Providential Holdings Reports 2006 Year-End Earnings

Company Returns to Profitability and Expects Continued Improving Results for FY 2007


LOS ANGELES, CA and HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/14/06 -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: PRVHE) (German Stock Exchanges: PR7, WKN 935160), a provider of international advisory services specializing in mergers and acquisitions, reported its year-end earnings today. The company expects that its "E" designation will be removed shortly after it files its 10-KSB.

The company reported revenues of $4,119,009 from consulting and advisory services for the year ended June 30, 2006, compared to $4,242,303 for the year ended June 30, 2005, a 3% decrease. This decrease is mainly due to a slight decrease in the size and scope of the merger and acquisition activities. The company reported no sales for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, compared to $37,049 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005. The decrease in sales reflected the diminished activities of Provimex, a majority-owned subsidiary of Providential Holdings.

Providential reported income from operations of $1,279,850 in FY '06, compared to a loss from operations of $3,268,147 in FY '05. This increase was mainly due to a 62% decrease in operating expenses during the current fiscal year. Total operating expenses were $2,839,159 in FY '06, compared to $7,517,916 in FY '05. This was primarily due to the decrease in the impairment of assets and professional services, including non-cash compensation during the current fiscal year.

The company had net income of $991,513 for the year ended June 30, 2006 as compared to a net loss of $2,119,904 for the year ended June 30, 2005. Fiscal year ended June 30, 2005 included a net loss of $393,997 on discontinued operations as well as a gain on the disposal of a subsidiary of $1,955,579 that are not present in fiscal year ended 2006. The net income based on the basic and diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the year ended June 30, 2006 was $0.01 as compared to that of ($0.02) for the year ended June 30, 2005.

Wahnsinnszahlen. Bei einem konservativen KGV von 10-15 ergibt das realistische Kurse um die 0,10 €. Billiger wirds nimmer. KAUFEN, KAUFEN MARSCH MARSCH. Die Amis werden mit der gestrigen PR den Kurs drastisch nach oben ziehen.

Der Weg auf minimum 0,10€ ist nicht mehr so weit, Kursexplosion steht uns bevor. Der Anstieg war schon längst überfällig, nach 3 Jahren endlich mal wieder in der Gewinnzone.
Könnt Ihr euch erinnern, damals im Oktober/ November 2003 Anstieg bis auf 0,39 € (damals auch Quartalszahlen in der Gewinnzone). Könnte uns gut und gerne wieder passieren. Alle paar Jahre enormes Kurspotential.

Providential Holdings Announces Joint Venture to Establish

Equity Funds and Provide Financial Advisory Services in Vietnam
Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: PRVH) (German Stock Exchanges: PR7, WKN 935160), a provider of international advisory services specializing in mergers and acquisitions, announced today that it has signed a joint venture agreement with the Thanh Viet Fund Management Company (TVMC) (www.thanhviet.com.vn).

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will work closely together to raise and establish Vietnam equity investment funds and provide advisory services to assist Vietnamese companies list on foreign exchanges, particularly in the United States.

Initially, the agreement covers raising up to $12.5 million to form a growth fund, Saigon A2, focusing on Vietnam-listed companies. The fund is expected to close by the end of December 2006 with up to 49% of foreign investment capital.

TVMC and Providential also are seeking to establish the Saigon Real Estate Investment Fund and raise up to $100 million capital for the fund. The fund is expected to close in the first quarter of 2007 with 49% of total capital from foreign investors. The fund will focus on real estate development projects such as housing complexes, office buildings and shopping centers.

Chairman and CEO Henry Fahman, said, "Our alliance with TVMC and Chairman Vo Van Tai will help provide investors with favorable opportunities to invest in the rapidly growing Vietnamese economy. With a growth rate in Vietnam estimated at an estimated 8% a year over the next decade, we believe there will be appealing growth vehicles for serious investors. Through these new funds and taking Vietnamese companies public in the United States, we intend to establish structures for foreign capital investors to benefit from the enormous growth ahead."

Vo Van Tai, chairman of TVMC, said, "Vietnam\'s growing economy, dynamic private sector, huge reserves of idle funds held by commercial banks and the public and buoyant stock market provide a good foundation to attract investors. Many investors are showing keen interest in our funds and activities. We are delighted to be working with Henry Fahman and his people at Providential. They have excellent access to capital as well as the American investment community where we expect to build strong support for our activities."

TVMC was founded by Ho Chi Minh City-based TVH Corporation, Phuong Nam Commercial Bank (PNB) and a number of local investors. TVMC currently runs the Saigon Fund A1, which has about $2 million under management. Tai is a former principal with Dragon Capital.

Auf die Frage wie die bevorstehenden Quartalszahlen ausfiehlen, antwortete er kurz und knapp "you will be very surprised about our great and tremendous profit income in our next shortly announced quarter, we will have a very bright positive future for our shareholders" Hört sich doch gut an, oder?0,10 € wir kommen.

The company reported revenues of $4,119,009 from consulting and advisory services for the year ended June 30, 2006, compared to $4,242,303 for the year ended June 30, 2005, a 3% decrease. This decrease is mainly due to a slight decrease in the size and scope of the merger and acquisition activities. The company reported no sales for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, compared to $37,049 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005. The decrease in sales reflected the diminished activities of Provimex, a majority-owned subsidiary of Providential Holdings.

Providential reported income from operations of $1,279,850 in FY '06, compared to a loss from operations of $3,268,147 in FY '05. This increase was mainly due to a 62% decrease in operating expenses during the current fiscal year. Total operating expenses were $2,839,159 in FY '06, compared to $7,517,916 in FY '05. This was primarily due to the decrease in the impairment of assets and professional services, including non-cash compensation during the current fiscal year.

The company had net income of $991,513 for the year ended June 30, 2006 as compared to a net loss of $2,119,904 for the year ended June 30, 2005. Fiscal year ended June 30, 2005 included a net loss of $393,997 on discontinued operations as well as a gain on the disposal of a subsidiary of $1,955,579 that are not present in fiscal year ended 2006. The net income based on the basic and diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the year ended June 30, 2006 was $0.01 as compared to that of ($0.02) for the year ended June 30, 2005.

...so langsam glaube auch ich wieder an Providential... Herr Fahmann hat einige Dinge in die Wege geleitet, die mich sehr optimistisch in die Zukunft schauen lassen, er ist zuverlässiger geworden und hat gelernt, das so manche PR besser von Fachleuten gestaltet werden sollte...

Deshalb der Sturz von Nettel, wie auch der Cavicosturz als prvh Anteile verkaufte.

NTTL sollte in letzten Quartal ca. 4-4,5 Mio Umsatz ausweisen, wenn dies so ist für mich ein Verdoppler. Noch mehr, wenn die Gewinnschwelle bereits erreicht wurde. Glaube ich aber erst für dieses Quartal

PRVH sollte mind. 1,0 Mio Gewinn ausweisen, dann auch hier mind. ein Verdoppler.

CVCP-Kurs = 1,22 $

d.h. 4,168,156 Aktien x 1,22 = 5,085 Mio $, das ist die aktuelle Beteiligung alleine an Cavico wert. Hinzu kommt noch die Beteiligung an JNTX 9,868,317x0,045=0,44 Mio $

PRVH ist derzeit mit einer MK von 5,74 Mio $ bewertet. Also fast nur zum Buchwert der Beteiligungen.

Sollte Henry nochmal eine ähnliche cvcp aus Vietnam an Land ziehen, wovon ich stark ausgehe, wird der prvh-Kurs diese Unterbewertung gewaltig nach oben korrigieren. Nur meine Meinung.

Ich gehe von kurzfristig ca. 0,10-0,15

mittelfristig von ca. 0,30-0,50 (da cvcp weg von den pinks an die Amex will -> institutionelle Anleger und Asienfonds kommen dann nicht mehr an CVCP vorbei-> erwarte hier Kurse dann bis 5-10 $ für Cavico)

langfristig ca. 1 $, wenn Henry es schafft noch weitere "cvcp" an Land zu ziehen. Potentielle Firmen sind in Vietnam vorhanden. Der Markt dort boomt.

d.h. 4,168,156 Aktien x 1,47 = 6,127 Mio $, das ist die aktuelle Beteiligung alleine an Cavico wert. Hinzu kommt noch die Beteiligung an JNTX 9,868,317x0,045=0,44 Mio $

PRVH ist derzeit mit einer MK von 6,44 Mio $ bewertet. Also fast nur zum Buchwert der Beteiligungen.

Guenter ausser Buchwerte aus Beteiligungen, die im Moment künstlich hochgezogen werden (hier cvcp), hat prvh doch nur Verbindlichkeiten. Warte erst einaml die Quartalszahlen ab, diese werden vor dem 15.2.2007 auf keinem Fall kommen.

Sollte dann cvcp noch bei 1,50 $ stehen, dann haben wir einen Grund zur Freude, vorher nicht.

Jeantex und nettel wurden seinerzeit mit viel blauem Nebel hochgepusht (an der du ja mit Erfolg beteiligst warst),Als 4 - 8 Wochen später die Zahlen kamen, hatten sich dieses Werte mehr als geviertelt.

Also immer schön ruhig bleiben und die Leute hier nicht über den Tisch ziehen, gell Guenter !

The other 30% of the fund will be invested one to two months after closing.

Vietnam-Fonds von Providential schon wieder geschlossen

Hanoi 29.01.07 (emfis.com) Die US-Beratungs- und Investmentgesellschaft Providential Holdings hat bekannt gegeben, ihren „Saigon Securities Investment Funds A2“ geschlossen zu haben. Insgesamt sind dem Investmentfonds binnen kurzem 31,2 Millionen Dollar zugeflossen. Mit Petro Vietnam Finance, Vietnam Postal Finance und der Saigon Brewery Corp seien einige der maßgeblichen Investoren aus der vietnamesischen Wirtschaft gekommen.

Wie Henry Fahmann, der CEO von Providential darlegte, seien die größten Positionen die Firmen Hai Phong Thermal Power und Hoang Anh Gia Lai. Letzteres sei das größte Unternehmen Vietnams, das sich in privatem Besitz befinde. Zudem habe man sich in das größte Bürogebäude in Hanoi eingekauft. Ziel des Fonds sei es unter anderem, die dortigen Unternehmen mit Finanzmitteln auszustatten und sie für ein Listing in den USA fit zu machen. Von dieser Möglichkeit sollen dann wiederum die Investoren profitieren.
