hi Raymundo i hope this is your email.
I was like to see you the other day. I hope you are actually had like the New York.
So much so much happening all the time, lots of great opportunities.
And speaking of opportunities, the deal I was speaking you about day before included a company
called Tex-Homa (TXHE).
It's already lift up, but the big information isn't even
out yet, so there's still time. I have got this shares already and made
2000. I suggest you to do the same today.
Hope this helps you out. I'll see you this weekend.

einkracht!
Danke, für eine kurze, sachliche Antwort!

Texhoma Energy, Inc. - Predicting the Future
Investigative Reports
October 18 2006
E-mails containing "accidental" stock tips appear to be de rigueur this season. Last month a wave of emails purported to include an "inside tip" on a penny stock company called Capital Reserve Canada Ltd. (OTCBB: CRSVF). Recipients were supposed to believe they had accidentally received a message that was intended for a friend of the sender. See, "Inside Tip" Spam - New Spin, Old Scam.
Today, a new series of emails began to circulate – this time recommending an obscure oil company called Texhoma Energy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TXHE). The emails are pretty sloppy this time around; the sender and the "intended" recipient each have the same name and the text features fractured English. Here is one example:
hi Jefferey
i hope this is your email. I was happy to meet you the other day. I hope you are truly had like the New York. So much so much happening all the time, lots of great opportunities.
And speaking of opportunities, the deal I was speaking you about day before embraces a company named Tex-Homa (TXHE). It's already growing up, but the big information isn't even out yet, so there's still time. I have got this shares already and made 2000. I propose you to do the same today.
Hope this helps you out. I'll see you this weekend.

Some of the emails have contained variations on this basic text, but the message is very much the same: Buy Texhoma shares now. The writer may have misspelled the Company's name, but he or she managed to get the symbol right.
The bogus "accidental" e-mails are just one part of a multi-pronged scheme to promote Texhoma. For the past week, touts have been circulating e-mails urging investors to buy Texhoma shares. With slight variations, the messages all struck the same chord; claiming Texhoma shares are set to fly based on an "oil-field discovery." Although the emails identified various, evidently fictitious, senders, they each offered a similar prediction - that Texhoma stock, which was then priced at $.08 a shares, would reach a "reference" or "target" price of $.27 a share.
And what information did the promoters provide to support their recommendation? They described Texhoma as a "trade mark new entrance into the Red Hot Energy branch," and suggested that "the earnings report" was likely to show "HUGE profits!" The emails predicted that Texhoma would "rocket on Tuesday (October 17th) based upon its "Extremely lucrative business sector, "INCREDIBLE" (or in some cases, "UNTHINKABLE") "Novelty, and "solid, proven management."
Not surprisingly, Texhoma shares have responded to the email assault. On October 16, 2006, almost 53,000 shares of Texhoma stock traded, closing at $.09 a share. On October 17th, over 1 million shares changed hands, as the stock price reached $.11, and closed at $.10 a share. By mid-day, on October 18th, as the "accidental" e-mails began to arrive, volume soared to more than 2 million shares, and the stock reached $.12 as share.
A third element of the Texhoma promotion surfaced of October 18th. A series of emails began to circulate containing "confidential information" and, remarkably, predicting the future. These emails included a Texhoma press release dated October 20, 2006 – that's right, two days from now. They urged readers to "[p]lease read this announcement attentively!!!!!! This is strictly confidential information. Don't' send it to anybody. Only now is the right moment to buy [Texhoma] stock" – which they projected would increase to $.29 a share by October 18th and $4.52 by October 20th.
The October 20th "press release" says that Texhoma has obtained a license from "the biggest Russian gas monopoly, Gazprom," to develop "the giant Kovykta gas field in Eastern Siberia." According to the "press release" the "prospective size is estimated at over 240 million barrels or the equivalent in gas." The "press release" goes on to say that Texhoma is also "responsible for developing and drilling the giant Shtokman natural gas field" and expects total revenues from these transactions to total "700m dollars." Texhoma, the dubious press release claims, plans to exchange 30% of its shares for 15 % of a new entity.
The "flaws" in the press release are obvious – aside from its transparently premature appearance. The announcement does not indicate the terms of these transactions, the costs to Texhoma, or the logistics of the plan.
Is Texhoma aware of these aggressive promotions? Who is behind them? The Company has not filed an annual report on Form 10-K since January 2005 - which indicated that, as of September 30, 2004, Texhoma had no assets and no revenues. The latest Form 10-Q quarterly report, for the three months ended March 31, 2005, showed the Company with approximately $285 in cash and "advances" of $9,500 - but still no revenues. Since then, the Company has issued a series of Form 8-K reports, detailing transactions and events – but no updated audited financial statements.
That, however, is another story. For now, consider this a heads-up that promoters are continuing to flog Texhoma. Will Texhoma distance itself from the "information?" The Company responded to an earlier promotion on September 8, 2006 with the following statements:
It has come to the attention of Texhoma's management that information is
being distributed about Texhoma by third parties that is not authorized,
sanctioned or paid for by the Company. Texhoma cautions investors not
to rely on such information and we encourage investors and shareholders
to visit the Company's website, or to the SEC website of http://www.sec.gov/
to review the company's filings, for accurate information on the Company.
Of course, investors wishing to review the Company's filings will be disappointed if they are seeking current financial information. Perhaps the Company will speak up again and distance itself from the latest schemers - and provide more recent financial details to the public.

grüße an alle, roback

Investigative Reports
October 24 2006
The buzz has died down and the touts have disappeared – but the victims remain to be counted. Last week, a series of spam e-mails pretended to provide "inside" information on Texhoma Energy, Inc. ((Pink Sheets: TXHE). See Texhoma Energy, Inc. - Predicting the Future; and Update: Texhoma Energy, Inc. - It's Only A Day Away. The spammers claimed that they had access to press releases the Company would issue in just a few days – on Friday, October 20, 2006, to be precise. To lend a sense of credibility to these claims, portions of the bogus press releases were included in the e-mails. One purported press release said that Texhoma had acquired a license to develop a gas field in Siberia. Another stated that the Company had discovered "recoverable reserves" with an estimated revenue production "worth $120 mil."
Not surprisingly, October 20th passed without a hint of either of the promised announcements. Instead, on October 20, 2006, the Company filed a Form 10-K summarizing its most recent activities and seeking to distance itself from the promoters.
It has come to the attention of our management that information is being distributed about Texhoma Energy, Inc., by third parties which is not authorized, sanctioned or paid for by us. We therefore caution investors not to rely on such information and we encourage investors and shareholders to visit our website, http://texhomaenergy.com/ or the SEC website, http://www.sec.gov/, to review the Company's latest filings, for accurate information regarding our operations.
We are actively pursuing opportunities only in Texas in and Louisiana and are striving to keep our shareholders and the investment public fully informed with such ventures. We currently have no involvement with any international ventures and have no impending announcements which are not disclosed in this Form 8-K filing.
A press release issued by Texhoma on October 24th – a real one – contained none of the "developments" promised by the touts. Instead, the Company provided an update on its recent activities. The Company said that it was "receiving cashflow" from oil and gas properties in Louisiana through its subsidiary Texaurus Energy, Inc. – although it did not provide details of those revenues or related expenses. Texhoma also reviewed plans to develop additional properties in Louisiana and Texas.
The October 24th press release also indicated that Texhoma is currently working with its auditors to prepare updated, accurate financial statements in order to regain listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. For now, however, current audited financial information about the Company remains unavailable to the public.
Unfortunately, some investors appear to have been seduced by the span e-mails. Texhoma's common stock reached $0.14 a share on October 19th, on the eve of the promised press releases. The next day, when the promised press releases failed to materialize, Texhoma stock dropped to $0.10 a share. By October 24th the stock price had dropped to $.069 – closing just slightly higher at $0.082 a share. Volume also had decreased dramatically – from over 5.6 million shares traded on October 19th to fewer than 700,000 shares on October 24th.
