      Dear Sirs,
Allow me to inform you about my - and i think also a lot of shareholders in Austria and Germany - dissatisfaction with the current price of the mawson-shares.
I'm a great fan of your company, but I can´t understand the unfavorqable development of the shareprice, although you have been puplishing a lot of good and interesting news and updates about your projects during the past few months.
At the TSX-stockexchange the trades during the last few weeks were very strange, and this week we arrived at a new rolling 52 week low of 0,650 Can.Dollar. Is it only the Ux spotprice, or are there other reasons for this desaster? In Germany it seems, only specialists know your company, because the sales in Frankfurt are quite unessential.
I am looking forward to receiving your reply soon.
      Yours sincerely
      XXXXXXXX
      Mawson shareholder

      Dear Mr. XXXX:
I am in Zurich right now until the 11th of April, then to Stuttgart (Invest Stuttgart the 6th Rohstoffmesse April 11- 13. Are you going there?). I am planning to return to Vancouver April 15th from Frankfurt.
Yes, we also are frustrated with the Mawson share price and the way the market is reacting to, what we all recognize, is a stellar opportunity to be invested in a Junior Explorer with positive potential.
I have just spent a week in Arizona at the Doug Casey “Crisis & Opportunity Summit – Part II” in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was three days of intense discussions and presentations by blue-ribbon Mining and Financial speakers who provided hard knowledge on one or more facets of the Financial Crisis upon us. Three or four days of very valuable information to help me chart my own investment course over the coming months and years as well as telling the “Mawson Story”. The discussions I had between the sessions (and yes, around the swimming pool and at dinner) hardened my resolve “to stay the course” in the commodities and I only can say to you, that you should do the same.

One of the topics was Uranium (Ux) and it was clear that those in the know were also frustrated with the Non-Action in the Junior Ux exploration shares. So we, you, your friends and I, are not alone in our frustration. However, it was the consensus that we are not to far away from a move in the Junior Ux stocks although there was not an exact crystal ball as to when they would turn to the positive.
By the way, several of the comments made were, that we should not look at the Ux spot-price but at the Ux long-term price for guidance in the market with which I concur.
There is an opportunity here to increase your metals portfolio at bargain basement prices (including Mawson Resources). As you say and realize, everything is positive for Mawson and one of the reasons I am in Europe right now is to keep on telling the “Mason Story” which certainly is a compelling one. By the way, I was in Geneva and Zurich 3 weeks ago as well, telling the Mawson Story at two (2) Ux Conferences to many Portfolio and Fund Managers. Although it is frustrating, while buying sentiment is low right now, we are fully committed to these Name-Branding trips which eventually will bring results and added shareholder-value.

Mawson’s burn rate over the last 4 months, with up to five (5) drill rigs turning in Sweden, can be summarized as below. Sweden was once considered expensive to drill but is now very cost competitive in a global sense.
      Drilling performed:
Kläppibäcken: 4836m drilled – direct drilling cost C$190/m
Tåsjö: 1200m drilled to date – direct drilling cost C$120/m (because of shallow drill holes)
Norr Dottern (U) and Storbodsund (Ni) – JV partners picking up 100% of cost.
So direct drill cost has been about C$1.1 million or about C$280K/month. Add another 60-70% for assaying, housing, transport, personnel etc.. and the total winter program will come in around C$2 million. Mawson still has about 500m to drill in Tåsjö and Norr Dottern, both ongoing. Kläppibäcken thaw started last week so all rigs will have to be demobilised until they can recommence in the summer. However, I am anticipated further results to be forthcoming from Sweden.
The Company has C$13 million in the bank today, with +$12.5 million post drilling (most bills have been paid). The remainder of the year should see them spend around $1.5 million with a total spend of $3.2-$3.5 million for the year.
Significantly most drill hole results are yet to flow (5/21 from Kläppibäcken have been reported and 0/30 from Tåsjö, also none from Norr Dottern nor Storbodsund to date). Work in Spain is also on the front burner and we expect to hear from there as well soon.
So Mawson is dancing as fast as they possibly can to create shareholder value for all of us. The Company is well funded for many years given current programs but - - - most importantly - - - they have stellar Experienced Management that knows the Ux business. One of the major comments made by several speakers in Geneva, Zurich and Scottsdale, Arizona was that there are many more than 500 Ux companies and there is probably enough “experienced personnel” for approximately 20% of those companies. So if you picked Mawson you picked the right Company and in fact, from my point of view, the low price now is an enormous buying opportunity.
Yes, there has been a bit of a crash in the Junior Ux companies in the recent past but we are confident that the better companies such as Mawson will emerge stronger and with more opportunities after this Ux “flush out”.

I am not to far away from you when in Stuttgart and if you can get a group of people together to listen to the Mawson Story at ,say, a Luncheon or Dinner for example then I will try and come to Vienna and make a presentation on Sunday or Monday??
By the way, we ate Mining Interactive are also the publisher of the AlphaBulls newsletter. I have attached the first two publications, both in German, on Ux and an interview with Jim Rogers (Rogers Fund) for your Sunday evening reading.

Das Problem ist mm der Uran-Preis. Der hat sich seit 07/07 von
135,00 US$ auf diese Woche 71,00 verringert. Vorwoche noch 73,00US$. Also fast halbiert. Mawson hat allerdings mehr verloren.
Andererseits wird den Atomkraftwerken eine glänzende Zukunft vorausgesagt. Dauert halt noch.....
