Silverback Media plc (PLUS: SBMP) (Frankfurt: SVD) is pleased to announce the
appointments of Ms. Renah Persofsky and Mr. Paul Amsellem to its Board of
Directors and the resignation of Mr. Kevin Callahan.
Ms. Persofsky joins the Board of Directors of Silverback Media as a non-
executive Director, providing the Company with vision into communication
technologies.
Ms. Persofsky is the founder, and former President and Chief Executive Officer
of Dexit Incorporated, a Toronto-based company that recently brought an
innovative, electronic payment service to the Canadian marketplace.
Prior to starting Dexit Incorporated, she served as an officer of the Bank of
Montreal and was the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Cebra
Inc., a wholly owned electronic commerce subsidiary of the bank.
Before joining the bank, Ms. Persofsky held executive positions at Bryker Data
Systems Limited and MSA/Dun & Bradstreet Software.
She was a member of the Minister's Advisory Committee on Electronic Commerce,
leading a Canada Electronic Commerce trade mission to Israel and representing
the Canadian business community at the OECD Summit in Turku, Finland. Ms.
Persofsky was a governor of the Information Technology Association of Canada,
as well as a member of the Sectoral Advisory Group on International Trade
(SAGIT), which provides advice to the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, and
Trade.
Ms. Persofsky is a member of the Federal Government Committee for Electronic
Commerce and Revenue. She is an avid Jazz fan and is Vice-Chairperson of
Toronto's Jazz FM Radio.

units, and built it into one of the leading European mobile marketing
companies. Cellcast Interactif now services many of the leading European
companies amongst its customers, and has major operations throughout Europe
extending to Latin America, India and the Middle East.
Prior to Cellcast Interactif, Mr. Amsellem was the founder and CEO of
Phonevalley, France's first SMS company. He started his career at Wunderman, a
subsidiary of Young and Rubicam, leading the company's CRM initiative
worldwide.
He is the founder and a member of the Board of Directors of the French Mobile
Marketing Association.

STATEMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Silverback Media Plc is pleased to announce the
results for the year ended 31 December 2006.
Overview of Operations
To help facilitate Silverback's growth strategy, in November 2006 the Company
successfully completed its listing on PLUS Markets in London and, shortly
thereafter, on the Open Market of the Deutsche Boerse in Frankfurt. In October,
Silverback completed the acquisition of its flagship business unit, SBW-Paris
(formerly Cellcast Interactif), based in Paris, France. SBW-Paris is a leading
European mobile marketing company with operations extending to the UK, Latin
America, India, the Middle East and parts of Asia.
Post Balance Sheet Events
With established bases of operation in Los Angeles and Toronto, Silverback is
now aggressively marketing its services in North America through sales teams
located in both cities. To accelerate this North American expansion, in June
2007, Silverback Media entered into a letter of intent to acquire a majority
interest in Atlas Telecom Mobile ("Atlas"). Atlas is a North American player in
mobile communications, interactive content distribution and production based in
Montreal. Silverback intends to merge the operations of Atlas into Silverback
Wireless, forming an experienced North American mobile marketing agency
providing mobile and interactive communication solutions for brands and media
agencies.
Early in 2007, SBW-Paris announced strategic deals with DailyMotion, the French
leader in user-generated content (UGC) websites and We are Talented (WAT), the
UGC arm of the TF1 Group, to assist these companies in adapting their services
to the mobile arena. The deals with WAT and DailyMotion reinforce SBW's
leadership in the mobile video market, a position it is capitalizing on in
North America through Mobilactive Media, a joint venture with former Comcast
Cable senior executive Terry S. Bienstock announced in February. Mobilactive
Media develops, licenses and markets technology, content and applications that
enable and enhance interactive video programming and advertising across
multiple media consumer access points encompassing broadcast, cable and
satellite television, including Video-On-Demand and digital video recorder
platforms, mobile devices and web sites, via SMS, EAP, MMS and other mobile
transmission and billing platforms.
In April 2007, Silverback launched Version 2 of its proprietary ad serving
solution for advertisers, agencies and publishers running online and/or mobile
campaigns. Silverback's ad server was developed in collaboration with the
Silverback Wireless technology team, and provides a seamless solution for
marketers running fully-integrated online and mobile campaigns. The newly-
developed version employs a robust video advertising serving solution to
simplify the process of scheduling and serving pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll
video ads. This functionality provides both advertisers and publishers with the
ability to integrate highly-targeted video and rich media advertising to
effectively market and monetize video content both online and on mobile
devices.
Looking Ahead
The Company is operating in a large, very rapidly-growing space. Once thought
to be just an adjunct to traditional marketing channels, mobile marketing is
now considered to be a core component of the mainstream marketing mix.
Advertisers around the world are redeploying funds from traditional marketing
channels to fund m-marketing programs and the global m-marketing industry is
growing much faster than the general advertising market. Silverback is
executing its growth plan through a two-pronged approach involving aggressive
organic expansion and the strategic acquisition of complementary businesses in
key markets. The focus of the Company is to capitalize on the position of
Silverback Wireless at the leading edge of mobile marketing, enhanced by key
acquisitions in the mobile space. Advertising is now being built around
relationships, ongoing contact and interaction, and the mobile handset is
quickly becoming an important point of access to the Web, and provides
marketers with an unprecedented means to reach consumers on-the-go in the real
world due to the unparalleled depth of interaction they have with their mobile
devices.
Financial Review
Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2006 were GBP 565,000. Net loss for
the year was GBP 1,500,000, or 10p per basic share. The December 31, 2006
Financial Statements presented consolidate the results of Silverback Media Ltd.
for the year and those of Silverback Wireless (formerly Cellcast Interactif)
for the last three months of the year.

Im Januar ist geplant, dass der Handel in Amerika beginnt...bis Ende 2007 sollten wöchentlich gute News kommen...wenn da nicht in Kürze mehr Liquidität rein kommt, dann weiß ich auch nicht, wem ich noch glauben kann...

...ich bin leicht am Zweifeln...sollte aber diese Woche noch nen Anruf von einem "Wichtigwen" bekommen...werde das Ergebnis hier reinstellen!
Anruf soll jetzt morgen kommen....Kursrutsch hat nichts mit der fundamentalen Entwicklung des Unternehmens zu tun...Details dann wahrscheinlich morgen (falls ich es nicht vergesse)
Anruf ist erfolgt..sieht sehr gut aus für Silverback...große Kooperation mit TF1 oder Havas im Bereich des Möglichen...NASDAQ-Notierung in den nächsten 12 bis 18 Monaten...Kapitalerhöhung zu ca. 0,80 US-$ in den nächsten 2 Monaten geplant....
