EQBM ist wirklich eine Krücke, seit fast Jahren wimmelt der CEO erfolglos rum und hat nicht einen Deal zusammen bekommen...sorry, einen Deal hat er hinbekommen, aber da stellte sich raus, dass es die angebliche Genehmigung gar nicht gab und die somalische Regierung die "bösen Individuen" aufs schärfste angriff. Jetzt hängt sich der CEO auf Wunsch seiner Aktionäre an den NOBO-Trend.

diese NOBO Nummer zieht nicht mehr. Das ist am OTC immer das gleiche. Da entdeckt ein cleverer CEO ein Thema, mit dem er von eigenen Unzulänglichkeiten ablenken kann und schon findet er willfährige Nachahmer; so war das auch schon mit diesem Delisting-Krieg in Berlin vor 1,5 Jahren ...nun ist es die NOBO Liste. Ich frage mich allerdings, was die CEOs mit dieser Liste anfangen wollen?

1. Larry hat einigen von uns seit dem Zurückkommen von Frankfurt erklärt, daß er jetzt die gleichen Leute hat, die DeBeira Rollen dorthin in Frankfurt an Bord mit EQBM erhielten. Mein Verständnis ist Larry wird vorangegangen zurück in 2 Wochen, um ein Straße Erscheinen und Fotorezeptor überraschungsangriff dort zu tun. Der Grund dieses hat mich aufgeregt, wenn er accolpishes dieses die mögliche sehr große Welle des Volumens ist, die wir in Frankfurt dort sehen könnten. DeBeira tut Millionen Anteile tägliche Verhandlungen und Handel dieses Vorrates in der Paardollarstrecke. So ist die Dollar/die Euro Hände in Frankfurt führend, das auf DeBeira handelt, 100mal, was wir mit EQBM hier haben. Zusätzlich ist das DeBeira Volumen in Frankfurt erheblich höher, das mit den US handelnden Niveaus verglichen wird. I watch alot of small company stocks and this one is ripe to make a massive run just from the Shorts. (100 million short)
and with Larry working hard to close deals to add towards Soma to make sure its worth quite a bit I see this as a win win situation for both EQBM and SOMA.

.10 - .20 this week is very possible.
Lets cross our fingers but the Shorts should start feeling the heat bigtime.

They stand to lose millions if they dont react quickly here.

Soma will end up destroying these Shorts if they decide not to cover.

Du hast keine Idee, über was du sprichst und du nichts über die weißt, die mit dem CEO sprechen. Wenn du zurück sitzen möchtest und Uhr EQBM gehen großes 1000% dann hinauf, aber benennen nicht andere auf ihub Namen, weil du nicht eine Position dieses auf Lager sogar besitzen darfst. Alright, I did have a few precious minutes and thought I would ring up Larry. righty, I still will get to you. Back to my call. Brrrrinnnnggg. Hello. Hello, this is ############. OK, these were my questions and answers.

I will skip the pleasantries. lol.

Question 1: What is next for SOMA? Larry said trading for SOMA will commence on Monday, he expects lots of action and activity, and he will be in Frankurt when this opens and rolls.

Question 2: What kind of promotion does he see for EQBM and SOMA? He said to me that they are going to get very active with PR's every couple of days once this thing is let loose Monday. He said they are not into fluff news, but expects to keep the real PR's flowing.

Questions 3: Will we see EQBM getting lots of news along with SOMA? He said absolutely. HE repeated again that he has over 100 million reasons (read shares) to move EQBM. He said he had not looked at the price today and doesn't care where it is at right now. That will be taken care of soon in his opinion.

Question 4: Why few details with Dalian in PR? He said he is meeting with Dalian lawyer over weekend. Dalian owners sound like they are really into the plan of Dalian being part of EQBM and SOMA. Very possible ownership percentage for EQBM/SOMA of Dalian to be 60% if things would go right. Larry and crew have been negotiating for better percentage ownership throughout this process. Originally the first PR's were calling for 33% ownership for EQBM. It will be interesting to see where they end up with regarding ownership percentages. 60% ownership rights is the highest I have ever heard mentioned. Dalian is obviously a huge piece for EQBM and SOMA to close and anything above 50% IMO would be huge.

Question 5: What about the Short position? Larry thinks they are in a world of hurting. He also said he would not be surprised that starting next Friday they will start to scream for mercy. He said they have only 454 million shares, and will go to DTC with the 8 to 9 million Dividend equivalents from the 50:1 deal. He said at that point when many go to claim Dividends and Warrants he expects some to find out they have problems. He then said he could see SOMA possibly moving up to $5 as they start promoting that next week. I asked how will the Shorts cover? He said they won't be able to get Dividends and Warrants as there are only so many available right now. I aksed woudl they have to go to the free market to get the shares and he said let them go try to find them and secure them. He said they could find SOMA running away from them as they try to get those shares to satisfy shareholder demands.

Questions 6: I asked about the EQBM short covering? He said he would expect many of those who are found to be short to possibly cover EQBM position starting around next Friday or after. The DTC would have some involvment simply due to the Dividend hand-outs or missing hand-outs, so maybe they can also lend a hand into why some shareholders were denied initial requests for Dividends and Warrants for SOMA? My question there.

Question 7: What did he think about present share price? He felt the MM's were shaking some shareholders out just so they could cover some of their shares.

Question 8: What about EQBM trading in Frankfurt like SOMA is going to? He said he has plans to get EQBM trading in January but needs to concentrate on getting all of the SOMA and Dalian stuff rolling first. I asked him what would be able to be changed since nothing has happened good for EQBM in Frankfurt this far? He said he will change MM's, and that should fix problem. His plans are to get SOMA flying off the ground, and then use the same MM that will be used for SOMA to also be the main/only MM for EQBM as well. My take from what he was telling me here is the Frankfurt MM was not helping to much, but he expects much progress when he switches to same MM for SOMA. He will be talking to that MM on this very trip to Frankfurt, so who knows, maybe EQBM might start trading in frankfurt along with SOMA very soon as well.


Now, take all of this with a grain of salt if you doubt me and my ability to ask questions and transcribe exact comments, or doubt Larry and his ability to deliver. I share this information and you can do with it as you will. Feel free to call him yourself and ask further questions or ask for clarification on anything. When I have been able to track Larry down he seems open to talk about his company and what they have going on. The biggest question I have is can he deliver on his own goals and commitments. If h can then Longs are in great shape IMO. If he cannot, then well, ..... welcome to pinkie land. As a long I think he will deliver. Hopefully he can meet the aggressive timeframes as well.

My opinions and nothing but. Do your own DD, and by all means only trust your own judgement when it comes to investing in this crazy pinkie world of stocks.

Just got off the phone with Scottrade!

They told me they had no information and didn't know what I was talking about concerning the Divys and warrants showing up tomorrow!

I heard the words DTC than they changed to the tune of "well that is just a PR and it isn't official. The company (EQBM) may change their mind and not give out the divy and warrants.

I had trouble not laughing, as I heard the words maybe, if, I am not sure...etc

This is going to get real interesting!

Not this long. Why should we be content at this price with Dalian closed? I don't see how MMs can hold this back with the deal we have waited months for finally getting closed. The SEC announced about 15 minutes before market open Thursday that it was suspending trade on 35 companies trading on the Pink Sheets, citing rules in Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Trade will be suspended beginning 9:30 a.m. today and will remain suspended until midnight March 21.

“The Commission ordered these trading suspensions because of questions that have arisen regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information concerning among other things: (1) the companies’ assets, (2) the companies’ business operations, (3) the companies’ current financial condition, and/or (4) financing arrangements involving the issuance of the companies’ shares,” the SEC said.
