goldvorkommen bestätigen.

Immerhin liegt das Dolly Varden Projekt auf historischem Gold- und Kupfergebiet.

Es wundert mich eigentlich nicht, dass CGW nur mit 8 Mio. CAD bewertet ist, außer Phantasie existiert bisher nicht viel, was eine MK von über 8 Mio. CAD rechtfertigen könnte. Es gibt viel zu viele schwarze Schafe im Explorer-Geschäft, somit bleibt nichts weiteres übrig als Geduldig auf Fortschritte zu warten.

Obwohl ich grundsätzlich eher ein optimistischer Mensch bin, habe diesmal so meine Zweifel. Das geplatzte PP - wohl mangels Kaufinteresse - und die nicht allzu beste finanzielle Situation lässt ja nicht zwingend Positives vermuten. Sonst hat es im Vorfeld der Bekanntgabe von positiven News auch vorab schon eine deutlich Aufwärtsbewegung im Chart gegeben - und vor allem Insiderkäufe!

Vielleicht irre ich mich ja auch (hoffentlich/ denn ich bin ja auch investiert) und es platzt eine Bombe!!!

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc.: Dolly Varden Cores Reveal Extensive Visual Mineralization

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Dec 5, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --

CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES INC. (TSX VENTURE:CGW)(PINK SHEETS:CGWVF)(FWB: OUH) ("Gold Win") reports on the drilling that has started on its South Dolly Varden gold copper claims in Elko County, Nevada.

The first drill hole is nearing its extended target depth (originally 600 feet now over 700 feet) but has intersected several zones of altered mineralization that correspond to the predicted depth of the geophysical IP anomaly. This geophysical anomaly extends from the northern part of the property a minimum of 3000 feet south and is up to 600 feet wide.

No core has been split for assay as yet but the amount and description of the visible mineralization requires reporting. The hole was collared drilling to the east-southeast at a dip of -70 degrees.

From the collar to approximately 178 feet depth limestone as found in the surrounding surface outcrops was encountered.

From 178 feet to 192 feet a zone of intense oxidized and rusty pyrite was intersected, with a visual estimate of between 15-20% sulphides.

From 230 feet to 275 feet a zone of intense rusty pyrite, jasperoid like material and clay epidote alteration is reported.

From 350 feet to 425 feet heavy alteration with clay and other alteration minerals reported.

At 437 feet the drill hole encountered a zone of mineralization and alteration that is currently being drilled at 545 feet. Within that zone are these zones:

440 feet to 480 feet fairly abundant azurite, malachite and chalcopyrite.

502 feet to 515 feet fairly abundant azurite, malachite and chalcopyrite including a 6 inch section of massive chalcopyrite.

515 feet to 525 feet jasperoid, rusty "rotten" broken core.

525 feet to 545 feet similar but skarn appearance and massive pyrite zones.

The company stresses that no assays have yet been received from this drill core as this first drill hole is still continuing, but the presence of the azurite and malachite is confirmation of the presence of copper in the zone and are consistent with what has been reported from surface investigations and sampling.

CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES INC. (TSX VENTURE:CGW)(PINK SHEETS:CGWVF)(FRANKFURT:OUH) reports that with the completion of the deep drill hole at over 1660 feet with over 700 feet of mineralization in the "buried" mineralized "granitic" intrusive, the company has relocated the drill in the area of the first drill intersection to define the strike of that zone and to complete the initial Phase I expanded drill program.

The company has received notification from its permitting contractor Enviroscientists, Inc. of Reno, Nevada, that the BLM has approved the expanded drilling proposal that makes up the Phase II drilling of the property. The company in co-ordination of its independent geologists and geophysicists are completing the review of the data to confirm the location of the drill sites and expects a smooth transition to Phase II drilling. Phase I has completed nine holes with at least 2 and probably 4 more holes to be completed in the next two weeks (over 6200 feet (2000 metres) of core recovered).

The final Phase I drilling has been commenced to determine the exact strike of the mineralization on the northern end of the structure and will be continued in the newly permitted drill sites to define the suggested resource in this shallow mineralized zone.

The company has completed the preliminary hearing for its permitting for diamond drilling in the Northwest Territory and has been in touch with the appropriate agencies to confirm the drilling dates for the company's British Columbia Yeti Property. The Yeti property has been issued a provisional drill permit which it will proceed with once the conditions are conducive to effective drilling.

CGW COMPLETES EXPANDED 10,000 FOOT PHASE ONE DRILL PROGRAM AT DOLLY-INTERSECTS SIGNIFICANT MINERALIZED PORPHYRY INTRUSIVE

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc. is completing the last hole on the phase I drilling program (DV-07-17) which is the 14th hole on the expanded drilling program on its Dolly Varden claims, in Elko county, Nevada.

This 14th hole will complete almost 10,000 feet of drilling on the claims (up from an original planned 3,000 feet) in the expanded phase I drilling program. This amount of core is being logged in detail, and sampling has been expanded to whole sections of drill holes in light of the geological environment that has been discovered. Some additional sampling from the initial drill holes has also been undertaken in light of the later drilling.

The success to date in discovering a mineralized geological environment that is associated with major deposit types throughout Nevada and Utah cannot be overlooked and the company is proceeding meticulously and without haste to ensure it understands all the implications of the success it has encountered in this first phase of drilling.

An example of the "surprises" that the drill program is encountering was seen in drill hole DV-7-16 which was finished last weekend. With the attendance of several investors and analysts at the property, the hole was drilled beyond its target depth of 750 feet. At approximately 820 feet through to 890 feet of mineralized porphyry intrusive were intersected. This appears to be similar to the porphyry intersected in the deep hole (DV 07-11), which is 600 metres (2,000 feet) to the south. There is no indication apart from the extensive alteration of the overlying limestones that this intrusive extends this far north.

The indication of a deeper easterly striking geophysical structure, from the recently completed deep 3-D geophysical surveying, associated with the 700-plus feet of mineralized porphyry in drill hole DV-07-11 suggests a very large system at depth that could explain some of the distal mineralization encountered in drill holes DV-07-06 and DV-07-07 located approximately 600 metres to the east of the main zone.

As suggested by the above two noted "discoveries," the integration of the geological and mineralized information with the geophysical data in guiding the phase II drill program of this significant discovery is of utmost importance to the company.

4TH AND 5TH TRANCHES OF ONE MILLION DOLLAR FINANCING COMPLETED BY CGW PRESIDENT

Further to the previous announcement made in Stockwatch on Dec 14, 2006, by Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, Souhail Abi-Farrage, confirming his intention to enter into a private placement subscription agreement with the company, he has now completed the fourth and fifth tranches at 15 cents per share for a total of $250,000 in a financing whereunder he has subscribed for a placement of common shares of the company for a total of $1-million.

Under the agreement, Mr. Farrage has agreed to subscribe to eight bimonthly tranches of $125,000 each, commencing Dec. 15, 2006.

Mr. Farrage stated: "This ongoing market-priced investment in Consolidated Gold Win Ventures is to ensure the company remains adequately financed while engaged in drilling and exploration programs for gold, copper and other minerals on the Dolly Varden property in Elko County, Nev., and CGW's other properties."

The units comprise one common share and one share purchase warrant for the purchase of one further share exercisable at the price of 20 cents per share having a term of two years from the date of issuance. The placement common shares and warrants will be subject to certain mandated hold periods and resale restrictions and the certificates representing such shares will be legended accordingly.

Each of these bimonthly tranches will be subject to regulatory approval.

The company has also completed phase 1 of its currently slated two-phase drill program begun at the Dolly Varden property. Assays results will be released when available in conjunction with an analysis of the exploration program to date.

This last hole was an extra hole to confirm the strike of the zone intersected in the first drill hole and provides a nice bookend to the almost 10,000 feet of drilling on the claims to date. This amount of core, which is the first drilling ever to be completed on this property, continues to be logged in detail and sampled.

The drill is now being overhauled and refurbished prior to commencing the second phase of drilling. This phase will build on the success of the first phase that has outlined a large buried porphyry with all the implications that that discovery has given the amount of copper-gold mineralization found on surface.
