Axia Group Inc. Releases Financial Statements for Fiscal Years 2005 and 2006
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (Pink
Sheets: AXGJ) today released its financial statements for the fiscal years
of 2006 and 2005. The financial statements can be viewed on Pinksheets.com.
The current financial report corrects a report that was posted earlier this
week. Axia is a provider of panel based construction materials, technology
and engineering support and is currently engaged in projects in Sri Lanka,
China and Central America.
For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, the Company posted
$831,367 in gross revenues and $1,523,433 in operational losses. This
represents an increase in gross revenues from zero in 2005. The increase in
revenues was due to deliveries on a contract for building tsunami relief
homes in Sri Lanka for the nongovernmental organization, SOS Kinderdorf.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia Group, Inc., "The financial report
reflects the business activity in Axia up to September 30, 2006. 2005 and
2006 were the years we established our company as a provider of a superior
building technology for residential and commercial use. Our efforts, I
believe, were a great success, although the financial results of those
efforts will not fully materialize until 2007 and 2008. We were only
partially paid on the 250 home tsunami relief project in Batticaloa.
Although our progress on this project has been slowed due to the conflict
in that region, we do anticipate completion in 2007 which will add another
$1 million in revenues in 2007."
Added Mr. Flannery, "I believe that 2007 will be a strong year for Axia
as we have new projects underway in Sri Lanka, Central America and China. I
stand by projections I made earlier that we will do at least $8 million in
gross revenues in 2007 and management has been tasked to make 2007 the year
we achieve profitability."
More information on Axia Group, Inc. can be found on the company web
site at http://www.axiagroup.info.
Investors are cautioned that certain statements contained in this
document as well as some statements in periodic press releases and some
oral statements of AXGJ officials are "Forward-Looking Statements" within
the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (the
"Act"). Forward-looking statements include statements which are predictive
in nature, which depend upon or refer to future events or conditions, which

"expects," and similar expressions. In addition, any statements concerning
future financial performance (including future revenues, earnings or growth
rates), ongoing business strategies or prospects, and possible future AXGJ
actions, which may be provided by management, are also forward-looking
statements as defined by the Act.
Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks,
uncertainties, and other factors which may cause the actual results,
performance or achievements of the Company to materially differ from any
future results, performance, or achievements expressed or implied by such
forward-looking statements and to vary significantly from reporting period

and expectations reflected in the forward-looking statements are
reasonable, there is no assurance that the underlying assumptions will, in

Axia Group Inc. Receives Approval to Begin Construction of Telecom Shelters in Sri Lanka
Monday February 5, 9:00 am ET
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (OTC: AXGJ - News) announced today that it has received approval to build a sample telecom shelter for Sierra Global Network (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. The sample shelter will be evaluated for its ability to provide protection for remote telecommunications equipment and infrastructure in an area of the world often hit hard by tsunamis and storms. Sierra Global is a market leader in Sri Lanka, providing infrastructure support services for Mobitel GSM, Hutch GSM, Dialog GMS and many of the other major telecom and wireless providers in the country.

Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia, "This is a great project for Axia as it is an excellent opportunity for us to prove how superior and versatile our technology is for nonresidential structures. We believe our technology offers the finest solution for telecom and energy companies to protect their infrastructure against water, storms, winds and earthquakes. An added bonus is that we can complete the construction of these shelters in a matter of days."
Added Flannery, "The Axia panel technology is an excellent building material for retaining walls, sound barriers, warehouses, even swimming pools. While small in its initial scope, this telecom shelter project, I believe, could lead to hundreds if not thousands of new such buildings for Axia. I anticipate the nonresidential and infrastructure sectors will be important areas of growth for our company."

Axia Group Inc. Is Invited to Bid on Major Redevelopment Projects in Sri Lanka
Wednesday May 2, 10:00 am ET
SAN DIEGO, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AXGJ - News) announced today that it has been invited to participate in talks with a government agency of Sri Lanka to explore the company's participation in $40 million of proposed reconstruction projects in the urban areas of Colombo, the nation's capital. The Real Estate Exchange Ltd, or REEL, a division of the Sri Lanka government dedicated to creating new housing for residents of Sri Lanka, is looking to provide as many as 6,000 single family residences during the year 2007.

Axia recently completed a 20 unit multistory apartment complex in Colombo for REEL, as a pilot project that allowed the government agency to learn more about the Axia panel technology and monitor the construction process. REEL has expressed great satisfaction in the pilot project and based on this acceptance has asked Axia to consider involvement in more projects.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia, "This invitation to come to Sri Lanka and meet with the government is a great honor for us. We are obviously pleased that the pilot project for REEL went so well that they would consider us for additional construction in the city. We are looking at first meetings late in May of this year. It is our understanding that the Sri Lanka government has an immediate need for $30 to $40 million of new housing in the Colombo area. We are anxious to see how we can help."
