I have attached their letter.

As a result of their recommendation, I was asked to be interviewed and discuss Nettel and was on the air today. You can hear the interview on www.CFRN.net/nettel/.

There was another first today. I am happy to inform you that Wasserman Morris and Co., an independent research firm specializing in small undervalued stocks, initiated coverage on Nettel with a speculative buy rating. Wasserman Morris has some of the finest CFA's in the country, and has been in business over 25 years which has created a broad audience of retail and institutional investors.

Nettel is committed to building a high quality successful company. Now that we are nearing the close of the 4th Q I can reiterate my comments from a previous press release that the 4th Q looks to be significantly better then the 3rd. This will be the first back to back multimillion dollar quarter in Nettel's history. Management is confident that this upward trend will continue so we are now taking a much more proactive position in regard to our stock price. We feel the stock is significantly under valued and intend to aggressively rectify this anomaly. This is just the beginning.
