wieso ist diese sch ..... aktie nur am fallen ?

Ich habe mal die CAC 40 werte verglichen:

auf monatssicht ist veolia mit -8,4 % der größter looser im cac und auf jahressicht sieht es genauso aus: -9,7 %

Was steckt dahinter ?

Soll ich Bankaktien kaufen ? Die goldman sucks sind mit 100 mrd bewertet - schnäppchen, oder ? Wohin führt der wahnsinn an der märkten nur?
Die Banker-Bande bekommt das geld fast geschenkt und kann damit munter zocken und manipulieren wie in den besten bankster-zeiten (vielleicht sogar noch wie in nie dagewesenen zeiten). Unternehmen wie veolia, die 100tausende arbeitsplätze sichern stöhnen dabei unter der zinslast, die von den banksterganoven wieder als gewinn eingestrichen wird.

Ich will mal stark hoffen, dass veolia positiv überrascht - die reaktionen des marktes deuten leider eher auf das gegenteil hin.

Nach der börsenentwicklung der letzten tage müßte veolia doch eigentlich längst bei 30 euro stehen

interessant ist aber erst der 5 jahres chart:

da ist veolia bis 2008 klarer outperformer (diesmal ist der Dax noch dabei):

die aktien haben ja eeigentlich nicht viel miteinander gemeinsam, außer dass sie versorger sind.

Veolia (schwarz):
wasser, abwasser, müll, public transport etc.

e.on (blau):
strom aus akw etc.

Aber die kursentwicklung läuft doch ziemlich parallel:




Outperformer der CAC40 (grün).
Ich sehe da klar Nachholpotential für Veolia.

Ich bin froh das ich raus gegangen bin. So habe ich mit dem Geld wenigstens noch ein bisschen was von der aktuellen Rally mitgenommen. Langfristig kann mit der Aktie aber glaube ich nicht viel schief gehen.

Tja, ich war ja kurz davor hier einzusteigen, aber aus meiner Sicht sprechen zwei Dinge dagegen: Die exorbitante Verschuldung und die Verstrickungen mit dem französischen Staat und anderen französischen (Staats-)Unternehmen. Der Staat wird Veolia zwar vor einer Pleite schützen, aber gesund ist das alles nicht. Wenn die Marktkapitalisierung geringer ist als die Verschuldung (bei einem KBV von 1,75) und der Schuldendienst große Teile des Gewinnes auffrisst, möchte ich nicht wissen, was bei einer längeren Wirtschaftskrise und Verlusten passiert. Zumal der Gewinn zu fast 70% ausgeschüttet wird, um mit einer hohe Dividenderendite die Aktionäre bei Laune zu halten. Und wenn jetzt der französische Präsident die Krise und Verschuldung der EDF durch Verknüpfungen mit Veolia lösen möchte, verstärken sich meine Bauchschmerzen. Die Kursziele der Analysten muss man in der Regel ja nicht ernst nehmen, aber Ziele wie 19 bzw. 21 lassen einen ja nicht gerade vor Freude im Dreieck springen...

Wer verkauft hier in einen eigentlich eher steigenden markt?
Weiß jemand wieder mal mehr - schlechte Q-zahlen ?

Oder woran liegt es, dass die Aktie schon wieder bei 24 dümpelt?

Der Dow will doch nächste Woche durch die 10000. Das steht für mich fest. Sollte das soliden Werten wie Veolia nicht auch Auftrieb geben?

2009-09-15 | Veolia Water is awarded new contract by Petrobras, the Brazilian Oil & Gas company, to supply new water and reuse treatment station

Paris, September 15, 2009. The Brazilian oil company Petrobras has awarded Veolia Water’s subsidiary Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, under a 50/50 joint venture with Enfil, a Brazilian water treatment engineering company, the complete supply and construction of a water treatment and reuse station at Abreu e Lima Refinery, in Ipojuca, Pernambuco State. The amount of this contract for Veolia Water is worth about 119 million Euros.

Currently under construction, the new refinery will produce primarily diesel fuel and will process heavy oil from Brazil and Venezuela.

The Abreu e Lima Refinery water treatment and reuse station will be able to provide 2100 m3 of filtered water per hour and 580 m3 of recycling water per hour for industrial use.

It is the twelfth project awarded by Petrobras to Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Brazil, including in particular in the last few months the water treatment plant at the REPAR refinery, or the wastewater treatment plant at the REVAP refinery.

The Abreu e Lima Refinery water treatment plant will also reuse approximately one third of the water consumed by the refinery. It will include a series of five units providing increasingly advanced treatments, in order to produce boiler feed and demineralized water, plus a dewatering sludge unit.

Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies’ processes will include flocculation and counter-current lamella settling with MULTIFLO™, Multi Media Filters and Granular Activated Carbon, Electro Dialysis Reversal and Ion Exchange resin system. Commissioning activities are expected to start in 2011.

Veolia head seen taking on top EDF job - report
PARIS, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Henri Proglio, the chief executive of Veolia Environnement, could become the next head of French state-owned power group EDF, daily Les Echos reports.

Proglio, who turned down the EDF top job in 2004, may accept an offer from French President Nicolas Sarkozy to replace Pierre Gadonneix as chief executive of EDF, but under certain conditions, the paper said.

Proglio could accept the EDF job 'if he could still play a role within the environment services giant and engineer a link-up between the two companies,' Les Echos said.

Reuters received an advance copy of the front page of Les Echos' Thursday edition.

Veolia could not be immediately reached for comment.

'Henri Proglio is ready to end his carer with that kind of challenge ... but without dropping what he has done,' Les Echos said, citing a source close to Proglio.

Gadonneix's position as chief executive of EDF has been seen under threat since running foul of the government this summer over his calls for bumper rises in electricity tariffs.

Last week, Les Echos reported that EDF could hold a board meeting on Sept. 23 to decide on a successor to Gadonneix, 66, whose mandate ends in November.

VEOLIA schleicht jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit täglich um ein paar kleine Prozentpünktchen nach oben. Also, ich bin ganz froh, in meinem Depot auch ein paar nicht so hochvolatile Positionen zu haben...
