No Nap is an anti-drowsy alert safety device, which helps a fatigued driver to overcome the dizzy feeling. No Nap is found to be very effective in breaking this thin sheet of drowsiness in which the driver is caught unawares and helps to recover his presence of mind and concentration.



No Nap responds to the state of the driver well and increases safety of both the driver and the vehicle. Majority of all accidents occur due to driver error and driver fatigue, which is the major issue. This system detects a driver's head nodding and provides a warning “BEEP” to alert the driver and eliminate the possibility of driving while fatigued. When fatigue is acknowledged, it is recommended to take a power nap before carrying on the journey.



More than a million people die in accidents each year and an equal number are critically injured as a result of fatigued drivers dozing off at the wheel. Most of the accidents on highways occur due to the driver being subjected to long hours of continuous driving.

It all started with MCC Global for the Australian market. Now the operations of MCC Global is run by Mr Bill Allardyce of Pacific Technologies Pty Ltd. The owner of MCC Global first used the prototype NO NAP in 2004 when his counterpart introduced him to the product. As part of the product’s testing stage.



Due to his odd hours of work as well as having to spend long hours on the road travelling to and fro from destinations. Only having used this product for a short period (5 Months), No Nap has already saved him from numerous road mishaps due to fatigue. Being impressed by this new life saving device, he was determined to bring this product to the general publics knowledge here in Australia.



Due to the affordable nature of this product compared to its competitors, he decided to inform mostly truck driver and anyone else who has to travel long distances. As such he has taken this opportunity to setup MCC Global and do his part in reducing the unnecessary mishaps, which may lead to deaths due to fatigue.

NABL maintains its linkages with the international bodies like International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (APLAC). NABL is a full member of both ILAC and APLAC. NABL is a signatory to ILAC as well as APLAC Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA), which is based on mutual evaluation and acceptance of other MRA Partner laboratory accreditation systems. Such international arrangements facilitate acceptance of test / calibration results between countries to which MRA partners represent.
In order to achieve the objective of the acceptance of test / calibration data across the national borders, NABL operates and is committed to update its laboratory accreditation system as per international norms. Current NABL criteria for Laboratory Accreditation is ISO/IEC 17025 standard for testing and calibration laboratories and ISO 15189:2003 for medical laboratories.
NABL is a signatory to ILAC as well as APLAC Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA), which is based on mutual evaluation and acceptance of other MRA Partner laboratory accreditation systems. Such international arrangements facilitate acceptance of test / calibration results between countries to which MRA partners represent.
This developing system of international mutual recognition agreements between accreditation bodies has enabled accredited laboratories to achieve a form of international recognition, and allowed test data accompanying exported goods to be readily accepted on overseas markets. This effectively reduces costs for both the exporters and the importers, as it reduces or eliminates the need for products to be retested in another country.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Regulation FD Disclosure,



ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On November 30, 2007, Royal Petroleum Company Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Consulting Agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") with CRG Partners, Inc. ("CRG") to provide the Company with certain services including shareholder information and public relations. The Consulting Agreement is for a term of six
(6) months.

In consideration for CRG's services, the Company has issued 100,000 shares of common stock to CRG. The shares were issued pursuant to Rule 506 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act"). CRG has represented to the Company that it is an "accredited investor" as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D.

A copy of the Consulting Agreement is attached hereto as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.





ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
Private Placement of Promissory Notes

The Company reports that on December 4, 2007, it's board of directors approved an offering of up to $250,000 of 8% convertible notes. The convertible notes will be due on December 31, 2009 and will bear interest at 8% per annum payable annually and will be issued in reliance of exemptions from applicable securities laws.

There is no assurance that the offering of convertible notes will be completed on the above terms or at all.

The above does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any of the Company's securities in the United States. The securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to U.S. persons unless an exemption from such registration is available.

Keystone Project and Green River Prospect

The Company reported that under the terms of its letter agreement dated October 1, 2007 with Central Utah Lease Acquisition, L.P. ("CULA"), the Company's option to acquire 62.5% of CULA's interest in an oil and gas project known as the Keystone Project in Utah expired on November 21, 2007. The Company is attempting to negotiate a further option to acquire the Keystone Project. There is no assurance that the negotiations will be successful.

The Company also reported that its amended letter of intent dated October 2, 2007 with Twilight Resources, LLC ("Twilight"), has expired as the parties were unable to reach a formal agreement by November 20, 2007. The amended letter of intent set out the proposed terms under which the Company would acquire an undivided 50% of Twilight's leasehold interest in a project known as the Green River Prospect in Utah. The Company is attempting to negotiate an extension to acquire the leasehold interest in the Green River Prospect. There is no assurance that the negotiations will be successful.
