Nichts Neues. Mich interessiert wie viel besitzen sie an "byindia" , nach aktuellen Kurs zu urteilen haben sie gar nichts.
Glaube nicht das Mobley wegen ein paar ct. die Papiere gleich ab verkauft (Meldepflicht) für doof halte ich den nicht. Für seine 1,5m$ gibt es besseres als Schrottaktien(?) von der eigenen AG zukaufen. .......

Also die Aktien hat er im Dezember 2007 bereits erworben.

Anteile zum Kurs von 0,07 Dollar erworben. Insgesamt sind 41 Mio Aktien ausgegeben und der Kurs hat sich an dem einen Tag nur um 20 % erhöht. Da ist doch irgendwas faul... Ich verstehe das ganze noch nicht...

Verstehe ich auch noch nicht. Wie viel sie an Byindia besitzen, weiss ich nicht. Glaube aber soviel wie an den anderen Sachen auch.

Was meinst du zu den Volumen , in usa bisher gerade 6200st. "gehandelt" ob es wirklich ein handel war läßt sich natürlich nicht sagen .Vll ein hin+her.

Was meinst du zu der neuen Meldung, steigen sie jetzt ins Onlinelotto ein? Aber eines zeigt es doch, die sind noch am LEBEN.

Hallo Yens

Ich vertraue niemandem von WEB2 mehr. Ich denke hier ist der Verlauf der Dinge wieder vorprogrammiert. Die Optionsscheine sind vermutlich schon in den Händen von SCA to Introduce dessen CEO etc.. vielleicht sogar mit Mobley verwandt sind.

Besitzen vielleicht schon Optionsscheine die zum Bezug von Aktien zum Preis von Fr............. berechtigen etc...

Firma WEB2 wird vielleicht in 1-3 Jahren eingehen und man sieht dann keine andere Lösung mehr, als WEB2 in SCA to Introduce umzuwandeln. Neue Aktien werden wieder ausgegeben und eine super Geschichte erzählt. Die CEOS und Manager, unter anderem Mobley, reiben sich dann wieder die Hände und verkaufen Ihre billig erworbenen Anteile wieder. So geht das Spiel bis ans Lebensende weiter.

Anders kann ich mir nicht erklären wie eine Firma in Ihrer Geschichte 10 Mal den Namen wechseln muss und jedes Jahr versucht etwas anderes herzustellen was sie dann doch nicht kann.

An vorderster Front braucht es einen super Schnuri wie Mobley, dahinter ein paar Amateur-Programmierer und fertig ist eine fiktive Bude die nichts kann.

Also ich würde vorsichtig sein. Und wenn Du noch nicht eingestiegen bist, würde ich es lassen.

ein paar Beiträge zurück hast Du sicherlich bereits gesehen, dass Mobley im Dezember einen riesigen Batzen für Aktien von WEB2 ausgegeben hat. Aber zu einem viel höheren Kurs als heute.

Komisch nur, dass erst seit damals wieder Medienmitteilungen und NEWS erscheinen.

Wir sollten abwarten. Die Firma hat im Moment keinen höheren Kurs verdient als sie hat.

Und auf Kurssprünge in Amerika sollte nicht geachtet werden. Ein Einstieg bei 20 Cent ist immer noch besser als ein Totalverlust.

Sind doch Idioten und wollen nur noch mehr Moneten aus der ganzen Sache raus holen.

Diese Geschäftstypen sind nicht vertrauenswürdig, sonst würden Sie Byindia niemals verkaufen. Besser auf dieser Plattform etwas nutzbares aufbauen, als für diesen Spottpreis zu verhökern.

WEB2 ist ein Witz, die ganzen Geschäfte waren ein Witz. Und der Chart von Alexa welcher beim Angebot gepostet ist, sollte besser mal ab Oktober 2007 gezeigt werden.

Hoffe der Kurs wird heute nicht auf -0.0 zusammenbrechen nach dieser Meldung.

Für mich sieht das nämlich aus, wie wenn der letzte Hoffnungsträger von WEB2 vernichtet wird.

Stimme dir zu ,so einfach ist das aber vll. doch nicht die ganze Ag hat eine mk von 1,3 m$.
Kauft man nun BYindia oder gleich die ganze Bude, das Startgebot ist saubillig denke ich auch. Aber letztlich müssen erst mal Gebote eingehen und da ist mir eine dermaßen kurze Auktion bis 29.02. einfach viel zu wenig Zeit,der Weg über ebay ist doch wirklich irre. Was passiert bei Null Geboten? Wird byinda dann verlost....
Interessenten von A-Z kann man sich allerdings schon Vorstellen.

Also ich verstehe euch nicht... Das ist kein günstiges Angebot für eine Seite, die kaum Einnahmen einfährt. Wir werden ja sehen, ob einer dafür bietet. In Indien werden sich allerhöchstens 10-20 (wenn überhaupt) Suchmaschinen durchsetzen, die restlichen gehen unter (auf jeden Fall fahren sie keine großen Gewinne ein!). Derzeit gibt es schon sehr sehr viele Suchmaschinen in und für Indien und web2 läuft da ganz schön hinterher in Sachen Inanspruchnahme...

Übrigens, sollte kein Gebot abgegeben werden, liegt kein Vertragsschluss vor (Einstellen bei eBay= Angebot; die Annahme erfolgt durch Gebotabgabe unter der aufschiebenden Bedingung, dass es das Höchstegbot sein wird!). Die Seite wäre damit nicht verkauft und web2 ist nicht verpflichtet einem anderen Eigentum daran zu verschaffen...

Leider nein tokajo. Habe keine Ahnung was hier gespielt wird.

Die Bude wird vermutlich den Rank nicht finden. Besser gesagt, sie wird vermutlich mit Absicht auf Kosten von dummen Aktionären wie wir, zu Boden gewirtschaftet.

Anders kann ich mir den Verlauf und die Geschichte von WEB2 und wie sie früher auch immer hiessen nicht vorstellen.

Ich habe eine Anfrage an die Gesellschaft geschrieben. Es ist kein Grund zu sehen, warum der Kurs plötzlich steigt. Allerdings sieht man ja öfter, daß ein Kurs bei einer Firma tolle Bocksprünge macht, die nur im Sub-Pfennig-Bereich notiert.
Auf der Hauptseite der Gesellschaft (http://www.web2corp.com/index.asp )ist ein Interview erreichbar, von dem allerdings unklar ist, ob es wirklich erst ein paar Tage alt ist oder über ein Jahr. Nach allem, was bekanntgegeben wurde, ist ByIndia noch im Besitz von Web2.

Ich frage mich, ob die Wertpapiere wieder Wert erhalten, vielleicht mehr als 10ct, wenn die neue Führung die Geschäfte wieder zum Laufen bringt.

Josh Eikov has a 15 year history in technology with a special emphasis on wireless and mobile computing. Mr. Eikov was the Managing Director for Virtual Technocrats LLC an SMB consultancy where he helped numerous clients in product development, corporate strategy and public finance.

In 1998, Mr. Eikov founded i-Titan Communications Networks, a manufacturer and designer of wireless broadband products. These products were on the forefront of wireless communication and included early wireless tablets as well as switches and set-top boxes.

Prior to i-Titan, from the year 1995 to 1998, he was the Chief Technologist for Infinite Logic Management a venture capital fund that invested in the telecom and CTI space. Josh served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DigiCon Technologies, Inc., a computer telephony integration based company that was sold in 1998. DigiCon created and developed a global systems architecture that allowed a user to access their email text-to-speech via any touch-tone or cellular telephone. The company also developed an international data network that had an emphasis in telemedicine, which was accessible via telephone. Prior to founding DigiCon he founded Faceted Information Systems. The company provided consulting services in information technology and financial information systems including, LAN/WAN systems design to Wall Street and institutional clients. According to an SEC filing by CEC Industries Corp., now known as Advantage Capital Development Corp., for which he served as a director, Mr. Stoecklein entered into a settlement with the U.S. regulator and, while neither admitting nor denying the allegations, agreed to the entrance of a cease and desist order.

Coincidentally, CMKM's recently appointed co-chairman Robert Maheu was also identified as a director of CEC in that filing.

Glaubt mir. An der OTC werden Kleinanleger wie wir um unser Geld gebracht. Diese Titel sind zu 99% Müll. Auch ich musste das erfahren. Diese CEO's und Geschäftsleute saugen Euch das Geld aus den Taschen und leben in Saus und Braus damit.

Wenn Ihr Eure kohle los werden wollt, dann schmeisst es besser in den Müll. Dass gibt bei der Verbrennung wenigstens noch Wärme von sich.

Hi meveric,
doch ich habs gelesen und gib dir auch recht. Aber trotzdem kann man Aktien wie diese und viele andere gut zu einem kurzen Zock "missbrauchen".
Als Langfristinvestment würde ich die Aktie nicht übernehmen.
Weisst du eigentlich ob sich mit der Umbenennung auch das Geschäftsmodell ändert.
Auf der neuen Webseite (ist erst im Aufbau) http://fullmotionbeverage.com/ ist kein Hinweis hierzu.

Ja mit dem Namen wechselte bis dato immer das Geschäftsmodell der Unternehmung.

Was mich irritiert ist die Tatsache, dass Fullmotionbeverage im Aufbau sein soll, wobei die Aktie bereits seit 2007 gehandelt wird.

Also ich würde das Teil nicht einmal für einen Zock missbrauchen. Aus meiner Sicht gab es sogar für Zocks zu wenig Chancen, dass Teil schmierte ja nur ab. Ausser am Anfang.

Web2corp gibt es nicht mehr. Der Geschäftszweck oder "-idee" wurde geändert. Aktuell heisst die Aktie FMBV.
