unten eine etwas älter kaufempfehlung,

Land & Houses ein Kauf (Asia Investor)

Detmold (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die Experten von "Asia Investor" empfehlen die Aktie von Land & Houses (ISIN TH0143010Z16/ WKN 200423) zum Kauf.
Land & Houses habe in seinem 3. Quartal einen herben Rückschlag verzeichnet. Das Unternehmen habe einen Gewinnrückgang von 64% verkraften müssen. Es seien lediglich noch 531,9 Mio. Baht, nach 1,5 Mrd. Baht im letzten Jahr, erwirtschaftet worden. Dies sei der tiefste Stand beim Gewinn seit dem Jahr 2002. Als Grund dafür sehe man den politischen Stillstand, der bis zum Militärputsch im September die Tagesordnung bestimmt habe. Weil das Vertrauen in die Stabilität nicht vorhanden sei, habe sich besonders im Bereich der Immobilien bis dahin nicht viel geändert. In der Zwischenzeit habe sich dieses Bild gewaltig gewandelt.

Das laufende Jahr sei erledigt. Die Investoren würden nun in die Zukunft schauen. Und die Aussichten für 2007 seien durchaus vorzeigbar. Nachdem nun drei Jahre hintereinander Gewinnrückgänge hätten verzeichnet werden müssen, werde es im kommenden Jahr wieder besser laufen. Wahrscheinlich werde das Gewinnwachstum bei 26% liegen. Bereits jetzt würden sich die Investoren rege für Land & Houses interessieren.

Die Experten von "Asia Investor" steigen mit ein und raten ab sofort zum Kauf bei der Aktie von Land & Houses. Zur Absicherung sollte ein Stopp-Kurs bei 0,15 Euro gesetzt werden. (13.12.2006/ac/a/a)

scheint noch immer ziemlich ruhig in diesem thread zu sein, nun gut, langsam kommt wieder etwas mehr bewegung in den kurs...

übrigens, der verkauf der optionsscheine ist eigentlich kein größeres problem, allerdings fallen gesamtspesen in der höhe von ca. 55 euro an. dafür gabs ja die scheine mal gratis dazugebucht.

ich habe eine Frage zum Verkauf der Optionsscheine von Land & Houses (TH014305I911 in Bangkok LH-W2.)


Ich habe auch noch einige Gratis-Optionsscheine (Land & Hauses FGN WTS 9/08) im Depot, die ich gerne verkaufen und nicht in Aktien eintauschen möchte.

Kannst Du mitteilen, wie der Verkauf der Optionsscheine durchgeführt wurde. Ich wollte meiner Bank (Diba) den Auftrag erteilen, sie in Bangkok zu verkaufen. Bislang lehnt sie das ab, weil sie nur an deutschen Börsen handelt.

eine Einlösung der Optionsscheine ist derzeit nicht möglich, da der Ausländeranteil bei etwas über 32% liegt. Lediglich bei einem Anteil unter 30 % ist eine einlösung möglich.


Somit kommt nur ein Verkauf der Scheine in Frage.

Wer hast dies schon durchgeführt und hat Erfahrung damit ?

An welcher Börse wurde diese verkauft? 55 Euro wäre ja ein akzeptabler Preis, allerdings stellt sich die Frage welchen Abschlag man hinnehmen muss ?

aktueller Preis je Aktie bei Ausübung 2.039 Baht, je Schein gibt es 1,27552 Aktien.

ich habe über Consors Verkauf, der Verkauf erfolgte dann innerhalb weniger Tage direkt über Börse Thailand. An Spesen fallen ca. 3,5 % des Kurswertes direkt in Thailand an und die Grundgebühr und Provision von Bank in Deutschland ca. 55 Euro sowie der Devisenumrechnungskurs. Hab leider nicht ganz verstanden.
ich hab auch noch opt.sch.799035, weiß aber momentan nicht was ich
machen soll, was meint ihr.
ich selber halte L*H langfristig für eine Aussichtsreiche Aktie.
Frage kann ich die scheine in Aktien tauschen und wie sind
die Konditionen Bezugskurs oder besser verkaufen und in die
Aktien kaufen?
Und noch eine Frage ist ein totalverlust möglich?

Warrantholders must lodge with the Company the following documents
and evidence:
1. A duly completed and signed exercise notice;
2. A warrant certificate or its substitute indicating the
warrantholder’s ownership in the relevant number of Warrants as
specified in the exercise notice; and
3. Payment of the relevant exercise price as specified in the exercise notice.
Payment may be made by cheque, draft, banker draft, or cashier’s order
collectible only from the clearing house in Bangkok and made payable
to the order of "Land & Houses Public Company Limited", Cheque
date is not over 1 September 2008.
4. Other supporting documents
a. For Natural Persons- Certified true copy of the identification
card or passport.
b. For Juristic Persons incorporated in Thailand- Certified true
copy of Certificate of Incorporate issued by the Ministry
of Commerce (not exceeding 3 months) which is certified
by authorized directors, including certified true copy of
authorized directors’ identification card or passport.
c. For Juristic Persons incorporated Outside Thailand- Certified
true copy of the Memorandum of Association Articles of
Association and the copy of the Memorandum of
Association Articles of Association and the Company
certificate (not exceeding 3 months), certified by authorized
directors, including certified true copy of authorized directors’
identification card or passport.
d. Power of Attorney affixed with stamp duty (if any)

Additionally, we would like to inform that the non-Thai
warrantholders could exercise their warrants if the Company's foreign
shareholders proportion is less than 30% on the exercise date. At present,
the Company's foreign shareholders proportion is equal to 30%.
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities system, the
Company would like to request the Securities Exchange of Thailand to
suspend trading on LH-W2 commencing from 7 August to 2 September
2008 and LH-W2 warrants will no longer be listed securities on the Stock
Exchange of Thailand from 3 September 2008.

SUSPENDED TRADING AND LISTING STATUS TERMINATION OF LH-W2

Land and Houses Public Co. Ltd.(LH) announced the maturity of the Warrants
of LH number 2 (LH-W 2) with exercise notice period starting from August 18,
2008 until September 1, 2008 and the exercise date to subscribe to its common
shares on September 2, 2008. The closure of the warrant registration is
scheduled from August 13, 2008, beginning at noon, until September 2, 2008.

Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, LH has
requested the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (LH-W2) effective from
August 7, 2008 until September 2, 2008 (Detail as in LH's news dated on July
22, 2008)

By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for
the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February
9, 1995, the SET will suspend trading on LH-W2 from August 7, 2008 until
September 2, 2008 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be
listed securities on the SET since September 3, 2008 onwards.

(LH-W2), The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) would like to remind investors of the last
exercise of LH-W2.
LH announced the maturity of LH-W2 with exercise notice period starting from
August 18, 2008 until September 1, 2008 and the exercise date to subscribe to its common
