      Shareholders Endorse Management Initiatives

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, B.C. -- Starcore International Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders have approved all resolutions presented to them at the annual and special general meeting of the Company held on January 22, 2007. The shareholders elected six existing directors to the board, Robert Eadie (also CEO and President), Gary Arca (also CFO) Gary Hawthorn (also COO), Ken Sumanik, Juan Carlos Galvan Pastoriza, and Cory Kent. The shareholders also reappointed Mackay LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Company's auditors.

Shareholders endorsed the Company's proposal to acquire Compania Minera Pena de Bernal, S.A. de C.V., the owner of the San Martin Mine in Queretaro, Mexico, from Luismin, S.A. de C.V. (the "Acquisition"), by ratifying the Company's private placement of up to 37.4 million Subscription Receipts at a price of $0.50 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of up to $18.7 million (the "Offering"). Each Subscription Receipt entitles the holder thereof to receive, upon closing of the Acquisition and without payment of additional consideration or further action, one common share of the Company and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each full Warrant is exercisable into one additional common share of the Company for a period of three years from the closing of the Offering at an exercise price of $0.80. The Warrants include an early expiry feature which may be triggered should the common shares close above $2.50 over a minimum period of forty-five calendar days. The gross proceeds from the Offering will be held in escrow until closing of the Acquisition.

As previously announced, the Company has arranged US$13 million in debt financing (the "Loan") from Investec Bank (UK) PLC ("Investec") to partially finance the Acquisition. In connection with the Loan, the Company has agreed to issue to Investec detachable warrants (the "Loan Warrants"). The number of common shares which may be issued upon exercise of the Loan Warrants is subject to variations in the trading price of the Company's shares, and prevailing exchange rates at the time of issue. The Company currently estimates that no more than 20,600,000 Loan Warrants will be issued. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share. Approximately 13 million warrants will be exercisable for four years following the closing of the Acquisition at a price of $0.76 per share and approximately 7.6 million additional warrants will be exercisable at a minimum $0.87 per share for up to six years from closing of the Acquisition. Shareholders approved the warrants and the issue of shares upon exercise of the warrants to Investec.

President & CEO Robert Eadie stated "This approval represents one of the final approvals we need to complete the Acquisition. We are pleased that shareholders have overwhelmingly endorsed the direction management is taking the Company. We believe that the acquisition of Bernal is an important milestone in our development as a Company."

The Company has determined that the Black Silver Property situated at the western end of the Gila Mountains approximately 60 miles west of Phoenix, Arizona has no economic value to the Company. It has therefore cancelled the option it entered into in January 2005 to acquire a 100% interest in the property.

The shareholders also approved an increase in the size of its stock option plan to up to 10 million common shares. The increase in the size of the option plan is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Subject to such approval, the board has granted options to purchase up to 6 million common shares at a price of $1.06 to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company.

      Naja, lest selbst:http://www.starcore.com/i/pdf/Article_jan24.pdf

Global Investor Update: Starcore Intl Ventures !

Starcore Closes U.S. $26 Million Acquisition From Goldcorp/Luismin

      VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 2, 2007) -

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES.

Starcore International Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SAM) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced acquisition (the "Acquisition") of Compania Minera Pena de Bernal, S.A. de C.V. ("Bernal"), the owner of the San Martin Mine in Queretaro, Mexico, from Luismin, S.A. de C.V. ("Luismin"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. In connection with the Acquisition, the Company has paid US$24 million and issued 4,729,000 common shares to Luismin. The shares are subject to a hold period expiring June 1, 2007. Bernal became a subsidiary of the Company's subsidiary, Starcore Mexicana, S.A. de C.V., effective February 1, 2007. With the completion of the Acquisition, Starcore is now, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, the owner of producing mining assets in Mexico. The Company previously received approval to graduate to Tier 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Effective February 6, 2007, the shares of the Company will commence trading on Tier 1. The Company's trading symbol will remain "SAM". Tier 1 is the Exchange's premier tier and is reserved for the Exchange's most advanced issuers with the most significant financial resources.

The San Martin mine, located 50 km east of the city of Queretaro, is composed of two mines (San Jose and San Martin) which have been operational since 1993. For a more detailed description of the San Martin property, please see the Technical Report on the San Martin Project, Mexico dated September 27, 2006, prepared by Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited, as filed on SEDAR.

The Acquisition was funded, in part, through a private placement of 37.4 million subscription receipts (each a "Subscription Receipt") at a price of $0.50 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of $18.7 million (the "Offering"). With the completion of the Acquisition, the conditions to the conversion of the Subscription Receipts were satisfied and each Subscription Receipt was deemed to have been converted into one common share (the "Common Shares") and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each full Warrant is exercisable into one additional common share of the Company for a period of three years from the closing of the Offering at an exercise price of $0.80. The Warrants include an early expiry feature which may be triggered should the common shares close above $2.50 over a minimum period of forty-five calendar days. 22,173,200 of the Common Shares are subject to a hold period expiring May 19, 2007.

The balance of the funding was provided by a US$13,000,000 bank financing (the "Loan") from Investec Bank (UK) PLC ("Investec"). The loan matures on January 31, 2013 and bears interest at LIBOR plus 3%. In connection with the Loan, the Company issued to Investec detachable warrants (the "Loan Warrants") exercisable to acquire common shares in the capital of the Company (each a "Warrant Share") as follows: 12,442,000 Warrant Shares at a price of Cdn$0.76 (or US$0.643) per share exercisable until January 31, 2011 and 6,794,000 warrants exercisable for five years at a price of Cdn$0.87 (or US$0.736), and for a further period of one year if any of the Loan remains outstanding at a price equal to the greater of Cdn$0.87 (or US$0.736) and 160% of the volume weighted average trading price of the Company's common shares for the five business days before January 31, 2012. The Loan Warrants and any Warrant Shares issued upon exercise of the Loan Warrants are subject to a four-month hold period expiring June 1, 2007.

Pursuant to the Loan, the Company has entered into a forward sales agreement for the sale of 81,876 ounces of gold at a price of US$731 per ounce. The sales of approximately 1,135 ounces per month will occur over the period of the Loan from February 28, 2007 to January 31, 2013.

Chief Executive Officer Robert Eadie stated, "The acquisition of the San Martin Mine is the culmination of our efforts to make Starcore a producer."

Absolute Fire Sale on Gold-Silver Producer

      By David J. DesLauriers
      27 May 2007 at 09:48 PM GMT-04:00

TORONTO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Starcore International Ventures [TSX-V:SAM] is one of the few companies profiled by your correspondent that has actually gone lower. In this case, the fundamentals remain just as good, making this an absolute bargain at 68 cents per share versus the C$1 per share mark at which we first alerted readers to the story.

The reason why Starcore has gone down is not a fundamental operating problem, it is a market problem. Starcore is a perfect example and reminder of the reality that listed companies need to have their business sorted out on two fronts - operationally and from a market standpoint.

Ultimatel, however, we believe that the immense value here will be reflected.

      Reasons Why

There are four reasons why Starcore is languishing:

Very few people know the story. Those hired to promote and tell the story didn’t do their jobs properly.
The company has said essentially nothing since it completed its acquisition of the San Martin mine.
37 million shares have come free trading from the 50-cent private placement completed in January.
There is an overhang of warrants held by the people who arranged the debt package for Starcore. The street is aware of this overhang.
The good news is that we believe that these are short-term problems which are fixable. When that is done, the stock will move towards its fair value of around C$2 per share, in our opinion.

      Path to Resolution

With reference to the points above:

We believe that the lack of visibility that Starcore has achieved is something that will simply change over time as the company releases news and keeps at it.
News will start to flow next month as the company should be announcing a move to the TSX, quarterly production numbers from the mine, updates on exploration and expansion of reserves, and with any luck, elucidating plans to grow production over the next 12 months to the 55,000-60,000 gold equivalent ounces level.
Now that the private placement shares are free trading institutions that like the leverage to gold and the cheap share price will be able to take critical mass positions, which are necessary to get them interested. As a few of the right institutions get involved and clean this thing up, the stock should start to lift.
We believe that management will find a way to negotiate something with the Investec people and clean this situation up. Hopefully sooner rather than later, but it will be done.
Fundamentally Undervalued - Value Investing 101, Back to Basics

As we’ve noted, the company is operating extremely well and things at the mine are going right according to plan. The issue here has been the handling of the market end of things - this has kept Starcore ridiculously undervalued for the past few months. Along with that has come a perception among some that SAM is a perpetual market dog. That is not the case and as the company clears up its paper, and a renewed enthusiasm emerges for precious metals stories Starcore ought to lead the pack because it is the cheapest of the lot.

This is a situation which will eventually right itself as new institutions lead the way out of SAM’s current morass.

As we stated in our last coverage in late January, at current gold prices, Starcore should cash flow in excess of 25 cents per share, which means that the company with proven and steady operating profitability 12 years running, and a mine-life well in excess of 10 years (and probably more like 20) is trading at under 3X cash flow at current prices! Absolutely ridiculous.

      Conclusion

For a proper background on the whole story readers should refer back to the last article linked at the top of this piece.

Essentially it is our view that there is not a single gold-silver producer trading at levels this cheap across the entire universe of junior producers. Under 3X cash flow for a consistently profitable mine in a safe country with years and years ahead of it is unheard of - and will become unheard of again soon once the paper and promotion issues are dealt with and Starcore suddenly bursts higher.

In our view, this is one quality company to load up on and then just tuck away. When you wake up in 12 months it will be a very pleasant surprise. When all of the market issues are behind Starcore, shares should be changing hands at a price of at least C$2, and a lot more if the yellow metal decides to move in the meantime.

Starcore Reports Financial Results of Its First Quarter of Production
Monday June 18, 4:56 pm ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 18, 2007) - Effective February 1, 2007, Starcore International Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SAM - News) completed the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of Compania Minera Pena de Bernal, S.A. de C.V. ("Bernal"), the owner of the San Martin Mine in Queretaro, Mexico, from Luismin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. In connection with the Acquisition, the Company paid US$24 million and issued 4,729,000 common shares to Luismin. With the completion of the Acquisition, Bernal became a subsidiary of the Company's subsidiary, Starcore Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. and Starcore is now, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, the owner of producing mining assets in Mexico.

The Company has filed the results for third financial quarter ended April 30, 2007 and the first quarter of its mining operations of the San Martin Mine. Starcore had revenues from metal sales of $9.27 million, earnings from mining operations of $3.05 million, and a net loss of $5.99 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2007 or $6.87 million for the nine months then ended, due largely to the costs of completing the Acquisition and the related financing. Included in these charges were non-cash expenses relating to the calculations of the fair values of the debt warrants issued pursuant to the Acquisition financing of $5.44 million and stock based compensation charges on stock option awards of $1.52 million. As a result, the basic loss per share for the quarter ended April 30, 2007 was $0.10/share and $0.24/share for the nine months then ended.

The earnings from mining operations of $3.05 million, which is calculated as gross revenue less mine cash operating costs, purchased ore costs, reclamation costs and cost of amortization and depletion, was equivalent to a basic earnings per share (EPS) of $0.05 for the quarter ended April 30, 2007 or $0.11 for the nine months then ended, and does not include administrative expenses, other items and income taxes of the Company. Management believes that this non-GAAP measure of EPS illustrates the specific performance of the mining operations in evaluating the recent Acquisition, due to the fact it is based on earnings from mining operations solely. Administrative and other items excluded from the earnings from mining operation are corporate office expenses, fees and salaries, shareholder relations, travel, regulatory, professional fees, stock based compensation, future income tax, investment and interest income, foreign exchange gain and write-off of mineral properties, as well as the cost of completing the Acquisition and the related financing, which includes the non-cash expenses discussed above. The Company also had positive cash flow from operations of $979,000 for the quarter and $714,000 for the nine months ended April 30, 2007.

The following table contains selected highlights from Starcore's consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for the three and nine month periods ended April 30, 2007 and April 30, 2006:
