Visual Healthcare Technology Licensed for Dental Practice Inference Engine and Information Routing will support a clinical system for Dentists

MONTREAL, Feb 02, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Visual Healthcare Corp. (the "Company") (OTC: VSHC) has entered into an agreement to license its inference engine and unique Decision-Support technology platform for a subscription based clinical system for dental practice. This agreement supports Visual Healthcare\'s affiliate, VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp, which has recently announced the release of VisualDENTISTRY, a new clinical module to support outpatient general dentistry, which complements VisualMED\'s existing offering for inpatient oro-maxillary-facial surgery.
The module had been in development for four months, and makes use of existing functionality belonging to the VisualMED Clinical System solution. Though the VisualMED Clinical System has been used to document pre-operative, post-operative and intra-operative care since its inception, the new module addresses content specific to the practice of dentistry. Data entry as well as medical record notes may be entered exclusively through touch using computing tablets, and are automatically integrated into the electronic patient record.

The technical support and maintenance of VisualDENTISTRY is expected to be very inexpensive for our company. The product will be delivered and maintained in ASP mode and will be easily available to practitioners on a subscription basis. Distribution will be through existing channels that supply Dentist offices as well as through an internet portal.

VisualMED to participate in upcoming ASCO conference this June Company to display new VisualONCOLOGY product in public venue

(OTCBB: VMCS)(FWB: VA6) announces today its participation in the upcoming meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), which takes place in Chicago June 1-5. This year, for the first time, the company will be in a position to demonstrate its VisualONCOLOGY component, recently introduced to the marketplace.
VisualONCOLOGY, built on the same DOT.net framework as the core VisualMED clinical Information System, is currently being evaluated by a number of potential clients in the US and Canada, and the company expects to announce a first contract in this quarter.
