FeedbackTja,wie findet Ihr das.Habe beim Vorstand mal nachgefragt,wie schlimmes ist.ER schreib,das die Firma in guter Verfassung ist und noch 2 Mio cash auf der Bank hat.Problem war nur,daß es dieses Jahr kaum drilling-crews gab und somit nur ein Orojekt gestartet wurden konnte.Ansonsten meinte er,das es es eine großartige Zeit sei um Aktien nachzukaufen.Nun ja! Bei PSR war die Bude ein toppick im Goldsektor für 07.Die haben schon bei 0,50 zum kaufen geblasen.WAs meint Ihr? Ausgebombt ist der Kurs ja!Negative news gabs nicht!Also alles so wie bei 1,30 can$.

STRATEGIC MERCHANT BANCORP ANNOUNCES A NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO RAISE $2,300,000
Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, May 04, 2006 /FSC/ - Strategic Merchant Bancorp Ltd. (SMB - TSX Venture), (the "Company") announces that the brokered private placement announced on February 23, 2006, as amended on March 31, 2006 with Research Capital Corporation will not proceed and the Company and Research Capital have mutually terminated their relationship.
The Company will now proceed with a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2,300,000 by issuing up to 3,285,714 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.70 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase an additional common share for 12 months at a price of $0.90 per common share. The warrants will be subject to early expiration provisions if the Company's common shares close at or above $1.25 for ten consecutive trading days following the expiry of the 4-month resale restriction period.
The Units will be offered to qualified purchasers in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. The offering is subject to certain conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange approval.
A Finder's fee equal to 7.0% of the gross proceeds raised may be paid to certain finders and where applicable compensation warrants which will entitle the finder to acquire that number of common shares as is equal to 8% of the number of units sold by them, under the offering at an exercise price of $0.70 for a period of one year from the closing of the offering. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general working capital; acquisition costs, as well as exploration expenditures on the Company's recently acquired/optioned Nevada properties.
Further Mr. Neil Linder, the President of the Company, wishes to report that he has sold 500,000 shares of the Company, the proceeds of which sale he will use to subscribe for Units in this Offering.

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, May 04, 2006 /FSC/ - Strategic Merchant Bancorp Ltd. PINENUT UPDATE:
We are pleased to announce that we are starting our 8th hole at Pine Nut and have completed 7 holes and 6,290 ft of diamond drilling. Assays have been very slow to come however; we expect to be able to release the compiled drill results for holes 1-8 shortly. Assays on these holes will help in evaluating the next phase of the PineNut Project in 2007.
DRY GULCH UPDATE:
We have completed an internal technical report for Dry Gulch. We have completed our surface Sampling, a new Gravity report, and additional mapping are now also complete. We have identified 2 drill targets from our structural interpretation of this data and the trending of the fault lines and updated Gravity Mapping and it appears the Carlin Trend "Lower-Plate" rock is closer to the surface than originally expected.
We have recently applied for our drilling permit at Dry Gulch and we are expecting approval very soon. Drill rig availability has been extremely tight all summer; however our Operator Redstar Gold Corp has assured us we will be drilling shortly as Rig availability improves during the Fall.
NORTH BULLFROG UPDATE:
At North Bullfrog we are working on narrowing down and prioritizing specific drill targets and setups in an effort to get a drilling plan completed as soon as possible. Half of the drill sites located on private lands will not require permitting; however we will need to apply shortly for permits on the public portion of our land package. We are aiming to be drill ready by November 1st.

Strategic Nevada Resources Corp. is releasing assay results from the phase 1 drilling program at its Pine Nut project in western Nevada. The program consisted of eight diamond drill holes totalling 7,145 feet. Highlights include the highest-grade intersection yet reported for the property, with hole PNR-4 returning 0.799 ounce per ton gold (Au) over an approximate true width of 2.1 feet, within a massive vein yielding a composite of 0.373 ounce per ton gold over 5.3 feet. Under terms of an agreement announced previously, Strategic is earning a 70-per-cent interest in the project from Redstar, which is acting as operator.
All eight core holes intersected multiple quartz veins and gold mineralization exceeding 0.010 ounce per ton gold. PNR-4 tested the middle of three northerly trending veins, which form a vein system 6,200 feet (1,900 metres) long by 1,300 feet (400 metres) wide. The massive vein consists of multiple finely banded crustiform quartz and chalcedony with local fine-grained sulphides and bladed quartz.
PNR-4 is part of a 250-foot-long strike length of the central vein where drilling by previous operators intersected shallow gold mineralization within 200 feet of surface, including 0.310 ounce per ton gold over five feet within 0.119 ounce per ton gold over 20 feet (hole RU-4) and 0.333 ounce per ton gold over five feet within 0.142 ounce per ton gold over 15 feet (hole RU-7). Surface samples along this segment of the central vein reach 1.1 ounces per ton gold over nine feet. Hole PNR-5 also tested this shallow part of the central vein 50 feet south of PNR-4 and intersected a similar massive vein approximately 5.2 feet in width and yielding a high of 0.119 ounce per ton gold over 2.2 feet. The vein composite assayed 0.060 ounce per ton gold over 5.2 feet. Mineralization has been traced down dip for approximately 300 feet.
The remaining holes all intersected multiple veins with lower-grade gold values and have delineated a large mineralized system with many untested targets. Due to drilling problems, the final hole (PNR-8) failed to reach its target depth at the south end of the vein system where surface samples assayed up to 0.91 ounce per ton Au. Redstar and Strategic are evaluating the results of the program and opportunities to expand the high-grade zone on the central vein.
The company is pleased with the results from the first phase of drilling on the Pine Nut project. It has demonstrated the potential for high-grade results within this extensive epithermal vein system and has intersected anomalous gold in all drill holes. The Pine Nut project is the first of three projects in Nevada optioned to Strategic Nevada to be drilled. The other two projects, Dry Gulch and North Bullfrog, will be drilled when a drill rig becomes available.

STRATEGIC NEVADA RESOURCES WINS AUCTION TO ACQUIRE THE HISTORIC CRESCENT SILVER MINE IN COEUR D'ALENE MINING DISTRICT/THE SILVER VALLEY-IDAHO
Strategic Nevada Resources Corp. has acquired the right, at public auction, for $650,000 (U.S.) to purchase 100 per cent of the Crescent mine in the Coeur d'Alene mining district in Shoshone county, Idaho.
The company has put down a 5-per-cent deposit with the Shoshone county, and the company now has 20 days to complete its due diligence and close the transaction on Jan. 2, 2007. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will acquire 24 patented mining claims covering approximately 350 acres, together with surface rights to approximately 15 acres.
The Crescent mine has been owned by Shoshone county, Idaho, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since the early 1990s.
The Crescent mine is a past-producing high-grade silver mine, located just east of Kellogg, Idaho, in the Coeur d'Alene mining district in Idaho. Mining has been carried out in this district for more than 100 years; it is the only known mining district in North America to have produced over 1.1 billion ounces of silver in the last 100 years (source: Idaho Geological Survey bulletin No. 28, 1989).
The Crescent mine is reported to have produced over 25 million ounces of silver, from 1917 to 1981. According to a Bunker Hill geological staff report, produced on Jan. 1, 1982, production totalled 978,750 tons averaging 27 ounces per ton and recovered silver was 25,139,655 ounces.
The Crescent mine is strategically located between two world-class orebodies. Adjoining the Crescent mine on the east side is the world-famous Sunshine mine, one of the richest silver mines in the world. The Sunshine mine has produced over 325 million ounces of silver, 71,000 tons of lead, 50,000 tons of copper and 37,500 tons of antimony. Bordering the Crescent mine property on the west is the Bunker Hill mine, with a production history of 3,119,121 tons of lead, 161,384,305 ounces of silver and 1,311,266 tons of zinc.
History of the Crescent mine
Development work began on the Upper Crescent mine at the turn of the century. By 1917, the mine had begun producing ore from along the Alhambra fault.
In the summer of 1943, the Crescent mine was closed. The Bunker Hill Company reopened the mine in 1951, and by June of 1954 the Ellis (No. 1) shaft had been sunk from the 1,200 level to the 3,100 level. By the end of March, 1963, the stopes developed between the 3,000 and 2,500 level had produced in excess of 3.5 million ounces of silver.
Total proven, probable and projected ore calculated in 1983 by Don Springer, an independent consulting geologist, prior to the Crescent mine's final shutdown, was 396,500 tons of ore with an average grade of 23.7 ounces per ton silver, for a total resource of 9,395,380 ounces of silver.
Geology
The Coeur d'Alene district is underlain by members of the Precambrian belt supergroup rock formations, which in the area of the mine are, in descending order, the Wallace, St. Regis and Revett formations. This supergroup extends east-westerly for many miles and hosts the numerous mines that have made the district one of the major silver-lead-zinc-producing areas in the world and the premier silver district in North America. Within the Coeur d'Alene mining district, the largest silver-producing mines have in the last 50 years been located to the east of the Bunker Hill mine. Strategic Nevada Resources Corp. has acquired the right, at public auction, for $650,000 (U.S.) to purchase 100 per cent of the Crescent mine in the Coeur d'Alene mining district in Shoshone county, Idaho.
The company has put down a 5-per-cent deposit with the Shoshone county, and the company now has 20 days to complete its due diligence and close the transaction on Jan. 2, 2007. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will acquire 24 patented mining claims covering approximately 350 acres, together with surface rights to approximately 15 acres.
The Crescent mine has been owned by Shoshone county, Idaho, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since the early 1990s.
The Crescent mine is a past-producing high-grade silver mine, located just east of Kellogg, Idaho, in the Coeur d'Alene mining district in Idaho. Mining has been carried out in this district for more than 100 years; it is the only known mining district in North America to have produced over 1.1 billion ounces of silver in the last 100 years (source: Idaho Geological Survey bulletin No. 28, 1989).
The Crescent mine is reported to have produced over 25 million ounces of silver, from 1917 to 1981. According to a Bunker Hill geological staff report, produced on Jan. 1, 1982, production totalled 978,750 tons averaging 27 ounces per ton and recovered silver was 25,139,655 ounces.
The Crescent mine is strategically located between two world-class orebodies. Adjoining the Crescent mine on the east side is the world-famous Sunshine mine, one of the richest silver mines in the world. The Sunshine mine has produced over 325 million ounces of silver, 71,000 tons of lead, 50,000 tons of copper and 37,500 tons of antimony. Bordering the Crescent mine property on the west is the Bunker Hill mine, with a production history of 3,119,121 tons of lead, 161,384,305 ounces of silver and 1,311,266 tons of zinc.
History of the Crescent mine
Development work began on the Upper Crescent mine at the turn of the century. By 1917, the mine had begun producing ore from along the Alhambra fault.
In the summer of 1943, the Crescent mine was closed. The Bunker Hill Company reopened the mine in 1951, and by June of 1954 the Ellis (No. 1) shaft had been sunk from the 1,200 level to the 3,100 level. By the end of March, 1963, the stopes developed between the 3,000 and 2,500 level had produced in excess of 3.5 million ounces of silver.
Total proven, probable and projected ore calculated in 1983 by Don Springer, an independent consulting geologist, prior to the Crescent mine's final shutdown, was 396,500 tons of ore with an average grade of 23.7 ounces per ton silver, for a total resource of 9,395,380 ounces of silver.
Geology
The Coeur d'Alene district is underlain by members of the Precambrian belt supergroup rock formations, which in the area of the mine are, in descending order, the Wallace, St. Regis and Revett formations. This supergroup extends east-westerly for many miles and hosts the numerous mines that have made the district one of the major silver-lead-zinc-producing areas in the world and the premier silver district in North America. Within the Coeur d'Alene mining district, the largest silver-producing mines have in the last 50 years been located to the east of the Bunker Hill mine. Wenn man bedenkt was dort bereits an Silber gefördert wurde ist es natürlich fraglich, ob hier noch entsprechende Ressourcen verfügbar sind. Die Meldung hört sihc auf den ersten Blcik toll an, aber warum bietet sonst keiner mit? Diese kritische Frage sollte man sich doch stellen.

Strategic Nevada Resources Corp. (“Strategic Nevada” or the “Company” ) (TSX-V: SNS) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a brokered private placement on a commercially reasonable efforts basis of up to 7,000,000 units (the “Units” ), and a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,340,000 Units, at a price of $0.75 per Unit (the “Offering” ), to raise total gross proceeds of up to $6,255,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a “Share” ) and one-half of a transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant” ). Each full Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional Share for a period of 18 months from closing at an exercise price of $1.25.
Pacific International Securities Inc. (the “Agent” ) will act as agent for the Offering and will receive a commission of 7.0% of the gross proceeds of the brokered portion of the Offering, payable in cash or Units at the election of the Agent. In addition, the Agent will receive compensation options equal to 7.0% of the number of Units sold under the brokered portion of the Offering. Each compensation option will entitle the Agent to purchase one Share at a price of $0.80 for a period of eighteen months following the closing of the Offering. NEWS RELEASE January 10th, 2007 TSXV Trading Symbol: SNS STRATEGIC NEVADA RESOURCES ARRANGES PRIVATE PLACEMENTS
Strategic Nevada Resources Corp. (“Strategic Nevada” or the “Company” ) (TSX-V: SNS) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a brokered private placement on a commercially reasonable efforts basis of up to 7,000,000 units (the “Units” ), and a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,340,000 Units, at a price of $0.75 per Unit (the “Offering” ), to raise total gross proceeds of up to $6,255,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a “Share” ) and one-half of a transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant” ). Each full Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional Share for a period of 18 months from closing at an exercise price of $1.25.
Pacific International Securities Inc. (the “Agent” ) will act as agent for the Offering and will receive a commission of 7.0% of the gross proceeds of the brokered portion of the Offering, payable in cash or Units at the election of the Agent. In addition, the Agent will receive compensation options equal to 7.0% of the number of Units sold under the brokered portion of the Offering. Each compensation option will entitle the Agent to purchase one Share at a price of $0.80 for a period of eighteen months following the closing of the Offering. The Company will also pay the Agent’s costs and expenses of the Offering. All securities issued in the Offering will have a hold period in Canada of four months from the closing of the Offering.
The net proceeds from the Offering are intended to be used for rehabilitation and further exploration on the Company’s recently acquired Crescent Silver Mine property and for general working capital.
The Offering is subject to completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Agent with respect to the Company, completion and execution of appropriate documentation, acceptance for filing by the TSX of the Offering on behalf of the Company and receipt of any required regulatory approvals.

Commencing today, crews from Stewart contracting will begin gutting out the structures. Scrap metal will be salvaged and shipped to a salvage yard. Old roadways will be plowed and reopened.
It is estimated that the work will take approximately 3 weeks to complete. At which point the buildings will be ready for restoration.
Strategic President Neil Linder commented "This is an important first step to bringing the Crescent back to life; we are confidant that Stewart Contracting will get the job done and we are pleased to be using a local Silver Valley company to help us with this project. Upon the completion of the project Mr. Linder feels we will have begun the process of bringing the Crescent Mine back to it's past glory."

Bin auch heute raus, war aber eine tolle Spekulation. Je mehr der Silbersektor entdeckt wird, desto mehr solche Werte wird es geben, wo man nicht auf nachhaltige Wertsteigerung setzten muß/kann, sondern einfach den Push mitmachen kann - das Risiko kann man durch allergenaueste Beobachtung und natürlich eventuell Stop-Loss abfedern. Nur auf keinen Fall heiraten diese Art von Aktien!

Your editor has come back from Vancouver with a number of exciting investment ideas. But without a doubt, one of the hottest new deals about to fancy the attention of investors is Strategic Nevada. I felt it was important to bring this story to your attention this weekend before it gets away from us. There are never any guarantees about anything in the equity market, but based on the rabid interest on the part of mining professionals and mine investors, I'm guessing that Strategic Nevada could be a quick double from its current share price. The company's 100%-owned Crescent Mine is located smack-dab in the middle of two of the most prolific silver mines in the U.S. if not the world, those being the Sunshine Mine and the Bunker Hill Mine.
The area that hosts the Sunshine Mine, the Crescent Mine, and the Bunker Hill Mine is known as Silver Valley, Idaho. Some 1.1 billion ounces of silver have been produced over the years from this area. The Sunshine Mine, which borders the Crescent Mine to the east, produced more than 328 million ounces of silver, 71,000 tons of lead, 50,000 tons of copper, and 37,500 tons of antimony. Bordering the Crescent Mine property on the west is the largest tonnage producer in the district, the Bunker Hill Mine. It produced 161,384,305 ounces of silver, 3,119,121 tons of lead, and 266 tons of zinc. The average silver grade at Bunker Hill was 8 ounces per ton; at Sunshine, it was 18 ounces per ton.
Until now, the Crescent Mine has not kept up with the large number of ounces mined from either side of it. It did have the highest average grade, that being 27.3 ounces of silver per ton. Its total production has been just 26 million ounces. That's a far cry from the number of ounces of silver produced at the Sunshine Mine or the Bunker Hill Mine. However, management is convinced, and Brian White, the foremost geologist of Silver Valley, agrees that there is a huge amount of silver yet to be mined from the Crescent Mine. Numbers I am hearing bandied about informally are anywhere from 50 million to 200 million or more.
These estimates are based in part on the knowledge that the silver-bearing systems on either side of the Crescent Mine are deep systems and also the knowledge that the prior geological interpretation of the project is believed to be incorrect. Well-regarded geologist Brian White, who is the staff geologist for the company, is considered the preeminent geologist in the Idaho Valley. Indeed, that Strategic Nevada Valley was able to secure the services of this geologist was viewed as a super coup on behalf of the company. And that no doubt is one reason why the professional mine investors are all over this stock like ugly on a gorilla. Requests to participate in this financing have reportedly been many times larger than the planned C$8.25 million private placement.
It should be noted that the existing resource of 9 million ounces is from an area that is currently under water. However, there are reportedly large amounts of silver above the water table. Those are the ounces the company plans to begin targeting for drilling in the very near future. In time no doubt the water will be pumped out and mining of those lower areas will recommence. However, for now, the idea is to prove up a substantial number of ounces to justify a move into production. In that regard the company is very fortunate in that all the infrastructure any mine needs is in place, including permitted mills on the neighboring mines, which are starved for mill feed.
According to one report I recently read, geologist Brian White called the Crescent property "an undisturbed sleeping giant". Apparently, mining market pros see it that way too, as they are beating down the doors of Strategic Nevada for some private placement shares. Seeing this mania, combined with your editor's view that we are still in the early stags of a glorious bull market in gold and silver, I felt compelled to bring you this story, posthaste. Of course, much as we like this stock, we still insist that you not allocate more than 5% of your portfolio into SNS at time of purchase. Diversification is simply a good way to ensure good returns without facing the risk you would have if you simply backed up the truck to buy as much as you could get your hands on. In that event, if our optimism for Strategic Nevada turns out to be misplaced, overall your portfolio should remain in solid territory, at least as long as the existing bull market endures.
Strategic Nevada Resources owns 100% of the Crescent Mine in the Coeur d'Alene mining district. The Crescent Mine is a historic high-grade silver producer. From 1917-1982 the property produced 25 million ounces of Silver at an average grade of 27.3 ounces per ton. Prior to its last shut down in the 80's, previous operators of the Crescent Mine reported over 9 million ounces of silver resources at an average grade of 18 ounces per ton.
The property lies between two world-class Silver producers. The Sunshine mine which has produced more than 300 million ounces of Silver and the Bunker Hill mine, which has produced over 150 million ounces of Silver. The Coeur d'Alene district is the only known mining district in North America to have produced over 1 billion ounces of silver.
Strategic Nevada Resources (SNS) trades on the TSX-V under the symbol SNS the Company has approximately 15.2 million shares outstanding and cash on deposit of $500,000.
All resource estimates quoted herein are based on data and reports obtained and prepared by previous operators.
