Stable Earnings from Farm Industries Help Support Blue Diamond’s Move to Rapid Growth Biofuels Market (Ethanol and Bio Diesel)
The Green Baron Report has uncovered what we believe is a ground floor stock opportunity that has a defined plan to become a player in one of the hottest sectors of the stock market. The timing appears absolutely perfect, and we believe the current earnings alone substantiate a much higher stock price. We always look for stocks that have limited downside and huge upside potential, but this one goes a major step further.

The Green Baron Report is proud to announce that Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (PK: BLDV) is officially our 53rd fully profiled stock pick and will be added to our storied list of previously profiled stocks on our home page. Results compiled from the most recent trade possible prior to dissemination of this report to the subsequent high will be monitored at www.thegreenbaron.com. Although we have very aggressive short and long term expectations for this stock, we still suggest our members try to accumulate as and close to the profile price as possible.

BLDV stock has gone full circle in its brief, but active trading history. In early to mid April, BLDV rallied on huge volume from about .035 per share to hit .095 per share. After a pullback to .05 per share, the stock hit a high of .125 per share in early May. A lag in news regarding developments of its bio fuels plans seems to have taken the stock back down and eventually to a new low recently seen at .03 per share. Please view chart at http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?s…

Technically, The Green Baron Report does not see much resistance below .07 per share. Even the 50-day and 200-day moving averages are nearly double the current price of BLDV. If Blue Diamond can surprise the Street with any further new developments in its biofuels programs, we could see the stock easily break the year high of .125 per share. We also believe the stock is capable of hitting .25 to .40 per share  if just a few key developments fall into place.

Fundamentally, Blue Diamond has something for everyone. The current revenue and earnings for BLDV are derived primarily from its goat farming and agriculture businesses. Revenues grew nearly 15% and earnings nearly 12% year over year. An argument can certainly be made that BLDV should trade at least 12-15 times earnings which would put the stock at a price of .07 to .09 per share based on last year’s earnings. Internal projections have this area of business growing at a much faster rate going forward.

There is a formidable management team being assembled that could take BLDV to a shocking new level. Seasoned experts are having ongoing negotiations that could evolve Blue Diamond into a legitimate player in biofuels and agriculture. Aside from a very experienced CEO, former eight-term congressman Eligio de la Garza who served as Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture for 13 years is now a Director at Blue Diamond. Ambassador Philip Priestley, former British High Commissioner in Belize, has joined the company in an advisory capacity, bringing 35 years of experience in trade, investment promotion, and bilateral relations.

Since ethanol and bio diesel are derived from agriculture products, it only makes sense that agriculture based companies are converting to this highly profitable business model. We note that use of renewable fuels such as ethanol will almost double in The United States by 2012 under legislation signed into law by President George Bush. Only a few days ago, Marathon Oil announced the first ethanol investment by a major U.S. oil company in 26 years.

The Green Baron Report believes some major surprises could occur at any time for BLDV. We believe the stock has tremendous value at current prices, and poses huge upside potential. We understand that Blue Diamond is currently completing an audit to get listed on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board:kiss:. The Company has also announced that it will be submitting financial statements to www.pinksheets.com. It also stated that numbers announced May 8 were audited and on April 24 announced that it has engaged SEC attorneys to .

      About Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. is an agriculture, biofuels, and commercial development company with operations in Belize and the U.S. The Company recently announced plan to break ground this year on a million dollar goat processing facility in Belize and aggressively market the world’s most eaten meat throughout the U.S., Central America, and the Caribbean. Blue Diamond will utilize 3,000 acres in Belize and 1200 acres in Oklahoma for a goat ranch, research center, and processing facility. Local farmers in Belize and Oklahoma, under a cooperative agreement with Blue Diamond Ventures, will raise the goats and process them at the company’s facilities. Blue Diamond’s business plan includes ethanol production, tilapia and shrimp aqua farming and raising thousands of acres of soybeans.

On June 9, Blue Diamond Ventures announced it is confidently moving forward with its goal to build goat processing facilities and an ethanol plant. Last month Blue Diamond submitted to the Belizean government a formal proposal for the purchase of the Libertad Sugar Factory. The Libertad factory resides in the center of the country’s sugar cane production. The Government of Belize acknowledged receipt of the proposal and responded they are not in a position to act on the offer from Blue Diamond until a stand-still period of 45 days has expired due to feasibility studies being carried out as a result of a recent Memorandum of Understanding.

CEO John Quincey Moaning stated “we are aggressively pursuing other options including sites outside of Belize. He went on to say he is “confident that within a short period of time that we will have a site located and we will begin construction of our ethanol production facility.”

Blue Diamond plans to initially construct a 3.5 million gallon per year (MGY) ethanol facility and a 5 million gallon per year bio-diesel facility in Belize. The company anticipates using sugar cane and molasses as the main stock for the ethanol. The bio-diesel will be manufactured from vegetable oils such as soy beans, canola, and palm and from animal fats processed at Blue Diamond facilities. As Belizean farmers grow more sugar can in anticipation of selling it to the ethanol facility, Moaning envisions expanding to a 50 million gallon per year facility.

      Key Management

John Quincey Moaning – CEO / President – Moaning, who has more than 15 years of agricultural experience, co-founded Blue Diamond in 2000. He was reared on a 300-acre farm in Oklahoma where he raised cattle and swine (grand champion) and farmed soybeans, corn peanuts, and cotton and was among the top Future Farmers of America and 4-H students in Oklahoma. He created a strategic partnership with Langston University to establish the first Goat research Center in Belize.

Eligio de la Garza – Director – One of Congress’ leading experts on U.S.- Mexican relations, de la Garza has worked to improve relations and trade between the two countries throughout his congressional career. In 1966, he became the first congressman from the Texas-Mexico border area to serve on the Mexico-United States Interparliamentary Group, which promotes dialogue between legislators from the two countries. He served as Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture for 13 years, and maintains close relationships with many world leaders and agricultural ministers.

Ambassador Philip Priestley – Advisor - Former British High Commissioner in Belize brings 35 years of experience in trade and investment promotion and bilateral relations. It was announced on June 19, a few weeks ago, that Ambassador Priestley expects to travel to Belize in the near future to talk to the Belize government and business leaders about Blue Diamond Ventures’ projects. He was quoted saying, “These projects support the government’s policy of attracting sustainable and environmentally-friendly development to Belize and will bring jobs and investment of the area.”

      Green Baron Conclusion

We believe BLDV should trade back up to .07 to .10 per share over the very near-term based solely on its earning and developments in agricultural projects and farming. The stock has been way oversold from recent levels due to a soft micro-cap market and a lack of substantive press releases. The Green Baron Report believes we will see continued solid growth on the agriculture and commercial development side of the business.

A virtual home run exists here if Blue Diamond can land a sweetheart deal to build an ethanol and bio-diesel facility in Belize or Oklahoma. We also believe the Company is entertaining the idea of bringing a well-respected renewable fuel specialist into its management team. The Green Baron Report expects the Company to shed new light on these prospects soon, and the result could generate major attention to the stock. We view the added potential of the biofuels business ought to put BLDV at about .15 per share right now.

BLDV is a full pink sheet with recently announced financials. Although The Green Baron Report treads cautiously with Pink Sheet companies, Blue Diamond has made it clear that it wants to gain its Bulletin Board listing. The spread is tight and volume has been active. We see the stock as a perfect opportunity for our members particularly at what we think are ridiculously low levels. As they might say in the movie “Wall Street”, “Blue Horseshoe loves Blue Diamond”.

      Mein Fazit:

Nochmal: Dieses Unternehmen macht bereits ohne Biofuels Gewinne !!!

      BLDV Stock Report

NEWS FLASH: There are exciting and challenging opportunities in areas of bio-fuels, aquaculture and soybean production. The company is currently in discussion with various large refining and supply companies that have offered to purchase the company’s energy futures. In addition, the company has completed a financial audit and engaged SEC attorneys to file paperwork for listing on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board and other global exchanges. This will dramatically help the BLDV with needed exposure.

In the U.S. meat goat production is increasing rapidly because of goats’ economic value as efficient converters of low-quality forages into quality meat, milk and hide products for specialty markets. Goat remains the most consumed meat in the world.

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. is a developing conglomerate dedicated to the generation of profits from three business sectors—agriculture, bio-fuels (ethanol and bio-diesel), and a commercial development company with operations in Belize and the US. Through the acquisition and development of a portfolio of resource properties, aquaculture and real estate, the company has positioned itself for growth. Blue Diamond recently announced that it has completed plans to break ground on a million dollar goat processing facility in Belize and aggressively market the world’s most eaten meat throughout the U.S., Central America and the Caribbean. Goat products should start catching on in the U.S. in a big way because consumers desire to avoid foods containing additives and hormones, and because gourmet chefs having a growing appreciation for using goat milk products to enhance recipes.

Plans are underway for Blue Diamond to build ethanol and bio-diesel facilities in Oklahoma and Belize. They will construct a 3.5 million gallon per year (MGY) ethanol facility and a 5 million gallon per year (MGY) bio-diesel facility in Belize. The company anticipates using sugar cane and molasses as the main feed stock for the ethanol. The bio-diesel will be manufactured from vegetable oils such as soy beans, canola and palm and from animal fats processed at Blue Diamond’s facilities.

      OPPORTUNITIES
Blue Diamond will be utilizing 3,000 acres in Belize and 1,200 acres in Oklahoma for a goat ranch, research center and processing center. Local farmers in Belize and Oklahoma under a cooperative agreement with Blue Diamond Ventures will raise goats and process them at the company’s facilities. Blue Diamond’s business plan includes ethanol production, tilapia and shrimp aqua farming and raising thousands of acres of soybeans. Blue Diamond’s management is led by John Q. Moaning, president and CEO. Moaning has been engaged in agriculture, cattle ranching and real estate development and other investment activities for over 15 years. He created a strategic partnership with Langston University to establish the first Goat Research Center in Belize. Moaning has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Central and South America and is well acquainted with the culture of the area. Pursuing a dynamic growth path through diversification in growing industries is the company’s priority and strategic business plan. A ground floor with major upside potential, BLDV represents a most compelling opportunity for those investors who aggressively seek the potential for solid short as well as long-term gains.

The successful conclusion of the various projects now in progress will ensure the continued growth and profitability of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. Blue Diamond has seen its stock price nearly triple the past couple of months, and this only hints at what is shaping up to be another productive year for Blue Diamond and its shareholders.

Houston company big on talk, But slow on action!

      Friday, 05 May 2006

In the City of Houston, U.S.A. this week Blue Diamond Ventures
Incorporated announced it had entered into negotiations with the
Government of Belize to purchase the now defunct Sugar Factory at
      Libertad.

But an official announcement from BELTRAIDE, the government agency
which deals with developments of this nature, says this is a
      misrepresention of the facts.

“While the Government of Belize welcomes such investments in Belize,
to date only a letter has been received requesting a meeting and
informing the government of their intended investment.

“There have been no meetings and no negotiations between the
government of Belize and Blue Diamond Ventures to date regarding
their proposed investments, concessions or tax holidays.”

An announcement from Blue Diamond Ventures on May 1, said the
company had entered into negotiations with the government of Belize to
buy the Libertad plant with the intention of converting it into an ethanol
      facility within a year.

Libertad Sugar Factory is located on the New River about 2 miles from
the mouth of the Corozal Bay leading directly out to sea.

The old factory is located in the middle of the country’s sugarcane belt,
but was shut down in 1985 for being uneconomic.

Blue Diamond’s Chairman and Chief Executive John Quincy Moaning
has been acting and talking like he had everything worked out.

“The location will allow easy barging of our ethanol to the Port of Belize
for overseas shipment,” he said noting ethanol can be imported to the
United States of America duty free from the Caribbean under the
      Caribbean Basin Initiative.

“Our engineers have indicated that it will be relatively simple to convert
the plant to an ethanol production facility,” he said.

Blue Diamond Ventures said it plans to build a 3.5 million gallon-a-year
ethanol facility and a 5-million gallon a year bio-diesel facility in Belize,
      as a first step.

The company said it would be using sugar cane and molasses as the
      main stock for its ethanol.

It said it has plans to make bio-diesel from vegetable oils such as soy
beans, canola and palm and from animal fats.

Moaning confirms the Government of Belize would provide huge
indirect subsidies such as tax abatements, customs, and duty
exemptions for renovating and re-opening the Libertad facility, but this
week the government of Belize said it knows nothing about these
      indirect subsidies.

The company recently announced plans to break ground for a million
dollar goat farm in Belize, but this also appears to be wishful thinking
since no one in Belize seems to know anything about 3,000 acres of
land being acquired for such a project.

Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. says it is in the process of completing an
audit to get NASDAQ to list the company on its bulletin board.

MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DENIES PRESS RELEASE
      BY BLUE DIAMOND VENTURES

      May 26, 2006

The Ministry of National Development has again denied the truth of the latest release by a
company called Blue Diamond Ventures. The Blue Diamond release was issued by the company
in Houston, Texas, U-S-A, on Thursday of last week. The release describes meetings with
various government officials in connection with a proposal to turn the Libertad sugar factory into
a facility for making ethanol alcohol. In a release issued today the Ministry of National
Development say they hereby refute the contents of the Blue Diamond press release. The
Ministry release says that while the C-E-O for Blue Diamond was in Belize recently, the Blue
Diamond releases, quote, 'were not welcomed by the Government of Belize as they were
misrepresenting the facts, and in so doing may be misinforming the public', unquote. The
Ministry release says that while Blue Diamonds intentions on ethanol production, soybean
processing, and goat rearing are not questioned, the Government of Belize will give consideration
to Blue Diamond investment ideas when a formal project proposal is submitted. The Ministry

Government of Belize will have no option but to avoid having any further discussions with the
      company.

... und noch was kopiert aus einem us board:

If anyone can help me out here I would appreciate it very much. I have
been a shareholder for many months and have taken a very large loss in the stock. The reason I bought this stock I felt he was a
conservative ethanol play due to its press release on Monday May 8 that they report record revenues and net income for fiscal 2005.
The company posted 5.89 million and net income of one million. The press release also states that blue diamond anticipates
      exceeding revenue goals moving forward.

When I called John moaning and asked him how we were generating profits. He got paranoid and started questioning me if I was a
shareholder. He told me I had to prove to him that I was a shareholder before I could speak to him.
I had to fax over my positions in both Track Data and E*TRADE.

I also sent the following e-mail as well to John Moaning.

      John Moaning,

I think it is very un orthodox to make me or any other shareholder to prove to you that they are share holder. I invested in this
company as a conservative investment In the Bio-fuels Industry. You stated In a May 8 press release an agriculture, biofuels and
commercial development company, announced today audited fiscal 2005 financial statements. The company posted record revenues
of $5.89 Million and net income of $1.03 Million for fiscal 2005 as compared to revenues of $5.14 Million and $923,000 net income
for fiscal 2004. That is why invested in you company. When I last spoke to you a couple months back at a much higher share price
you avoided answering my questions. I asked you how we were earning her money and he said that the earnings are coming from
areas outside of the goat farming business. When asked what that was, you seemed to get paranoid and start questioning who I was.
I hope once and for all you can call me and and we can discuss the future of this company and what is happening currently. I would
like to lower my cost penny average if I think the company has a future and is legitimate.

      Sincerely,

      Scott Robbins

Needless to say he is never called me back. When I call now and he answers which is rare, he hangs up on me. I've never once
been rude to this person. I think he's a scam artist and crazy to boot. My friend whose handle is IHDR had conversations with him
in the past and told me he was a total outright liar and to avoid the stock like the plague. I wish I had followed his advice. If anyone
knows anything about this company please call me and let me know I am not in a scam. I would buy to lower my cost our average
if I knew this was not a scam, but the way the CEO treats me I get the impression that it is. If I don't hear back from some
shareholders I will be filing formal complaints with the SEC.

My name is Scott and I can be reached at 570-472-2287

      Thank you

PS- I think the dilution from what I can tell has been huge
I think I remember the old IR firm telling me it was a little over 100 million shares outstanding. I think I read a post somewhere now
that it is 500 million or more. If anyone knows the outstanding shares please let me know.

I try to help Blue Diamond setting up a trading arm, in a similair way as we do with Zenergy International
Inc, the company I work for. Blue Diamond's focus is more on the development of production units in the
future, than on trading today. The fact that Blue Diamond is partly owned by a minority makes it an attractive
bidder for certain government orders, which are closed to other companies. For specific questions on the

TWO SIDES OF BLUE DIAMOND STORY

      May 29, 2006

Blue Diamond Ventures say they will submit a proposal this week to buy the Libertad
sugar factory. The Ministry of National Development issued a release Friday
saying they refute the contents of an earlier release from Blue Diamond Ventures.
The Blue Diamond release was issued by the company in Houston, Texas, U-S-A,
on Thursday of week before last. The Blue Diamond release describes meetings
with various government officials in connection with a proposal to turn the Libertad
sugar factory into a facility for making ethanol alcohol. The Ministry release says
the Blue Diamond releases, quote, 'were not welcomed by the Government of
Belize as they were misrepresenting the facts, and in so doing may be misinforming
the public', unquote. The Ministry release says the Government of Belize will give
consideration to Blue Diamond investment ideas when a formal project proposal is
submitted. Love News spoke with Blue Diamond Chief Executive Officer Quincy
      Moaning.

Quincy Moaning, Executive Officer, Blue Diamond Ventures

"Our position here is basically to work with the Government (of Belize). We have a general
interest in Belize and we are interested in setting up a goat facility in the country as well as an
ethanol facility. Goat meat is the most eaten meat in the world and it has had a 30% since
1990, so that is one of our projects. We have taken the tremendous task in putting a solid
infrastructure. I had a meeting with the deputy prime minister and got a very positive response
from him and also met with Vildo Marin and did get a good response from him and also met
with the Cabinet Secretary, Robert Leslie and also met with the Minister Sylvia Flores. So like
you know this is not a new project, we have been working and basically we have the
infrastructure in place to carry out our goals and ideas here in the country."

Moaning says Blue Diamond will submit a proposal to buy the Libertad factory.

Quincy Moaning, Executive Officer, Blue Diamond Ventures

"We are submitting a proposal to buy the Libertad Factory. We want to work with the
government to bring renewable energy in the country."

      Marion Ali - Love FM

"Will there be an environmental assessment?"

Quincy Moaning, Executive Officer, Blue Diamond Ventures

"The Environmental Impact Assessment will be done forthcoming but the main thing is to get
      the purchase and move accordingly."

      Marion Ali - Love FM

"How many investment have you done and what will be the scope of the project?"

Quincy Moaning, Executive Officer, Blue Diamond Ventures

"OK, our investment has come, well as you know it is quite expensive to put up a project on
stock market, it took us two years just to be put on stock market and it take millions of dollars
for the investment. Our scope here in Belize with the ethanol and goat facility is a
multi-million investment, upwards of at least ten million dollars."

Moaning adds that he believes his company can make a difference with existing high
      gas prices.

Quincy Moaning, Executive Officer, Blue Diamond Ventures

"Gas overall around the world is very high like ten dollars a gallon and when you have these
prices for fuel it is hard to grow an economy and to stabilize we work with reigning energy
sources where these sources can be possible and in addition to that with an ethanol processing
facility we can see with the farmers by creating jobs. All of our projects deal with training and
creating jobs because for every country to move up we need a middle class and the middle class
needs to have opportunities, opportunities where they will want to stay in Belize."

Quincy Moaning, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Diamond Ventures, Incorporated.

      Antwort vom Herrn Luiten:

      Dear Mr ******,

They are a legitimate company, but BLDV has made promises that take much more time to realize than they anticipated. With the loss already taken I would hang on a little longer in the hope that BLDV can close on its Belize deal it's again working on. I'm with you, looking at a position that is less than 10% of what I put in is not nice. All I can say is that they are close, but close can still go both ways!

I promise you that with Zenergy International (soon to be public as we just filed our Reg A and will be trading under the symbol "ZENI"), we go the opposite way. We will only communicate done deals, not anticpated ones. Takes a little longer, but avoids nasty surprises.

      Dear Investors:

We would first like to thank you for your patience and support.

We have been busy and in battle.

As you well know, the energy sector everywhere is a very political issue. However, I and Mr. Philip Priestley have made considerable progress toward convincing the Government of Belize that our investment plans are economically and socially viable for the country.

Having recently returned from Belize after a series of meetings with most of the country's ministers and decision makers, we assured the Government of Belize we would not issue a press release until the appropriate time.

We are now at a critical stage of negotiations regarding our investments plans. We anticipate an announcement will be made shortly, hopefully before the end of January.

Again, thank you for understanding in such a delicate matter.

      With kinds regards,

      John Quincey Moaning, CEO
      Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.

Gut Ding will Weile haben ...

      BELIZE CITY, January 30th 2007

New Boost to Czl & OW Economies

Plans underway to revive Petrojam Sugar Factory & make way for Libertad Ethanol Plant
The Petrojam Sugar Factory, which once pumped millions of dollars into Belize’s economy until it closed in 1997 due to the neglect of the then UDP Government, is being revived under the current PUP Government.

Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Hon. Vildo Marin revealed to the BELIZE TIMES that the old Petrojam sugar mill will become the new Libertad Ethanol Plant, a project which will pour more than $20m into the economy of northern Belize.

The Government of Belize has made a number of efforts to reopen the Sugar Factory and in October 2006 GOB issued tenders for interested investors. Hon. Marin explained that the tendering committee received about six applications describing the investors’ plans for the old factory. The applications were reviewed thoroughly and in the end the Merconsult Company of Panama, which illustrated an ethanol producing plant, was given the nod.

“Their plan is to refurbish and reopen the old Petrojam sugar factory and turn it into an ethanol plant. This is a project which will bring great investment and opportunities to people of Corozal and Orange Walk,” said Minister Marin.

The production of ethanol will require that sugar cane farmers increase their production. An estimated 500,000 tons of sugar cane will be needed to run the ethanol plant. No sugar will be produced. The juice from the sugar cane will be extracted to produce ethanol.

When asked whether Corozal and Orange Walk farmers could meet the demands, Minister Marin expressed complete confidence in the workers of the north. He said that he has met with members of the association and they have welcomed the demand for an increase in sugar production. “I have met with both associations and I have been assured by the Chairmen and the directors of those associations that whenever they are called to plant, they will plant and I have my full trust in the farmers that whenever they are called to produce, they will,” he told the Orange Walk local news station, CTV-3 News.

Another opportunity for investment is the production of co-generation with the sugar cane waste or “baggage”. Minister Marin said that to do this, the company would have to negotiate a “power-sharing” agreement with the Belize Electricity Limited.

The ethanol plant would also bring hundreds of job opportunities to Belizeans. More than 100 jobs were lost when the UDP Government announced the closing of Petrojam. More or less the same amount of workers will be needed to run the factory, in addition to those who will be employed to refurbish and facelift the old structures.

The Merconsult Company is a consulting firm representing two European companies: Tradhol International of Spain and Kemetyl AB of Sweden. Tradhol produces and exports ethanol to Latin America, the Caribbean, the U.S. and parts of Africa. In 2006 they recorded exports of more than 35 million litres of ethanol.

Representatives from the consulting firms have made plans to visit Belize in early March to inspect the Petrojam Sugar Factory and to discuss their plans with the Government of Belize. The BELIZE TIMES will keep Belizeans abreast of any developments.

4.) Das zweite Projekt sei angeblich "in the Chicago/Detroit area"

Ich finde, das sind sehr interessante Informationen. BLDV sollte aber langsam mal sagen, was sie genau vorhaben. Dem Kurs könnten positive News gut tun ...

Hier etwas Interessantes von der BLDV-Homepage, was meine Hoffnung bezüglich des "New-Technology-Project" (siehe mein obiges Posting Nr. 42, Punkt 3) in Richtung Zellulose-Ethanol verstärkt:

      Bio-Fuels

Declining fossil fuel reserves and environmental considerations have stimulated serious interest in alternative fuels made from renewable resources. Increased efficiency in extracting and processing bio-fuels from bio-masses has further heightened such interest in Ethanol and Bio-DIESEL.

Blue Diamond Ventures is a company with initial operations in the US and Belize, with long term development interests in Africa and Asia. We are committed to improvements in the Bio-FUELS industry, including improved production efficiency in a vertically integrated value chain - from farming of raw material to processing finished products.

The primary products of the company are easily transportable liquid bio-FUELS:

      - Ethanol produced to XX standards to replace MTBE as an octane booster in gasoline.

      - Bio-DIESEL produced to ASTM D-6751 and European standards as a diesel blend.

      - Co-product: Glycerin (refined) used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.

The feedstock is the most significant variable manufacturing cost for Ethanol. In Belize, we anticipate using sugar cane and molasses. New developments in making Ethanol directly from cellulose materials may offer significant cost savings.

Bio-DIESEL is made from vegetable oils (soybean, canola, rape, palm, etc), animal fats (chicken, lard) or waste cooking oil reacted with Methanol. This basic process has been known for more than 50 years, however new improvements are being patented.

Bio-DIESEL can be used in its pure form, and it can also be blended with petroleum based diesel in any ratio (often between 2% and 20%). Bio-DIESEL can be used without requiring any significant modifications to equipment or distribution system, so it can be implemented seamlessly within the current energy and automotive infrastructure.

Improved plant yields, vegetable oil processing methods, improved efficiency in recycling waste cooking oil help make bio-DIESEL more cost competitive. Political and non-economical costs in increased procurement of fossil diesel fuels, justify the rationale for switching to bio-DIESEL, making current fossil fuel reserves stretch further.

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. intends to develop Ethanol and bio-DIESEL projects in the US and internationally. We further seek to develop processing technologies and methods to increase yields from feed stocks etc. So far, three (3) detailed business plans have been developed:

Ethanol of Belize plans to establish a 3.5 Million Gallons per Year (MGY) production facility at the old Libertad Sugar Factory site.

Ethanol of US plans a 3.5 Million Gallons per Year (MGY) state of the art processing facility in Oklahoma.

Bio-DIESEL of Belize includes a production facility with an initial production capacity of 5 MGY of bio-DIESEL.

"A good size ethanol unit (say 60 Mio gallon/ year) should yield a return of at least 20 MIo/year, which should elevate BLDV's share easily above 25 cts."

"Having said that, the stock is at his bottom, and I hope Mr Moanning will come out with some positive news, to get the stock at least back to the 10 cts range"

Blue Diamond Ventures Announces Plan to Construct Bio-Diesel Facility in Belize Following Government Approval of Land Purchase
Friday March 16, 8:30 am ET

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 16, 2007 -- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (Other OTC:BLDV.PK - News) today announced plans to construct a bio-diesel plant in Belize, with an eventual capacity of 50 million gallons per year (GPY). This follows approval from the Government of Belize for Blue Diamond to purchase 180 acres of land, forming part of the Old Lynam College in the Stann Creek District, which will serve as a headquarters for the company's bio-fuels, goat and research and development operations.

"The Government of Belize welcomes the strong interest shown by Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. in investing in Belize and, in doing so, contributing to economic growth and development of our country," said Joseph Waight, senior advisor in the Ministry of Finance. "The production of bio-fuels will be a key factor in our national goal of reducing our country's dependence on imported fossil fuels. We look forward to having Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. working in Belize, and we wish them all success in the future."

"This represents an important milestone for the company," said Blue Diamond's Chief Executive Officer John Quincey Moaning. "We look forward to working with the Government of Belize as we work to bring sustainable economic development to the country and increase shareholder value. There have been challenges along the way, but they have been overcome. I thank those involved who have worked patiently and determinedly to make today's agreement possible."

The breakthrough for Blue Diamond Ventures follows months of high-level talks led by Ambassador Philip Priestley, former British High Commissioner in Belize, who joined Blue Diamond Ventures last year, bringing with him 35 years' experience in trade, investment and bilateral relations promotion.

Welcoming today's announcement, Mr. Priestley commented he was glad the negotiations had been brought to a successful and mutually satisfactory conclusion.

"I am absolutely delighted to have been able to combine my career experience and skills and affection for Belize to help realize this agreement," acknowledged Mr. Priestley. "Bio-fuels will play an increasingly important part in meeting countries' energy needs in the years ahead, and this project would put Belize at the forefront of developments in this area."

Mr. Priestley noted he would remain fully committed to and engaged with the project and would oversee its economic development aspects.

Meanwhile, Blue Diamond has entered into serious discussions within the U.S. to construct a 50 million gallon bio-diesel plant and research facility, with a strong emphasis placed on creation of jobs, bio technological skill development and the promotion of entrepreneurship and agribusiness.

Blue Diamond also plans to work closely with the United States Department of Energy to advance the development of high-yielding biomass feedstock for bio-fuel production and promote research into state of the art bio-fuel processing technologies (2nd generation and higher, including enzymatic treatment of biomass to produce cellulosic  bio-diesel and ethanol).

The implementation of the bio-fuels plant in Belize will start with the immediate set-up of a bio-diesel pilot plant at Lynam with an output capacity of 200,000 to 500,000 (GPY) and construction of a 2.5 million (GPY) Commercial Demonstration Facility later this year.

About Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.: Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (www.bluediamondventures.com) is an agriculture, biofuels and commercial development company with operations in Belize and the U.S.

"But at least he (CEO Moaning) turned the corner! and so will our stock."

"A good size ethanol unit (say 60 Mio gallon/ year) should yield a return of at least 20 MIo/year, which should elevate BLDV\'s share easily above 25 cts"

"Having said that, the stock is at his bottom, and I hope Mr Moanning will come out with some positive news, to get the stock at least back to the 10 cts range"

I think this is pretty good:D:D

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 03.21.2007 (1) day ago, when the stock price was 0.0140. Since then BLDV has fallen -28.57% .

A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.

There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

      Business Description:
Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. is an agriculture, bio fuels (ethanol and bio diesel) and commercial development company with operations in Belize and the US. The company recently announced plans to break ground this year on a million dollar goat processing facility in Belize and aggressively market the world's most eaten meat throughout the U.S., Central America and the Caribbean. The goat market has been growing at an annual rate of 30 percent since 1990. Blue Diamond will utilize 3,000 acres for a goat ranch, research center and processing facility in Belize. The company will utilize 1,200 acres in Oklahoma. However, local farmers in Belize and Oklahoma, under a cooperative agreement with Blue Diamond Ventures, will raise the goats and process them at the company's facilities. Blue Diamond's overall business plan includes ethanol production, tilapia and shrimp aqua farming and raising thousands of acres of soybeans. The company is presently in discussion with various large refining and supply companies that have offered to purchase the company's energy futures. The second phase of Blue Diamond's goat initiative in Belize will be goat-fiber production of mohair and cashmere. Blue Diamond Ventures has established a partnership with Langston University, home of the renowned E. (Kika) de la Garza Institute founded in 1984 to generate and disseminate technical information on goats, advance the knowledge of goat production and enhance the utilization of goat products. Former Congressman and Chairman of the U.S. Agriculture Committee for 13 years, Eligio de la Garza, has been elected to the company's board of directors. The company is currently completing an audit to get listed on the NASDQ Bulletin Board. Blue Diamond has also hired a consulting firm in Europe to assist with getting listed on the London-Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Germany's Dax Index.

      BLDV

      BLUE DIAMOND VENTURES INC
      Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 03.21.2007 (2) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0140. Since then BLDV has fallen -14.29% .

BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick which has an open equal to the previous close but closing higher. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.0100 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

The recent bullish formation leading to the BUY-IF signal is confirmed today. The market is ready for a new bullish move.:eek::kiss: Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion.

We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.

If you bought, continue to hold this stock until the confirmation of the next SELL-IF signal. You are on safe grounds as long as the future prices continue to trade above the benchmark price. What to do if you did not buy? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for buying in the following sessions.

The market is currently cold for short-sellers. Avoid any short sales and cover the short positions immediately  if there are any.

1.) BLDV sollte in den nächsten Wochen "follow up statements on the Belize project" machen und ...

2.) "and also on other projects  that BLDV has under consideration"

3.) "BLDV is also going to be active in ethanol projects"

"In the next weeks BLDV should make follow up statements on the Belize project, and also on other projects that BLDV has under consideration."

"If Blue Diamond can surprise the Street with any further new developments in its biofuels programs, we could see the stock easily break the year high of .125 per share. We also believe the stock is capable of hitting .25 to .40 per share if just a few key developments fall into place."

("World Business Review (WBR)" airs on CNBC (as paid programming) and Bravo! (as paid programming). CNBC has 84 million cable, Direct TV, and Dish Network viewers. "WBR" may also be viewed through video on demand via wbrtv.com, which has more than 112 million subscribers worldwide. The "WBR" series is also available at more than 120 prestigious colleges and universities, including Carnegie Mellon University, Howard University, Dartmouth College and Georgetown University.)

Blue Diamond Ventures and Government of Belize Sign Sale Agreement for Old Lynam College -- Set Up of Biodiesel Pilot Plant to Follow
Thursday June 28, 8:30 am ET

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 28, 2007 -- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (Other OTC:BLDV.PK - News). At a recent ceremony held in the board room of the Central Bank of Belize, Blue Diamond Chief Executive Officer John Quincey Moaning and Belize Prime Minister Said Musa signed the sales agreement giving the company acquisition of 180 acres of land, forming part of the Old Lynam College in the Stann Creek District, which will serve as a headquarters for the company's bio-fuels, goat and research and development operation.

The company will start immediately on the setup of a biodiesel pilot plant, with plans to construct a facility with an eventual capacity of 50 to 100  million gallons per year (GPY). The company will now direct its efforts toward securing greater capitalization for the larger aspects of the project.

"Blue Diamond's investment in bio-fuels production in Belize will offer the people of Stann Creek and Toledo, in particular, the prospect of significant and much-needed employment and educational opportunities," Prime Minister Musa said. "The Government of Belize is fully committed to Blue Diamond's project and to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly sources of fuel. I am personally delighted Blue Diamond Ventures has taken this important step to establish itself as a leader in Central America and the Caribbean in bio-diesel production."

On hand for the historic event were government officials, media representatives taping an upcoming episode featuring Blue Diamond Ventures on World Business Review hosted by General Norman Schwarzkopf, which will be aired on CBNC, and Dr. Gerald Riskowski, professor and Department Head, and Dr. Sergio C. Capareda, assistant professor from Texas A&M's Department of Biological and Agricutural Engineering Department. (A separate press release will explain the University's role as Blue Diamond's technical assistance partner).

The signing ceremony, which also included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Belize for cooperation in agriculture, education, training, and research and development , represented a special moment for Moaning, who has persevered despite challenges along the way.

Moaning thanked Prime Minister Musa, Education Minister Francis Fonseca and Joe Waight of the Ministry of Finance for their support in making the signings a reality. They also come after months of high-level talks led by Ambassador Philip Priestley, former British High Commissioner in Belize, who joined Blue Diamond Ventures last year, bringing with him 35 years' experience in trade, investment and bilateral relations promotion.

Once renovated, the buildings at Lynam will offer accommodation for staff and visiting researchers. There will also be classrooms and research facilities. The research center will be named The Blue Diamond Research Center of the Americas.

Blue Diamond's presence in Belize has far-reaching implications, not only for the company but potentially for Belize, the gateway to Central America.

The banana and sugar industries of the Caribbean ACP countries have long benefited from preferential trade arrangements with the European Union. However, following rulings by the World Trade Organization against the European Union, the country is experiencing significantly declining trade preferences. Aside from tourism and citrus, the sugar and banana industries have been the country's traditional primary sources of foreign exchange. New sources of employment and wealth creation are essential.

With economies expanding in China and India, Central and South America will become even more important regions for the United States. Furthermore, the United States, like other parts of the world, will experience looming water shortages, along with a continued clash in the food and energy sectors. Belize has an abundant supply of water.

About Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.: Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (www.bluediamondventures.com) is an agriculture, biofuels and commercial development company with operations in Belize and the U.S.

Herr Moaning vielleicht?

There has yet to be an official statement from the Government of Belize, but Amandala was able to confirm today that the Government of Belize has signed a BZ$900,000 land deal with Blue Diamond Ventures for the sale of 180 acres of land that were a part of the former Lynam College in Stann Creek.

The deal, according to Financial Secretary Joe Waight, was signed at the boardroom of the Central Bank in Belize City last Friday, June 22.

Signing for Belize was Prime Minister Said Musa, and for Blue Diamond was CEO/president, John Quincey Moaning.

Also present for GOB were Attorney General Francis Fonseca, and the Fin Sec, who told us that Cabinet approved the deal three months ago.

Musa and Moaning also signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in agriculture, education, training, and research and development.

Ambassador Philip Priestley, former British High Commissioner in Belize, is a director of Blue Diamond Ventures. According to the company, he joined them last year, bringing 35 years’ experience in trade, investment and bilateral relations promotion, and has been leading the high-level talks with GOB.

Amandala only became aware of the signing after Blue Diamond issued a press release on the Internet today.

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., a Texas-based company, says that the land will be used to set up the company’s headquarters for bio-fuels, goat production and research and development operation.

The company is expected to pay for the land once the necessary land surveys are completed and the Government prepares the title, said Waight. The land transfer should take 6 to 8 weeks, and if the company does not materially commence its operations in a year, the Government will reacquire the property, he added.

Since last year, Blue Diamond Ventures has been making its plans for its Belize operations widely known in the international press—so much so that they apparently went ahead of themselves, speaking confidently about their Belize operations even before any deal had been finalized with the Government.

The company was previously negotiating with the Government to purchase two recently sold properties – the Old Libertad Sugar Factory and associated lands, which GOB sold to Merconsult SA of Panama, and the soy bean plant in Yo Creek, Orange Walk, which has gone to Nutrisoya Ltd., a local Mennonite company.

Blue Diamond Ventures will begin with a pilot project. Its press release issued today said, “The company will start immediately on the setup of a bio-diesel pilot plant, with plans to construct a facility with an eventual capacity of 50 to 100 million gallons per year (GPY). The company will now direct its efforts toward securing greater capitalization for the larger aspects of the project.”

Its release quotes Prime Minister Musa as saying that, “Blue Diamond’s investment in bio-fuels production in Belize will offer the people of Stann Creek and Toledo, in particular, the prospect of significant and much-needed employment and educational opportunities.”

Musa added that government is fully committed to the project and to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly sources of fuel.

While the Belize media was not a part of Friday’s signing ceremony, Blue Diamond reports that “media representatives” were on hand, taping for a feature on Blue Diamond Ventures which should be aired on CBNC’s World Business Review.

According to Waight, the company also has a cooperation agreement with Texas A&M University for the project. Dr. Gerald Riskowski, professor and Department Head, and Dr. Sergio C. Capareda, assistant professor from Texas A&M’s Department of Biological and Agricutural Engineering Department, were also on hand for the signing, said Blue Diamond, which promises a separate press release to explain the institution’s role.

Waight told us that the sale does not affect ANRI – the Agriculture and Natural Resource Institute, which also sits on a part of the former Lynam premises. However, Blue Diamond plans to renovate some of the other buildings on the premises to accommodate staff and researches. The company says it also plans to establish the Blue Diamond Research Center of the Americas on the site.

The company explains that bio-diesel is made from vegetable oils such as soybean, canola, rapeseed, palm; animal fats such as chicken or lard; or waste cooking oil reacted with methanol. It can be used in its pure form, and it can also be blended with petroleum-based diesel in any ratio (often between 2% and 20%).

The company has also expressed interest in using sugarcane and molasses to produce ethanol, producing goat, tilapia and shrimp for the world market, as well as producing goat fibers such as cashmere and mohair.

Blue Diamond had previously announced that it has also entered into talks with the United States government to construct a much larger 50 million gallon bio-diesel plant and research facility in that country.

The company’s initial work in Belize would, evidently, serve as a pilot project for its larger scale operations.

The Government has not disclosed the nature of the Blue Diamond agreement, and what concessions, if any, the investor is being given.

"The company has also expressed interest in using sugarcane and molasses to produce ethanol, producing goat, tilapia and shrimp for the world market, as well as producing goat fibers such as cashmere and mohair."

"Blue Diamond had previously announced that it has also entered into talks with the United States government to construct a much larger 50 million gallon bio-diesel plant and research facility in that country."

      Heute schon wieder News?

PRIME MINISTER ADDRESSES SEVERAL NATIONAL ISSUES
      July 04, 2007

Prime Minister Said Musa addressed a number of issues when he appeared on Love FM’s Morning Show today. Prime Minister Musa was asked about the report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Development Finance Corporation.

      Prime Minister Said Musa

“Like you and members of the public,I am waiting too.I set up this Commission of Inquiry over two years ago and never believed it would’ve taken so long.As you know I’ve expressed concerns that I believe politics is being played with this matter.I think that some people are just trying to drag this thing out to take it right to the limit into the election cycle right up to the date. And the truth of the matter is they’ve had the hearings,I can’t understand why they can’t produce a report.I’m not criticizing anyone in particular but it amazes me that it has taken so long, when in fact, the promised six months ago that the report would’ve been forthcoming very shortly and we’re still waiting. In fact it is very unfair,to me as the Prime Minister who set up this Commission because the truth of the matter is I could act decisively and terminate this Commission because as far as I’m concerned they’ve failed to produce.Nobody expected them to take so long but I won’t go down that road.I will still give them time to furnish their report because that’s what we need.We need to get their report so that the Belizean people can saee what,if anything went wrong, and where it went wrong.”

Love News spoke with Co-Chair of the Commission Merlene Bailey Martinez who gave us her response.

Merlene Bailey Martinez :Co-Chair of the Commission

“I’m not sure what he means that the Commission has not performed. But that is an assessment that’s left to the public when we come out with the report. But I am surprised that the Prime Minister is amazed that it took so long and I really have to remind us about the legal hurdles the Commission has had to go through.Hurdles with Mr. Gabb delaying the process for three months while he refused to hand over the documents officially. The hurdles we’ve had to face with the Novelo’s challenge with the audit report and hurdles we’ve had to face with witnesses not showing up when they we suppose to show up.So the Commission has had hurdles of Mr. Price’s unfortunate illness. There were many, many hurdles that the Commission has had to face and there was even a time when the Press Office had indicated that they would withdraw the support of the Commission and that was another hurdle that we’ve had to face.So there have been many hurdles and the Commission is still concerned that we have not heard from two key borrowers in this whole process. It has taken longer than all of us have wanted and I can say that for myself but a job has to be done well, the job has to be done properly and thoroughly for it to be done well.In terms of the timeframe,we are trying very hard right now to wrap up,but I must say that it’s with some concern that ensuring that we hear from two of the main borrowers of DFC.Two loans of the borrowers that have gone into default and we have not been able to hear from these two borrowers and that has been a concern for the Commission for some time now.But we are earnestly trying to wrap up and we respect the Prime Minster’s wishes to have this thing come to a conclusion.I don’t know who is playing political games,I am not one of those people,so I’m surprised to hear him say that and as he said I won’t go down that road and we are trying to wrap up a quick as possible. It has taken some effort and it’s disappointing to hear him say that we have not produced a report. It’s very disappointing to hear that. But we will respect his wishes and try to wrap up as quickly as possible. We have not been able to hear from the Novelo’s and we have not been able to hear from Universal Health Services Principals and that was of major concern to the Commission and it still remains some concern to the Commission that we have not been able to hear from them. And so the report if we were to conclude at this point in time,it would have to be with the understanding that that is a key element that is missing from the entire investigation so that remains a concern.”

Love News also contacted David Novelo to find out why they have not testified. Novelo said they were prepared to testify however they wanted to do so as part of the public hearings. Novelo said the Novelo Family could not make any legal representation on behalf of Novelo’s Bus Line because the company is under receivership therefore the receiver is the only one authorized to make representation on behalf of the company. While the Prime Minister was on the show he also addressed the issue of reports on the sale of Lynam College in Southern Belize .

      Prime Minister Said Musa

“It’s 180 acres of the original Lynam which is a much bigger area and also the facilities of which is the educational facility as I said. Not only will that continue to be owned by the people, now as government,as a government institution but under this very agreement under availability or competence of the students that will be enhanced once the company assists with its science and technology through Texas A&M University.I see this as a win-win situation if properly manager. But the bottom line is if these people turn out to be as genuwine as they say they are,the agreement says that within a year,if they don’t show progress aid that they’re paid, but also carrying out the project that they say they will. The government has the right to buy it back at the very same price-not even a dollar interest more. The project is to first of all refurbish some old buildings that we’re there and that had been abandoned and to use the land the 180 acres to plant a material that can be then converted.I think they want to get into cellulosic bio-diesel.This is very high tech, specialized conversion of plant material going right to the cellulous structure of the plant to creat bio-diesel like ethanol.Like how you make ethanol from sugar cane, they will use other plant material to produce this diesel, this fuel that they will substitute for the oil that we get from the grown which of course is a depleting resource whereas this one can of course be regenerated every year.So in other words it’s cutting edge technology that can be of great benefit to Belize in the future. But the second thing is that from an educational standpoint,to have a facility like this right next to an educational institution so that students can be exposed to what is going on.I think in its self is a great value.”

Prime Minister Musa was also asked to comment on the recent reports of Marion Jones having to file bankruptcy.

      Prime Minister Said Musa

“First of all I must say that I was very distressed to read the reports of the fact that Marion has had to declare bankruptcy in her business that she’s been faced with terrible lawsuits and all that. She has been through a lot and I can fully emphasize and sympathize with her because I know I have a clear feeling as to what she has been going through.”

      Reporter

“Is she still our Sports Ambassador?”

      Prime Minister Said Musa

“She’s absolutely still our Sports Ambassador.I was happy to see that she was starting live again after her marriage situation. But I want to make it clear that I never believed that Marion Jones was involved with drug taking, dope and all these allegations that were made against her.And since she has been vindicated, just as I’ve been vindicated, when all these charges were being made against me with corruption and lying, this and that, when we challenged it and took them to court, they were found liable and had to pay.I was vindicated in two libel suits against The Reporter. That’s just one example.Similarly,Marion Jones has been vindicated with all these charges that she has been running with dope in her system and all this.So I think that she will get past that.I also think that Belize owes it to her.And I think, certainly as the Prime Minister to make sure that we maintain her good reputation. She is Belizean as far as I’m concerned and will remain so.And when we build that stadium which we hope to start soon. The Sports Complex at Marion Jones Stadium. It will be in her honor. It will be at the Marion Jones Stadium.”

Blue Diamond Ventures Selects BEI Engineering to Design and Build Biodiesel Pilot Plant in Belize
Friday August 3, 8:30 am ET

      HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 3, 2007 --

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (Other OTC:BLDV.PK - News) Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., announced today it has selected BEI Engineers of Pasadena, Texas, to design and build a three to six million gallons per year (MGY) biodiesel pilot production plant in Belize, with immediate plans to expand capacity up to 100 million (MGY), following construction of the commercial demonstration facility in the Stann Creek District.

"BEI's experience of handling large projects, its safety record and overall attitude toward service and excellence led to our selection of the company," said Blue Diamond Chief Executive Officer John Quincey Moaning. "We look forward to a productive relationship."

BEI is currently performing the engineering for a biodiesel facility in Texas. It is also doing the front-end studies for a biodiesel facility on the Gulf Coast. With over 2.3 million safe hours worked, BEI has never had an OSHA recordable accident nor any lost time due to an accident.

"I am very impressed with the efforts Blue Diamond Ventures has made to develop this project for the benefit of the economy of Belize and the environment," said Fred D. Bandini, BEI Engineers Chief Executive Officer. " I am pleased and excited BEI has been selected for this opportunity to provide our services for the project and look forward to working with the Blue Diamond team."

In Belize, BEI's involvement will include process engineering, civil structural engineering, electrical engineering and design, instrumentation and control systems and project management.+

The selection of BEI comes weeks after Moaning and Belize Prime Minister Said Musa signed the sales agreement giving the company acquisition of 180 acres of land, forming part of the Old Lynam College in the Stann Creek District, which will serve as a headquarters for the company's bio-fuels, goat and research and development operation.

The company will issue a separate press release explaining the upcoming episode featuring Blue Diamond Ventures on World Business Review hosted by General Norman Schwarzkopf, which will be aired on CBNC August 26TH at 2 p.m. Central Standard Time.[/b

      Zur Erinnerung:

"The company will issue a separate press release explaining the upcoming episode featuring Blue Diamond Ventures on World Business Review hosted by General Norman Schwarzkopf, which will be aired on CBNC August 26TH at 2 p.m. Central Standard Time."

Ich bin gespannt, was bereits nächste Woche kursmäßig passiert.

"Below find a resource that calculates on a hypothitical basis the profitability of an ethanol unit based upon corn in the US. Unless the one that you selcted have much better corn contracts, get a better price for their by products (DDG and CO2) all of them will suffer the same squeeze. This year is going to be worse than last winter (high corn prices) as this year we have a much lower ethanol price. Corn to ethanol uses also a lot of energy, and unless they found some cheap waste heat (some co-locate with a nuclear facility) a hefty energy bill is also weighing down results.

That's why I personally favor sugarcane. It comes with the fiber (bagasse) that can be used to produce energy, and total production cost is much lower..
I hope your investments will do good, but fear at least a short term dip in value.

      Regards
      Robert Luiten

OMAHA (DTN) -- Ethanol profitability dipped to its lowest point in seven months for Neeley Biofuels Inc. on Sept. 12, falling from 8 cents per gallon on Sept. 11 to minus 2 cents in one day.

The hypothetical 50-million-gallon plant in Union County, S.D., Wednesday suffered a second-straight day of falling ethanol prices. The DTN average rack price for South Dakota fell from about $1.94 on Sept. 11 to around $1.89 on Sept. 12.

In this update, however, profitability suffered a double whammy with the average corn price paid by ethanol plants in South Dakota increasing from about $3.16 on Sept. 11 to about $3.31 Sept. 12.

DTN Analyst Rick Kment said Wednesday that ethanol prices continue to fall along with ethanol demand as a result of the end of the peak summer driving season. In addition, he said increased ethanol supplies from more ethanol plants coming on line have put a crimp in prices.

Ethanol rack prices have been on a steady decline since the middle of the summer.

On June 1 the average ethanol rack was about $2.46, dropping to $2.41 on June 15, then to $2.38 on June 22, $2.33 on July 3, $2.32 on July 10, $2.31 on July 17 and then to $2.13 Sept. 4.

Neeley Biofuels' profitability has tumbled from about 46 cents on July 17 to around 25 cents on Sept. 4 and then to 8 cents on Sept. 11.

I established the hypothetical plant in DTN's ProphetX Ethanol Edition as a way to track ethanol industry profitability. Using ProphetX, I am able to see how the changing market has affected my plant's net profit margin per gallon of ethanol sold -- the difference between total costs and revenues.

To compute net margins -- what's left in profits after all costs are deducted -- I used industry-average figures from Iowa State University economist David Swenson. These included annual labor and management costs of $2.8 million, transportation costs of $10 million, debt-servicing costs of $7.8 million, depreciation costs of $8 million and maintenance costs of $800,000.

Though Neeley Biofuels is paying nearly $16 million in debt-service and depreciation costs on its plant -- or about 32 cents per gallon of ethanol produced -- many real plants are not in debt and are more profitable.

So if Neeley Biofuels was not in debt Sept. 12, profitability would have been around 30 cents per gallon.

"The feedstock is the most significant variable manufacturing cost for Ethanol. In Belize, we anticipate using sugar cane and molasses. New developments in making Ethanol directly from cellulose materials may offer significant cost savings."

      Hallo kyrgia,

Hast Du irgendwelche Informationen zuletzt bekommen?

Dies wären umgerechnet also ca. 450.000 US-Dollar.

      http://www.wbrtv1.com/

Dann auf "Streamed Video Shows" gehen and dort bei "Show #1912" auf "Blue Diamond Ventures" klicken.

We have been quietly doing the off-camera, unglamorous work, as we have made offers to three biodiesel plants in the United States. We anticipate reaching an agreement soon.:eek::eek:

As predicted, high soybean prices have halted biodiesel production at a number of plants in the United States. According to the USDA, soybean oil costs make up 80 percent of a biodiesel plants' operating costs. In 2007, prices jumped from 28 cents to 45 cents a pound and continue to increase. While our plans are still to construct a biodiesel facility in Belize with an eventual capacity of 100 million gallons per year (GPY), using non-food crops, our immediate objective is to generate income.:kiss::kiss:

We have known all along that controlling our feedstock production would be the key to our profitability and sustainability. For this reason, we have worked tirelessly to establish ourselves in Belize and to implement cooperative agreements. Another key component is our memorandum of agreement with the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station of the Texas A&M University System, whereby, the university will serve as our technical assistance partner in Belize. Our research initiatives will also focus on various technology advancements, identifying, assessing, cultivating and optimizing production of second generation energy feedstocks for cellulose and bio-oils :eek::eek:, characterizing and optimizing the design of dedicated bioenergy crops and developing integrated logistics systems associated with the harvest, transport, storage and conversion of bioenergy crops. The company anticipates moving to another exchange following acquistion of its facility.:kiss::kiss:

We will continue to keep our investors informed of our continued progress.

      With kind regards,
      John Quincey Moaning, CEO

Laut heutiger Veröffentlichung könnte dies schon bald ("We anticipate reaching an agreement soon") sein ...

      by the way:
