      CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 28, 2007 -- The Board of Directors of AmeriChip International Inc. (OTC BB:ACHI.OB - News) announced today that it has been approved for a leasing program to be used to finance equipment costs for $125 million annually by TIP Capital (TIP) of Bloomfield Hills, MI.
      Before forming TIP Capital in 2000, the current executive team successfully managed the AT&T Systems Leasing program during the previous 10 years, structuring transactions and financing and managing a lease portfolio in excess of $2 billion in equipment cost.       leasing program designed to provide total Life Cycle protection for both

      anticipates financing a minimum of 36-42 LACC Cells on an annual basis with
      a 50/50 split between "Scribe Only" cells and "Scribe and Machine" Cells.

      Sein mittelfristiges Kursziel ist sehr optimistisch (1,20$ in 9 bis 10 Monaten bei einem derzeitigen Kurs von 0,043 $). Das wäre eine Verdreissigfachung ...

      AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) CEO Marc Walther said today that the company expects revenue for the quarter ending February, 29, 2008 to be in the range of $1,250,000, up 30% from $958,000 for the quarter ended November 30, 2007.

      The sequential revenue progression for AmeriChip for the last three quarters is $958,000 for the November 30, 2007 quarter, $864,000 for the August quarter, $628,000 for the May quarter.

      AmeriChip's 50,000 square foot manufacturing plant is now running 24 hours a day Monday through Friday, and 12 hours a day Saturday and Sunday. New machines are on order to further expand capacity.
