der optische niedrige Kurs von A$ 0,45 sollte nicht irritieren.
Man muss bedenken, welchen Betrag Lynas einsammeln möchte, das ist kein Pappenstiel. Ein hoher Rabatt ist da nur selbstverständlich, wenn man möglichst viele Aktien an den Mann bekommen möchte.
Und immerhin liegen wir weit über dem Preis, den CNMC bezahlt hätte.
Lynas sollte hiermit die Kurve kratzen können und seine Zukunft gesichert haben.
Man wird nicht von einem großen Insti abhängig sein.
Klasse!

Bei dem Placement von Commerce Resources stand in den Zeichnungsbedingungen auch nur was von "resident in Canada" und trotzdem wurden Europäer definitiv akzeptiert.

Capital Raising 1 for 1 share zu 0,45 AUDcent.
Plus Institutionelle, welche auch zu 0,45 AUDcent zeichnen.
Lynas möchte 450millionen AUD einnehmen.

Bin gerade etwas verwirrt.
Wenn ich jetzt investiert wäre, wäre ich glaube ich, ziemlich enttäuscht.
Allerdings, sehr wahrscheinlich eine gute Möglichkeit, bei 0,45 einzusteigen.

Ich glaube, jetzt kommt eine Verkaufswelle, oder?
Zumindest dürften die investierten jetzt gerade nicht mehr soviel Moos an der Seite stehen haben, wolllen natürlich zeichnen und verkaufen einen Teil um damit die 0,45 Shares zu bekommen.

Lynas Corp., an Australian rare

Ferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. from buying a majority stake.
The shares will be sold at 45 cents each to institutions
and individual investors, the Sydney-based company said today in
a statement. That’s 50 percent less than the last closing price.
Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board on Sept. 24
ordered China Non-Ferrous to limit its stake in Lynas to less
than 50 percent. China accounts for more than 90 percent of
global output of rare earths, used in iPod music players, liquid
crystal displays, hybrid cars and wind turbines.
“The proposed equity raise will ensure Lynas maintains a
conservative capital structure and balance sheet flexibility as
it seeks to fund future expansion,” Executive Chairman Nicholas
Curtis said in the statement.
Lynas shares, which will remain suspended from trading in
Sydney until Oct. 1, last traded at 90 cents on Sept. 23.
The sale of shares to institutions will close tomorrow and
the sale to individual investors is scheduled to be completed on
Oct. 23, the company said in the statement.
Investments by Chinese companies have faced scrutiny from
Australia as the biggest metals consumer accelerates takeovers.
Australia blocked a A$2.6 billion bid by state-owned China
Minmetals Corp. for OZ Minerals Ltd. in March on national-
security concern and review board director Patrick Colmer said
overseas investors should limit proposed stakes in major mining
companies to no more than 15 percent.
China Non-Ferrous had agreed on May 1 to pay A$252 million
for a 51.6 percent stake. Lynas had planned to use the money
from the sale to resume work on the Mount Weld project, near
Laverton in Western Australia.
The company suspended work in February while it sought
development funding. It has A$4.1 million of cash, the company
said today.
