LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN

March has come in like a Lion. The first two weeks of revenue flow has already covered our basic overhead and we look forward to a strong ending.February was very slow because we could not recognize revenue until we could actually ship product according to General Accounting Procedures (GAP).
As for the results of the UnDiet® TV Test, I wish that I could report solid results. The fact is, we could not Air but a few commercials in February because of booking problems… And, we are now just running on a few stations to get a feel. Later this month we will increase the programming and then go into full swing. Our Web Site business is increasing and as anyone can see by logging onto www.alexa.com and then putting in our web site address, www.medgen.com our visitors are increasing dramatically. Our affiliate programs are now at 750 requests on CJ, all of which are being looked into by our Internet Staff headed by Joanna Hyde. Things never happen as quickly as we would like…..but they are happening.
In a recent News Release (March 20, 2007) I talk about our newest excitement, fab U lust™ a female sex enhancement product. The market is a “knock your socks off”, $120 billion strong. Once again we have pumped up our market opportunities to well over $2 billion. Our stable of 4 products, now increased to five, shows signs that [can] be explosive. We are not just sitting still while the wick burns. All of us are actively blowing on the fire, pushing the envelope carefully, perhaps too carefully, monitoring our cash outflow. Unleashing this Genie on the public marketplace has been our goal all along and we will succeed.
fab U lust™ is not just designated as a single product in our line-up. It is our intention to build a category of sex oriented products around this entrée. Many years ago we attempted to launch Erecticin®, a male enhancement product. Lack of capital stopped us cold. We will bring this product back to market in the fall. We feel that now is the right time to un-wrap fab U lust™ for the female market. I feel that there is a significant demand for such a product. Our findings, based on available statistics, prove that 1 out of every 3 divorces are the result of sexual incompatibility and a huge 65% of those are due to the female, whose interest in sex has waned after having spent years of non-enjoyable sex, never reaching arousal or climax. Our hands clean Roll-On™ delivery system, which we have successfully used with Painenz®, is perfectly suited as a delivery system for fab U lust™, the look is right also.
Once again our plate is full and I hope this information will be helpful when it comes to your decision on your continuing support for Med Gen, for which I am always grateful.
