(the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (OTC BB:EPOI.OB - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News), a Grid-Integrated, eco-power utility and electric power systems provider, announces the Acquisition of Mill Creek Developments Ltd., a British Columbia-based commercial real-estate development firm with a net asset value of approximately $24 million dollars US.

On March 27, 2007, the Company signed a Share Purchase/Sale Agreement with Rene Dureault, sole shareholder of 100 percent of the shares of Mill Creek Developments Ltd., pursuant to which the Company has indicated its intention to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Mill Creek Developments Ltd., located in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company shall acquire all of the shares of Mill Creek Developments Ltd. from Mr. Dureault, in consideration of approximately $10,500,000 US and 24,000,000 shares of the Company to be paid as follows:


(a) By delivery of 24,000,000 shares of the Company.
(b) A total of 10.3 million US in cash payable by Dec 2008
(c) $517,000 US on signing of the agreement.

zum positiven wenden könnte.

es sickerte nämlich durch, daß auf dem US/ EU- wirtschafts-
gipfel div. erklärungen/ verträge zum schutz des klimas
verkündet werden......im klartext beacthliche staatl. fördermittel
freigegeben werden sollen, mit dem ziel den klimawandel zu
verlangsamen !!!

schön und gut, das diese Aktie so steigt, aber was bringts, die ist nicht mehr in Deutschland handelbar, letzter Kurs ist vom 02.07. F und 05.07. S. Und flatex hat mich nicht informiert, nun habe ich diese Dinger in meinem Depot und kann damit nix machen

den schrott will ausser hbg55 niemand haben

RENO, Nev., Oct. 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EPOD International Inc. (the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (Other OTC:EPOI.PK - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News), a Grid-Integrated, eco-power utility and electric power systems provider, announced today that is has successfully closed a $3.296 million private placement of units. The Company issued 3,296 units at a price of $1,000 per unit, with each unit comprised of 1,000 warrants and one convertible debenture with a face value of $1,000, an interest rate of 12% and a maturity of 12 months. The convertible debentures (including interest) are convertible into shares of the company at a price per share of $0.50. The convertible debentures are retractable by the holders at any time prior to maturity provided that the Company closes an additional round of financing for a minimum amount of $5 million and are redeemable by the Company at any time prior to maturity. The warrants are exercisable into shares of the Company at a price per share of $0.30 with a maturity of 24 months. The holders also have an option to exchange all of their debentures and warrants for an interest in the Company's installation facility located in Falkenau, Germany based on a valuation of that facility at a price of $3.50 per installed watt hour of production.

EPOD Secures 650 Kilowatt Solar Farm Installation
Tuesday October 2, 9:30 am ET

RENO, Nev., Oct. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EPOD International Inc. (the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (Other OTC:EPOI.PK - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News), a Grid-Integrated, eco-power utility and electric power systems provider, has secured the purchase of a property in Bornkessel, Germany which it has determined is amenable to installation of a 650 kilowatt solar farm. EPOD intends to immediately develop and install the solar power facility on the property, with completion of installation scheduled for the end of January, 2008. Under German law, all power production will be sold to the German government under a 20 year fixed power purchase tariff that is currently paying at a rate of approximately $0.65 per kilowatt hour of solar electricity produced. Assuming full production over that 20 year term at the existing tariff rate, EPOD estimates that the facility would generate aggregate revenue of approximately $10 million.

EPOD plans to continue to secure additional installation sites as part of its overall recurring revenue model.

EPOD Signs a Reorganization Agreement

RENO, Nev., Nov. 20, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EPOD International Inc. (the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (Other OTC:EPOI.PK - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News), a vertically-integrated, solar power utility and electric power systems provider, has signed a reorganization agreement with a newly formed British Columbia, Canada based company, 0805047 B.C. Ltd. (``B.C. Co''). Pursuant to the Agreement, substantially all of the assets of EPOD will be transferred to B.C. Co and all EPOD shares will be exchanged for or replaced with B.C. Co shares on a one for one basis, subject to amendment as agreed among the parties prior to closing. The existing shareholders of EPOD will receive, in replacement for their shares of EPOD, an identical proportion of the outstanding shares of B.C. Co as they hold in EPOD after the closing of the transaction.

ADVERTISEMENT
The reorganization will result in the dissolution of EPOD, with B.C. Co continuing the business of EPOD, and that of all of EPOD's current subsidiaries, under its new jurisdiction. In accordance with applicable securities laws, the Company has also filed a Form 14C with the SEC in order to effect the transaction. Upon completion of the transaction, B.C. Co will change its name to EPOD Solar Inc.

als berufsspieler bin ich weder auf gewinn
noch auf verlust fokusiert. ich orientiere mich
nach weit wichtigeren aspekten.

was epod betrifft, so habe ich nicht übereilt verkauft,
sondern,wenn schon, übereilt gekauft. mein gewinn
von euro 300,- ist ein besseres trinkgeld.

grundsätzlich ist epod nicht ein papier, mit
dem man WIRKLICH geld machen kann, dazu sind
die unsätze viel zu gering. abgesehen davon
wurde die börse nicht erfunden, damit kleinanleger
davon profitieren. gewinne sind für banken und insider
reserviert.... dem rest bleibt nur der spassfaktor !

EPOD Secures Conditional Approval for 10 Megawatt Solar Farm Installation in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

RENO, Nev., Feb. 6, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EPOD International Inc. (the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (Other OTC:EPOI.PK - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News), a Grid-Integrated, eco-power utility and electric power systems provider, announced that it has received approval from Sudbury Hydro for the installation of a 10 Megawatt solar power facility to be located in the Sudbury, Ontario area. (the ``Company,'' ``EPOD'') (Other OTC:EPOI.PK - News) (Frankfurt:EDU.F - News) announces that, following the completion of the reorganization, EPOD International's successor company, EPOD Solar, has closed a $5,000,000 pre-IPO private placement of units as part of its overall pre-IPO financing. Each unit consisted of $1,000 principal amount of debentures and 667 warrants at a price of $1,000 per unit. The Debentures have a three-year term, bear interest at 12% per annum and are convertible into common shares of EPOD Solar at a price of $1.50 if EPOD Solar completes an IPO by no later than May 12, 2009 or the lesser of $1.20 and a 10% discount to the last private placement price if such an IPO is not completed. The debentures are also subject to a 10% penalty if an IPO is not completed by May 12, 2009. The warrants have a term that expires one year following the closing of an IPO and are exercisable at $3.00 per share.

EPOD Completes Its Reorganization

EPOD International Inc. (the "Company," "EPOD") (Pink Sheets:EPOI) (Frankfurt:EDU) has completed its reorganization transaction, previously announced on November 20 and December 10, 2007. In accordance with the transaction, all of the assets and liabilities of EPOD International were assigned to a newly formed British Columbia, Canada-based company, EPOD Solar Inc. The transaction also effected an exchange of shares whereby each share of common stock of EPOD International was automatically exchanged for a common share in the capital of EPOD Solar, with the net result being that each shareholder of EPOD International is now deemed to hold an identical number of shares in the capital of EPOD Solar. The company will disseminate transmittal instructions following the closing in which shareholders will be entitled to tender the share certificates representing shares of EPOD International in exchange for a share certificate of EPOD Solar. EPOD International, who merged with a newly incorporated Nevada corporation and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPOD Solar in connection with the transaction, will be dissolved in the coming weeks.

Prior to completion of the reorganization transaction, EPOD International assigned all of its rights to Mill Creek Developments Ltd. and its related Kelowna real estate development to two related parties in consideration for the assumption by those parties of all outstanding debt obligations relating to the development, such obligations amounting to in excess of $16.6 million, and a contingent payment to EPOD International of up to $10 million from net income generated from the development of residential lands on the Mill Creek property. Etwas hat sich getan. Neue ISIN - CA29429B1076
Scheibar gehört EPOD jetzt den Canadiern. Mehr weiß ich nicht, denn in meinem Depot ist noch keine Einbuchung erfolgt.

Diese Kapitalmassnahme ist derzeit noch nicht abgeschlossen und
erfolgt ueber mehrere Buchungsvorgaenge.
Resultierend aus dieser Kapitalmassnahme wurde Ihnen eine Zwischengattung
mit der ISIN XF0009979463/ WKN 997946 ins Depot eingebucht.
Leider ist momentan noch kein Zeitpunkt fuer die entgueltige Verbuchung und den
Abschluss der Kapitalmassnahme veroeffentlicht wurden.
