Bin auch überrascht, über den kurzen Hype - allerdings kenne ich keine passenden Hintergründe. In den USA verhält sich alles still. Eventuell sieht jemand eine Chance, weil der Ölpreis heute nach oben geschnellt ist.

naja, wir waren ja schon nicht besonders clever vor einiger zeit hier zu investieren, aber wegen einem ölpreissprung in ne bude die in insolvenz ist zu investieren wär schon richtig bescheuert.

Da hast du nicht ganz unrecht, allerdings konnte ich nichts in Erfahrung bringen, was die derzeitige Reaktivierung des Kurses rechtfertigt.

Mit Thornton stehe ich noch gelegentlich im Mailkontakt und - haltet mich für ignorant - ich nehme ihm ab, dass die Firma keine Abzocke werden sollte, sondern dass man versucht hat, als einer der wenigen Ölexplorer erfolgreich zu sein. Allerdings waren keine Profis am Werk, so dass vermutlich auch ohne Wirtschaftskrise das Unternehmen zum Scheitern verurteilt gewesen wäre.
Was momentan im Hintergrund läuft, weiß ich nicht. Da sich beim US-Kurs momentan nichts rührt, denke ich, aber nicht viel. Allerdings hätte ich nichts dagegen, wenn mein Einstiegskurs noch einmal erreicht würde ...

Hi,

war/ist ein Gas-/Öl-Explorer und -Produzent in verschiedenen US-Staaten, der insolvent wurde. Momentan ist gar nichts los. Man hört nichts mehr von dem Unternehmen. War mal eine Zeit viel versprechend, haben sich aber überschuldet und scheinen von der Bildfläche verschwunden. Ob das Unternehmen je reanimiert wird oder der Börsenmantel weiterverkauft wird, steht in den Sternen. Der Ölpreis müsste wieder weit über 75 USD stehen, damit das Unternehmen rentabel wirtschaften kann (so frühere Aussagen des CFOs). Wer momentan CEO oder CFO ist, weiß ich nicht. Auf Mails wird seit ein paar Monaten nicht mehr geantwortet.

Ich hoffe zwar seit Monaten als Investor auf irgendeine positive Meldung, aber das sind wohl Illusionen. Ab und zu hypt der Kurs mal kurz, sind aber wohl eher Hardcore-Zocker, die damit spielen. Wenn der Ölpreis die 100USD wieder toppen sollte, könnte es hier wieder interessant werden.

Bist du auch noch investiert? Den CFO gibt es scheinbar nicht mehr, seien Mailadresse ist "tot". Die IR-Abteilung beantwortet auch keine Mailanfragen. Eigentlich kann nur noch ein Wunder helfen, dass der Kurs sich wieder hebt. Aber bei den derzeitigen Ölpreisen ist PLTG nicht nur bankrott, sondern auch noch unrentabel geworden.

Grundsätzlich muss man positiv eingestellt sein,wenn man in einen Wert investiert.Das man zwei,drei oder gar vier Fehlgriffe hat,nenn ich pP .Man sollte aber auch mal ein paar Glücksgriffe in seinem Leben haben,ansonsten von der Börse fern bleiben.

PP hat hier dienliches geleistet und auch gleich Skepsis hinein interpretiert.Für "Tun und Lassen" ist jeder selbst verantwortlich!

Das eine Pferd ist ein Ackergaul,die anderen dafür Rennpferde.

natürlich muß man das aber wenn man warnzeichen nicht früh geng erkennt und jeden warnenden gleich beschimpft muß man sich nicht wundern. festhalten bis zum totalverlust ist halt nun mal nicht die richtige strategie. leider hat pullandpush nicht die richtige strategie gefunden und bis heute gestgehalten. aber lehrgeld gehört nun mal dazu, mußte ich ja auch schon zahlen. zum glück nur einmal. aber man sollte dazu stehen. manch einer tut sich damit natürlich schwer.

Ja, ich. Bin gerade auch sehr baff, was heute los ist. Habe eben erst meinen obligatorischen Abendspaziergang durch mein Depot gemacht und bin sehr überrascht. News habe ich aber auch keine. Mir ist nur aufgefallen, dass in den letzten Tagen wieder Käufe stattgefunden haben. Push? Fast wäre mein Exit bedient worden, nun stehe ich wieder vor der Frage, ob ich ihn höher ansetzen soll, weil sich doch vielleicht wieder was tut? Die Quellen existieren, aber ob sie noch PLTG gehören?

Kann im Netz nur keinerlei Info finden, keine Empfehlung eines BBs, nichts. Was mich schon die ganze Zeit wundert ist, dass die Aktie nicht delistet worden ist, d.h. das Unternehmen müsste noch bestehen. Außerdem ist es vor einigen Monaten von der OTCB an die OCT gewechselt, was mich ich auch nicht wirklich verstanden habe. Merriam schrieb mal in einem seiner Briefe, dass der Ölpreis bei 70 USD liegen müsste, damit das Unternehmen rentabel wirtschaften kann, das ist wieder erreicht - aber eigentlich spricht nichts für eine Auferstehung. Das Volumen ist dennoch beachtlich. Heute wurden insgesamt mehr als 30.000€ (GER, S, OTC) in die Aktie investiert - ob man das in eine "Leiche" tun würde? Allerdings kommt der Kurs nicht vom Fleck, was nicht für bombige News stehen wird.
