"We are proud to be selected by Santa Ana for their arrest and booking system needs", said Mr. Roy Trivett, President and CEO of Visiphor. Dutton Associates Announces Investment Opinion: Visiphor Maintained at Speculative Buy Rating by Dutton Associates
Monday September 11, 11:00 am ET

EL DORADO HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2006--Dutton Associates updates its coverage of Visiphor (OTCBB:VISRF - News; TSE:VIS.V - News), maintaining its rating at Speculative Buy while lowering its price target to CAN$0.25. The 8-page report by Dutton senior analyst Rafael Kapelinski is available at www.jmdutton.com as well as from First Call, Bloomberg, Zacks, Reuters, Knobias, Investars, and other leading financial portals.

We reiterate our Speculative Buy on Visiphor Corporation. We view the Company's Second Quarter 2006 results as disappointing, especially given the fall in pure software license sales, but we continue to argue that the Company has a strong technology portfolio and should see acceleration in sales over the second half of 2006E. We lower our price target to CAN$0.25 per share. In our view, if the Company does deliver on our 2006E reduced software sales targets and demonstrates that the Synaptic acquisition has allowed it to diversify the customer portfolio beyond law enforcement as well as to accelerate license software sales, we believe that Visiphor may yet turn out to be the best-kept secret in the already well-researched Homeland Security sector. It is clear the delays in order recognition have greatly reduced the Company's software sales. However, we would like to argue that the Company may emerge as one of the primary beneficiaries of the increasing focus on information sharing in the law enforcement market. In fact, interoperability and information sharing have become some of the main priorities following the events of 9/11. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has stressed that the improvement of interoperability among the disparate local, state and federal agencies is a top priority.

Visiphor Announces USD$457,000 More Rain for King County, Seattle, Wa
Wednesday October 11, 8:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 11, 2006) - Visiphor Corporation ("Visiphor" or the "Company") (OTCBB:VISRF - News; TSX VENTURE:VIS - News; DE:IGYA) Visiphor is very pleased to announce that with the successful completion of its previously announced RAIN data integration project within King County, Seattle, WA., the RAIN Governance Board has awarded Visiphor three additional projects related to RAIN. The three projects include adding Analytics capability to RAIN; contribution of RAIN data to the highly publicized U.S. Navy LInX Network; and the addition of King County Jail data to RAIN. The total aggregate value of the new projects is USD$457,000.
Visiphor has been an excellent contractor and business partner for the King County Police Chiefs Association. The creation of the RAIN system has been a highly collaborative effort and its success is due, in no small measure, to their exemplary tools, services and work ethic. Doing business with this company has been a pleasure" said Chief Denise Turner, Chair of the RAIN Governance Committee. "Their software is well designed and functional. Their people have been courteous and knowledgeable. Due to our favourable experiences with Visiphor, we are very comfortable extending their business relationship with us."

RAIN, which stands for Regional Automated Information Network, allows authorized law enforcement personnel within King County, WA to access criminal activity data from any participating law enforcement agency in real time, 24 hours day. This means that information captured by any participating agency is immediately available to all officers in the region. When dealing with individuals well known to agencies other than their own, officers now have access to all known information which greatly increases officer safety and efficiency.

As a result of all the additional information now available to the investigators within the participating agencies, the RAIN Governance Board has decided to augment RAIN with analytic capabilities. Over the next few months, Visiphor will provide enhancements which include mapping of crime data and enhanced searching capabilities. This will provide an important additional new capability that Visiphor will be able to market to existing and future customers as part of its data integration suite of products. Visiphor was chosen to provide this capability after the RAIN Governance Board conducted an extensive review of other vendors' analytics packages and decided that Visiphor could best provide the required capabilities.

In addition to the RAIN enhancements, Visiphor has also been awarded a contract to expand its highly successful engagement with the LInX project in Washington State. The new project will see Visiphor create the interfaces to contribute RAIN data to the LInX Network. The LInX network is a well publicized project spearheaded by the U.S. Navy and further details can be found at http://www.ncis.navy.mil/linx/washington.html. This project is an expansion of the work that Visiphor completed last year in which four RAIN agencies were setup to interface to LInX and will see the remaining RAIN agencies interface to LInX under this contract addition.

Finally, Visiphor has also been contracted to bring the King County Jail onto the RAIN network as a contributor of mugshots. With its 750,000 plus database of mugshots, King County Jail will be a valuable addition to the RAIN network by allowing for expanded use of the Visiphor Facial Recognition capability embedded within the RAIN network.

"The RAIN Project provides a functional template on how the multitude of disparate databases on legacy systems in American Law Enforcement can be connected in a rapid and cost effective manner; bringing local, county, state, federal and international information and intelligence to the officers, agents and analysts in the field when they need it" said Oliver "Buck" Revell, Chairman of the Board of Visiphor and former Associate Deputy Director of the FBI. "The FBI's National Crime Information Centre started this process in 1967 and now comprehensive information can and should be made available to all personnel who serve our nation by enforcing the law."
