Die Dubai Group aus den Emiraten moechte sich fuer 10 Mio. Dollar bei GPS Industries einkaufen und somit Mehrheitsaktionaer werden. Gestern wurde vorboerslich verlautbart, dass ein Memorandum Of Understanding fuer den 10 Mio. Dollar Aktienkauf diesbezueglich unterzeichnet wurde.

Kurz vor Boersenschluss wurde noch ein 8k Filling eingereicht.

Offenbar glaubte die Boerse nicht so recht, dass die arabischen Investoren sich fuer 10 Mio. Dollar in den 27 Mio. Dollar Titel einkaufen. Nach zoegerlichem Start tickte der GPSN Kurs tick fuer tick hoeher und stand am Handeslende bei 9 Cent. Kurz vor Handeslende wurde noch ein 8 k Filling eingereicht, was die Ersthaftigkeit der Angelegenheit noch untermauert. 3,485,548 gehandelte Aktien und ein Kursplus von 12,5% wurden erreicht.

GPS Industries ist ein Unternehmen das mit seiner patentierten Technologie den 38 Mio. USD-Markt des Golfsports revolutioniert. So hiess es.Ende April 2005 entschied sich der groeßte Golfanbieter auf Hawaii und in West-Kanada fuer die Systeme von GPS Industries.

GPS Industries ist der Meinung, dass diese 10 Millionen Dollar staerker in den Blickpunkt der internationalen Investoren rueckt.

Interessant ist, dass die 9 Cent Marke einen massiven Widerstand darstellt. Mit den News ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, dass wir diese Marke druchbrechen und dann auch sehr schnell deutlich höhere Kurse sehen.

Es gab auch noch nie so viel positives Handelsvolumen. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass der Titel nach unten abprallt halte ich für sehr unwahrscheinlich. Der alte Widerstand wird später mal zur Unterstützung werden, wobei ich nach diesem Großeinkauf nun deutlich zweistellig werden sollten.

Das 8k Filling steht auch dafür, dass hier erst gemacht wird und es nicht bei einer Absichtserklärung bleibt.

Für 10 Millionen Dollar bekommt man eine Menge Aktien. Vor allem in Anbetracht der Tatsache dass die ganze Firma nur 27 Mio. kostet.

Mit den News im Rücken, wird der Widerstand bei 9 spielend genommen. Der gestrige Schluss-Brief war schon 9,1 Cent.

Ich male den Chart in meinem geistigen Auge weiter. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, wohin die Reise geht.

Ich hätte stärker umschichten sollen. Heute fliegen ein paar Bestände aus dem Depot. Ich würde mir gerne noch ein paar Gewinner ins Depot legen.

Verrückt! Naja, egal. Ich muss heute unbedingt umschichten. Ich werd nochmals lachlegen. GPSN ist sicher keine 1000% Chance, aber dafür ein ziemlich sicherer Trade. Bis 12 trau ich ihr kurzfristig zu. Wenn dann das "definitive" kommt gehts dann richtig zur Sache.

Der PennyXXX hat den Titel auch mal ins Auge gefasst. Egal, jetzt kommt es auf die Saudi`s an. Mit den News werden wir zweistellig. Kommt es dann zum Einkauf geht die Party weiter. Ich rechne ohne weitere News mit einem Kurspotential, kurzfristig von 12 Cent. Bis dahin möchte ich dann News vom 10 Mio. Aktienkauf hören.

Ein Bericht aus 2005.

Der Golfer Greg Norman hatte in den Titel 2003 über 3 Mio. USD investiert. Norman war CEO von White Shark Enterprises, einem riesigem Unternehmen.Allein das Unternehmen Norman Golf Course Design verfügt über Projekte mit einem Auftragswert von 1,5 Milliarden USD. Ich weiß nicht, ob der Norman noch investiert ist.

Fazit: Lasst jetzt mal die Saudis ran. Ich denke auch, dass, wenn die die Araber dort das sagen haben, einige Aufträge aus den Emiraten kommen werden. Die haben die besseren Drähte dorthin. Außerdem ist es in ihrem eigenen Interesse, da sich ja in die Firma 10 Mio. investiert haben.

Ich bin überzeugt, dass die Vermögensberater in den Emiraten keine schlechten sind.

Allerdings Wie immer hat der Markt das letzte Wort. Die 9 Cent Marke muss heute fallen und das wird sie auch. Dannach wird gefeiert. Das gestrige Filling vor Börsenschluss hat das Vorhaben, doch schon fast "amtlich" gemacht.

Fundamental top. Die Verkaufszahlen steigen, heißt es. Ein 10 Mio Investor will Gps Industries Aktien und der Durchbruch bleibt aus?

Ich halte weiterhin, weil das defenitiv von dem Arabern noch aussteht und bei entsprechender Meldung aus allen Geschützen gefeuert wird.

Ohne News werden wir offenbar den Widerstand bei 9 Cent nicht knacken können. Egal, ich hab Zeit. Natürlich ist es auch mir lieber jetzt, als später.
